Un référendum
En Australie, normalement, des référendums ne sont tenus que pour apporter des modifications à la Constitution. Le parlement n’a pas le droit de la changer sans un référendum. Jusqu’à présent, 44 référendums ont eu lieu et seulement 8 ont eu un succès tous les autres ont été rejeté.
Le dernier référendum a eu lieu en 1999. Le gouvernement australien a déclaré que le prochain référendum sera lieu en 2023. Peut-être que vous avez entendu parler que l’objectif sera de changer la Constitution et de donner une reconnaissance aux peuples indigènes. L’intérêt à propos de ce référendum est particulièrement élevé.
Comme j’ai déjà remarqué, en Australie, ce n’est pas facile et il est peu probable qu’un référendum réussisse. Pour qu’un référendum soit adopté, (référendum to be carried / to be successful) il faut un vote majoritaire dans 4 états sur 6 états australiens : en Australie il y a 6 états et 2 territoires. Quoiqu’il en soit, c’est un processus long et compliqué. Au cours des mois suivants, la public aura de nombreuses opportunités de donner ses commentaires. Il est prévu de tenir des consultations et des groupes de travail partout dans le pays.
À mon avis, bien qu’il soit une opportunité de réunir les gens et de guérir les vielles blessures, le débat montera également la fracture de l’opinion publique.

My friend is coming back
Earlier this morning, I learned that an old friend of mine - David, is coming back to Taiwan from Canada next month on Facebook. He must be thrilled to fly back as Taiwan reopens its border for the first time since the pandemic. Although it's an exciting news for me, I don't bother messaging him right away. Instead, I'll wait for him to contact me when he is available to do something together, and I have a good reason to do so. Because David only returns home once every three years or so, he must schedule meetups with all of his family, relatives and friends for a mere week of stay.
I have known David since middle school. We used to be in the same class and that's how I met him. (Technically, he was in a class next to mine, but we took certain classes together.) David was born with a silver spoon. He spent most of his life in Canada, but I was lucky to meet him in school. One day, I took the courage to ask for his Yahoo messenger ID, and then started overwhelming him with English-related questions almost every day. Even after he transferred to middle school to Toronto in the last year of school, we were still in close contact. Both of us were keen on computer games, so we would play online games together. What good old days!
Since we started working, we have been growing apart and have been messaging each other less often than we used to. Nevertheless, we're still good friends. It feels strange when you meet someone you don't get to see for so long, you'd feel as if both of you had only been separated for a couple of days. Perhaps this is what a true friendship is. To me, only a true friendship can stand the last of time and difficulties in life.
As for what activities I'd probably want to do with him as he comes back, I'd probably want to try something different this time. Other than doing window shopping in the mall, maybe I can invite him for a gokart ride on the outskirts of my city, or take him to a newly opened fancy cafe for a chat. I am tempted to know what he has been up to, and who he is seeing, etc.

「決して諦めない市の紹介：サンアントニオ」
サンアントニオに観光すれば、皆が「アラモを覚えなさい」ということに気がつくでしょうか。街の中心にテキサスはメキシコから自由を喧嘩しているうちに人がボランティアとしてアラモを守っていた。戦闘（せんとう：battle）の前に砂（すな：sand）で線一条が描かれた。将軍は「この線一条を超えたら（こえる：to cross）、自由にとってテキサスを死んで守ろうと決心するべきだ」というらしい。何と言ってもテキサス人は強いですよ！テキサス人は負けても、誰にも逃げなかったので、この歴史のために、サンアントニオに育っている人として、「勝たなさそうだからといって、やってみることを諦めるべきではない」と信じる。
毎年4月にフィエスタや戦闘の花という祭りはアラモとテキサスの忍耐力（にんたいりょく：fortitude）を覚えるのに必要だ。最初の目標は若い人に歴史を教えることになっていたが、そのイベントで現代コミュニティの異文化は自分の文化を祝うようになっていく。この祭りに参加すればするほど楽しみしている人にとって、一番難しいのは、花を入れられたお練り（おねり：floats）を作り方の計画を立てても、きちんと作り方をことにすることが無理らしい。
これなのに、写真の上に見せた通りにお練りの発表を見に行くみんなは市の独特な魅力に感動する。このイベントのうちに、カスカロネスという卵を壊れることに参加するべきだ。カスカロネスの中に、コンフェッティがあるために、卵を壊れる間にいろいろな色の紙が落とす。友達とカスカロネスを壊れることの思い出を覚える間に、笑顔で笑いながら、街が文化や歴史や忍耐力などがいっぱくサンアントニオらしい所を考えたことがきっかけで、私の出身を紹介することを選びたかった。みんなが早く観光し、この特別な思い出のような経験があるといいんだ。

