In China, ‘’新马泰‘’ (xīn mǎ tài. Means Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) tour route is well known. I think it will be very hot in Malaysia, and it just has one season: summer because it's very near to the equator. Do you live in Kuala Lumpur? If it's not too much to ask.
We rarely talk about youngsters because we believe in them, and we were once young before.
We mostly focus on health, happiness, and time because health and happiness are very important for people who are in old age. Of course, we won't waste time because we think there is not much time left for us, so we have to make the most of our time. Also, we recall our experiences when we were young, and that is our precious treasure.

~~~
教会の時間後、エバレット教は使用人の部屋を捜査させた。チャールズが言ったように、使用人の一人は貴重品を盗んでた、サティーン様のネックレスも。エバレット教は怒って、あの使用人をジェード館からすぐに追い出させた。盗んだ貴重品は正当な所有者に返した。
その一方、チャールズ教はジェニバーの夢が現実になったことが呆れた。
「偶然だと思わない」とチャールズは言いながら、彼の奥さんと話してた。「予知夢なようだ。」
「他の夢も?」とヘレナは聞いた。
「知らないけど、可能だ」とチャールズは答えた。「どうせ、調べなくてなりません。神様が僕たちの娘に桁外れな才を本当にあげたら…」
「父ちゃん?」ジェニバーの声だった。彼女の魔法の杖を持って、悩んだ。「どうしたの? 怖いこと起こったとを聞いた…」
「ジェニバー!」チャールズはひざまずいた。「変なようだけど、君の夢は…夢じゃないと思う。」
「夢…じゃない?」ジェニバーは戸惑った。「どんな意味?」
チャールズはためらって、なんて言うと考えた。「夢を…制御しようとすればどう?」
「制御…?」とジェニバーは答えた。「方法が分からない。」
「特定の人を考えようとすればどう?」とチャールズは申し入れた。「魔法のように集中しようとして。僕にしてくれてもいい?」
「ん…」ジェニバーはそわそわしてた。「…うん。しようとする。」
「ありがとう」とチャールズは言って、笑顔した。「ジェニバーちゃんならできるよ。」
"Hallo, ich möchte einen Tisch reservieren. Der Tisch ist für zwei Personen. Wir möchten um 18 Uhr am Donnerstag in den Restaurant kommen."
"Ich möchte eine Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht. Als Vorspeise möchte ich eine Tomatensuppe und als Hauptgericht möchte ich ein Steak mit Pommes frites."
Ich würde dem Kellner sagen, "Wir haben eine Stunde auf dein Essen. Ich möchte wissen, wann der Essen ankommen wird."
Wenn ich ein Haar in der Suppe finde, würde ich dem Kellner fragen, wenn ich eine neue Suppe haben könnte.
Au Japon, je ne sentais jamais normale. Si on qualifie souvent les Japonais comme ceux qui sont friands de propreté, de choses organisé, ces descrptions-là ne faisaient pas partie de mes caractères. En effet, je me demandais toujours pourquoi les autres pouvaient être très organisés, en regardant leurs bureaux sur lesquels il y avais peu d'affaires, ou en observant leurs cheuveux et les vêtements bien soignés. Je ne savais pas simplement quoi faire pour atteindre cet état, et je n'étais pas vraiment motivée à y parvenir non plus, en raison de mon maladresse qui me forcerait à mettre plus de temps à effectuer la même chose. Ma mère non plus est quelqu'un qui se préoccupe de la organisation et la propreté, ce qui me conduit à penser que c'est l'habitude qui compte (je crois c'est un peu comme habitus, une notion dans la sociologie).
Pourtant, depuis le début de mon séjour ici, je ne sais pas combien de fois je trouve des éléments japonais en moi. La vie ici m'a fait remarquer que j'aimais m'organiser que les autres, que je préfèrais la précision que les autres, et que j'avais plus tendance à éviter les incertitudes que les autres. Ainsi, quand j'explique les différences que j'ai constatées dans la vie quotidienne, les paroles de comparaison et généralisation sortent souvent de ma bouche sans que j'y réfléchisse bien, comme « en tant que japonaise, j'aime... », quoique je me sens étrange chaque fois en ne me croyant pas japonaise typique.
Ceci-dit, je devine que la moitié des Japonais qui habitent à l'étranger se sont déjà sentis ainsi, car résider dehors du pays natal signfie forcément devenir minoritaire, et un tant sois peu de représentant du pays d'origine, dans mon cas le Japon. On continue d'être dans nos petits souliers en expliquant et constant la différence entre l'endroit où on s'installe maintenant et l'endroit où on a grandi.
Nachdem mein Bruder länger geblieben war, als er wilkommen war, ist er heute Morgen endlich nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Was für eine Freude, die Wohnung wieder für mich allein zu haben und meine alten Gewohnheiten wieder aufnehmen zu können!
Ich habe Unterricht geschwänzt, um ihn zum Bahnhof zu begleiten. Während der ganzen Fahrt war er untypisch schweigsam und nervös, als wollte er mir etwas Wichtiges mitteilen. An seinem Gesichtsausdrück konnte ich ablesen, dass er darüber nachdachte, wie er mir die schlechte Nachricht am besten überbringen könnte, um meine Gefühle zu schonen.
