Die Woche meiner Freundin
Hallo Maite,
ich mache dir eine Zusammenfassung davon, was ich auf Deutsch in dieser Woche getan habe.
Ich habe die Vergleiche gelernt, sie sind ziemlich schwierig.
Abends sehe ich mir ein Video über den Dativ an, das gleiche die ganze Woche über.
Ich habe den Wortschatz gelernt, ich bin tollpatschig, sobald ich mein Notizbuch schließe, vergesse ich alles.
Außerdem bin ich die Regel der N-Deklination noch einmal durchgegangen. Ich war verwirrt, weil ich nur das "n" im Dativ hinzufügte.
Ich wollte nicht vergessen, dass ich am Freitag mit Mihaela sprach; ich halte sie für eine nette Person. An Anfang wollte sie am Montag vorbeikommen, um meine Küche zu putzen, aber sie hatte ein Problem und wird am Mittwoch kommen. Ich habe mit ihr viel gelacht. Sie ist überzeugt, dass sie in zwei Stunden mit meiner Küche fertig sein wird.
Ich möchte dir für die ganze Motivation, die du mir gibst, danken. Du bist mir eine große Hilfe.

B1 teil 1neue Wohnung
Liebe Sofia,
wie geht es bei dir ? Leider könnte ich dich telefonisch nicht erreichen, deshalb schreibe ich dir dieser Email. Nachdem ich mein Geschäft übertragen habe, musste ich eine neue Wohnung suchen. Jetzt habe ich meine eigene Wohnung, die nicht nur im Stadtzentrum ist, sondern auch in der Nähe meines Arbeitsplatz. Auf diesen Moment habe ich lange gewartet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Schlafzimmer und einer Küche. und hat einen Balkon, der einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt hat. Das gefällt mir am besten.
Hast du nächste Woche Zeit? Mit mir in meine neue Wohnung Kaffee zu trinken?

B1 schreiben Tanzkurs
Lieber Mohammad,
läuft alles gut bei dir? Mir geht es super. Ich habe lange nichts von dir gehört. Ich bin schon immer ein Fan des Tanzens, also habe ich mich in einem Tanzkurs der jeden Freitag um 16 Uhr stattfindet gemeldet. Du kannst dir nicht vorstellen, wie toll und interessant dieser Kurs ist. Der Lehrer ist nett und ich habe viele Tänze von ihm gelernt, wie z.b Dabka und Salsa.
Du sollst unbedingt das nächste mal mitmachen. Ich warte auf deine baldige Antwort.

Burgundiai ételek
Már, nem tudtam, miről írják, azért, edöntöttem, hogy írok a Burgundiai ételekről. Mivel Burgundia az borvidék, az emberek főznek sok ételet borval. A leghíresebb Burgundiai étel Burgundiai marhahús (boeuf bourguignon). A marhahús darabai lassun főznek a borban fűszernövényekkel, fokhagymaval, hagymaval és más dolgokkal. Az ez recept eltérő változata kakashússal van (coq au vin), és a borszósz könnyen eltérő. A városban Dijon, a mustárnak a termelés hagyománya, de most, megtalálni jó mustárat nehezebb és nehezebb. Today, I didn't know what to write about so I decided to write about Burgundian food. As it is a wine-producing region, people cook a lot with wine. The most famous Burgundian recipe is Burgundy-style beef. Beef chunks are slowly cooked in wine with herbs, onions, garlic and other things. There's a variation of this recipe featuring rooster meat, the wine sauce is slightly different. The city of Dijon has a tradition of producing mustard, although it's getting harder and harder to find good mustard these days. We also have a lot of dairy products: thick cream and most importantly, many sorts of cheese. One of my favorite recipe is Bresse chicken with cream and mushrooms. Bresse chickens are raised in special conditions, thus producing a high quality meat. We also make blackcurrant liquor. If you add white wine to the liquor, you turn it into a drink called "a kir". It's delicious! Kir is a popular drink.

Today I go to the library as usual. I'm so excited that I will hang out with my friend tomorrow. As a consequence, I had spent more time than usual studying for four days in order to catch up tomorrow's process. I'm so happy that I finished it! And I could let my hair down tomorrow!