Meinung Über Die Kinos sterben
Ich finde es wirklich schade, wenn Kinos abschließen werden. Man kann viel Spaß mit seinen Freunden oder Familie, aber nicht allein, haben. Aber vielleicht ist sehr kostenintensiv ins Kino gehen, als zu Hause Filme schauen,weil man zu Hause kein Karte kaufen muss, keine Verkehrsmittel braucht und Dinge zum Essen machen kann.
Ich glaube dass die Internet Film zu Hause leichter macht, weil wir am welche Zeit und welches Film zu sehen möchten kann. Besonders für Menschen die arbeiten muss oder kein Geld haben. deshalb für mich ist besser zu Hause bleiben und jeden Tag eine neue Film sehen.

The magic of a movie theater
Because of the pandemic, many of us have prefer to watch movies in our homes, but I think the magic of the movie theater's ritual still persist.
I wanted to watch a corean movie called "Emergency Declaration" on a local movie theater, so I decided to go on Wednesday because they offer two tickets for the price of one. I actually went alone but I chose that day because one of the magic things of these places is to share with other people the same experience, and I was hoping to see many of them.
Even if we were just 6 people in the theater I enjoyed the movie a lot, but at the same time I can't but feel sad about seeing this places more and more empty each time I go to them.
The big screen, the pop corn smell or the carpets with strange patterns are things that Netflix will never beat.

J'ai entré le dojo and j'ai vu mon père en train de parler avec un homme qui je ne connaissais pas. Cet homme a porté une robe verte traditionnelle chinoise avec un motif de dragon.

Q: What do you do keep fit ?
A: To keep fit, I go to the gym twice a week from a year ago. I make a conscious effort to move my body because I live a sedentary lifestyle. When I go to the gym I always do muscle training such as squat, bench press. I focus on the three most biggest muscle, chest, thigh, back.

Faut-il parler moins ou plus ?
Bien sûr que ça dépend de la personne et la situation, mais en général, j’apprécie quand les gens parlent un peu plus. Nous humains, on est des animaux sociaux, et j’ai un certain respect pour les gens qui peuvent parler et établir des relations avec facilité. Sans doute c’est un peu parce que j’éprouve de temps en temps des difficultés à m’exprimer ouvertement. Mais aussi, par exemple, mes collègues de mon nouveau travail sont, en moyenne, plus bavard qu’au mon ancien travail, et ça me donne le sentiment de leur faire légèrement plus de confiance. Pourtant, ce n’est pas universel. Quand j’habitais en Suède, j’ai été frappé par l’importance qu’on accorde à se taire avec les gens on ne connait pas ou pas bien.

Today was the thirteenth day of my English challenge. I read a text aloud. There were a bunch of words I didn't understand their meaning, therefore, I had to look up in a dictionary English to English and built up my vocabulary.
I have a confesse for you, Learning English alone is not an easy task for me. But I stay strong and keep improving. I am sure I will reach my goals.

Français: amusant ou folie ?
Oui, mais je veux expliquer. C'est trois choses: mon raison, comment c'est amusant et comment c'est un peu folie. Je apprends français parce que je veux avoir des options de aller à autre pays dans l'avenir. Ça peut être sérieux, mais pas tout le monde a besoin de être sérieux tous les jours.
Cependant, nous pouvons avoir plaisir quand nous faisons quelque choses sérieux. On peuvent rencontrer nouveaux gens, parler nouvelles idées et lire livres qu'on ne pouvais pas lire avant. C'est super.
Quand de même, ce n'est pas facile. Bien sûr que non ! Un langue est un grand chose. Un langue peut expliquer tous les choses. Je dois me souvenir beaucoup des choses: les mots, les genres des noms, les genres des verbes, les genres d'articles et mon ami - la apostrophe. J'ai mal a ma tête ! Ou un peu folie.

