Fais-le simplement
J’aime être physiquement active mais quelque fois je me retrouve être trop paresseuse et démotivé.
Le mantra qui m’arrête paresseuse est simplement “Fais-le” (Just Do It en anglais).
Cette phrasse et aussi la devise de Nike, une marque sportive.
Ça m’aider parce qu’il me rappelle d’arrêter trop réfléchir et juste commencer de bouger mon corps comme un robot. Sans emotion que ce soit pour m’empêcher.

Venerdì
Oggi mi sono svegliata quando ho voluto. Ho potuto dormire per più di sette ore.
Dopo mi sono lavata i denti ho fatto colazione e poi ho fatto una lunga passeggiata nel quartiere. Giocavo a Pokemon Go mentre facevo la passeggiata.
Siccome ho le ferie, oggi posso rilassarmi senza preoccupazzioni. Ma contemporaneamente ho bisogno di fare più cose possibili per sentirmi produttiva. È sempre un dilemma per me.
Ora ho un momento di meritato riposo, poi domani si vedrà. Meno male che esiste il weekend.
Non ho alcuna ragione di lamentarmi, posso passare il tempo come voglio, in modo efficiente è pure divertente.
Prima sono andata a fare le spese, sono appena tornata dal negozio. Ho dovuto comprare gli ingredienti per preparare il pranzo.
Anche se non ho niente da fare oggi, studio un po', scrivo un po' e leggo un po', faccio tutte le cose in piccola quantità. Ormai sono abituata a gestire le cose che devo fare. È ancora un progresso.

Con una amiga
Mañana (18 de febrero) estoy yendo al cine con una buena amiga. Estamos viendo la nueva película de Marvel. Por una vez, el cine lanzó una película a tiempo. Las películas siempre llegan tarde. Problemas con un pueblo pequeño, ¿supongo?
Porque mi amiga trabaja el día primero, veremos el día segundo. Estoy emocionada porque han sido meses desde que nos vimos. En realidad han sido dos o tres años desde que nos juntamos*.
La película es 3D también. La última película que vi en 3D fue el Titanic. No hubo muchas cosas saltó de la pantalla**. Pero porque esta película es acción y ciencia ficción, más cosas deberían saltar de la pantalla***. Eso es también emocionante.

Un Trabajo Nuevo
Hace dos días, tuve una entrevista por un trabajo nuevo. Trabajo por el gobierno y ellos hacen cosas diferentes. En la entrevista En vez de una conversación, los entrevistadores le piden una pregunta, escuchan a la respuesta, escriben notas, y repiten. Después de la entrevista, ellos usan sus notas a puntuar tus respuestas. La person que tiene la puntuación más alta es el ganador. La entrevista dura sola cuarenta minutos o una hora.
¡Me ofrecen el trabajo! Estoy emocionado. Pero, otra cosa que hace el gobierno, cuando se gana una promoción, no le dan un aumento. Tienes que trabajar un año antes dan un aumento.

L’anniversaire de mon père
Mon père est né le 14 février : le jour de Saint-Valentin. Un jour ma tante (sa sœur), m’a dit que ma grand-mère avait l’intention de l’appeler Valentin. Heureusement, elle n’a pas fait ça : il s’appelle Vernon, avec un V comme même. Je sais qu’on se moquait de lui à l’école et ils l’ont surnommé le Saint d’amour.
La tradition dans notre famille est de célébrer nos anniversaires dans un bon restaurant. Si on est né le 14 février, c’est vraiment difficile de trouver un restaurant puisque souvent les restaurants sont complets ce jour-là. Tous les amoureux fêtent le jour de Saint-Valentin et il est nécessaire de réserver une table plusieurs semaines à l’avance. En plus, souvent il y a un menu spécial avec un verre de champagne et des chocolats.
Quand nous réservons la table, le serveur est toujours surpris que la réservation est pour une famille de six. Je pense que souvent, nous sommes le seul groupe de plusieurs personnes : tous les autres sont des couples qui échangent des cadeaux et des fleurs. Une fois, un jeune homme a proposé à sa petite copine de l’épouser. C’était très romantique. Il s’est mis à genoux et lui a offert une bague pendant qu’un violoniste jouait une chanson d’amour. Tout le monde a applaudi quand sa petite copine a dit oui.