In the morning,we saw a movie that called "Someday Or One Day''. It is a touching movie. I tried hard to hold back my tears at some moments because I think it's embarrassing when my friend finds that I'm crying. Nonetheless,I paid most of attention on the appearances of main-actor and main-actress. They are too charming to move my eyes from them. We visit Top 100 greatest paintings exhibition after lunch. Since I saw it on Facebook, I had looked forward to attending this exhibition. Although I'm not familiar with arts, I still knew at least half of these paintings. It also has a amazing part : 540 degrees surrounding rejection. It's really surprised me. Consequently, I bought some merchandises, their qualities are so good. One day, I must see authentic work of these paintings!

Good Luck
Chinese New Year is approaching. There are some old traditions are continued, like "Wash away the dirt on ninyabaat". Cleaning the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hope for good coming luck. Today, granny told us about another tradition that we've never heard about before. First, We need to collect five different colours of clothes which are in red, yellow, blue, green and white. Sewing them into pockets, and putting 5 different kind of beans in. Red pocket for red bean, yellow for soya bean, blue for black soya bean, green for mung and white for white-eyed pea. At last, five pockets put together in one bag. Hiding this bag under the pillow till the Beginning of Spring. On the of Beginning of Spring, open up the pockets and scatter the beans in flowerpots at home. This ritual is done.
We aksed granny what is this five beans represented. Granny had no idea. We laughed, we made wishes together, no mater what we had a great time. I think that's the core for this activity, gathering everyone in the family together.

Aujourd’hui, j’ai lis un épisode d’une bande dessinée en ligne, ou du webcomic. Le webcomic s’appelle « lecteur omniscient » en français, et raconte l’histoire de Kim Dokja, un homme d’affaires dont la vie était très ordinaire avant de commencer à la fin du monde. Je ne veut pas raconter toute l’histoire, mais je l’ai lu en rentrant chez moi. Pendant que je lisais cet épisode ,il m’a vraiment touché. J’ai voulu aussi participer à rédiger des petites histoires, donc j’ai écrit ce court paragraphe.
Je pense au jour typiquement beaucoup pendant mon travail, ou au lit après je finirais tous mes affaires. Je songe aux vêtements des autres, à ce qu’ils font avec leur argent, à comment ils mangent quand personne ne regarde. C’est à cause de ça, la raison pourquoi j’aime beaucoup le personnage principal du webcomic. Kim Dokja est aussi introverti est attentif comme moi. Mais la société dans laquelle je vis n’a pas besoin de héros, c’est la plus grande différence entre nous.

Journaling
Ich hab mich gestern mit meinem besten Freund getroffen. Ich hab ihn lange nicht gesehen, weil er sehr viel arbeitet. Wir haben über alles Mögliches geredet. Er hatte einige Probleme in dem letzten Monat und hat viel Zeit alleine verbracht, sodass er sich selber wieder finden konnte. Er hat auch einige Tipps für meine psychische Gesundheit gegeben. Ich habe angefangen mit dem Journaling. Ich schreibe nicht alles, was ich gemacht habe, sondern schreibe ich über Ereignisse, die ich anders reagieren können hätte. Ich schreibe auch, wofür ich dankbar bin und was ich gut gemacht habe. Ich denke, dass es sehr wichtig ist solche Dinge aufzuschreiben und danach sich selbst reflektieren. Ich habe auch früher über einige Ereignisse nachgedacht, aber wenn man es nicht schreibt, ich glaube, man vergisst es sehr schnell und kann sein Verhalten nicht ändern.

Colecciones
Ahora, no colecciono nada más, pero de niño tenía dos colecciones completas. La primera era una colleción de estatuillas de personajes del universo de Star Wars. Las figuritas estaban en un estante colgado contra la pared, y un día, mi mama limpiándolas derramó todo, quebrando la mayoría de las figuritas. Al empezo, yo estaba desepcionado, naturalmente, pero no estaba enojado, ya que después de todo mi mama las había pagado (no yo, era demasiado joven). Además limpiaba las figuritas regularmente, lo que era muy amable, por tanto ¡no podía enojarme!
Tenía también una collección de figurinas representando dioses egípcios. Me interesaba mucho la mitología (siempre es así hoy). Las estatuillas eran hermosas y evendidas con un fascículo a proposito de témas diversos como los atributos de cada dios, los eventos y faraones importantes de la historía egípta antigua, los sitios arqueológicos, el arte de esta civilisación. Aun se hallaba partes dedicadas a los textos y el idioma egípcios. Esta colleción me gustaba muchísimo y sin duda fortaleció mi interés para la mitología y las culturas antiguas de manera general.

