Meine Angst
Ich habe Angst vor vielen Sachen. Einige davon sind typisch wie Horrorfilme/Videospiele, aber ich habe Angst vor persönlichen Aspekten meines Lebens. Im Moment finde ich mein Körperbild besonders wichtig, und ich habe Angst davor, dass ich die neue Entwicklung meiner Gesundheit verloren werde. Ich habe viel abgenommen, aber das Leben ist Schwierig für mich und ich esse, wenn ich viel Stress habe. Das ist mein Laster, aber ich habe seit letztem Jahr das zu verbessern. Ich kämpfe gegen dieses Laster, und manchmal ist es total schwierig. Ich hoffe, dass ich es irgendwann besiegen kann.

Los Estados Unidos (parte 1)
Los Estados Unidos es muy grande, aunque eso no significa nada. Se puede decir eso de todo. La mayoría de nosotros necesitamos datos para entender el tamaño de algo de verdad. Por lo tanto, los Estados Unidos es diecinueve veces más grande que España y cinco veces más grande que México. Ahora sí se puede comprobar que es grande. ¿Y para qué he escrito este párrafo? El título no tiene nada que ver con tamaño. La razón por la que lo hice es que quiero subrayar cuanto grande es el país, porque solo con eso entendido se puede apreciar la diversidad cultural del país de verdad.
La filmografía estadounidense hace a menudo que veamos un país muy uniforme cuando pensamos en Estados Unidos. A veces hay una persona que tiene un acento bastante fuerte, pero eso es todo. Sin embargo, cada región estadounidense, cada estado, incluso cada distrito, tiene su propia cultura distinta. Las culturas de todos que han vivido aquí nunca se pueden ver por todas partes y para mí que eso es lo mejor de vivir aquí.

Morgen um 7 Uhr bin ich automatisch aufgewacht, zuerst habe ich das Frühstück gekocht und das Mittagsessen vorbreitet. Danach habe ich mich umgezogen, um schlicht und einfach kurz Sport zu machen. Nach einiger Minuten Sport machen fühle ich mich sehr frisch. seit gestern fange ich an, jeden Tag mindestens 10 Minuten Sport zu treiben. Ich werde es langfristig einhalten, um eine neue gute Gewohnheit zu entstehen.
Zurück Blick zu meinem Tag habe ich das Gefühl, dass manche mansche in einem Tag viele machen können, ober manchen Leuten haben Ihre Zeit einfach verschwunden.
Ich war heute noch bei der Versicherungsfirma. Um eine Bescheinigung zu bieten. Die Denkweise und Arbeitsweise der deutschen Firma habe ich gar nicht kapiert. Die Mitarbeiterin tut so, als ob dieser Prozess unheimlich kompliziert wäre. Es scheint so, dass wir als Kunden nicht arbeiten müssen, denn ich muss 2-mal da sein, um eine Bescheinigung bzw. nur ein Papier zu beantragen. Und dann noch 2 Wochen zuhause abwarten, bis ich es endlich erhalten kann.
Heute war ich noch beim Verkehrsamt. Ich muss wirklich zugeben, ihre Arbeitseffizienz ist echt stark. Vor 2 Monate habe ich den Führerschein schon beantragen. Als ich es gestern abholen möchte, sie hat mir einfach gesagt, es sollte eigentlich schon früher zu ihnen per Post geschickt wurde. Sie könnte mir einfach ehrlich sagen, dass sie diese Sache einfach vergessen haben. zum Glück habe ich den heute schließlich und endlich abgeholt. Darauf zeigt, dass der Führerschein gestern hergestellt wurde. Was für ein Effizient. Alle deutet darauf hin, dass sie auch schnell arbeiten können.

Quizás están preguntándose por que estoy compartiendo esta oferta. Es sencillo, hace tres años me gradué de la secundaria y necesitaba un trabajo para llenar los meses del verano. En mi puesto con Río Azul, gané tanto dinero que pude pagar mis deudas de la universidad en efectivo, y evité prestar dinero. Por eso, creo que es vale la pena brindarse el anuncio a mis lectores.

