That sentence is wrong.

I want a new job!
I don’t like my job and I wish I can find a new job!
My current job is a good pay, very less amount of work loads…
So, many good terms for a working class.
But there two critical “elements” that makes me want to look for a new career.
1 Bad colleague
In work place you may need to work with lazy, stupid colleagues.
I can accept that.
But in my team, 2 colleagues are just wanting to humiliate others and cause conflicts.
2 Zero bargain
When you make a mistake, is your supervisor to make the judge and said this is serious or minors mistake.

Déchets
On dit souvent que le recyclage, il est vraiment important pour notre avenir planétaire. Bien que ça semble très evident, je pesne que ça serait utile pour moi de récapituler des information sur les raisons exactes.
Pour commencer, vérifions des chiffres. Dans le monde entier, on jette 2 milliards des déchets par an. Ayant du mal à se faire une idée sur le poids, j'ai cherché des références que je pourrais utiliser de l'illustrer, et la tour Eiffel m'est venue à l'ésprit. On dirait que la tour pèse 10.100 de tonnes environ, ce qui fait que le poids des déchets annuels équivalent 198.019 fois de la tour Eiffel, le chiffre trop grand et par conséquent encore peu imaginable. Néonmoins ça affiche bien que la quantité est énorme. D'ailleurs, on prévoit qu'elle se multiplit à 3.4 milliard de tonnes d'ici 2050.
Après avoir fait de petites recherches, à mon avis, il y a trois problèmes principals concernant les déchets.
Tout d'abord, ce sont les effets sur l'environnement. Dans les pays en développement, 90 % de leurs déchets ne sont pas traités correctement, car ils n'ont pas suffisamment de moyens pour aménager les stations de traitement des ordures, afin de les trier et les recycler. Leurs citoyens ont tendance à jeter les déchets dans les décharges sauvages, où les animaux sauvage vivent. À force de déverser les déchets dans la mer ou de les laisser dans la forêt, l'environnement se dégrade et devient peu vivable à cause de la déstruction de l'ecosystème.
Non seulement les déchets eux-mêmes, mais en plus il faut s'inquiéter à leur traitement. Quand on brûlé des ordures, ça émet le gaz à effet de serre en quantité pas négligiable. Il contribuee à augumenter la température de l'ambiance, entraînant des averses et des secheresses qui provoquera finalement la déforestation et des innondations dans multitudes des lieux.
Enfin, si on ne fait pas le recyclage, il est largement possible que la resource soit épuisée dans un proche avenir. Surtout pour les produits en plastique, Il faut beaucoup de pétrole pour les fabriquer, la source de l'énergie limitée. Afin de ne pas épuiser les matériaux premiers, on doit les réutiliser pour ralentir la vitesse de sa consommation.

Je veux aller aux vacances
Je veux aller aux vacances. Je rêve de soleil et de mer. Aujourd'hui, j'ai passé quelques heures sur l'internet à chercher des vacances. Dois-je aller en France ou en Espagne? Au bord de la mer ou a la campagne? Autant j'aime la plage, j'aime aussie les montagnes.

Les crimes sexuelles sur les campus, particulièrement le voyeurisme, sont violations de la loi qui doivent être soigneusement investiguées. Mais avec tant de discussions et de avertissements, nous devons nos demander: Où nos sommes tombés? Bien, je peux vous dire que la totalité des problèmes on peut retracer à un thème central: l'impunité. J'en dividerai en deux parties, vous donnant le contexte dans cette partie.
Il fait que les auteurs de tells crimes soient punis n'est pas suffisamment pour décourager les imitateurs, parce que ils pensent que la condamnation vaut la peine pour la gratification qui ils peuvent obtenir de la violation des droits féminines. En plus, l'identification du individu par le média peut lui causer reculer dans les rideaux, donnant lieu à le récidivisme, car quand on se sent seul, il va à recourir à ses vices.
Donc, qu'est-ce que les institutions peuvent faire afin que quelquefois se arrête avant de songer à faire telle chose?

Det er viktig å strukturere tiden sin for å optimisere glad. Dette betyr at når vi bruker tid på unyttige ting, som ruller FB, føler vi lavere energi. Når man vet ikke hva man skal gjøre neste, pleier man å bruke tid suboptimalt. Dette kan føre til at man kan ikke 'gå' dyp inntil vikige prosesser i livet sitt. Newport skriver at det er enda bra å strukturere fritid å utvikle gode vaner. Folk tenker ofte at de må slappe av og ser på tv hjemme. Men vi kan produsere mer verdifulle øyeblikk gjennom livet vårt med dyp tid. Det minste vik kan gjøre er å planlegge og å forberede oss på slike momenter. I tillegg kan vi finner mer flyt i slike tider. Flyt beskriver følelser av totalt fokus på en objektiv. Man kan ikke kjenne tid, plass blir smalt og vi optimisere reaksjonen vår til problemet ved hånden. F.eks når man løper kort distanse på høy tempo, er det vanskelig å tenke på skatten sin. Endelig, fra mitt perspektiv, struktur er avgjørende for å redusere usikkerhet. Jeg sliter mye med slike momenter og jeg er ikke mitt best selv da. På den andre siden, når jeg skape tid å gjøre viktig ting, føler jeg vekst og fremgang.