Pensé que no tenía tanto de que preocuparme, pero como siempre, me equivoqué y no todo salió según lo planeado.
Él me contaba con ojos llorosos sobre su vida temprana, diciendo muchas veces que "eran otros tiempos".
Se tira el pisto cada vez que pueda, y me va molestando cada vez más, aunque nunca se lo diré.
Ellos me aseguraron que habían abierto las ventanas de par en par, pero las encontré entreabiertas como siempre, y para cuando me di cuenta, ellos ya se habían ido.

Verbot von Werbespots für kinder
Immer mehr Menschen überlegen Sie sich ob die Werbeeinschränkung für Kinder richtig ist. Da die Kinder neugierig und lernwillig sind, können sie leicht beeinflussen. Deswegen stehe ich auf dem Standpunkt, dass die Werbungen der Kinder nicht vorkommt werden müssen.
Leider ist es eine Tatsache, dass die Kinder eine beliebte Zielgruppe der Werbeindustrie sind. Um mehr Geld zu verdienen, werben Unternehmen bedenkenlos im Fernseher für ihre Produkte, die zu viel Zucker l, Fett und Salz enthalten.
Die Eltern fühlen sich verpflichtet, diese Lebensmittel zu kaufen, um ihre Herz nicht zu brechen.
Infolgedessen leiden die Kinder, die mit diesem Lebensmittel aufgewachset werden, unter vielen Krankenheit.

ピザ生地の作り方
凝縮されたトマトのうまみとトロトロのチーズの触感で生み出されたピザの馴染みの味は、殆どの人は子供の頃から何回もお店で楽しんだことがあるのに、ご自宅で作るのがなかなか珍しいです。ピザは、お気に入りのトッピングを選んでポンと乗せて出来上がるのが簡単なのに、一から作るのが面倒くさいなイメージを持っている方は少なくないです。一つの理由は、生地の作り方が分からなくて複雑そうに見えるでしょう。しかし、実際にやってみれば生地の作り方がそんなに難しいわけではないのです。
ということで、料理の初心者でもできるように、ピザ生地の作り方を紹介していきたいと思います。まずはピザ生地の基本から始めましょう。ほとんどのピザ生地を作るには下記の材料しか要りません。
- 小麦粉（強力粉・薄力粉）
- イースト
- 塩
- 砂糖
- 水・ぬるま湯
- オリーブオイル
この六つの材料のバランスがポイントです。それぞれの材料の役割を説明していきます。
小麦粉はもちろん生地の基本の材料です。でも、その一言だけで小麦粉の役割をまとめたい気持ちをグッと抑えてください。もう少し踏み込んでみると、もっと深い面もあることに気付きます。主に小麦粉はタンパク質の量によって分けられています。タンパク質が低いものは薄力粉で、高いものは強力粉と言われています。タンパク質の量によってグルーテンの量も変わって、調節すると最終的にピザの触感がだいぶ異なるので、ご注意してください。
イーストはピザの生地を膨らませる役割を果たします。様々な種類があります。種類によって生地に入れないといけない水の温度が変わります。使い方と保存の仕方もシンプルので、初心者にはドライイーストをおすすめします。
塩と砂糖は味をつける役割です。普通の料理に塩を足すのと同じように、ピザの生地にも入れます。だいたい塩はグルーテンとタンパク質にも影響を与えますが、とりあえずこれを置いておきます。
水はイーストを活性化させるためです。温度が低すぎるとイーストが活性しない上で、高すぎると殺されて、ちょうどいい温度まで水を温めないといけません。その上で、水気が高くなればなるほど生地がべたべたになって、捏ねている時に指にくっつきやすくなります。通常の水分量は粉量に対して６０パーセントぐらいです。
最後に、オリーブオイルは塩のように生地に味をつけますが、水のように水気が含まれます。それにピザを焼いたらオリーブオイルを使うことで生地に色がつきます。
それでは、例のレシピを見てみましょう。
【初心者向けのピザ生地（アメリカ版）】
【材料】
- 強力粉：450g
- ドライイースト: 7g
- 塩: 9g
- 砂糖：13g
- ぬるま湯（41度）：320ml
- オリーブオイル：30ml
【作り方】
1. 強力粉、ドライイースト、塩、砂糖をちゃんと計って大きい器に入れて、よく混ぜます。
2. 水を41度に温めて、指の先で器の粉を混ぜながらぬるま湯をゆっくり垂らします。生地がねばねばな玉になるまでざっくりと混ぜます。
3. 生地をプラスチックラップでかぶせて、30分寝かせて発酵させます。
4. 戻ったら生地が膨らんだはずです。表面がなめらかになるまで生地を捏ねます。（捏ね方のコツは次回の日記で書きます）
5. 出来た生地の玉を容器に入れて、蓋かプラスチックラップでかぶせて冷蔵庫に入れて一晩寝かせます。すぐに使わない場合は、しっかりラップしてジップロックに入れて冷凍庫で保存します。

