24. L'utilisation excessive des téléphones portables 📲
D'origine, le but de téléphone était de connecter les gens du monde entier. Mais au bout d'un moment, le téléphone devient une barrière quand les gens s'assoient face à face. Il instruit même la vie actuelle. On va voir pourquoi.
Tout d'abord, on est trop concentrés sur notre petit écran. Quand on déjeune avec les amis, on n'oublierons pas de prendre un photo et le poster sur Instagram ou Snapchat. Et ensuite, on va se concentrer sur les « J’amies » et commentaires que nos amis virtuelle ont laissés. Or, on ignore qu'il y a des vrais personnes devant nous, pour parler et discuter avec. Donc, au fur et à mesure, il y aura moins de amis qui veulent déjeuner avec une personne qui ne se concentre que sur son téléphone. C’est comme ça qu'on perde des amis dans la vie réelle.
De plus, avec l'usage des applications de communication instant, c'est souvent qu'on reçevoie de messages de travail par téléphone quand on est en congés. Selon moi, c'est une intrusion de la vie personnelle et ça m'agace énormément.
Cependant, la technologie nous apporte beaucoup de convenients et c'est injuste de l'abandonner juste à cause de notre usage excessive. Cette petite boîte nous permet de communiquer avec notre famille qui vivent à l’étranger, de créer le lien plus proche avec nos clients et de augmenter l'efficacité de travail, parce qu’on n’a pas de besoin de poster un courriel et d’atteindre la réponse lentement. Donc, pour que le téléphone nous bénéficient plus, on peut adopter les mesures suivants.
Premièrement, c’est de laisser le téléphone sous la poche, sans regarder quand on est accompagné avec les proches. Comme ça, on peut bien profiter de ce moment précis.
Deuxièmement, on peut avoir deux téléphones, un pour l'usage personnel et un pour l'usage professionnel. Quand on sorte de travail, on peut laisser le téléphone de travail au bureau, on évite donc recevoir des messages agaçants !
Tout bien considéré, le téléphone lui-même n'a pas de problem et il peut même vous aider à s’agrandir le réseau sociaux. Le problème, c'est notre usage excessif et on doit donc le corriger.

子供にゲームをさせないほうがよい。。どう思いますか
多くの人の子供の時代にとってはコンピューターゲームが欠かせないものになったといえるであろう。だが、ゲームは子供の夢をかなえるかたわら、勉強のことを邪魔し、いたずらな行動につながる心配に思う親が少なくない。したがって、子供にゲームをさせないほうがよいと言われるのはそのためである。私自分自身もゲームをするので、ゲーム好きの代表としてゲームを守りたいと思っている。
さて、言語習得からと言えば、ゲームは非常に効果的な媒体のひとつである。多くのゲームは外国語で表示するだけでなく、マルチプレイヤーゲームをするとき、英語などの国際言語を使わずにいられない。気づかないうちに、英語を話せるであろう。しかも、手と目の協調や創造性ということは言うまでもなく、ゲームは子供にとって利点がかなり多い。
しかし、現在、多くの親はゲームの利点を知っているが、不適切な内容、ネットいじめ、時間管理の方が心配している。そこで、早いうちに対処しておかなければならない。ゲームをさせないほうがいいことになった。では、それはいつも正しい方法わけではない。
ということで、親は子供に適切なゲームを一緒に選び、ゲームをしている間に監督すべきである。そうでなければ、ペアレンタルコントロールをオンにしてもよい。殊にアプリ内課金があれば、決して自分のクレジットカードを追加してはいけない。これらと共に、子供にコンピューターをさせても問題ない。
このように、ゲームは子供の成長に必要とはいえないまでも、友達を作るのに欠かせないものになった。現代の技術のおかげで、ゲームの良いところを生かしているうちに、子供の安全を守ってほしい。

Morning Routines
Let me describe my morning routines, which I try to do a lot of things.
First, after getting up, I try to write nine golden sentences which are to keep my mind peaceful and to doing patiently.
After this routine, I can wake up completely and I am ready to do anything.
Next, I start to study English for improving my speaking skills.
I want to speak more fluently, so I have some study routines for that.
For example, I speak about any topic for more than one minute.
And I write a journal in English.
Plus, I practice quizzes given in my textbooks.
Whether I wake up late or not, I try to do all of these routines every day.
With the aid of routines, my speaking skills are improved, and I am able to keep my mind with less stress.

