Could you please help correct anything that's wrong or unnatural in my sentences?
I'd like to learn some common phrases and slang! 🙇‍♂️
And I'd like to get your advice on talking to foreign people
I await your harsh comments!! 💪

By the way,
A is a me.
B is a foreigner.

A: On the 26th, I had an fried egg over rice for breakfast, skipped lunch, and had "suiton" for dinner.
B: What is "suiton"?
A: It is a stewed dish made by making dumplings out of wheat flour and adding them, vegetables, meat, and other ingredients to a soup made with miso and soy sauce.
B: Is it good?
A: It's delicious!
It's so easy to make, I'll make it for you some time!
B: That's a great idea!
I'll make something to take with me then!
A: It's like a party! Sounds like fun!

A: On the 27th, I had leftover "suiton" and sugar toast for breakfast, skipped lunch, and had mackerel for dinner at 6:00 pm, earlier than usual.
B: How did you make the sugar toast?
A: I just sprinkled sugar on the bread. lol
B: Oh, sounds simple and delicious.
How did you eat the mackerel?
A: I grilled it.
It was fatty and delicious.

A: For breakfast on the 30th, I bought a premade butter chicken curry from a convenience store and dipped bread in it.
B: Sounds so delicious!
A: It was soooo good!
Even convenience store food can't be fooled with these days, right?
B: Exactly. What did you have for lunch?
A: I skipped lunch, and for dinner, there is a seafood specialty place about 30-minutes drive from my house, so I bought oysters there and ate them in a pot with tofu and shiitake.
B: Nice!
A: Can you eat oysters?
B: Sure! Many Americans eat oysters!
A: Wow, I didn't know that!
I had an image that they don't like that kind of grotesque looking stuff.
B: Not at all! Of course, there are some people who don't like them.
A: Yeah, it's true.
B: What did you eat for breakfast 1th day?
A: I didn't eat breakfast. I had "somen" and pork buns for lunch.
B: What's "Somen"?
A: "Somen" are Japanese noodles that are made from wheat flour.
B: How're they different from udon?
A: Maybe, but the thinness is different.
I think if the diameter is less than 1.3mm, it is called "Somen", if it is more than 1.3mm and less than 1.7mm, it is called "Hiyamugi", and if it is more than 1.7mm, it is called "Udon noodles".
B: What's the difference between "ramen noodles" and "udon noodles"?
A: I think the water used is different.
"Udon noodles" are made with water, while "ramen noodles" are made by mixing an alkaline solution called "Kansui" with flour.
B: What about soba noodles?
A: Soba is made from buckwheat flour, so I think it's a different thing.
I don't know if it's correct, because I don't know much about it.
B: Anyway, there're many kinds of noodles in Japan.
A: Yeah. There are many other kinds of noodles. There are noodles that are kneaded into the noodle, there is udon with only one noodle in it.
B: Interesting.
I wanna go on a noodle tour myself.
A: That's a good idea.
But you can't eat that much. lol
B: Leaving some of them. lol.
A: That's not good. lol
That's unethical. lol
B: What did you have for dinner?
A: Meat and eggs stewed with soy sauce and vinegar, and komochi shishamo.
B: What is "komochi shishamo"?
A: I don't know how to say it in English.
Spirinchus lanceolatus" with row.?
B: Well, I don't know much about fish names. lol!
A: I think "with roe" is correct for "komochi", but I don't know how to say "shishamo"... "Willow leaf fish"? "Smelt"?
I don't know how to say it in English either. Anyway, "shishamo" is "shishamo". LOL!
B: "shishamo". I'll keep that in mind. LOL.
How do you eat it?
A: Most people eat it grilled.
B: Do some people eat it as sashimi?
A: Yes, but I've never had it.
B: "Shishamo with roe" sounds like "oyakodon".
A: Why? Oh,I see! lol
Come to think of it, you are right.
B: Japanese people must really like to eat family! lol
A: Yeah, that's right. lol
Alas... that's sad, but it's really delicious to eat family. 🤦
B: You must be a cruel race! lol
A: You don't like to eat family?
B: I don't know, I've never had it. lol
It's like love in excess.lol
Like you love the family so much that you eat them. lol
A: Sounds like something that would happen in a movie. If it were a human being instead of a fish.
B: Haha. Right. There might have been a movie like that. haha
B: Yes, For sho. We're talking about fish though.
A: Well, either way, we should be grateful.
Whether we eat fish or humans.
B: Yes, that's true.
A: Can I bite your arm just once?
Sorry, just kidding.