Le libre-arbitre existe-t-il ?
Le destin ou le libre-arbitre ?
Des fois j'imagine que tout ce qu'on fait est déjà écrit, que l'univers est plutôt déterministe. Si nous sommes composés d'atomes et ses trajectoires et ses comportements sont prévisibles ; est-ce que c'est tout prévisible alors ?
Et si par contre rien ne peut être connu d'avance ; est-ce que cela veut dire qu'on peut pas trouver les règles que décrivent notre univers? Existe-t-il un voile impossible à lever ?
Bref, j'ai plus des questions que des réponses et à chaque fois que j'y pense je n'arrive pas à trouver une solution. Enfin de compte quel que soit notre façon de penser, si on croit que le libre-arbitre existe ou pas, la partie la plus importante c'est l'illusion de liberté. Ce n'est pas possible pour nous de savoir si nos choix sont déjà écrits, mais nous avons l'illusion de choisir en liberté. Cela devrait être suffisant.

W restauracji
Kiedy idę do restauracji i muszę się zdecydować, co jeść, mam preferencji. Często piję piwo, a jeśli nie chcę wypić alkoholu, to chętnie proszę o wodę gazowaną. Aby wybierać danie czytam menu od końca, szczególnie gdy chcę się zjeść pizzę. Nie oglądam cen (no cóż), tylko składniki. To trudne sprzeciwiać się moimi ulubionymi, na przykład wszytko, co jest przyprawiony. Jednakowo wybieram ryby raczej mięsa, bo nie mam dużo okazji aby jeść równe rodzajów ryb w domu, tylko łosoś, dorsz albo plamiak.
Wolę słone jedzenie od słodkiego, zatem nie zawsze mam ochotę na to (nie "rozczulę się" na to, jeśli ten zwrot jest poprawny?). Przede wszystkim w południu, gdyż jeśli pracuję popołudniu, trawienie można czuć i żałuję swojego wyboru.
Kawa dla kończenia jest przyjemne, oczywiście bez kofeiny wieczorem... w przeciwnym razie żałuję tej nocą!

勉強したい言語
前の日記に書いたけど、いつか「ポリグロット」になりたい。子供の時からずっと夢だった。でも、子供の時、ただ「色々な言語」、「できれば世界の全部の言語」みたいな夢だった。今はもっと詳しくなった。時間が経ったら、色々な言語が好きになる。
例えば、もちろん、日本語は一番好きな言語だ。子供の時から好きで、書き方も発音も全部の言語の中で一番素敵だと思う。
でも、日本語だけじゃなくて、韓国語も好きだ。韓国語の発音やイントネーションもすごくきれいだと思う。韓国のドラマや動画を見るといつも気になる。ハングルも簡単だし、文法に日本語の文法が似ているポイントもあるし、勉強やすいかな。
そして、ギリシャ語も好き。生まれたときから毎年家族と一緒にギリシャに旅行した。今は大人から家族と一緒に旅行しないけど、毎年本当に大切な思い出になったから、ギリシャとのコネクションが感じる。ギリシャでギリシャ人の話を聞くたびにもっとギリシャ語が好きにる。
タイ語は多分ポリグロットにあまり人気じゃないけど、私は好きだ。アルファベットや声調は結構難しそうけど、アルファベットも発音も世界で異色だと思うから勉強したい。
最後はフランス語だ。小学校から中学まで勉強したけど、なんとか上手にならなかった。実は、学校で言語を勉強するのは嫌いだった。今はちょっと慨嘆する。私が住む場所はフランスのすぐそばだから、フランス語が話せたらすごく便利だと思う。だから、いつかもう一回勉強してみたい。

