Ciao! Francamente, scrivo questa risposta per convincerti a cogliere questa occasione. La causa è che anch’io ho partecipato a una borsa di studio all’estero non solo una volta, ma due volte! La prima volta ero in Israele, la seconda in Slovacchia, e tutte le due mi sono piaciuti molto.
Tuttavia, naturalmente ogni esperienza è differente. Perciò, ti scrivo dei vantaggi (e per essere categorico anche degli svantaggi) di studiare all’estero.
Da una parte, viviamo in un’epoca in cui dobbiamo sempre adattarci a nuovi ambienti; abitare in un altro paese, conoscere e vivere un’altra cultura sono delle esperienze ottime per abituarti ai cambiamenti degli ambienti.
D’altra parte, è possibile che sarà difficile per te a socializzare con gli altri studenti nell’altra università. C’è anche la minaccia che non potrai finire gli studi in tempo, perché le materie nelle due università sono troppo diverse.

I usually buy clothes on the internet. I don't like hanging around clothes shops to buy clothes as it costs a lot of time.
3. Do you think it's difficult to have your own business? Why/Why not?
I think it's very difficult. To have my own business, first I need to know what kind of business I want to have. But I don't have any idea about it. Secondly, even if I know what business I want to have, I don't have enough money to start a business as business failure is very common. Thirdly, a businessman is typically very outgoing but I'm not. There are some successful businessmen who are introverts but in general, being outgoing can help improve the chances of business success.

Le risotto
L’un de mes plats préférés est le risotto. On dit qu’il est compliqué de faire cuisiner et qu’il prend du temps à préparer. Autant que moi, je trouve qu’il est facile de cuisiner et on peut utiliser n’importe quels ingrédients disponibles.
Moi, parfois, je le fait comme un plat végétarien avec de la citrouille, des épinards ou des poids. D’autres fois je le prépare avec des saucissons, du poulet ou des crevettes. Les ingrédients clés sont le riz, le fromage et le bouillon. À mon avis le secret est d’avoir un stock de bonne qualité. Quant à moi, je fais toujours mon stock à la maison dans la mijoteuse : c’est délicieux à chaque fois.
J’ai quelques vingtaines de recettes et même si beaucoup sont faites sur la cuisinière, je les ai adaptées à faire au four. La semaine dernière je me suis tombée sur une recette inhabituelle : un risotto vert avec burata. Les couleurs étaient vives. La recette me semble d’être assez facile.
Voici en gros les instructions. D’abord, on prépare la salsa verte. On mélange l’épinard, le basilic, les échalotes, la menthe avec un peu de l’huile et de vinaigre : mettre cela de côté. Ensuite, on fait frire un oignon et un ail finement hachés, et après quelques minutes ajoute le riz. Puis, on ajoute le stock chaud en 4 lots. Lorsque le riz est presque cuit, mélange les pois, le parmesan et la salsa verte. Enfin, ajoute l’assaisonnement et le dessus avec la burata. C’est prêt en moins de 20 minutes. La photo est superbe et le plat très appétissant : j’ai hâte de le faire cuisiner.

Do you have a talent, or something you are good at?
I do not know if this can count as a talent but I can read really fast. I do not count exactly how many words I can read in a minute, but at least I’m sure I read faster than all my friends and acquaintances.
Was it mastered recently or when you were young?
It definitely was from a young age. I realized that I can read significantly faster than others around me as soon as I was able to read fluently, around 7 or 8. I, just like every other kid, loved reading novels and comics, but my parents could not afford to buy me any. So I used to borrow them from my friends after they finished reading, or if I could not wait to read, I read together with my friends. However, when I had already finished reading the whole page, they still did not read half of it. It happened all the time with all my friends, regardless of their age, and that is when I recognized my own talent – reading fast.
Do you think your talent can be useful for your future work? Why?
Maybe. I think it would help if I choose to work as a proofreader, or jobs requiring reading long documents. But the odds are high as I am currently preparing to become an English teacher, and do not have the intention to switch to other careers if am hired.
Do you think anyone in your family has the same talent?
I suppose not. While I am certain that my siblings read much slower than me, I am not really sure about whether or not my parents can read fast because I rarely see them read; their job does not require reading, they do not have time to read and they are not even interested in reading.