By the way,
A is a me.
B is a foreigner.

A: For breakfast on the 24th, I bought a curry-flavored paste to put on bread and I ate it on bread.
B: How was it?
A: So-so. I don't think I'll buy it again.
The ordinary curry bread be sold everywhere in Japan is better.
B: I've had curry bread once and it was better than I thought. Curry and bread go actually well together.
A: Yeah, it's like eating naan with curry.
B: Indeed. What did you have for lunch?
A: I made and ate "肉まん".
B: What's a "肉まん"?
A: A pork bun
B: Oh, OK.
How did you make it?
A: I made the dough with pankcak-mix, then I make a filling with pork and chives or something, put it inside, and steam it in a pan. That's all.
B: Did it make well?
A: Well, I made the dough too thick and and it became hard. But the taste was ok. I used pankcak-mix to make the crust, so it's a little sweet, so maybe kids'll like it better.
B: You like to cook?
A: Well, not really. lol
But sometimes I feel like cooking.
B: I kind of feel you, there are days that cooking is a good stress reliever.
A: Yeah, but it's hard to do it every day
B: Mothers are great!
A: Nowadays, there are more and more single fathers and househusbands and men who do housework, so a person who cooks every day is great.
B: Yeah, certainly.
What was for dinner?
A: I got it from a Japanese bento place called Hotto Motto and I ate it.
B: What's "bento"?
A: Japanese lunch box.
B: Oh, OK! What kind of bento?
A: I think it was "Oyako-don".
B: What's it?
A: Chicken and egg over rice.
B: What does "oyako" mean?
A: The meaning of "oyako" is parents and children. Chickens is the parent and the eggs is the child, that's why "Oyako-don".
B: That sounds a bit cruel. lol
A: Yeah, I guess so, now that I think about it. We should really be grateful for the ingredients.
B: Yeah, right.
What did you eat for dinner?
A: Granola.
B: Oh, there are a lot of people in the U.S. who eat granola. But American ones tend to be sweet.
A: I see. I think Japanese granola is moderately sweet. The sweetness of the fruit stands out.
B: I wanna try some Japanese ones.
A: I wanna try an American one too.
B: Do you want to send it to each other?
Just for granola. haha
A: I wish there aren't shipping fee. lol
But I can send it if you insist. lol
B: I think there's no need to do this much. lol
A: OK. haha
B: What did you have for lunch?
A: I put chicken and beaten egg into "Shin ramen" and ate it.
B: Great, sounds delicious!
What did you have for dinner?
A: 焼き鳥.
B: What's "焼き鳥"?
A: "焼き鳥" is a Japanese specialty where various parts of the chicken are skewered and charbroiled by the chef. They are usually served simply with only salt or dipped into teriyaki like sauces.
B: Ah, "Yakitori"!
It is also called "chicken skewers" or "chicken kebab" in other countries.
A: Oh, I didn't know that.
I'd like to try some "yakitori" from overseas.
What 's it going for?/How much does it cost?

A: For breakfast on the 28th, I had yesterday's leftover turnips with a sauce mixed with vinegar and miso, and I also had a meat and Veggie stir fry and a burrito I bought at a convenience store.
B: What seasoning did you use for the stir fry?
A: Salt and pepper for the stir-fry.
B: That's perfect for the morning.
A: Yeah, simple is the best!
B: Good! What about lunch?
A: Korean instant ramen called "shin ramen" with steamed chicken!
B: Oh, I love "shin ramen"!
A: Yeah? It's delicious, right?
B: For sho!
What about dinner?
A: Ready-to-eat hamburger steak from the supermarket and sausage and cabbage!
B: Ready-to-eat meal is best when you're busy, right?
A: Yeah, I thank the persoo who invented it every day.
B: Yeah, definitely. What about the 29th?
A: I skipped breakfast on the 29th, had dried shoyu ramen for lunch, and had miso soup, teriyaki pork, tofu and aojiru for dinner.
B: How was it?
A: Well, the teriyaki tasted a little strong, but everything else was good, it's not that the teriyaki was bad, but I think I was thirstier than if I would have been in the desert. lol

