Was hast du in der letzten Woche gemacht?
Am Morgen habe ich Frühstück gegessen. Jeden Werktag bin ich zur Arbeit gegangen. Ich habe dreimal diese Woche trainiert. Ich habe Essen für mich gekocht. Ich habe duschen jeden Tag vor dem Schlafen gegangen. Ich habe grüner und schwarzen Tee getrunken. Ich war mit Freunden in einer Kneipe. Wir haben English gesprochen, weil wir aus unterschiedlichen Staaten gekommen sind. Am wichtigsten habe ich etwas Deutsch gelernt.

English is that fact that I not can. English is for me to difficult and I make always the same mistakes. Example I forgot words and grammar. Sometimes I write to much or to few it is very not easy for me. I mean my notes are so good but I must always to much learn. Because my note were then terrible. I can already the most but I make and make always the same mistakes . It is very bad but I learn always again and I will be better. I am excited of the future hope my english will be better with the time. Until that coming I am wendy to wait.

Jedem ist schon mit den Nachteilen des Rauchens bewusst, nichtsdestotrotz rauchen noch viele Menschen, um beispielsweis den Stress des Alltags abzubauen.
Außerdem glaube ich, dass es sowohl ihr eigenes Leben als auch ihre eigene Freiheit ist, demnach können sie zwar tun, was sie wollen.
Trotzdem müssen die Raucher aber nur darin berücksichtigen, dass sie neben einem Nichtraucher zu rauchen, da sie nicht nur ihre eigene Gesundheit schaden, sondern auch der Gesundheit von anderen, die in der Nähe von ihnen sind, und das finde ich ganz unfair.

서강 한국어 쓰기 1 Practice about using basic particles
마크 씨는 올해 연세대학교 경영학부에 입학했습니다. 연세대학교에서 경영헉을 전공한 다음에 아버지의 일을 도와드리는 것을 마크 씨의 꿈입니다.
마크 씨는 오늘부터 2박3일 동안 신입생 오리엔테이션에 참석합니다. 그래서 경영학부의 교수님들과 선배들, 그리고 14학변 동기들과 함께 서울에 왔습니다. 신입생 오리엔테이선에서 교수님과 선배들은 신입생들에게 대학 생활에 대해 친절하게 소개해 주었습니다. 그리고 선배들은 수강 신청 방법을 가르쳐 주었습니다. 마크 씨는 같은 학부 동기들은 많이 사귀었습니다. 한국 대학에서 강의를 듣는 것은 어려울 것 같아서 걱정을 많았는데 오리엔테이션에서 많은 것을 배울 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Hochschulkooperationen mit Unternehmen
Ein wichtiges Thema darüber in letzter Zeit immer wieder diskutiert wird, ist Kooperation zwischen Unis und Unternehmen. Einigen Universitäten-Hochschulen bekommen Investition von kommerzielle Firma, um die Experimente zu führen. Somit ergeben sich folgende Fragen: Welche Vor-und Nachteile diese Zusammenarbeit beringt mit sich? Einerseits behaupten die Befürworter, dass mithilfe der finanziellen Unterstützung von den Firmen die Recherche einfacher durchführen können, weil mit Geld die Hochschulen Equipment kaufen können. Die Ausstattung ist zu teure in der Labore, als dass man kaufen könnte. Außerdem bekommen die Studierende die Möglichkeit, beruflichen Kontakt mit Betrieb aufzunehmen. Anderseits äußern die Gegner der Zusammenarbeit, dass durch Betriebsinvestitionen Universitäten an ihre Unabhängigkeit verlieren. Forscher und Wissenschaftler sollten autonom sein, sonst werden ihre Ergebnis fragwürdig und ungewiss. Zum Beispiel war ein ungültiges Forschungsergebnis während der Pandemie, dass Zigarette als Heilungsmittel gegen Corona empfohlen wurde. Danach wird es abgeschafft, weil eine Zigarette-Hersteller in diesem Forschungsprojekt finanzieren. Und werden reine Wissenschaft wie Mathematik vernachlässigt, da Unternehmen direkt Geld davon nicht gewinnen können. Daraus lässt sich die Schlussfolgerung ziehen, dass Unternehmen eigene Ziele verfolgen und universitäre Forscher ausgenutzt werden. Ein andere wirkungsvolle Maßnahme könnte es sein, dass anstatt der Firmen die Regierung in der Wissenschaft anlegen, weil die Bildung Ländersache ist.

