A Better World
Yes. In general I think that women are more peacefull and efficient that men. They know to manage better the problems and resolves them in a more effective way that men. For another hand, they are mothers and I presume they do not will like to play to soldiers, so there would be few or no wars. Is possible that differents countries helping each other so the contrast among the richer and poorest were more low that now. Medical investigations sure would be better and is possible that scientific investigation too. I think all this go would better, but I could be wrong. What do you think about this?

Monsieur le Directeur,
Suite à cinq ans de travail dans une entreprise de commerce international, je souhaitais revenir à l'école et prendre le Master de l'analyse financière pour faire évoluer ma carrière. C'est pourquoi je vous écris pour vous présenter mon candidature.
D'abord, j'ai d'expérience solide dans le domaine économique. Il y a 5 ans que je travaille dans le departement de communication publique de l'entreprise FinTech, ce qui est basée à Paris et s'entend ses services d'investissement aux quatre coins du monde. Mon travail quotidien inclut communiquer avec la filiale à l'Londre et aux États-Unis, et surveiller le marché de stock. J'ai donc une connaissance solide et pratique sur le monde financier.
Ensuite, licenciée d'anglais et français, je suis parfaitement capable de travailler en contexte plurilingue, une critère qui est nécessaire pour travailler dans le marché anglo-saxon actuellement. Vu qu'il y a de plus en plus de liens avec le marché anglo-saxon et donc plus de recherche en anglais, je crois que le licence d'anglais me permet de bien connaiser le contexte des articles et donc c'est un atout pour l'étude de Master.
Tout bien considérée, malgré un profile atypical, j'ai d'expérience solide dans le domaine économique et d'avantage d'être bilingue, c'est pourquoi je souhaitais que vous pouvez me donner une chance pour faire ce master, ce qui est sans doute un plus-valeur pour avancer ma carrière. Souhaitant vivement pouvoir vous rencontrer dans le cadre d'un entretein, je vous pire d'agréer, Monsieur le Directeur, ma considération distingué !

Funny
In the morning reading class, after I turned off the radio, none of the students kept reading. I asked them to read, but all of them were quiet. I blamed them that they were quiet when they were asked to read, on the contrary, they were noisy. They kept silent, even the headmaster appeard, they were silent as stones. Wierdly, the headmaster said nothing, because she usually would talk with the teacher or students about the bad performance. When the bell rang, nobody moved as usual, they still were silent. It was really surprised and funny. Then I dismissed them. They left quickly.
During the exercise class, the headmaster asked the students who didn't obey the rule to put on the whole uniform (shirt and trousers) to stand out. Then the director asked the teachers in charge to deal with this problem. There were ten of my students. I told them to queue so that I could take a photo. Then I say nothing and went to the office. They followed me. However, some of them walked into the classroom. I stepped in, and said angry, "Who told you that you can come back?" Then I walked into the office, and told them that I've reminded them to put on the whole uniform all day for countless times, but they didn't take it seriously. I was unable to handle their problem so that I would pose the picture on the parents chat group to ask the parents for help. I took out a handbook which record the students' bad behaviour details, and asked them to sign. I looked out, there was several boys walking in the corridor. It was time for math class, they should not have been there. Thus, I went to the classroom and saw nobody there. I asked a boy who was going downstairs where all the students had gone. He answered that they had went running. I realised that they had misunderstood my words. I told them to run 5 laps last night. Because the playground was wet, I didn't ask them to run. I said to the boy, "It is time for math class, just tell them to go back to have class." I went to the end of the corridor and looked at the playground, some boys had nearly finished one lap while all the girls were falling behind. The girls didn't stop until they had run one lap.
Ms. Li said that it seemed they were really scared of me. "If they really were, they won't be so noisy ," I replied.
I know the it is unfair to punish the guys who didn't violate the rules. But most of them were noisy, I can't accurately found out who were making noise. Besides, I think running more will help them with their P.E. exam and is good for their health.