Während wir auf der Bahnsteig auf den Zug warteten, versuchte er, mir Geld zu geben, und war beleidigt, als ich es ablehnte. Er drohte, mich nächsten Monat wieder zu besuchen, wenn ich es nicht annehmen würde.
Dann, kurz bevor er in den Zug stieg, platzte er damit heraus, dass er vielleicht nächstes Jahr in MEINE Stadt ziehen werde. Natürlich gehört die Stadt nicht mir allein und ich habe kein Problem damit, sie mit 2 anderen Millionen Menschen zu teilen. Ich habe keine Recht zu entscheiden, wer hier wohnen darf und wer nicht.
Es wäre aber ein schwierwegender Verstoß gegen die stillschweigende Regel, die vorschreibt, dass bestimmte Mitglieder meiner Familie Hunderte von Kilometern voneinander entfernt leben müssen, um eine gute Beziehung zu pflegen. Mein Bruder ist auch das Lieblingskind meiner Mutter. Wenn er hierher ziehen würde, würde sie bestimmt öfter zu Besuch kommen, oder, noch schlimmer, sie würde auch hierher ziehen!
Il mio gioco da tavolo preferito si chiama "Ticket to ride". Dalla prima volta che l'ho giocato, sono diventata davvero ossessionata. Potrei trascorrere lunghe ore a giocare con la mia famiglia e i miei amici, purtroppo loro non sempre condividono lo stesso entusiasmo e dopo qualchi turni diventano stanchi. Questo non significa che non glielo piaccia, ma la mia ossessione li sorprende .
È di fatto strano che il gioco mi interessa tanto perché non sono una persona molto competitiva e cerco di evitare confronti nella vita reale. Inoltre, altre giochi non fanno grande impressione su di me. Non riesco nemmeno a vincere ogni volta ma qualcosa in questo gioco mi rende affascinata. Magari, è un bel bordo su cui si mette i piccoli vagoni di treno, o il spirito di avventura che si può sentire viaggiando tra le varie città anche se solo nella realtà del gioco.
Peraltro, le regole sono facili e non troppo complicate e permettono di giocare anche alle persone più anziane. L’obiettivo di questo gioco è costruire una connessione sul mapa tra i due città che si trovano sui biglietti che ogni partecipante deve prendere dal mucchio. Più linee ferroviarie si riesce a costruire, più punti si ottiene.
Ci sono anche interazioni negative tra i giocatori perché accade spesso che tutte le persone hanno i biglietti simili da realizzare e devono sbrigarsi a collezionare il numero richiesto di carte colorate che sono necessarie per costruire le linee ferroviarie prima che gli altri lo facciano. Questa competizione piace a tutti.
Vale la pena menzionare che il gioco è disponibile in varie versioni. I partecipanti hanno occasione di studiare le diverse mappe e allo stesso tempo aumentare le loro conoscenze geografiche. Raccomando questo gioco a tutti.
Part num. 53.
This summary was deliberately written in the present tense (analyse it as if it’s unfolding as you read it).
Constable Twitten decides he will address the Aldersgate Stick-up case properly once back in Brighton. That is, assuming he will make it alive out of Bloomsbury. There’s no telling if someone is lurking outside* for him. Twitten sets about scouring the flat. He puts anything that might contain leads into the two holdalls** he has brought along. As he does so, he glances out of the window, down onto* the street. Twitten notices two men highly suspicious taking turns to glance up at* the flat. As Twitten takes their dodgy demeanours in, his mind races with thoughts. They could be criminals. Someone may have set him up. Or perhaps the place is surveilled anyway. Even so, Twitten shakes off any hesitation and fear. Being the quick-witted, meticulous person he is, Twitten is prepared for such contingency. He takes off his police uniform, puts on civilian clothing and makes his way out of the flat. As Twitten steps out of the door, the caretaker—who has remained there all along since he let Twitten in—cries out, “Who the hell are you?” Startled, Twitten jerks around and stares sheepishly at the caretaker. His fright turns to delight, as Twitten takes in the knowledge that his diguise works.***
*Twitten is in a third-floor flat of a building. I’m not sure if I used the prepositions correctly.
**Holdall is the British term for duffel bag.
***Would it be correct in this way: “...as the knowledge that his diguise works sinks in”? I feel that both the sentences are a bit stiff.