Nächste Woche, ich werde im Büro zurückgehen, weil ich müsse an einem Treffen teilnehmen. Auf dem Treffen werden ich und die andere Teilnehmer über das Thema der Simplifizierung einiger Arbeitsprozesse diskutieren. Wir müssen einen Plan entwickeln, den wir müssen unserem Boss zeigen. 私のおすすめ料理
たこ焼き
大人も子供もみんな大好きなたこ焼き。少ない材料を準備して、まぜて、たこ焼き器で焼くだけなので、簡単に作れます。
１。まず、たこ焼き生地の中に卵と水を入れてまぜます。そして、生地を取っ手のついた計量カップに移してから、取っておきます。
２。次に、２００度にたこ焼き器を熱し、野菜油を注ぎます。煙が上がったら、たこ焼き生地をぬって、すぐにタコと天かすと鰹節を上にのせます。
３。それから、3分ほど経ったら、串を刺して、別々のボールに分けます。各ボールを90度回転させ、つないだ生地を玉に詰めます。回転させたら、さらに４分ぐらい焼きます。
４。最後に、焼き色をつけたら、皿にのってマヨネーズとたこ焼きソースと青のりをかけます。完成です。お好みで、鰹節をかけてもおいしいです。
おいしく作るためのポイント
タコが好きではないなら、タコの代わりに他の材料を入れるようにしましょう。たとえば、ベーコンやもちやチーズなど、美味しいオプションがたくさんありますよ！

Das Wetter in Baschkortostan in kommenden zwei Tagen steht unter dem Einfluss des Westwindes, der ganze Himmel ist mit Wolken bedeckt, mit der Sonne ist nicht zu Rechnen.
Die Temperaturen in den meisten Regionen Baschkortostans liegen bei 0 bis -2 Grad, im Osten und Südosten ist es ein wenig kühler — 5 bis 7 Grad unter null. In den Bergen schneit es heute den ganzen Tag lang, ansonsten kann man Niederschlag am Nachmittag in der Umgebung von Oktjabrski erwarten.

Today I'm making this assignment earlier so I'll have free time later.
What were the three most important achievements in your life?
1 Reading books by myself.

Write about an experience in which you have overcome some difficulty.
Due to COVID-19 quarantine I felt depressed, where I couldn't do much to improve my situation. I used to escape from my reality to a game called genshin impact but then I started to read books and see a brand new reality; I started to take control of myself even when a chaos was around me.
Describe your school routine.
I read my highschool's resources, then I make flashcards in the StudySmarter app, after that I take a break and finally I complete the activities.
Sometimes I complete them earlier to have free time later.
What do you do in your free time?
I use my mom's camera, dance, learn languages, read, knit, and most of all I study physics.
What new skills or challenges are you trying to overcome?
-Making easier to keep all my hobbies and school activities up.
-Mastering my skills.
-Improving my actual situation.

Sadness and rage.
Sometimes I feel sad and angry for my actual situation and I'm doing my best to understand and control my emotions.

I write a diary, I pay attention to my emotions and I allow myself to feel them, I read books, I make exercise, I learn languages and I learn physics with a lovely professor, I'm trying to be grateful everytime I can.
What are your plans after finishing high school?
I want to study and live in a safe country, I would like teaching learning techniques, I want to study geography and I wish being a fashion designer.
Would you like to study for a degree? Which one? Which university?
I'm not sure about what university but I want to study geography in college because I love it so much.
What would you like to work on?
Most of all, I want to be a fashion designer.
What is your greatest goal?
To appreciate every moment, no matter how hard it is.

Ego, and changing my life's perspective.

During these modules I learned how to describe the location of objects, I learned how to indicate people how to go to an specific place, I learned when I must use capital letters and how to express fluently in English.
I feel more confident when speaking in one of my target languages.
I learned how to conjugate and when should I use the words "were" and "was".
I also improved my English pronunciation and my English undesrstanding so I can consume contents in English without feeling unconfortable.
This module and the influence of my professor's corrections improved drastically my English mistakes.
Now I am much better at English and it allows me to interact with a plenty of people all over the world.
Therefore, I learned about myself; about my past, my present and what I want to be in the future. I clarified my goals in order to achieve them.
These modules were a beautiful challenge to face and they gave me a lesson that is to remember that I'm not perfect so I should focus on improving and try over and over again until I master English.