The greatness of an individuals
In our human race, we always admire the exceptionality of individuals and their great work. However, the deciding factors for identifications of these exceptional persons are assessed differently in different ages. This prompt is recommending one the factors regarding this exceptionality where I strongly agree with this recommendation.
In a certain era, we can find different kind of talented and ambitious individuals that seems impeccable and no one seems not to cross that barrier. But within a few decades, we can see another perfectionist who crosses the barrier and surprised us. This is because of the determination, hunger and resources varied in different ages. For example, Shahid Afridi once scored a hundred within 37 balls and become the owner of the record of the quickest hundred in cricket history and later those records are broken by different batsmen. But in his time, it seemed impossible. Obviously, the availability of resources and improvement of the technologies and rules make it more possible. Nonetheless, it is always important to wait for a time being, to consider one great, exceptional and perfect.
Contemporaries are not always posed a significant amount of challenges for various reasons. That age might be full of different agenda, lack of resources, lack of enough “why’’, paucity of determination. In the time of Pele and Maradona- there were other sports with a lot of attention, the world was rebuilding after world war II and the cold war, lack of resources and bad rules are strongly demotivating factors of the growth of a player. That’s how we don’t find any better contemporaries that can contend these two great player.
In the case of other fields, Albert Eienstein, Stephan Hawkings, are the paragon for the science field and since now their contribution cannot be crossed by any other individuals and that’s how they are considered great to date. In political paragon, Skeikh Mujibur Rahman from Bangladesh, Abraham lincoln from the USA and many others are considered great for the same reason. But it was unwise to consider them highly exceptional in their own time. It would not be imperfect as well as would diminish their hunger and determination.
But in some cases, we can consider someone as great in the human race in a particular field. One of the examples is Messi and Ronaldo, who are doing great thing every day in the football field and crosses their own barrier every day and declaring them great doesn’t lose their hunger and determination in a minuscule scale.
Considering all these, I strongly believe that, it is more appropriate to consider oneself as a great individual after waiting a certain period of time and after that when no one still crosses him, safely declare him as a perfectionist in his own field – rather than quickly reach the conclusion by comparing him with his contemporaries.

コロナ影響で何もせずに、プレッシャーも大きく、いつも未来に不安を抱く、いつも母親にしがみつく。さらに、働きの目的もなく、弱い自分に勝つことができない。しかし、この記事を通じて３つのことを学ぶことができた。一つ目、人にしがみつかない、自立することが大切だと思う。「自分の腕一本で生きていく気概」をもつこと。二つ目、己に勝つことは，成長に必要条件なのだ。欠点を隠そうとするより、短所を目立つようにしたほうができる人に見え、価値を生み出せる人になる。最後、将来に向けて準備をしておくことで、順応性がある、新しい時代に生まれてくる課題やチャンスに向かう成長意欲を持った人材であると、上司にアピールすることが出来る。今から、前向きに明るくとらえ、気楽に生きていこう、ピンチはチャンスだとは思っている。

Una samosa es una torta frita rellena de relleno sabroso y es muy popular en países como India, Nepal, Pakistán y Bangladesh. Tiene forma de triángulo y se puede rellenar de papas, cebollas, carne, chow mein, especias, chiles, cacahuetes, chícharos, lentejas, etc. Se puede servir como plato principal con chutney de menta o cilantro y tamarindo y jalebi, bocadillo o aperitivo.
Receta de samosa:Ingredientes:2 tazas de harina (conocida localmente como maida), agua fría, relleno de su elección, sal y aceite
Mezcle la harina, la sal y 2 cucharadas del aceite. Añada el agua y amase hasta obtener una masa firme pero flexible. Forme un wrap triángulo, llene el interior con relleno pero se acuerda dejar un espacio de 1cm alrededor para hacer samosa crujientes. Presione los bordes juntos para sellar las samosa. Después de llenado, quedándolas cubiertas con un paño húmedo. Después de 5 o 10 minutos, fría las samosa hasta que se doren por ambos lados. ¡Y su torta rica está lista!