Will Japan's lack of natural resources become a serious problem in the future?
I think Japan's lack of natural resources do not become a serious problem in the future. That is because of the acceleration of globalization, the changes in energy source.
First, today's world is getting globalized every year. Despite the rise of the nationalism in developed counties, the trend will not change in the long run. In such a connected world, countries which hold resources cannot easily stop exporting resources, and as a democratic country, Japan seems to have a good relationships with those countries.
Second, considering the climate change, the energy sources are changing dramatically from fossil fuel to renewable energy. Renewable energy needs not just resources but also technologies. Then, the natural resources will be relatively less important.
For the reasons above, Japan's poor natural resources will not a serious problem.

Writing Diary
It is quite interesting to read my old journals.
Generally, I read them which, I wrote in same date and different year.
With this method, I can remember what I did several years ago.
If there were pictures on the old journals, it is better to remember.
For example, i read journals of Nov 5th 2020, 2019 and 2018.
As I went maple-viewing two years ago, I am able to make a plan that I will go parks to see maple leaves this weekend.
5 years ago, my first son started to speak sentences.
I totally recommend to write journals like this way.
After you are able to see old journals, you will know the joy of writing journals.

Does the internet promote democracy?
I think the internet does not promote democracy in the democratic countries. I admit that the internet played an important role in the establishment of it, but once the democratic government starts, the internet turns into the hinderance of the democracy. For example, in the U.S. SNS is playing a role to incite people now. People no longer read newspaper or use other old media to get information, they use the internet media. Some of them are credible, but most of the media spread some information that is not confirmed. The problem is that the people tend to believe what they saw first, and the speed of the internet media contribute to fake news spreading faster than the fact. Because the widespread of fact is the foundation of democracy, the internet does not promote democracy today.

Is multicultural society in society a good thing?
I believe that multicultural society is a good thing. Diversity is the most important value in today's world, because of higher creativity and productivity. Where different groups come across is where creativity exists. A combination of different ideas from different cultures will accelerate the development of arts. For example, in the music industry it happens so often that an artist combine two styles from different culture and makes a hit song. Diversity can lead to the increase of productivity. People from different backgrounds have different skills, and therefore they will cooperate rather than compete with each other and can tackle with various problems. For above reasons, I think multicultural society is what our society should look like.

Cuando comencemos a usar carros electrónicos, la contaminación del aire y del ruido también por cierto disminuirá. Y también requieren menos energía para operar. Me gusta el Porsche Taycan debido a su aceleración increíble y su tiempo de carga rápido. Además, característico de los otros autos de Porsche, tiene un look elegante y sinuoso.
Creo que es chévere manejar uno y lo quiero. Creo que, ahora, no, pero en futuro cercano (en unos años), el mundo va a estar listo para cambiar a carros electrónicos.

Catherine Classic 2011
I am a game fans PC, PS…
But there are too many good games.
I don’t think “one life” is enough to play all the games that I want to play.
So, I decided give up playing any games but I do installed to my computer.
Hoping someday I will suddenly got time to finish all those games!
Yesterday I watched a video about a game in 2011.
I like this game immediately because is simple, good graphic and is “old”.
Because my computer also is an old model.
I am playing this game now!
It is not fair to all the games that already installed in my computer.

When I ride my motorcycle, I use Google's offline map navigation. However, it had not worked reroute function recently. I reported Google about this bug the day before yesterday. I don't know if that's the reason, but when I used the offline map navigation today, it worked reroute function.