私の大好きな季節は秋です。季節というと秋が一番好きの理由がいろいろです。一番目の理由は天候に関係があります。一般に秋の時期に夏の暑さが下がって気温がとてもここおよいになります。それで、ハイキングや観光といった活動が容易になります。そして、家に帰ると本を読みながら暖かいお茶を飲るに越したことはない。
二番目の理由は雰囲気に関係にあります。秋は自然の色がすごく美しいです。フランスに緑の木がすこしずつ黄色、オレンジ、赤、茶色に染めています。フランスのように日本の木の色が変わっています。しかし、日本には楓によって有名です。紅葉の時期にその楓の鮮やかな真っ赤色が本当に魅力的です。
最後の理由はもちろん食べ物です。秋の食べ物が人を慰めるの力が強いです。フランスの秋料理といったら「ポティマロン」というのウリ科やクリの材料などの作った料理がとても人気です。日本に秋の料理ならウリ科のみならずあんこやきな粉で作った食品も人気です。
すべての理由で、私にとって秋が一番の季節です。
Many people prefer to watch foreign films rather than locally produced films. Why could this be?Should governments give more financial support to local film industries?
my work:
Overseas movies are more popular than the native. I think the reason is that the themes of local films are so limited that people cannot produce excellent movies.The authorities should invest more in both local film industries and publishing industries.
The limitation in themes and technology can really impact the development of local films. On one hand, a good scripts is the fundamental issue of a good movie, so the simplex publishing types of books can hardly produce a good movie. For example, there are many famous serious movies in America such as Harry Porter which are based on a science fition, both of the books and movies are well-known. On the other hand, the poor special technology also restrain a film become popular. Because young people favor the science movies much.
In my opinion, the government invest more fund to the local film industries would help a lot. Firstly, it could encourage more people to write different sorts of books if they have enough income to have a better life. Secondly, the IT workers would also have more opportunities to improve themselves with abundant money, because the special technique costs a lot of money. Finally, the financial support can help with reducing the ticket fee so that it would attract more people to go to the cenimas, especially during the holidays such as Spring Festival and National Day.
In conclusion, as the limitation of the local movies, many foreign movies are preferred. Governments should support much more in both publising and film industries.
In the developed world, average life expectancy is increasing. What problems will this cause for individuals and society? Suggest some measures that could be taken to reduce the impact of ageing populations.
my task:
General life expectancy is longer than before in the developed counties. As the birth rate discreasing, the countries will get into an ageing society which has no benefit with the countries. Encouraging more young couple to have more children and producing more itelligent robots would help to solve the ageing problem.
It is true that people can expect to live longer than ever before in developed counties. There will be various problems sucequent of the longer life expectancy, while there could be many methods to help with the influence of ageing populations.
Here are the disadvantages of the increasing expectancy for both citizens and the countries. For citizens, as people get older, it is possible that they will suffer more disease such as different types of cancer and heart attack. For example, my grandmother died because of stomach cance when she was 84 years old. I watched she undergong a mount of pain in her last 3 years but can do nothing, which made me feel useless. As for the society, the workforce of the whole society would be discrease as more experienced get retired, meanwhile the birth rate is dropping in particular. Young people would take more responsibility of their work and families, which may be more stressful for them.
In my opinion, there will be several ways to cope with the influence of ageing populations. Firstly, governments should subsidising more families to have more children. For instance, they can provide more nurseries and financial support to help reduce the stress of parents. Secondly, companies especially IT technology companies can try to produce more intelligent robots to take care of the elder people. It is fairly successful in Japan.
In conclusion, it could probably be many consequences as more people live a longer life in the developed countries, but there still will be a lot of methods to deal with the problems of gaeing populations.
최근에 카페나 식당 이용자를 배려하여 아이의 출입을 금지하는 특정 장소가 상당히 많아졌다. 어린 아이들의 미성숙하고 소란스런 행동으로 인해 고객에게 불편함을 호소하기 때문이다. 이런 아이의 행동을 방치하는 부모 태도가 상황을 더욱 심각하게 만들었을 뿐이다. 이를 대체하기 위해서 업주들은 아이의 출입을 제한하는 방향으로 나가기 시작했다. 하지만, 한 문제를 해결한다고 해서 다른 문제를 불러일으키면 안 된다. 아이의 출입을 금지하는 특정 장소가 많아지면서 저출산 현상이 더 심각해진 것은 한 예이다. 아이를 데리고 어디로 갈 수 없으니 아이를 낳지 않겠다는 결정을 하게 된 사람이 많다. 뿐만 아니라 아이들은 사회에서 거부와 외면을 받는다고 느껴서 정신적인 힘듦을 겪는다. 이는 아이 성장과 정신 건강에 악영향을 미치기도 한다. 그렇기 때문에 아이에게 주는 스트레스와 상처를 고려해야한다. 아이들 전용 공간을 만드는 것은 문제가 감소하고 아이에게 피해를 주지 않는 한 방법이다. 그 외에도 아이에게 적절한 예절 교육을 제공하면 아이는 올바르게 행동하게 되고, 주변 사람들에게 불편을 끼치지 않는다. 공공장소나 특정 장소를 모든 사람이 이용할 귄리가 있으며, 한 집단을 제외해서는 안 된다. 오히려 문제를 대체하는 방법을 알아내야 한다
Aujourd'hui, j'ai entendu un africain parle en français dans un entrevue avec un journaliste et je ne comprends rien ce qu'il a dit. Il parle comme un américain qui essaie de parler en français (je veux dire que l'accent est un peu étrange par rapport aux français). Cependant, le journaliste semble qu'il comprend tous ce que l'africain a dit.
Est-ce que les français comprennent ce que les africains parlent ?