皆さんお願いします
現在、ベトナムでゴミは社会問題になっている。ゴミは深刻な環境汚染と都市の美しさの喪失を引き起こしている。なぜゴミの量が増えているのだろうか？
まず、国がますます発展するにつれて、工業化と近代化は避けられない。これは、環境汚染の多くの深刻なリスクを生み出しました。現在、工場や企業がきのこのように発生し、計画を立てずに無差別に排出することで、多くの地域でゴミが詰まっている。ゴミは解決しなければならない問題になる。ゴミが過負荷になると、人々の生活も多くの困難に直面し、環境が汚染され、健康が多くの人々に影響を及ぼする。
また、最大の間違いは人間の意識にある。すべてのニーズを満たすためだけに、彼らは環境に何を放出するかを気にしない。

Ich bin Arzt
Ich habe das studium vor sieben Jahren angefangen und in zwei Woche werde ich Arzt. Ich lebe in Venezuela ,es liege in Latinoamerica nähe von Columbia und leider ist ein Land mit sehr Probleme. Venezuela hat Probleme mit der Geldenwertung und die sicheheit ist nicht so gut. Immer es gibt die möglichkeit mir rauben außerdem der Lohn sind nicht so gut zum Beispil: ein Arzt verdient monatlich 4 $ deshalb ich als Arzt in Deutschland möchte und bessere für meine Lebensqualitäten aus . zuletzt ich möchte Neurochirugie in Deutschland machen. Ich denke, dass 2023 ich Neurochirugie anfangen kann.

my opinion on religion
I believe religion is really important topic to be in discussion especially on this period of time we live in.
We have become so distracted by the all means of life transformation whether on this new AI technologies, smart phones, genders and political policy.. ect, has derived our meaning and purpose of life away.
I also believe religion is just not religion but it's a way of life, start of the way we eat, go to toilet way up to to interact with each other whether in business or with our families, with kids and adults, how to create relationship and treat our wifes.
Religion it dose really matter.
human beings we are very unique from other creatures we have brain unlike animal therefore we can make sense of the world around us.
We create, build, design things and fix them and here come the question: if something can't come from nothing then who created us and this spectacular planet earth ? there is a creater who created us and sustain everything the one and only who desreve to be worshipped only him.
Whatever your religion is just keep practice it and that will nourish our lives and give us motivation to be better version of ourselfs.
Religion is a way of life.

Reseña de película: "Amelie"
Hace unos días vi una peli francesa llamada Amelie. Es una comedia romántica que trata de una muchacha muy introvertida que vive en Paris. En el inicio de la película se nos muestran unas escenas de su niñez, que explica su personalidad un poco. Sus padres son muy excéntrico, y deciden educarla en casa. Su padre, un médico muy lejano y frío, nunca muestra a ella ningún afecto, y por eso se vuelve muy solitaria. Cuando Amelie tiene 6 años, su madre se muere en un accidente de azar: un turista se tira de un edificio (en un intento de suicidio), y se cae en la madre de Amelie, aplastándola. Su padre nunca se recupera y empieza construir un santuario en el patio de su casa.
Eventualmente Amelie se va a vivir sola. Trabaja en un café pequeño, donde todos los clientes y los empleados se conocen. Su vida es bastante simple - va a trabajo cada mañana, saluda al vendedor de verduras (que es muy infame a su empleado, un hombre joven con una discapacidad mental), regresa a su casa y ve películas o el televisión. De vez en cuando visita a su padre, y trata de convencerlo que debe disfrutar de su retiro y viajar por el mundo, pero él no quiere.
Un día, está viendo la televisión cuando aprenda del muerte de princesa Diana. Sorprendida, se le cae la botella que estaba cogiendo, y rueda hasta el pared, dónde revela un hueco. Ella descubre una cajita de cosas cotidianas, como naipes y juguetes, aparentemente de un niño que debió esconderla cuando vivía en el apartamento hace muchos años. Amelie decide hacer un reto para si mismo - va a encontrar el niño (ahora un adulto) para entregarle la cajita. Decide que si él esté feliz sobre la caja, ella se dedicará a hacer feliz a la gente.