内食
私が内食のほうがいいと思います
理由は３つがあります
1. 内食はお金を節約することできることです。
外食の費用と比べると、内食の費用は安くて、人数の多い家族をはじめ、ほとんどのベトナムの家族 に適(てき)しています.
また、レストランに行くためのガソリン代とか、公共交通機関の料金とか配送料などもかけません。
2. 内食のほうが安全です。
自分で料理するですから、その料理の材料が知ります。しかし、外食すれ ば、それができません。
さらに、栄養価と味をコントロールできます。
現在は多くの店が利益のせいで、安全ではない材料を使いました。ですか ら、病気になる人がだんだん増えています。
3. 趣味になることです。
毎日料理をするから、どんどん慣れて、スキルがもっと上手になります。
料理をすることは自分を楽しく感じられるでしょう
それに、料理が好きな人にとって、自分で美味しい食べ物を作られるのは本当に幸せです。
それから、自分と同じ趣味が持っている人と友達ができます。

Wie man autonom eine Sprache lernen kann
In bin der Meinung, dass die so-zu-sage traditionelle Sprachelernenmethoden das Sprachlernen verzeichnet: es muss nicht knallhart sein, sonder soll auch spaß machen. Wie man damit geht, um sich nicht überlastet zu fühlen und dadurch beim Lernen aufhören ist Sprachenimmersion, eine Methode, die ich mehr oder weniger folge. Als allererstes konzentriert man auf Spracheingabe bevor man Sprachausgabe fortsetzt. Dafür wählt man einen Gebiet (normalerweise Alltagsleben) und wenn man das Verstehen diesen Gebiets herrscht, darf man mit der Sprachausgabe fortsetzen und die Gebiete erweitern. Was auf Deutsch zutrifft, frage ich mich: was genieße ich beim deutschen Kultur? Was kann man nur order 'besser' auf Deutsch erfahren? Ehrlich gesagt, außer Walter Moërs Bucher mühelos lesen zu können, weiß ich noch nicht. Ich habe mich allerdings Populärwissenschaft und die DDR erwählt, weil ich mich bei diesen Theman unterhalten werden möchte und mich dafür interessiere.
Aktivitäten, die ich gerne mache:
1 video 3x anschauen
- Einmal ohne Untertitel
- Einmal mit Untertiteln und schlage jedes Wort nach um alles zu verstehen
- Fuge es mit der Sätze zur Anki hinzu
- Einmal mit Untertiteln und ohne Pause

Buch/Artikeln lesen wobei ich einmal Wörter nachschlage (nicht alles, aber gerade genug um zu verstehen was passiert)
Shadowing
- Hör ein Podcast oder etwas zu und wiederholt was gesagt würde.

Constancia y práctica
Recientemente me vuelvo perezoso in los estudios. No es decir que no he estado practicando, sino he dejado de cumplir tareas difíciles. Prefiero la aprendizaje pasiva, como ver series en español y asistir reuniones casuales. Sin duda, mis habilidades han sufrido por eso. Debo volver a escribir con frecuencia y encontrar más hispanohablantes nativos en mis reuniones.

Describe a time when you visited a friend or family member at their workplace.
My younger sister is the only one I have ever visited in their workplace. She used to work in a juice shop about two streets away from our house, and my parents usually made lunch and took it to her workplace. However, when I was in university, I was in charge of bringing those lunches if I was in town on holiday. Most of the time there were no customers as it was lunchtime, and my sister could take a break of 15 minutes. Sometimes I just took her lunch there and went home right after, other times she made me a drink and we chatted. There was another staff, but I did not talk to her at all because she was not close to my sister.
In terms of the shop, it is called "Pumpkin shop", has two floors and is owned by my uncle. The menu includes coffee, fruit and vegetable juices, and various types of bubble tea, a tea-based drink with milk that originated in Taiwan. Young people nowadays like to take photos of everything all the time, so they tend to choose to hang out in places that are photogenic. Therefore, the shop’s decoration is quite unique in order to attract customers. In particular, it has some ornaments and embellishments related to the culture of Tay Nguyen, my hometown city, including certain instruments such as Gong and Chieng, which are used in festivals of an ethnic group living in our city.
Because I went to the shop in holidays, its decoration was quite different according to what the holiday was. As for Christmas, of course, there would be a Christmas tree with a star tree-topper and many glittering baubles. I remember there were also some Santa hats hanging on the walls. Since I have zero tolerance to cold temperatures, I do not go outside enjoying Christmas like everyone else. So when I went to the shop and listened to typical Christmas songs with that jingling sound of jingle bells, I did have that sense of jolly and nostalgia I felt whenever I went to the city's central square with my family to enjoy the holiday.

