Uma grande oportunidade perdida
Poder-se-ia dizer que este home, que se chama Dennis, é o mais desafortunado do Reino Unido. Ele esteve a jogar loteria durante anos com os seus parceiros de trabalho, mas um dia, cansado de não ganhar premio algum e de tirar o seu dinheiro, decidiu deixar o jogo. Seis meses mais tarde, os seus onze companheiros ganharam nada mais e nada menos que £744,126 cada um de eles.
Dennis soube da notícia enquanto conduzia o comboio durante o seu turno de trabalho.

Narcissiste
En géneral nous sommes tous un peu narcissique. Il y a aucune personne dans cette monde ce qu'on connait mieux que nous-mêmes. Chacune se sent comme la personne principale dans sa vie. Cela a l'air plutôt degoûtant mais c'est la verité mais si on ne le veux pas admettre. Cependant la difference entre nous et un narcissiste est qu'on remarque de pas être parfait. Personne n'est parfaite dans cette monde on le sait et on peut s'aimer quand même mais les narcissistes non pas cette capacité. À cause de l'absence de l'amour ou la trop de l'amour dans leur enfance ils cherchent la validation de chacune autres dans leur vie.

Une autre cyberattaque : Medibank
Medibank est l’une des compagnies d’assurance maladie la plus grande en Australie. Elle assure plus de 3,7 millions de clients. Dans une entrée de journal précédente, j’ai mentionné la cyber-attaque contre Optous, une compagnie de télécommunication. Le public devient de plus en plus anxieux en raison des attaques fréquentes. Le gouvernement a déclaré qu’il va introduire une législation et des contrôles plus stricts. Malheureusement, pour certains d’entre nous, c’est trop tard : nos informations confidentielles ont été déjà volées.
Au départ, l’assurer Medibank a révélé que la violation des données, était limitée à un certain nombre de clients. Mais plus récemment, la porte-parole de Medibank a annoncé qu’elle était bien plus importante qu’annoncé initialement. Selon les actualités du jour, le nombre de victimes continue à grimper.
Aujourd’hui, Medibank a révélé que les hackeurs auraient volé 200 gigaoctets de données. Ça fait beaucoup d’information et je suis inquiète car je suis un client de Medibank. Medibank détient non seulement toutes mes cordonnées personnelles, mais aussi des informations sur mes traitements médicaux. Chaque semaine, Medibank m’envoie un e-mail pour me rassurer. Malgré cela, je ne suis pas du tout rassurée : il est nécessaire que je reste vigilante contre toute escroquerie.

Mi vida en Costa Rica
Hola a todos,
Mi nombre es Marian y tengo 2 meses desde que me mude a Costa Rica. Me mude aqui por trabajo y vivire aqui por 6 meses mas. Me gusta mucho aqui. La gente, la comida, la naturaleza, las playas. Este pays es hermoso. He visitado algunos lugares desde que me mude aqui. estoy impresionado con la naturaleza aqui y cuanta belleza natural puedes encontrar en todo el pais.
Yo vivo en San Jose que es la ciudad capital. Trabajo todos los dias de lunes a viernes. Tengo unos companeros de trabajo que son de costa rica y you puedo practicar espanol con ellos. Creo que sera mas facil para mi de conocer gente nueva si hablo espanol. La mayoria de la gente aqui no habla ingles. Tambien voy a jugar futbol, al gimnasio y a classes de salsa. Conozco gente nueva y puedo practicar expanol con ellos. Tambien es bueno porque conozco mas gente local, el estillo de vida en Costa Rica y me intrgro much mejor.

Собирание сладостей запретно в одном из районе штата Детройта; нет ничего сладко, когда речь идёт о взять с собой таракана (таракан?). По словам местной газеты, полицейские объяснили, что
они утвердили случай вторжения тараканов в свободном доме после того, как они получили наводку от бродяги. С тех пор, население тараканов кочует из одного дома в другое. В понедельник ночью, часть тротуара вдоль улицы отгородится для того, чтобы предупредить дальнейшее распространение. Полицейские не хотят, чтобы тараканы прикрепились к костюмам и рубашкам.
Город пытается искоренить тараканов (тараканы?), но процесс требует времени. Можно и топтать их, но это породит побочные эффекты, поскольку яйца тараканов зацепятся за подмётки туфлей и заражение продолжит. Жители справлялся с проблемой с августа, когда сборщики мусора нашили так много мусора, что позвонили полицию, чтобы она расследовала дело. Случилось, что детей нашли домой с тараканами, которые лезли по их. Данная семья уже переехала в новой дом, но тараканы ещё там.

Basically we have to reach out to all the students with the information about the replacement of all the unhealthy foods with their pro-health equivalents in our school tuck shop. It's the aftermath of the new initiative of the Ministery of Health to promote healthy eating in schools.