A: I had McDonald's for lunch on the 20th.
B: What did you eat?
A: Double cheeseburger, nuggets and aaple pie. That's the most popular menu in Japan!
What is the most popular menu in the U.S.?

A: On the evening of the 20th, I had "Shouga-yaki, "Takikomi-gohan, and chicken soup with egg and chive.
B: What's "Shoga-yaki"?
A: It's a meal in which pork is fried in a soy sauce with ginger. Ginger is "shoga". "Yaki" is "fried"
B: Oh, I see. Sounds delicious!
What about "takikomi gohan"?
A: Rice cooked with chicken, burdock, carrots, shiitake, and so forth. In water seasoned with soy sauce. The ingredients used vary from household and region.
B: That sounds delicious too!

A: On the morning of the 21st, I had leftover rice from yesterday, skipped lunch, and had sashimi and fried chicken for dinner.
B: What kind of sashimi?
A: Tuna
B: O-toro?
A: No, Akami.
B: Which tastes better, otoro or akami?
A: Depends on the person
O-toro is tasty, but too much fat makes my stomach upset and makes me feel nauseous.lol
What kind of sashimi do you like?

B: Do you remember what you ate the morning before yesterday?
A: Uh, what was it? It's on the tip of my tongue, wha-cha-ma-call-it? Let's see... Oh, yes! I remember! Ochazuke!
B: Oh, good job!
Then what's "ochazuke"?
A: "Ochazuke" is a traditional rice soup made with rice and green tea.
But in my case, or most people's case, ochazuke is made with ochazuke powder, which you dissolve in hot water and eat it.
B: Is it good?
A: It's delicious, you can add toppings you like, and most importantly, it's easy and cheap to eat, it only takes 5 minutes to cook and eat, and the whole thing probably costs less than 100 yen, depending on the toppings.
B: What toppings did you have the day before yesterday?
A: I put 海苔 and 山葵.
B: What are "海苔" and "山葵"?
A: Dried seaweed and japanese horseradish.
B: Oh, nori and wasabi! Okay, okay!
A: Have you ever had it?
B: Yes! At a Japanese restaurant in America!
A: How was it?
B: Well, it was good! But is there a good or bad thing about Nori and Wasabi?
A: Well, the nori doesn't taste much different, but the good wasabi tastes so much better when you eat it alone over rice!
B: Isn't it spicy?
A: It's spicy, but it's deliciously spicy!
B: Wow! I wanna try.
A: Well, there is a difference between good seaweed and usual seaweed, but I don't think I wanna pay a lot of money for it.
B: I see. What did you eat for lunch?
A: I skipped lunch and had tofu, chicken, and aojiru (green juice) at night!
B: You drink green juice? That's great!
A: Right? I don't know if it works or not, but it's better than not drinking it, right?
B: Probably. lol
What did you eat yesterday?
A: Chazuke again, hot dog, and egg sandwiche. I ate a lot in the morning, so I didn't eat lunch, and at night I had frozen gyoza and frozen shu-mai.
B: What kind of shu-mai?
A: Shrimp shy-mai.
B: Oh, shrimps... I don't like them. Lol
A: Really? Ah, come to think of it, they look like insects. lol
B: Yeah, it's kind of gross.
A: I feel I understand. lol
I love Shrimps though.
I could eat just it for the rest of my life.
B: No way. Absolutely you can’t!
A: I just imagined and I gave up after 4 days.
B: Yeah, Obviously.