Januar (Teil 1)
Im Januar habe ich insgesamt neun Bücher gelesen, eine Zahl womit ich ganz zufrieden bin. Die erste zwei Bücher waren aus der "The Cat Who..." Reihe, in der ein Journalist namens Qwilleran Rätsel mit seinen zwei Katzen löst. Danach habe ich "A Short History of the United States" (Eine Kurze Geschichte der Vereinigten Staaten) gelesen. Ich nehme gerade einen Kurs in die amerikanische Geschichte, und ich versuche mich für die bevorstehende Prüfung gut vorzubereiten. Ich habe auch "The Art of Happiness," ein Buch, dass mein Vater mir früher geschenkt hat, beendet. Es war tatsächlich interessanter als ich erwartet hatte, aber immer noch ein bisschen zu unrealistisch für mich. Nichtsdestotrotz glaube ich, dass ich etwas daraus gelernt habe.

Day 41: Discipline
If you have been reading my posts, maybe you may asked why I'm so obsessed about being disciplined. That's because in the past I used to have a lot of projects and things that I wanted to do. But those things that I wanted to do, never came true because my lack of discipline. My biggest goals are to live in Canada, to travel to many countries, like Japan and Norway, and being the best version of myself. To accomplish those goals, I need to be disciplined because I don't want to fail in these goals as in my last goals that I didn' acomplished, as I really want to come true these goals. I need to get a degree, learn Norwgian, Japanese, English and exercising, to accomplish those goals, and for that I need a lot of discipline

Mujercitas en mi casa
Mi cuñada vive con nosotros en mi casa. A veces me siento que ella es una espíritu porque no suele estar en casa y llega quando estoy dormido. Pero ahora mi casa es ruidoso porque ella está con sus cinco amigas en el suelo abajo viendo una película romántica. Uno no puede entender nada de lo que dicen porque tres hablan al mismo tiempo. Uno no puede escuchar sus propios pensamientos.
Bueno estoy terminado con quejando.
Aparece que no hice nada importante hoy. Trabajé pero no terminé con algo grande. Jugué un videojuego llamada Satisfactory que suena como un retruécano en inglés. Me gusta este juego porque me puedo crear lo que imagino.
Demasiado ruidoso. No voy a poder dormir.

Actividad de Escritura 4: El fin de semana pasado
El fin de semana pasado, yo pasé el tiempo con mi familia. El sabádo, fuimos a esquiar y jugamos bádminton en el parque. Después volvimos a casa y jugamos los vidéo juegos. Son las 9:00 en la noche, mi padre hizo la cena y cenamos juntos. El domingo, fuimos de compras al centro comercial. Mis hermanas y yo hicimos la tarea y escuchamos música.

Understanding
Do you have problems understanding some of your subjects at school? or maybe, are you confused with some topics in your work?
Today I'm gonna teach you how to use some of the techniques I've learned so that you can use them to learn whatever you want.

Flow Map
This map waa created by Scott Young. He based on the way the brain learns things.
This maps is similar to a mind map: both use draws and few words.
Steps:
1. Write the main topic at the top or at the center of a piece of paper.
2. Write sub-topics or ideas related to the main topic. You can divide those sub-topics into more ideas.
3. Draw something for each idea or topic. No matter if it's an ugly draw.
4. Bind them together by using arrows or lines.
Sorting Information into Questions
I created this method when I didn't understand physics topics. I used information I've learned from the textbook "Understanding Understanding" which mentions that sorting information and gaining more context helps us to have a better understanding of things.
This method is very simple to use: First, write the topic at the top of your notebook, then write wh questions and left a blank space between them. Let's see an example.

Which ?
Who ?
Your goal is to sort the information you find into these questions.
Example:
What is history? is the systematic study and documentation of human activity.
Why is it important? To understand our present and to do not make the same mistakes that others did.
Feynman Technique
This technique was created by Richard Feynman, a physicist who always was searching for the simplest explanation of things.
Just imagine that a kid is in front of you. Your goal is to teach him in a way that he/she can understand you and, in order to do that, you need to use analogies, examples but the most important thing is to make the information as simple as possible.
Use all of these techniques and if they don't help you to understand your topics, feel free to modify or combine these techniques.