La guerra en ucrania
Ayer por la noche en las noticias en la televisión, hablaron sobre la guerra el Ucrania. Los rusos dispararon un proyectil contra un centro comercial. El misil destruyó el centro y se perdieron muchas vidas. El presidente ucraniano lo calificó de crimen de guerra. Es difícil entender porque las fuerzas militares actuarían de esta manera, matando a gran parte de la población civil. Al mismo día se reunían los lideres de los países G7. Estaban indignados y resolvieron incrementar su apoyo a Ucrania. Me parece que esta acción de Rusia les habrá hecho más difícil prevalecer.

Einsatz von digitalen Medien im Unterricht
Hallo Leute,
auch ich möchte heute etwas zum Thema " Einsatz von digitalen Medien im Unterricht" schreiben. Die meisten von euch haben bestimmt über es nachgedacht.
Tatsächlich finde ich, dass Einsatz von digitalen Medien im Unterricht mehr als wichtig ist, weil Studenten und Studentinnen an sie sehr interessant und attraktiv finden.
vielleicht ist einer Grund dafür, dass wenn Lehrer digitale Medien in den Unterricht benutzen, sind die Studenten vor allem Kinder nie langweilig.
Ein weiterer Grund ist sicherlich, dass digitale Medien einfacher und interessanter als regelmäßige Medien sind.
Als eine Deutschlehrerin benutze ich beiden Methode: digitale und herkömmliche beim Unterricht.
Z.B habe ich nicht nur Papiere Medien wie Bücher und Geschichte , sondern auch Smart Tafel für Videos schauen, Lieder hören und Sprache Spiele spielen.
Die herkömmliche Unterrichtsmethoden haben einige Vorteile, wie ruhig beim Unterricht und besser für Hausaufgaben machen.
Aber haben sie auch einige Nachteile nicht nur nicht aktualisiert , sondern auch langweilig und nicht attraktiv.
Alles in allem finde ich, dass Lehrer beide Arte von Medien bei seinen Unterrichten benutzen können.
Man fühlt sich damit einfach besser.

Ich freue mich für eine Freundin von mir
Ich habe eine Freundin, die nie nach Deutschland gereist ist, aber sie hat Deutsch seit Jahren studiert. Sie hat vor kurzem eine Stelle an einem Weiterbildungsprogramm für Lehrkräfte bekommen. Dieses Program findet sich in Deutschland statt, und ich freue mich sehr für sie. Sie hat mir immer gesagt, dass sie sich gefühlt hat, als ob sie in Verzug mit ihrer Deutschkenntnis geratet, weil sie noch nicht in Deutschland gereist ist. Das war schwierig für sie, und das hat auf ihrem Selbstvertrauen gewirkt. Endlich sie sieht fröhlich aus, und hat viel mehr Energie Deutsch zu studieren/lehren. Sie hat diese Gelegenheit echt verdient.

My hobby
I have a pretty unusual hobby. I'm a numismatist. For the last 10 years I collect coins from all over the world.
First of all, I would like to describe you the science of numismatics. It's very peculiar area that overlaps history, enonomy, culture and politics. Each coin can tell you the period of time when it was used, what country is it from, what metal is it made from. A coin usually shows ruler or famous person of the country at that time. Meterial often represents the current economy situation of the country - the worse the metal, the poorer country was. Some countries like to show their sightseeing on the coins, display national animals or plants. Also don't forget about state symbolic and awesome design of the coin you might encounter. In other words, one small coin can tell you a lot about the country and time where and when it was used.
I've got about 10.000 coins from 97 different countries. And that's only a beginning.
Also my hobby helped me find new friends. We often trade coins with each other, share experience and knowledge we get on our way.
Numismatics became a vital part of my life. I'm grateful to myself that one day I started to collect coins and learn them.

Can money buy happiness?
I've heard the statements that happiness cannot be bought with money. But they were stated mostly by people who already achieved something and get enough money to afford comfortable life conditions.
There is a special model that was made by American psychologist. It names Maslow's hierarchy. It states that people have needs during their life and those needs have different levels. Firstly people need to meet basic needs like food and sleep. Then comes safety needs, then needs of love and belonging and so on. What is important, if you're hungry you don't care about love and safety - you just need to satisfy hunger.
I decided to describe that model in order to explain what happens in minds of the people that I mentioned in first paragraph. They've successfully satisfied their basic and middle needs of that hierarchy and as a result they strive to achieve more and they see happiness in those higher things. They don't care about money and financial safety anymore - they want to get more.
Most of the people struggle to get enough money and meet all their dreams and needs. That's why they see happiness in getting more money. In other words, from their point of view, money indeed can buy happiness.
Buy if you're already loaded enough or you somehow managed to refuse material values (like Buddhist monks do), the statement is rather wrong.