Regreso a casa de las vacaciones
Durante el verano estaba de vacaciones visitando otro país y al regresar me di cuenta de que algunas cosas habían cambiado en casa. Otro habitante de la casa en la que alquilo un dormitorio reorganizó las estanterías de la cocina y la despensa para acomodar alimentos que se habían estado guardados en otras partes de la casa. Él mantenía una nevera pequeña en su habitación para facilitar su acceso a bebidas enlatadas que incluían cervezas y refrescos. Sin embargo, debido al calor que hacía durante los meses veraneos, la máquina dejaba de servir para enfriar las bebidas. Simplemente no podía ante el color abrumador. Así que él ajustó los compartimentos de la nevera en la cocina para que cupieran sus bebidas adentro. Además apagó la caldera con la explicación de que no hacía falta agua caliente durante el verano. Sin embargo, ahora que han pasado los meses más calurosos, se demora volver a encenderla. Asimismo, supongo que él realmente quiere ahorrar dinero en el gasto de energía aprovechando el calor como excusa.

Increment
We are three employees working for SGS
Argentina is going through 80% inflation environment and many companies in the country, from the smallest one to biggest corporates, increased salaries of their employees at least by this rate. The minimum wage increased even by this rate in 2022. However, we were granted only 15% increment in April.
We are qualified employees but our salaries have a small margin from the minimum wage. These poor salaries avoid us to focus on our jobs as we think of how to deal with cost of living.
We know that you approve these kind of increment, that’s why we are writing this e-mail to you directly to explain what we experience here. SGSis a big corporate and we believe that it takes care of its only three employees’ problem. In the end, we would like you to increase our salaries at least by 50%, effective from July 2022.

Just finished my three-week study and work programme in England and I have to say that it was very stimulating and particularly complicated! Not only I had to study English in the morning, which is itself an agonizing challenge, but in the afternoons I had to work for a local company called “InfoTech”, near my dorm.
The programme included studying English in the morning and then having some spare time for any activity or hobby you had in mind, such as listening to music or going for a stroll with your colleagues. After lunch I had to take a ten minutes taxi ride that would lead me to the company where I was working for and I could not return back home until I finished my working hours. My tasks at “InfoTech” were ridiculously hard: I had to code a program that would help the company with some business analytics, but I had never coded in my life since that moment! Consequently, me and my workmates did a terrible job and ended up staying in a corner watching programmers do their cryptic job.
Obviously the most tedious part of the programme was the actual work to do, but we could not offer more than that. Even English was more entertaining because you could study with your mates, while the job was on another level of difficulty! The only change I would make for this programme is having less tedious work to do: it was very stressful at the end of the day!

We heard in class a radio conversation about the good influence adults can be to youth generations. I took some notes and these are my thoughts.
As everyone has experienced the “teenagers era”, we personally know that adolescents can be very vivacious and outgoing sometimes, sometimes causing a lot of bad occurrences to themselves or even other people. These could be for instance, incidents or bullying. That’s the reason they need rules: they help youngsters to make choices to create better self-regulation and decision-making, and at the same time develop mind order and awareness.
Most of the time, adults can be seen as an example, such as an idol, and this method can help teenager’s consistency in improving themselves since they have an objective to follow. Personally, I do have a model and it helps me to keep track of my progress. A drawback to this method can be the lack of patience a young mind can have, and this would lead to depression and less self-confidence if failing to succeed.
Last but not least, one thing that I personally suggest to every kid I encounter is to follow adults advices, especially the oldest ones who have more experience above all. There will always be someone with more experience in a certain field than you and asking for help won’t be seen as embarassing as you could think. Therefore, not asking for help would only occur to a future decision you might regret taking.