Avons-nous encore besoin des bibliothèques?
La bibliothèque est la maison de la connaissance. Quelqu'un qu'a le soif d'en savoir plus vogue entre les étagères, à la recherche d'un tome d'une encyclopédie, un roman ou un thriller, pour s'informer. C'est a cause des bibliothèques qu'un enfant qui vivait dans un village rural dans la Chine a pu s'affairer avec (dans?) le développement d'un logiciel ou d'un site Web qui a changé le monde, causant des remous dans le monde technologique quand il a porté un géant technologique en faillite.
Malgré l'avènement des applications qui nous permettent de lire et de déguster les livres où que nous soyons, je pense que c'est impératif que nous luttions pour la préservation des bibliothèques. Nous sommes en mal de tels espaces, qui sont de plus en plus cantonnés dans les confines des écoles , puisque c'est à l'intérieur des parois que nous poussons nouer des amitiés et developper des compétences sociales à travers les clubs de discussion, où on peut discuter le contenu d'un livre avec les autres lecteurs, quelque chose de similaire aux clubs des mélomanes.
En somme, le lecture est enrichi avec le compagnie des autres, car l'analisi des mots et des phrases peut dénicher des nouvelles perspectives.

在2019年，我花了一整年來看維克多·雨果的《悲慘世界》。我在初中時很喜歡音樂劇版本，所以一直都想看原著。在前一年年底，我在網上找到一個想看這本小說的書友會。因為《悲慘世界》總共有365章，書友會裏的成員打算每天看一章，然後在論壇裏討論章節內容。我覺得這是一個很好的機會，所以就參加了這個書友會。看過原著後，我還是比較喜歡音樂劇版本，因為小說確實寫得太長了。在《悲慘世界》的小說裏，除了故事，雨果還寫了很多篇跟情節毫無瓜葛的歷史散文。這些散文對故事節奏產生很大的影響。當我剛開始讀這本書時，我覺得這些散文很有趣。可是後來，我對它們逐漸失去了興趣，覺得雨果真是太囉嗦了。我還是覺得《悲慘世界》是值得一讀的，不過自己重讀的機會很少。

初めまして
ただいまこのサイトに登録してみましたが、本当に勉強になると思います。
今のlang-8は違いますが、数年前にこんな感じでしたので、似ているものをずっと探していました。
日英翻訳の仕事をしていて、日本語を無難に読んだり理解したりできますが、
あまり日本語で何かを書きませんので、やはり作文力が落ちてきている今日この頃。
自分の考えていることを母国語の英語でもできなくなって、かなりイライラしています。
おまけに、こんなコロナ時代なので、あまり人と実際に喋っていないから、
前は違ったのに、変なアクセントというか、微妙な発音のクセが身についてしまった気もします。
まぁ、ある程度はしょうがないと分かっていますが、できるだけ何かをしたいですね。

New balcony
The property management company removed the old balcony of my apartment today and installed a new balcony at the same time.
My new balcony has a new roof, new railings, and new floors.
There is a nest of pigeons under the eaves of the old balcony, the nest was removed together with the old balcony.
It is very hard to survive without a nest to the pigeons in winter, so my husband put a box on the balcony's floor.
Hoping that the pigeons will treat the box as a nest.

0411. Hur ofta påverkas jag av reklam?
Inte alls!
Jag brukar inte ens titta mycket på reklamen, huruvida de dyker upp på tv, tidningar eller i gatorna. När man gör valet att inte bli en konsument längre ändras mycket livet. Man blir inte påverkad längre att köpa de nya kläderna i Zara, försöka de nya hamburgarna i Burger King, etc. Man behöver göra smarta val och inte styras av sina önskningar.
När jag vill köpa något frågar jag mig själv tre saker:
1. Är det något som jag verkligen behöva?
2. Är det något som jag verkligen vill ha?
3. Är det något som jag verkligen ska använda?
Om jag svara ”ja” till två av dessa frågor kan jag köpa det. Om det är bara en ”ja” tvingar jag mig själv att vänta några dagar innan jag tar ett beslut. Om jag tänker på den saken under veckan ska jag då köpa den den nästa gången jag ser det.
Jag har gjort detta i de förra 5 åren och det fungerar bra.