Freundschaften pflegen
Ich bin der Meinung, dass man in Freundschaft immer vorzichtig mit Verhalten und Worten sollte sein, weil die das wichtigste für einige Personen ist und sie mehr als bei ihren Verwandten an ihrer Seite sein möchten.
Ich würde gern wissen, wie soll Man sich mit seinen Freunden verhalten, deren ihre Eltern verstorben oder geschieden sind. Unangenehme Situation
Heute war eine unangenehme Situation. Meine Haustür hat zugestoßen und ich habe meine Schlüssel nicht mitgebracht.
Ich begann anzudenken. War ein paar Möglichkeiten. Die erste war, auf dem Balkon über den kleinen Dachs der Nachbarin zu erklettern (ich wohne im ersten Stock).
Die zweite Möglichkeit war - zu einer Arbeit meiner Frau zu fahren und Ihre Schlüssel abzuholen. Ich bin gegangen und habe an diesem Platz angesehen, wo man auf den Balkon klettern muss.
Ich habe eine Dachdeckung berührt und habe gezweifelt. Ich überlege mich, dass wäre sehr blöd, wenn ich dieses Dachdeckung, zumal dass die Nachbarin hat über den Lärm aus unsere Wohnung beschweren hat (das ist andere Geschichte)
Darum habe ich eine zweite Variante gewählt.
Danach habe ich entschieden, dass man, zu jedem Fall, einen doppelten Schlüssel, meinem guten Bekannten, der nicht sehr weit von uns wohnt, abgeben muss.

El libro “La felicidad es un té contigo”
Hace unos días acabé de leer un libro “La felicidad es un té contigo” de Mamen Sánchez, la escritora española. Cómo siempre, había elegido este libro en la biblioteca al azar, por su portada con una ventana decorada en el estilo andalúz.
La historia comienza cuando un hijo del director de la editorial británica viene a Madrid para cerrar la revista "Librarte". Por supuesto, todas las empleadas esfuerzan de posponer la cerrada de la revista. Hay sólo cinco mujeres trabajando en el "Librarte" y la autora nos cuente sobre las vidas de cada una. A traves de la narración, sus historias de vida van a desarrollar hasta los finales felices. Y a este britanico joven, le espera un viaje a Granada dónde él se va a encontrar el alma de gitano en si mismo.
Lo que más me gustó en este libro es una mezcla de géneros. Por excelencia, es una novela romántica, pero salpicada con una historia detectiva y con unos rasgos de comedia.
Como comentó una pequeña reseña sobre las obras de Mamen Sánchez, ella había triunfado como la autora de una serie de best sellers que mezclaban de forma innovadora géneros como la novela de acción y aventuras con exóticas intrigas de familias aristocráticas.

Challenge, Day 36
Today is 35 th day of my daily English challenge. Today I didn't feel like doing anything, I am a pain; I have a cervical hernia. I need to a rest for an hour , then I edit a video for the first time I did. It was inbelievable! I think it's good to take a first step in our life.
In the afternoon, I felt a bit well. I read through the corrections I got yesterday. I thought it was a good method to improve our language. I also read a text in Spanish and in English a loud. This method impresse me somehow.
Before sleeping tonight, I will take care of my skin and myself, then read some pages of my book.