B: Do you remember what you ate the morning before yesterday?
A: Chinjaoro-su
B: What's Chinjaoro-su?
A: Well.. How can I say...
Chinese-style stir-fry containing thinly sliced green peppers and meat.
B: In what ways is Chinese-style?
A: I guess the sauce is Chinese-style. lol
B: Oh, I wanna try! What about Lunch?
A: I didn't eat lunch.
B: What about dinner then?
A: Yellowtail sashimi.
Have you ever eaten yellowtail sashimi?
B: No.
Is it good?
A: It's good!
B: Which's better, tuna or yellowtail?
A: hmmm, I never thought about it lol
I think I eat tuna more often.
There are many different kinds of tuna.
B: What do you mean?
A: When I want something light, I eat the akami (red meat), usually the chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and when I want something rich, I eat the otoro (fatty tuna).
B: I see. Is the yellowtail fatty?
A: Yeah, it's fatty. But to be honest, sashimi is the same if you put soy sauce on it. Soy sauce is number one. lol
B: No way.lol You'll get fish mad at you.
A: You're right, I take it back. I'm sorry fish. Well have you ever had sashimi?
B: Yes, tuna and hamachi
A: Oh, you've also had hamachi !
Buri and hamachi are the same fish. In Japan, we call this kind of fish "shusse-uo" in Japan.
B: "shusse-uo"?
A: "Shusse" means promotion, and the name of the fish changes as it grows. Just like a person's position in a company changes as he or she grows.
B: I see.
A: Like dolphins and whales, right?
B: Isn't it different from that?
Dolphins and whales change their names based on size rather than growth.
A: Oh, that's right! They are different!
B: Yeah.
Anyway, what did you eat yesterday?
A: Pasta with meat sauce for breakfast, croissants for lunch, and soba stew, fried potatoes, and "餃子" for dinner.
B: What's "餃子"?
A: Dumplings
B: Ah, Gyoza! It's also called potstickers, but maybe only in America. Also what's saba stew?
A: Well... cuisine is going to be hard to explain. I make my soba stew by adding Chicken bouillon powder, bonito flakes, and soy sauce to hot water. After that, I put soba in the there and that's it. It takes only five minutes in my case. The same is true of everything, some people make it easy like me, of course some people stick to cooking, and the way to cook the broth changes depending on the region and the family though.
B: Yeah, I know.
Anyways, you traveled to many countries yesterday, huh? lol
A: Yeah, I went to Italy, France, China and back to Japan. lol
Anyways, why did you ask me what I wanted to eat?
B: Remembering the dishes you ate is good for training your brain. It's said on TV.
A: Ah, you've Stayed sharp my brain for me? Thank you. lol
Then I'll exercise your brain too.
What did you eat the day before yesterday?

Riding toward the new bridge

We went to ride bicycles. Where we wanted to go was the new bridge built across the reservoir. It was near the highway. Last time, we went there it was quite good. Sunshine was nice and we ate bread prepared. We could see the birds that were not seen easily.

But today, it wasn't. There were huge trucks being around. The water is smelly. Dead fishes were floating around the edge of the water.
"It's disgusting."
It reminded the fact my friend told me that the water was very dirty because of the livestock facilities. The waste water would had been flow out from some of the facillities without being disposed properly. I don't know they had been punished.
"Farmers will do rice farming using this water."

We turned around and came back to home. The wind blew strongly. I don't like the wind in this season. I love the sunshine of Spring but hate the wind. It makes my head hurt. Anyway riding a bicycle reduced my guilt for not to exercise and made me feel better.
"I realize we live in the rural area when we ride bicycles."

At home, we ate an orange that we were planning for snacks at the reservoir.
"It's delicious."

Introduction

Hi everyone,

I am new in this site, this is the first journal I am publishing, so I would like to quickly introduce myself. I am 33 years old, I am from Hungary, but at the moment I live in Austria. I like playing board games, meeting with my friends or relateives, taking a hike and exploring new cities.

I would like to publish journals in this site regularly to practice English and German. At the moment I feel that I don't have problem with comprehension, but my speaking and writing skills are not good enough. In my job I use English on a daily basis, but sometimes it takes quiet a lot of time to write an email.

Mon cuisine prefere

Was habe ich ihm geschrieben?

Nun ja, was konnte ich tun?