Какая музыка тебе нравится? Мне нравится любая музыка. Но в основном я слушаю рэп и поп-музыку.
Кто твой любимый певец или группа? Это трудный вопрос. Я бы сказала что моя любимая певица - Майли Сайрус. Я просто так люблю её голос. Она такая потрясающая певица. И мне нравится рок и поп звучание в ее музыке.
Тебе нравится музыка или музыканты из других стран тоже? Если да, то кто или какого рода? Да, на самом деле, я люблю русскую музыку. Мои любимые певцы, наверное, JONY и Полина Гагарина.

Quand j’étais petite, j’avais toujours peur de voir un dentist et je crois que c’est lié à la mauvais éxperience que j’ai reçue dans le carbinet de gouvernement. Même si je suis étudiante dentisterie, j’ai toujours peur de voir de dentist (mais c’est moins évident) et chaque fois quand je suis dans la chair de dentiste, mon rhythme cardiquae s’accélère. Je ne sais pas pourquoi : je connais bien les procedures (et je les même pratique sur mes patients) et j’ai confiance à la dentiste / au dentist qui me voit, mais c’est comme ça. Cependant, je trouve que mieux je connais l’opérateur, plus court que ma crainte est. Bien sûr, j’ai aussi moins de peur quand les procedures sont simples. Donc, c’est peut-être lié à la personnalité de l’opérateur.

インターネットには深刻な問題がある。インタネットには様々な情報がある。しかし、すべてが事実とは限らない。インターネットに何でも載せるので、個人情報が簡単に流れてしまうことも問題である。また、出会い系サイトを作った犯罪である。出会い系サイトに健全なものだけではない。そのほか、子供や未成年者がトラブルに巻き込まれることができる。したがって、インターネットの使うことについて人々にとって真剣に考えるべきではないだろうか。

Can Something Be Done to Stop This Deadly War?
Madrid will host a NATO summit from 28 to 30 June this year. Apart from the Presidents of the NATO’s thirty state members, the presidents of non-NATO state members, such as Australia, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea, plus the two Nordic countries, Sweden and Finland, which applied for NATO membership soon after Russia invaded Ukraine, will also be attending the summit. The President of the European Commission and the President of the European Council will also take part in such an important meeting.
Although this is not the first NATO Summit held in Madrid, on this occasion, the Summit is much more crucial than the one organised 25 years ago. The war in Ukraine and its repercussions on the world, and especially on Europe, have made the agreements adopted at this summit may change the world order radically. The world has not had to tackle such a dangerous situation since the Cold War. Many experts and journalists say that we are on the brink of the World War III. I have always thought how hard enduring the Spanish Civil War and its Post-War will have been for my parents and the people who were born in those terrible years. I have always thought that nothing like that could happen again. Although there have been tensions and even proxy wars between the two most powerful countries in the world, the US and Russia, at no time has the situation ever escalated up to point where we are right now.
The President of Ukraine will address NATO Summit via video link. This is his best chance to ask NATO for more destructive weapons, weapons with which Ukraine can counterattack the Russian troops invading his country. At the beginning of the war, Ukrainian army was able to hold back the Russian forces and even regain parts of its territory previously taken by the invaders. However, after 120 days of war, Ukrainians are running out of ammunition and being beaten as never before. The West knows perfectly that giving long range weapons to Ukraine would mean the start of the so feared World War III.
After three months of war, we can already see how far Putin can go. He does not care about the hundreds of people killed in Ukraine every day. He said that his main goal was to take Donetsk and Lugansk, the self-proclaimed breakaway pro-Russian republics of Ukrainian but what we are witnessing is the total annihilation of the Ukrainian State. This is why the NATO Summit is so important. But I fear that the worst is to come. We have only seen the tip of the iceberg. I hope to be mistaken but I am afraid that we are going to suffer the same hardship that our parents and grandparents did.