有些作家並不喜歡讀者用他的創作品而寫同人小說。他們覺得對於有抱負的作家來說，寫同人小說無益，會嚴重影響到寫原創故事的能力。我對這樣的想法不認同。我個人沒有寫同人小說的習慣，不過認識幾位朋友有。大部分寫同人小說的人並沒有當作家的念頭，他們只是愛好者而已。他們寫同人小說，是因為看完書或玩完遊戲後，很喜歡故事裏的角色與主題，才花那麼多精神與時間來寫同人小說。而且，假如你真的想當作家，寫同人小說也算是練習。因為角色已經被預先決定了，你可以練習一下其他寫作元素，比如故事節奏、角色對話、描述等。當在寫同人小說時，你並不是從零開始，所以跟寫原創故事相比，壓力也比較小。所以我覺得，寫同人小說並沒有負面的影響，而且還是一種有趣的練習方式。

I will have to make my driving license renewal tomorrow. The renewal deadline was last January, but it was postponed three times because of coronavirus situation. There was one more opportunity to delay the deadline, but I decided not to delay it anymore. I should put on my make up more carefully than usual, because I will make taken a photo for license. I wonder why photos for license are always terrible. My face in the photo usually look pale and evil!

Exhausted
I'm exhausted today.
I went to the cleaning zone in the morning, the boys are cleaning. There were some administrators in the city cented would come here foring guiding, so it was quite busy for the students to clean. I was a little stressful because they didn't do it well while the school's administrators told me that I need to be more carefully of the cleaning work.
Then I went to classroom, it was still dirty. Sooner, I got a call from the dormitory keeper that my students didn't clean their room. I got angry soon. What's worse, a chief asked me to look after my class so that he could have a rest. I was very hugery, and I would have class in 10 minutes.
The students performed badly, they didn't take the lesson seriously. I felt like I was bomb that I would explode any seconds. But I had no time to do that because I need to attend a public lesson and a semonar after that. Yep, I was quite busy.
My neighbour is building a new house, it was very noisy today. I went to office early in the afternoon. I put on my earphone and got peace for a while. Ms. Liu told me that there was a girl in her class who had CHD, was very fragile. Last Friday, she girl told her that she wanted to die because of her illness. I was astonished. I always thoght that class 1 was the best class in grade 8. I was quite regjoiced now. Though the boys were naughty, they were tough. Long time ago, I received a massage from a network friend, she told me that she wanted to die. I was so shocked and worried for a long time that she would really did as she had said.
I finished some parper work as well. I also corrected the homework. When I thought I would have a good time to relax, the chief asked me to look after my class at night. He called my father, and my father made a promise. I always think that my father is stupid.
I'm exhausted. I have never gotten any happiness from the job.

Finalmente, un titolo- Chernobyl (1)

È innegabile che il disastro che ha avuto luogo a Chernobyl sia un avvenimento che ha sbudellato completamente l'Unione Sovietica, precipitando (ne?) il suo crollo. Vorrei analizzare, in questo componimento, le azioni dei lavoratori che adoperavano il pannello di controllo del reattore quel fatidico giorno; più specificamente, quelle di una sola persona- Dyatlov.
Dyatlov era una figura imponente. Gli garbava minacciare i suoi subordinati con il licenziamento, anche se non ha mai avuto intenzione di dimettere qualcuno. Gli piaceva anche dileggiare i suoi colleghi, fino al punto che c'erano dei pettegolezzi su come disumanizzasse i dipendenti quando ridacchiava che le loro mogli gli mettevano la corna.
Sfortunatamente (o fortunatamente), l'incidente a Chernobyl è capitato di essere il suo colpo di grazia; l'ha accoppato. Durante la notte dell'accidente, doveva esserci un test di sicurezza per verificare che funzionasse, ironicamente, il sistema di sicurezza. Dalle prime ore di questa mattina il pubblico di un circo in Polonia ha presenziato una scena terribile. Un orso ha attaccato a una donna in mezzo uno spettacolo.
La donna, che formava anche parte del gruppo, era accompagnata da due altri compagni prima dal attache dall’animale. L’orso attaccò alla donna innanzitutto acciuffando la sua gamba e dopo la aveva buttato al piatto.
La vittima era una donna da 30 anni, alta e magra, di cappelli castani, lunghi e risi. Lei indossava un vestito molto colorito e molto impressionante. Lei è stata pronta per lo show quando aveva successo il tragico evento.
I due uomini che la accompagnavano hanno colpito all’animale per spaventarlo e la vittima l’hanno portato all’ospedale. Da fonte affidabile sappiamo che i medici hanno informato al circo che la donna sta bene e ha subito pochi graffi e una contusione.
Secondo la vittima, l’orso l’ha attaccato per “gelosia”. La donna assicura: “dopo questa situazione, l’orso si comporta con me come al solito, molto affettuoso e molto carino. Come se nulla cosa è successa.
Ciò nonostante, gli attivisti in Polonia chiedono ai circhi di smettere di usare animali per i loro spettacoli. Un giovane attivista chiede: “I circhi devono lasciare di fare questi spettacoli con animali, è una attività bruta e poco divertente”.

I really liked to go abroad during my vacations.

These days, it isn’t possible because of Covid-19
This time, I just stayed at home during my 3 day vacation last week.
At first, it was very boring since I couldn’t see anything outside.
However, I finally enjoyed spending my time at home.
I read many books and watched videos.

Reseña de película: Amelie (parte 2)

También tiene un plan para su padre: ella roba a un gnomo que forma parte de su santuario, y lo da a una amiga que es azafata - su amiga toma el gnomo por todo el mundo, tomando fotos de él en frente de sitios famosos y enviándolas a la padre de Amelie, en un intento de alentarlo a viajar. I work in an agricultural radio and television school. The school is responsible for training farmers in my district. Anhui province has 13 prefectural level cities, 9 county level cities, 50 counties and 45 municipal districts. In theory, every administrative reigns should have this type of school. Anhui agricultural radio and television school is our head school. It has the highest administrative level in all the schools in Anhui Province and it directs the works of all the schools in Anhui province. Every year, the provincial school will organize training courses to promote the knowledge and pedagogical skills of teachers in the schools of our province. I have the chance to attend the training this year. The training for this year will last two days and there are four courses during this training.