Le MMA
J’admets qu’à première vue, je n’ai pas autant d’appréciation pour les arts martiaux mixtes (le MMA) que pour les arts martiaux traditionnels. Certes, le côté philosophique est beaucoup moins fort que l’intensité, voire violence, dans cette pratique. Alors que l’efficacité dans les arts martiaux traditionnels est liée avec la perfection de gestes vers un idéal, l’efficacité dans le MMA est liée à faire soumettre son adversaire dans le moins de coups possible. Pourtant, j’ai écouté un podcast ou le présentateur a souligné le côté « respectueux » avec laquelle on doit traiter l’adversaire pour le porter de la limite d’endurance sans le blesser. Il a dit qu’en fait le MMA d’aujourd’hui se déroule dans un cadre très réglé et basé sur le respect. Du coup, j’étais un peu surpris d’apprendre que c’était aussi mal vu en France jusqu’à récemment, comme à mon avis ce n’est pas forcément plus violent que le football américain, par exemple.

Ich habe ein interessante Person gefunden: Ludvig Boltzmann. Vielmal habe ich Boltzmann-Konstant benutzt. Stefan-Boltzmann gesetzt wurden vielmals erwähnt. Ich wusste nicht, wer war Boltzmann.

Essay
Heute bin ich fast ganzen Tag Zuhause geblieben. Ich musste viel kochen und die Wohnung putzen. Danach habe ich versucht ein bisschen programmieren aber Zuhause habe ich weniger Konzentration. Mittelerweile habe ich ein paar Freunde per Discord geschrieben. Ursprünglich hatte ich ein Treffen zum Sprachtandem bei mir heute Abend geplant aber es wurde spontan verschoben. Im Discord habe ich neuer potenzieller Tandempartner gefunden. Ich hoffe, dass er zum japanisch lernen motiviert ist. Vorher habe ich ein paar Tandempartner:innen gehabt aber im Laufe der Zeit waren alle Tandems im Ruhestand. Inzwischen habe ich kontinuierlich mein Deutsch verbessert mithilfe Online-Dozent - ich habe sogar den C1-Zertifikar erhoben und ein deutschsprachigen IT-Studium ab diesen Semester angefangen. Dennoch ist mein geschriebenes Deutsch noch nicht akademisch. Im Januar gibt es Klausuren in dem ich viel und schnell schreiben muss. Mit einem Kumpel habe ich angefangen die Prüfungen vorzubereiten, aber er ist auch Nichtmuttersplachler auf Deutsch. Obwohl wir immer auf Deutsch unterhalten, es ist mir besser mit Muttersprachler Kontakt als Tandem zu verknüpfen. In der Stadt wo ich derzeit lebe habe ich zufällig eine Gruppe der Leuten gefunden mit denen ich ca. einmal pro Woche zum trinken gehe. Unserem Discord schreiben die Gruppenmitglieder fast jederzeit was, Fotos oder einfach Updates für was sie am Tag gemacht hatten. Da gibt es viele Softwareentwickler und nicht-Softwareentwickler.
Morgen gehe ich zum Tagesausflug um neuer Energie zu tanken.

Expats & Negatieve Feedback
- 57% van de bevolking in Amsterdam heeft tenminste één ouder die niet in Nederland is geboren. Dat is waanzinnig! De verhouding tussen expats en Nederlanders is de laatste vijf jaar sterk toegenomen vanwege de Brexit en de implementatie van de 30% regeling voor buitenlanders met een masterdiploma. Met deze regeling betalen expats 30% minder belasting op hun salaris. Erg voordelig, dus. Maar één vraag komt steeds naar boven: behoren zoveel expats tot een land - vooral als ze de taal van deze land niet willen leren ? Mijn mening is dat de reden waarom mensen tot een land behoren niet alleen zouden berusten op welke taal ze kunnen spreken maar dit wel één van de belangrijke onderdeel van integratie is. Dit uit respect voor het land dat hun verwelkomt. Expats voelen vaak zich zelf niet thuis in het land waar ze wonen en worden vaak negatief geacht omdat ze niet proberen te integreren. Dit duidt aan dat mensen vaak een cliché over expats hebben.

Prendre un vol
Voyager en avion n’est pas du tout facile : on doit laisser assez de temps et arriver à l’avance à l’aéroport. En ce moment, c’est l’été, il fait chaud et tout le monde est en vacances. Pour éviter le stress, il faut bien planifier le voyage et mon conseil est d’arriver beaucoup plus en avance à l’aéroport.
Certains disent que le voyage en avion facilite les déplacements d’une manière la plus efficace et rapide. Est-ce que c’est vraiment vrai, puisque aujourd’hui, prendre l’avion est stressant. Je remarque, pour que le voyage se passe bien, il faut planifier le départ.
La question est, combien de temps est suffisant ? Quelques choses à penser inclurent : la distance entre la domicile et l’aéroport, si on a besoin de garer la voiture ou rendre une voiture louée et si on s’est enregistré via une application ou doit passer par l’enregistrement et déposer des bagages.
À l’aéroport, il faut compter au moins une heure supplémentaire à passer par la sécurité, sortir les liquides et les matériels électroniques des bagages à main. Par la suite, tous les voyageurs doivent passer par la douane de contrôle où les agents vérifient les passeports. Ce n’est qu’après tous ces étapes, on peut enfin se détendre et se rendre à la salle d’embarquement. Jusqu’à ce point, on est souvent complètement stressé. À mon avis, c’est parfois beaucoup plus rapide de choisir un autre moyen de transport.
En fait, mon ami m’a dit, si d’autres solutions existent, éviter de voyager par avion car ce moyen de transport consomme plus d’énergie que tous les autres.