Le petit Nicolas
Cette année, j’ai pris la résolution de lire des livres en français. J’ai fait un petit sondage parmi mes amis francophones et l’un m’a conseillé de lire Le petit Nicolas. En Australie, c’est assez difficile de trouver des livres en français. J’ai vérifié à la bibliothèque et on n’y trouvait que des livres en anglais. C’était pareil dans les librairies. Enfin, je les ai commandé en ligne et la semaine dernière, le colis de livres a été livré : j’avais commandé 4 romans st j’étais excitée.
J’ai pris la décision de lire Le petit Nicolas en premier : quel beau livre. Je suis sûre que vous en êtes conscient. Il ne fait que 3 jours et j’ai déjà lu 4 nouvelles (short stories). La première raconte l’histoire d’un jour où la classe prend une photo de la classe. Dans la deuxième, Nicolas et ses amis jouent les cow-boys. Maintenant je connais tous ses amis et leurs particularités : Geoffroy qui a un papa très riche, Alceste qui mâche tous le temps et Agnan le chouchou de la maîtresse.
En lisant ces histoires, j’ai appris des tas de nouveaux mots : en particulier, dans la nouvelle, cow-boys. Le vocabulaire de toutes ces histoires est actif et drôle et donne une image vivante. J’ai rigolé beaucoup. Sans doute, un jour je pourrais utiliser des mots comme le képi, les menottes, les éperons et surtout les guignols. J’ai aussi appris plusieurs expressions très utiles comme, donner des coups de poing et attendez, ma préférée : aller au piquet. J’adore ces histoires et j’ai hâte de lire la prochaine.

Day 10: The Tale of Genji
Another book that I'm also reading is The Tale of Genji. It's a long book and right now I'm on Chapter Five. I started reading it because almost all the poems in this book are Somonka and also because it's the first novel in all human history. The story is about a Young king called Genji (who falls in love with almost evey girl that he see) and his disillusion and life as king. The poetry of this book its the best part, but I can't say the same of the story because some parts of the book are uncomfortable. This book was written in the year 1008 and in this year the people in Japan had other customs. I will keep reading it, but if I find another weird thing I'm going to stop reading it, the book it's not explicit but you can easly understand that something weird is happening. I don't recommend this book but only if you are interested in Japanese poetry and history. The synopsis says that the story changes of protagonist in some chapters fortunately, so I hope that it will be more enjoyable in the next chapters. By the way this is a poem that I wrote in Spanish and this is the translation:
Why the flower
that it's hidden in my chest
doesn't bloom and shows
the beautiful colors
of the love that I feel for you?
I wrote this poem thinking that for some people is hard to express their feelings because they are frightened of being rejected.