Clothes
It's suddenly getting cold, so I'm in trouble with what to wear.
Long sleeves fit in the morning, but short sleeves are fine during the day.
I have to prepare my autumn and winter clothes soon.

Quattro miti sull'ecologia (2/2)
Seconda parte del testo sui miti ecologici.
#3 — Una soluzione che funziona a un livello sempre funzionerà a un altro
È un'idea ingannevole pensare che una cosa che funziona per alcune persone in un'area limitata funzioni anche su una scala globale. Ad esempio, è un'idea pertinente montare qualche pannello solare sul proprio tetto, particolarmente se si vive in una regione soleggiata. L'energia solare può anche fornire l'approvigionamento elettrico di una città piccola. Ma è un'illusione pensare che sostituiremo tutte le energie fossili e l'energia nucleare da pannelli solari e turbine eoliche, perché i rendimenti sono molto più bassi, e l'energia prodotta non è controllabile. Non solo ci mancherebbe la quantità di metallo necessaria, ma è anche un po' difficile immaginarsi regioni entere coperte da turbine eoliche e pannelli solari senza niente di altro (tranne i deserti, che costituiscono infatti luoghi ideali per pannelli solari).
#4 — L'ecologia è compatibile con la crescita economica
Nell'ambito economico, si sente spesso l'idea di "disaccoppiamento", cioè aumentare la crescita ed al stesso tempo, ridurre l'impatto delle nostre attività sulla planeta. Ovviamente, non è mai successo, visto che questo impatto è proprio il risultato diretto delle nostre azioni trasformative sull'ambiente (prendere risorse e trasformarle in oggetti da consumare). Quest'idea serve oggi a fare greenwashing, e impediscono le emprese di trasformare il loro modello per ridurre realmente il loro impatto ecologico.
Al contrario, la teoria della decrescita affirma che si debbia dirigersi verso la sobrietà et ridurre (in modo controllato) le nostre attivite per raggiunggere una sostenabilità reale. Alcuni anni fa, si pensava che fosse un delirio di ecologisti pazzi, ma la decrescita è già una realtà fisica! I paesi europei consumano meno energia; la crescita aumenta appenna, e in modo artificiale, per esempio con iniezioni massive di massa monetaria e l'inflazioni di alcuni attivi, come l'immobiliare. Un mondo con risorse naturali limitate non può dare una crescita economica illimitata. È fisicamente impossibile. Invece di perseverare nell'idea assurda di una crescita illimita, penso che dovrebbero imparare a gestire questa decrescita inevitabile, perché le proprie società non sprofondiamo nel caos.

Viatja a Escòcia
Si tens vacances aquest estiu, per què no vens a Escòcia?
Edimburg és la capital del país i té una història molt interessant. Has de visitar Mary King's Close. Durant la plaga, moltes persones van morir, i uns parts de la ciutat es consideraven infecciosos. Per això, van construir carrers nous a dalt dels carrers antics. Mary King's Close és un d'aquests carrers, a on pots baixar i aprendre com vivia la gent d'aquella època.
També, hauries de visitar les terres altes, la regió muntanyosa al nord i oest del país. Aquí, pots veure paisatges inoblidables, fer rutes per les muntanyes, descansar en platges que semblen tropicals i conèixer gent molt agradable.
Si tens temps, podries anar a unes de les més de 700 illes que té el país. Cadascú té la seva pròpia cultura i ofereixen un canvi de ritme de la vida ràpid i estressant.