No apagues las luces (entrada 1)
Ya que solo nos faltan unas semanas para la noche de las brujas, he decidido intentar escribir una corta historia de terror en homenaje a ella. No soy un buen escritor de ficción, ni cualquier otra categoría de escritura, la verdad, pero creo que va a ser divertido de todos modos.
Hay un monstruo dentro de cada uno de nosotros. Todo el mundo tiene un secreto cerrado a cal y canto en su corazón. Una vez creí que sabía el mal de los hombros. Me equivoqué. A veces la gente no tienen alma, sino una entrada al infierno, un pozo de caos y de mezquindad.
Siempre sospeché que había algo raro sobre esta casa. Cuando empecé mi investigación, no había sabido nada del mal que me rodeaba, pero ahora estoy seguro de que estas son mis últimas horas. No hay salida: estoy en un cuarto interior y la única puerta está bloqueada. Ahora no me quedan muchas velas, y esta hasta a punto de apagar. Cuando la oscuridad venga, también me vendrá la muerte. Siempre me he gustado el silencio, pero ahora me es demasiado. Incluso en el lugar más yerma del planeta hay insectos que zumban y viento que sopla, pero ahora lo único que me queda aquí es el ruido de mi corazón. La luz es mi único lugar seguro, y me está desapareciendo.

childhood
when i was a child i wanted to be a pilot so much that i kept telling everyone about airplanes, and how wonderful they are.
i grew up in a city called Al-Riyadh and what was unique about it is that it's multicultural society. Our neighbourhood has different types of nationality from more than five countries and that basically shaped my life to be creative, however i didn't become a pilot at the end but a software engineerer instead.

J'ai mal au rhume
J'ai mal au rhume depuis quatre jours. En Angleterre la nouvelle parle d'un 'super rhume', qui dure trois semaines. J'espère que c'est ne pas vrai pour moi! Avant la pandémie, j'aurais allé au travaille. Mais maintenant je pense que tous le monde a appris qu'il n'est pas juste pour partarger son germs. Alors, demain je resterai chez moi.

Déjeuner tunisien
Aujourd'hui, ayant envie de sentir l'ambiance étrangère, mon mari et moi sont allés à un restaurant tunisien. Au début, il y avait seulement trois groupes, y compris nous, mais petit à petit les clients ont augumenté. Quand on a fini notre repas, il n'y avat plus de place disponible pour un nouveu client. La plupart de ceux nous semblaient d'origine tunisienne, vue les traits de leurs visages.
Il y avait trois choses qui m'ont marqué de cette experience.
Toud d'abord, toute la musique qui y passait était tunisienne, ou de genre africain, dans laquelle des instruments que on n'était pas familiers étaient joués. Ça apportait l'air assez exotique, et nous a ammené à un autre monde que la France.
En plus, le couscous que j'ai commandé était différent de ce que j'avais imaginé. Le couscous auquel j'étais habituée était un grand bol de couscous et aussi un grand bol de soupe de tomato et d'épices (je crois). Mais cette fois-ci, il y avait une petite tasse qui contenait la soupe, et je pouvias la verser sur le couscous. Ça m'a fait reconnaitre de nouveau que la culture culinaire de chaque pays africain varie bien.
Enfin, la dernière surprise était le thé à la menthe. J'envisagais que ce serait comme « herb tea » en anglais, mais j'avais bien tort : la menthe était bien plus forte que celui-là et s'assortait bien à un Zgougou, dessert qui se base à la crème soupoudré de graines de pin d'Alep.
Par ailleurs, j'ai remarqué que la moitié des clients sont venus vers 14 heures, plus tard même que les Français. Cette habitude, est-elle celle de la Tunisie ?
En tous cas, j'ai aimé bien ce restaurant, j'y retournerais bien !

Película que involucra el matoneo
A veces me fascina el comportamiento humano porque a pesar de que un innumerado de generaciones haya pasado las varias etapas, muchas normas sociales siguen vigentes. Hace tiempo vi una película que trataba del matoneo y se centraba en un chico estudioso al que cada día unos compañeros de la clase humillaban. Encima le extorsionaban forzándolo a pagarles un monto semanal para “asegurar su protección”, entre comillas, como si estuvieran preocupados por su bienestar. Sus vejámenes continuaban hasta que un día llegó un chico cuadrado que era retrasado en la escuela. Tampoco encajaba entre los alumnos de la clase y el aislamiento escolar les unieron. De no haberse encontrado el uno al otro, era probable que ninguno iba a sobrevivir en la escuela. A partir de entonces, montaron una amistad y los matones no pudieron volver a agredir al chico estudioso nunca más. Todo parecía ir bien hasta que los matones contrataron a un veinteañero que daba talla al chico cuadrado. La cima del argumento ocurrió durante una confrontación entre los dos grupos. Puso a prueba la amistad entre los chicos y comprobaba la valentía de cada uno.