Meddler deliver packed meals to the elderly
In my neighborhood, an 80-year-old woman who lost her husband last year lives alone. The other day when I came across her, I asked, "How are you doing?" "Being a single dweller, I have less appetite and run out of the energy to go shopping. I felt dizzy since I didn't eat," she replied. Considering her difficult situation, I bought a packed meal for her dinner at a nearby store, bringing it to her with the menu. I told her my phone number with the message, "Tell me whenever you want to eat."
A few days later, I got a phone call from her, so I delivered one to her again. Since she was trying to pay both for a meal and a service charge, I said to her, "I don't need the charge because I'm just a meddler." Realizing she thought I worked for a food delivery company, we broke into a big laugh. She asked if I could deliver one to her again, so I answered, "Anytime."
I've had a variety of things to do for my mom, who passed away at 82 just this February. Taking after my mom in a meddling personality, I'm so glad to help the neighbor of my mom's generation do daily chores like going shopping.

Co wczoraj zrobiłem, a co 10 lat temu
Wczoraj poszedłem na spacer po parku. Jest w Lyonie duży park nazwany „Park złotej głowy”. Jeszcze nie wiem, dlaczego tak się nazywa.
W parku jest ogród botaniczny, w którym znajdują się wiele roślin ze wszystkich stron świata. Jest też ogród zoologiczny z wieloma egzotycznymi zwierzętami. Jest również sztuczne jezioro, wiele pamiętników, ogród różowy i dużo więcej. To naprawdę ładne miejsce.
Nie zrobiłem tam nic ciekawego, po prostu szedłem po parku i cieszyłem się z przyrody. Choć jest tam zwykle dużo ludzi, park jest wystarczająco wielki, aby znaleźć ciche miejsce, w którym odpoczywać na chwilę w spokoju.
10 lat temu był wrześniem 2012 roku. W tamtym miesiącu zacząłem drugi rok liceum (we Włoszech w liceum są 5 lat). Nie pamiętam dużo, o co wtedy robiłem. Jestem pewien, że 10. września 2012 roku szkoła jeszcze była zamknięta, bo we Włoszech rok szkolny zaczyna się w połowie września. Najprawdopodobnie były to moje ostatnie dni wakacji.

9.10 Mid-Autumn festival
Today is Chinese Mid-Autumn festival, and you can also call it moon festival. It is held on the 15th day of the 8th month of Chinese lunisolar calender (1th day and 30th day the moon is dark and 15th day the moon is usually full). People believe on this day, the moon is at its brightness and fullest side, and the day is often fine, (autumn day, not too hot or too cold), so people will get reunion with family and admire the moon together.
When Chinese people talks about the festival , they will say the theme of it is reunion. But the festival's charisma goes beyond that. In Chinese, reunion is "团圆“ ，团 is unity and 圆 is round. Round implicates pefect and flawless things.
When the great ancient poemer Su Shi was in seperetion with his family in the festival and had a hard time in exile, he writed about the moon:
She rounds the vermilion tower,
Stoops to silk-pad doors,
Shines on those who sleepless lie.
Why does she, bearing us no grudge,
Shine upon our parting, reunion deny?
The moon is bright or dim
And so men have sorrow and joy
The moon does wax, the moon does wane,
And so men part or meet again.
There has been nothing perfect since the olden days.
So may you live a long life,

The changing shapes of the moon represents the ebb and flow of life in Chinese literature. Fullness,brightensss,perfectness and its reverse counterpart exists on the world at same time, and the moon festival remind you of that. The wish for reunion in the moon festivals is quite different to the one in the spring festival. Spring festivals means a brand new day, means a bustling and jolly time with family, while the moon festival is still and serene.
There is kind of melancholy. But wishes for "团圆" is wishing everything is good, and everyone is well. It doesn't limit, for everyone in everywhere can share the beauty of moon. So it also has a power to against seperation and dispell the melancholy and unsatisfaction.