Sandales de plage
Aujourd'hui quand j'étudiais avec un document sonore en français, il y avait une partie que je n'ai pas du tout comprise. Ce document parlait de la sandale de plage, mais comprenait des mots comme des méduses, des escarpins et des ballerine, qui me paraissaient rien à voir avec la sandale de plage.
J'ai posé cette question à mon professeur de français, et il m'a appris qu'en France, il y a des sandales en plastique souvent destinées aux enfants pour ne pas se couper leurs pieds, et elles sont considérés comme un peu moches. Mais le document sonore expliquait que la situation change récemment et maintenant les consommateurs les percevoient des éléments de fashion, en raison de l'évolution de la technologie comme l'injection de plastique et la participation de marques célèbres, tel que Chloé et GUCCI.
En obtenant ces informations, j'ai acquis un nouveau schéma sur la culture française, et ça me permettra de comprendre facilement des documents du même sujet. Cet événement m'a fait reprendre conscience qu'apprendre une langue consiste aussi d'apprendre sa culture où elle est née et est en train d'évoluer.

Another day
Right, so today was a cool day. I had fun playing with my mates on the newly released beta of a PC game (which sadly will only be available for 5 days), which is supposed to come until next year. I rarely have the chance anymore to play with friends (due to timezones differences and general lack of time) so days like these make me quite happy.

Nico
Mein name ist Gabriel, vor einem Jahr habe ich Deutsch gelernt ,weil ich im Juni oder Mai mit meiner Freundind Deutschtland gehe.
Mein Plan ist Deutschkurs in Bayern machen , jetzt bin ich ein sprachniveau A2 mache aber ohne Deutschkurs lerne ich für mich und etwas helfe ich mir mit Nico. Wer ist Nico? Nico ist die Hauptfigur von ein Filme, die Filme können ihr auf Youtube oder Dw.com.de suchen, die Filme sind am bessten für Deutsch hören. Die Geschichte fängt im Flughafen an wo er verliert seine Tasche dann kennt er Lisa, Lisa ist ein Lehrerin von Deutsch dass, sie ihn seine Tasche hilft.
Nico hat fur alle sprachniveau von Deutsch, zu beispiel A1,A2,B1 oder B2, Ich empfehle für das Dutsch aufbessern.

Mein Vater hat Krebs
Ich habe gestern erfahren, dass mein Vater Krebs hat. Ich glaube, es sieht nicht gut aus. Sie haben mir nicht vieles erklärt, aber die Ärzte haben gesagt, dass er wahrscheinlich seit einem Jahr Krebs hat. Der Krebs hat in seine Lunge angefangen und dann zu anderer Körperteile expandiert. Ich fühl mich so traurig. Es gibt nichts, dass ich darüber machen kann. Ich muss natürlich positiv bleiben aber das ist so schwer. Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass meine Eltern an irgendeiner Krankheit sterben würden. Ich dachte immer, dass sie sterben würden, wenn sie alt sind. Ich stelle mir vor, wie es ohne meinen Vater auf dieser Welt wäre und nur diese Vorstellung reicht, um mich zum Weinen zu bringen. Ich glaube nicht an Gott oder Himmel. Ich glaube nicht, dass etwas Schlimmes passiert, wenn wir sterben. Vielleicht passiert etwas Gutes, nachdem wir gestorben sind. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie alle Menschen, die vor mir gelebt haben. Ich frage mich, warum bin ich eigentlich traurig? Für mich oder für meinen Vater? Ich meine, wie ich gesagt habe, ich weiß nicht, was nach dem Tod passiert ist. Bin ich traurig, weil ich ihn nie wieder sehen werde oder weil er nicht mehr auf dieser Welt leben dürfte? Wahrscheinlich beides.
Ich glaube, dass es wird auch sehr schlimm sein während er Chemotherapie macht. Ich habe eine Verwandte gesehen, als sie die Chemotherapie jahrelang durchmachte. Sie war immer sehr müde und sah schlecht aus. Sie war auch nicht sehr glücklich wegen den Schmerzen. Auch wenn er den Krebs überlebt, erscheint der Heilungsprozess so schmerzhaft und langwierig. Aber natürlich gibt es keinen anderen Weg jetzt. Er muss die Chemotherapie anfangen. Ich hoffe, dass alles gut geht und er heilt.