À chaque fois que j'ai fait une nuit blanche
Tout d'abord, je suis un oiseau de nuit. Parfois pendant le week-end, je me couche à cinq heures du matin. Mais quand on parle de faire une nuit blanche, c'est quand on se dit ou s'admet «je ne vais pas dormir ce soir.» Alors, ce sont chaque fois que j'ai fait une nuit blanche que je peux me souvenir.
J'ai fait une nuit blanche lorsques les vacances d'été il y a plusiers ans pour regarder Kitchen Nightmare de Gordan Ramsey.
J'ai fait une nuit blanche pour finir un essay de mathématiques. J'aime les mathématiques, mais ne jamais faire de devoirs à propos de mathématiques pures. Je l'ai tout fini la veille au soir.
J'ai fait deux nuits blanches de suite pour écrire une historie. J'étais sûrement très inspirée.
J'ai fait une nuit blanche il y a une semaine pour passer du temps avec moi-même. C'était une semaine trépidant et j'en avais besoin. J'ai écris dans mon journal intime et avoir écouté la musique.

No pude asistir a la reunión lunes pero aún quiero practicar cara a cara esta semana. Por eso, les invito a una casa de té jueves a las seis para que podamos disfrutar una bebida cálida. Tiene atmósfera relajante y una gran variedad de tés de forma tradicional, y se puede compartir todos los tés con el grupo. Espero que pueden venir.

Después de la jornada de ayer
Después de terminar la jornada laboral ayer, decidí ir al supermercado en el camino a casa para comprar algunos alimentos adicionales de los que había poco en la dispensa. No estaban completamente agotados, sin embargo, no quería prescindir de ellos en el caso de no poder pasar por el supermercado en los días siguientes. Ayer fue un día ventoso, y yo pronosticaba que iba a llover durante los días siguientes. Entonces me convenía hacer el mercado cuanto antes porque mi único modo de transporte es la bici, algo que la lluvía complica a la hora de desplazarme. Al llegar a casa entré directamente a la cocina para guardar la mercancía y encontré que el piso estaba sucio con varias manchas de mugre. Prefiero que el piso esté limpio porque me molesta el pegarse el suelo del zapato al piso y el sonido de romper cuando se separan. Así que decidí pasar la fregona para quitar las manchas porque pensaba usar la cocina luego. Cuando terminé no tenía un trapo con el que secar el piso, así que lo dejé mojado para secarlo al aire libre. Lo que me preocupaba era que otra persona entrara a la cocina y se resbalara por no darse cuenta de que estaba mojado.

日本のどこにいくべきか
数日前から奨学に金応募するために資料を準備し始めましたが、今から日本のどこへ行きたいのかを決めないといけなくて、どの基準でそれを決めればいいのか分かりませんから、少し悩んでいます。主に物価とその所でどんなことができるのかについてです。奨学金がもらったら毎月生活費のための鐘ももらえることになりますが、都会に行ったらどこでも足りなさそうなので、できるだけ自分からの費用を抑えるために物価が低い所に行ければいいと思います。しかし、その反面に、その所にやることがなければ少しそうした意味がなくなります。一応日本に行ったら何がしたいのかについて考えたことがありますが、本当はよく分かりません。食べ物と文化的の行事にはもちろん興味がありますが、日曜的にやれることに来ると、分からなくなります。よく外に出かける方ではないからかもしれません。自然に何も思いつけないなら、ある程度文化的な行事や観光地、物価も低い方のところに行けば、そんなに悪くはないと考え始めたのです。

January 16th, 2023: Sentences.
Once a friend of mine almost die drowned while trekking up to the mountain with me and another friend. A flood coming from the highest part of the stream hit his legs throwing him into the the deep waters. We could rescue him, but he's definatelly not willing to go on the next adventure.
I realy get upset with folks who try to sel thenselves like playful, but can not deal with a single joke or someone laughting at him for a second.
I could understand, after a while, that compliments can be dangerous at some extent. That's why we should be careful with people who only praise the others all the time.
She aren't taken food to her work everyday, so she buys something to eat in the supermarket nearby at her lunch time when is necessary.
I took my sister to the bus station yesterday morning. I'll get her again tomorow when she arrive.