水中毒
お水を飲み過ぎることは可能のが知っていますか？
子供の頃、私はそういうことを教えられました。「水中毒」と言います。誰かそういうことをしたきり死にました。あの人は短い時間の中8リットルを飲みました。でも、その場合は甚だしかったですね。
「温和」な水中毒に罹るのほうが安いです。最近、私はとても暑い日に長い時間で外に水を飲みずにかかりました。帰ったときに、渇いて、熱中症のわけで心配しました。そのせいで、すぐに早く1リットルを飲みました。他のリットルをぐしました。気が付くと、もうあのリットルも飲んでしまった。更に夫の水も半リットルぐらい飲みました。帰ったから1時間が経ちませんでした。
ややあって、のぼせるになりました。それから、ふらふらになって、顔がジンジン、話せなかった。夫は私と話してみて、全然わからなかった。彼は私に食べ物を差しあげた。お腹がすいたけど食べ辛かった。呼吸の リズム を持ちがたくなりました。ベッドに行った。世界がスピンした。突然吐く必要があった。あの夜10時間に寝っても、次の日は二日酔いみたい具合がありました。

Preferisci lavorare la mattina o la sera?
Sono una creatura della notte. No, non sono un vampiro che beveva il sangue dei sui poveri ospiti, e neanche sono un festaiolo che va spesso ad assorbire diversi prodotti illiciti in una discoteca alla moda. Voglio dire que la sera e la notte sono i momenti del giorno in cui lavoro miglio. Ritengo che siano propizi alla meditazione, alla riflessione, probabilmente perché di notte, tutto è generalmente più tranquillo. Inoltre, l'oscurità appena illuminata dai raggi di luna dà alla notte un aspetto più contemplativo.
Quando ho obbligazioni, mi sveglio ad orari normali, ma sfortunamente, la mia tendenza naturale è di andare a letto tardissimo e di svegliarmi tardissimo altresi. È un problema, perché la qualità di sonno che si può avvere a partire dalle tre della matina non è la migliore, perciò, in questo caso devo dormire moltissimo per essere in forma al risveglio. Perciò, anche nel fine della settimana, mi fisso orari regolari per andare a dormire e svigliarmi.
La mattina mi piace anche, ma come sono la mattina è una cosa aleatoria. Alcune matine, sono di piedi molto presto e pieno di energia, ma oltre, con la stessa quantità di sonno, la machina richiede molto tempo per iniziare, sebbene non abbia bisogno di due litri di caffè per funzionare di modo ottimale. In ogni caso, diventerei dipendente al caffè molto presto, allora cerco di non ne fare un'abitudine! Per tanto, bevevo tè al solito, mi piace molto anche.
Questo testo mi fa pensare che durante il mio prossimo viaggio, devrò gustare tutti i tipi deliziosi di caffè italiano con moderazione!

Souviens-toi de garde un âme calme
Dans certains situations c'est important que tu gardes un âme calme. La plupart du temps paniquer va empirer tous. Dans l'adversité analyser la situation presente et trouve une solution. Controles tes emotions et pas l'inverse. Je sais que c'est plus facile à dire qu'à le faire. Heureusement c'est quelque chose que tu peux apprendre. Juste place toi aux situations que te rend un peu gênant chaque jours et éventuellement ça y est.