Meiner Meinung nach das beste Haustier, das man besitzen kann, ist Fisch. Es ist einfach, sich um Fisch kümmern. Fisch ist auch schön anzuschauen. Wenn ich Fisch besitzen werde, werde ich Clownfisch haben.
Ich fürchte mich vor Bären. Ich war im Urlaub im Norden von USA, wo es viele Bären gibt. Leute haben mich vor Bären gewarnt.
In England verbreiten Dachse Krankheit. Dachse stecken Kühe mit einer Krankheit an. Diese Krankheit heißt Tuberkulose. Deswegen wollen viele Leuten Dachse töten.
Meiner Meinung nach der Delphin ist das intelligenteste Tier. Delphine können miteinander sprechen und können Gefühle haben.
Das nützlichste Tier der Welt ist ein Kamel. Man kann ein Kamel reiten, der Fleisch von Kamel essen und Kleider aus Pelz von Kamel machen.

わたしの人生でいちばん大切な人
私の人生で一番大切な人は誰ですか。それは難しい質問ですね。もし以前に聞かれたら、多分親や親友などと答えたでしょう。でも、今のわたしは自分だと答えます。
子供の頃からわたしは自分が好きじゃなかったです。家族と先生の期待にこたえて一所懸命頑張っていたんですが、自分のニーズと希望をよく無心していました。高校の時、優等生の地位を維持するためにあまり休まずに勉強していました。そして、大学に入ったら、その通りに進みましたが、大学生の生活の方が忙しいから、メンタルヘルスはすぐ前より悪くなりました。それで、自分に対する態度を変えなければならないとわかりました。自分を好きになりたくなりました。
人間は完璧じゃないですから、わたしも完璧じゃなくてもいいです。生涯にわたってずっとわたしと一緒にいるのが自分なので、自分を大切にするべきです。実は、わたしは今も自分があまり好きじゃないですが、向上もあります。自分に対して少し優しくなってきて、自分を非難しないようにしています。それに、休むことも、自分を褒めることも忘れないようにしています。

Challenge, Day 31
Today is day of 31 of my daily English challenge. I read through the corrections I got yestedrady. I am so happy to understand them and the advice that came with them.
In this morning, I went out to the groceries. I bought two chicken thighs and cheese.When I came back, I cooked cutlet stufed with cheese in the oven. It was delicous! I love cooking!
In the afternoon, I was communicating to a friend on Skype but I canceld it. Because I am still in a pain; I have cervical herniated disc.
I listened a video on Youtube in English without read the translater. My aim has always been to be a good listener and to get used to hearning English.
I am grateful for this webesite and everyone who has helped me.

A friend from abroad visits with you and you plan together a few-day trip to places of interest in your country.
- Before we leave Warsaw I will definitely take you to the Bazyliszek restaurant in the Old Town. It boasts savoury roast apple-stuffed duck with beetroot puree and I warn you that you'll have to lick your fingers upon finishing it. We'll take a dive into the splendour of the Royal Castle with its gold garnished walls, majestic chandeliers and frescoed plafonds. And after that we would stroll down the narrow streets full of sellers inviting to buy their amber handicrafts that lead to the square guarded by the mermaid statue . The view is exceptionally nice on a sunny day when the sun rays beautifully play against pastel coloured facades of the tenement houses. Having been given a fair shot to be in that fairytale setting you'll have been energised to set off on the next part of the trip with me.
- I have heard a lot about Kraków, Gdańsk and Sopot. Could our itinerary include them?
- No problem. My car is actually being serviced but we could use the Flixbus service that offers cheap and fast links to those towns. Besides you can coviniently buy the tickets online.
- I guess we're going to choose the accommodation through the portal booking.com.
- Right guess. Twin-bedded rooms with free WiFi and all-you-can eat buffet as breakfast.

As I see it, we could do the Wieliczka Salt Mine, the renaissance Cloth Hall in the market square and the Wawel Castle on day one, the Royal Route and the Museum of Amber in Gdańsk on day two and Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street with the crooked art nouveau house ending with the iconic wooden pier with the best crispy golden waffles in existence in Sopot on day three.

The most important person in my life
I`d like to write about my husband because he is definitly one of the most important people in my life. We share with each other not only living space and free time, but also parenthood.
He does a lot for our family: buys food and boots, visits parents` evenings at school, takes the kids to the emergency room. The last two I can`t do, it`s too stressful for me. All these things should be done quite often because we have a daughter and two sons.
I love that my husband has different hobbys. From time to time he changes a kind of sport he does or a sort of books he reads, so he is always inspired by something new. Now he prefers medieval fencing and is quiet good in it.
And he always has respekt to my favorite things or activities. He supported me when I started to learn German seven years ago. And now I`m a german teacher.
When I got married, I had no idea about family life. Now I`m sure it`s wonderful to have a partner. We are never bored together.