Ce que je sais de la Birmanie, Partie 2
La Birmanie est un pays essentiellement bouddhique, lié fortement à l’histoire de cette religion. Plus spécifiquement, elle suit la secte Theravâda, qui signifie la « Doctrine des Anciens ». En comparaison avec la « Mahâyâna », pratiquée en Chine et ses pays voisins, la Theravâda œuvre surtout sur la tradition et le rôle important la vie monastique. En effet, la plupart des jeunes hommes en Birmanie dépensent au moins une période de leur vie comme moine, et pour quelques, plus qu’une période. La Theravâda a pour origine le Sri Lanka, mais après son introduction en Birmanie, le pays a devenu le centre du bouddhisme en Asie continentale. Le bouddhisme était protégé par l’isolation relative du pays jusqu’à la colonisation de la Birmanie par les Britanniques pendant le XIXème siècle. Après l’indépendance, le gouvernement démocratique a été renversé et une série de dictatures a suivi qui, bien qu’ils étaient officiellement marxistes, a continué à promouvoir le bouddhisme, tant que les chefs religieux ne remettre jamais en question les militaires.

Where is your favorite place to sit?
I have never really thought about that. But if I have to choose one, it would be the chair on the front porch of my house. The chair is made of wood with a straight back, so it is rather uncomfortable to sit on. But I can still spend hours sitting on it because it is seated next to our fish pond, in which I raise three beautiful koi fishes. Looking at them swimming so peacefully is so calming and relaxing after a busy day at work.
Do you always sit down for a long time?
I think I sit down for a whole day except when doing household chores and sleeping. I work from home, so I spend at least 8 hours sitting on my desk chair working on my computer. The sitting place changes to my couch for other times of the day, where I do nothing but scroll through my phone.
Do you feel sleepy when you are sitting down?
I think it depends. If I have not had enough sleep then I will definitely feel drowsy whether I am sitting down or standing up. It also depends on the time of the day, not the position that makes me sleepy; the times that I feel quite dozy are the two hours after I wake up and after I just have lunch.
When you were a kid, did you usually sit on the floor?
Absolutely. When I was a child, I usually sat on the floor playing with my toys and crawled around and made a mess around the house. I think that is what children do. They often have trouble sitting still on a chair, so parents usually let them play on the floor.

Hoy es elcinco día de me reto de español. Hoy me he levantado temprano hasta las 07 de la mañana.
Me sentí un dolor muy fuerte en la ezpalda y la nuca; porque tengo un hernia cervical disc.No tuve ganas de hacer nada. Soló he hecho de zumo de limón.
Por la tarde, estoy a poco bien. he pasado más tiempo leer las correcciones que la gente corrigieron de este sitio web ayer. También he leído un texto en voz alta. La verdad es manera es buena para mi.
Antes de acostarme, cuidarme, leer el libro en árabe y en inglés.

How To Do Less With More Results.
Hello! I hope you're doing well.
Today I want to write about a book called "The Art of Less Doing" by Ari Meisel. I made this jornal as a list of things you can do so it's easier to use.
I hope you find this information useful :)
Note: I'm aiming for the American English dialect.
In a nutshell, he was a man who became ill for the excesive work so he learned how to be more effective.
Ari Meisel includes in his book the following effective methods!
1 Optimizing
Means: Making your activities smaller, to it's bare minimum, and eliminating what is not necessary.
The first step to optimize it's simple: consciousness.
It's necessary to identify how we are spending our time in order to manage it efficiently.
Furthermore, it's important to notice that multitasking makes our brains exhausted and, as a result, we're not beinf effective.
Increasing productivity means creating systems that works for you, such as the following ones.
Pomodoro.
Was discovered by Bluma Zeigarnik; she experimented distracting waitress and waiters when they were attending people and she realised what waiter and waitress remembered more the orders than who weren't distracted.
Pomodoro technique consists in setting a timer about 30 minutes and work during that time, then rest for 5 minutes. This allows us to remember more the information and also enjoying it.
Off load knowledge.
It's about writing your knowledge in a safety place in order to receive more information.
Make a good use of your ideas.
When taking a shower, for example, it's common having good ideas so make a strategy to remember them.
Simple steps to use this:
-Track your sleep.
-Use the pareto principle; ask yourself "what are the activities that give me more results and require less effort?
-write a diary
-ask yourself "what's the bare minimum to complete this activity?'
-set a timer for 30mminutes when working and then give yourself a rest about 5 minutes.
-write your knowledge in a safety place such as a notebook or digital notes.
I was about to write a summary about the entire book but it was too long (￣^￣)ゞso I will divide it into 3 sections and I'll write it later.