仕事の復帰が怖くなる
来週の月曜日に、僕は教師として仕事に戻らなくてはなりません。秋入学のために、新学年が来ています。
実は、復帰が大変なことになっています。ならば、今年には夏があっという間に過ぎました。というのは、瞬いた途端に、夏が経て終わったように感じていますから。まだ疲れているのです。夏休みの後でも、教えれば教えるほどへとへとになっています。教育にとって、相性をだんだん失っているのですか？教育に対する好みを無くなっているのですか？
おまけに、風邪をひいているかもしれません。似た症状が出ているし、背中も痛いんです。新型コロナとか腎臓結石である可能性があるのです。でもね、体調の立場からいうと、悩み過ぎるですよ。簡単に治る可能性もありますね。
さあ、どうせ選択はありませんから、来週の金曜日まで、ずっと支度するつもりです。月曜日から一週間後に授業は始まって、私はもちろん覚悟するつもりです！

Dla tych, którzy czują się samotnie
Organizacja „Gaduławka” miała świetny pomysł. W Krakowie, gdy czujesz się samotnie, możesz siadać na ławkę i czekać na kogoś, kto ma ochotę gadać z tobą. Te ławki (nazwane „gaduławki”) mają na sobie napis po polsku, hebrajsku i angielsku, który wyjaśnia, że możesz tam siadać, by czekać na nieznajomego, który ma ochotę gadać z kimś nowym.
Wydaje mi się to dobry pomysł w czasach, w których jesteśmy coraz bardziej oddzieleni, zwłaszcza dla starych ludzi, którzy niestety są często zaniedbani przez społeczeństwo.

What I liked about living in England
I wanted to write something in English and this is the topic I came up with.
I've lived in England for two years in total. It wasn't two years in a row, I've been one year in London between 2016 and 2017 and then a second time in the Lake District between 2019 and 2020. I can say I experienced both the urban and multicultural side of England and the more rural side.
I think the UK is a great country and I enjoyed my time there. I only have happy memories of the UK.
The first time I was 19. It was my first time leaving my family and by then I had been wanting to achieve my independence for years.
I wasn't planning to go to London. I had just finished secondary school and I wanted to take a gap year, so I could work and save some money to attend university. My father told me he had a colleague who had already worked in London before and wanted to go back there. In the end he couldn't go with me, but I had already bought the plane ticket, so I took a risk and went there on my own. People told me it takes a lot of courage to go abroad for the first time all by yourself at 19, but I was young, the desire for independence was strong and I know that it was a risk worth taking, because it was one in a lifetime kind of opportunity.
The second time I actually wanted to go back. I wanted to gain some experience in the tourism sector and because I had already worked in England and had fond memories of it, I decided to try it again. I ended up working in a hotel on the shores of the lake Windermere, the biggest in England.
Sorry, for the long introduction, this is kind of nostalgic for me and ended up delving too much into it.
These are the things I liked about living in England:
• Multiculturalism
London is obviously a multicultural city, but England is full of different cultures. When I was living in Cumbria we had an Indian wedding! Where I'm from you would never witness such exotic cultures in such a rural place as Cumbria.
• Greggs
This one speaks for itself. What's not to love about Greggs?
• Climate
I know England is reknowned for its constant rain, but I come from a place where a 40-degree and above summer is the norm. If you can put up with the rain (and I didn't mind it) the temperatures are pretty reasonable. Also, it's easier for me to deal with the cold rather than with the heat.
• Nature
Maybe I'm biased because the Lake District is famous for its beautiful mountains and lakes, but I loved it for sure.
• Switches for every socket
That's just so smart, I don't understand why it isn't widespread in the rest of the world.
• Vegan options everywhere
Usually cities are well equipped with everything you need and may look for. What surprised me is that even in the countryside you can easily find whatever you need, even when it comes to such modern trends as veganism.
• People
English people are innovative. They have a really open mind. I guess it's because they are so used to experience new things and intermingle with foreign cultures that it makes them more tolerant. I mean, stupid people exist everywhere, but my general opinion is really positive.