初めて数学の本を読み終わったのです
先ほどある数学の本を読み終わりました。永野裕之という塾長に著作された「ふたたび高校数学」と言います。もう数学の修士号を取ったことのある私自身も、たくさんのことを学びました。数学の本の割に、楽しかったです。ある問題の解き方はもちろん、厳密な定義やアイデアの整理や日本語の用語や欧州の歴史をも習ったのです。
作家は印象的な資格があります。東京大学の卒業をはじめ、ＪＡＸＡで研究所で学んで、自分の塾を創設しました。ウィーン国立音楽大学に留学したことのある楽団を指揮したり、資格取得のソムリエとして働いたり、レストラン経営したりします。どうやって彼が時間を見つけるか知りたくなるくらい感じ入ったことになりました。
なぜそんなに学的な話題についての本を読みたかったかというと、アメリカの学会に比べて、日本的な見方に興味が深くあるのです。それに、大学入試数学の問題を集めたいです。なぜなら、丸暗記なんか取り除いて、問題解決と証明の焦点を合わせて教えたいです。そうすると、クラスは難しくなるとはいえ、生徒は数学に対して怖くなくなって、色々な応用に数学を使えるようになるような気がします。その上、前よりもずっと面白くなるんですね。

Levegőszennyezés
Igen, levegőszennyezés a nagy városokban egy problema. Franciaban, kell ragasztanunk matricákat az autókra, hogy jelezni mennyire ezek beszennyezőek. Ha túl beszennyezőek, tilos bemenniük néhány belvárosba. Belvárosokban, sok sétálóutca vannak is, még kereskedőek mindig mondják azt, hogy az autótlan utcak odahúznak kevsebb ügyfelet. Viszont, a tiltás a legbeszennyezőbb autóknak bemenni belvárosba nem oldja a problemat, csak ezt átteszi, mert szennyezés marad a szegényebb városnegyedben, ami gyakran vannak közel az autópályákhoz. Egy város nem áll csak egy belvárosból, és fontos, hogy erre nem emlékezzünk.

Yes, air pollution is a problem in big cities. In France, we have to put stickers to cars so as to indicate how polluting they are. If they're too polluting, they're forbidden to enter some city centers. In city centers, we also have a lot of pedestrian streets, even if shop owners always say that car-free streets attract less clients. However, prohibiting the most polluting cars from entering city centers doesn't solve the problem, it merely moves it, because pollution remains in poorer neighborhoods, which are often close to highways. A city isn't only made of a center, and it's important to remember it.

Mein Lieblings Erinnerung
Meine Lieblings Erinnerung von Kinderzeit ist ein Picknick am Meer. Alle meine Familie haben über ein schönes Picknick entscheidet. Wir kaufte verschiedenes leckeres Essen und führte auf den Strand. Dort waren keine Leute und wir setzten allen. Wir spielte Uno. Meine Schwester machte viele Photos von uns. Das war seine letzte Sommer bevor seine Uni deshalb sie alles merken mochtet. Das Wetter war schlecht, sehr Bewölkt und es schiente dass es Regnet werde.
Ich mag diesen Tag sehr viel. Das ist ziemlich schwierig zu erzählen wie fühlte ich mich dort.

Hyenas - 2
There are four species of hyenas. Maybe the most popular one is the spotted hyena, that is the largest member of the family, with individuals ranging from 40 to more than 80 Kg. Neck and forequarters are very developed whereas hindquarters are not that strong. That gives them the very distinctive bear-like look with the forequarters being taller than the rear ones.
The power of their jaw is legendary. In relation to their size they have one of the most powerful bites of the animal world, in average 40% more powerful than that of a leopard, for instance. This feature allows them to feed on bones, skin and eve waste of other animals. They don’t miss any opportunity of becoming a meal!
A couple of more maybe astonishing facts. Females are considerably larger than males. Hyenas’ society is regulated by matriarchal rules. Males don’t participate in the care of the offspring. Female genitalia are so developed, that it has been thought for a long time that hyenas were hermaphrodite, what is not the case. Social behavior is very different in comparison to other carnivore mammals like lions or wild dogs and their social rules are more similar to the ones in primates’ societies, what says a lot about hyenas’ intelligence.

L’Éxperience de Stanford (2)
L’Expérience de Stanford a été menée par le psychologue Philip Zimbardo en 1971 avec le objectif d’étudier les effets de la vie carcérale sur les individus et les répercussions sur leur comportement. Un total de 18 sujets, sélectionnés par leur maturité, ont participé à l’expérience. Chaque sujet a agi soit comme de gardian, soit comme de prisonnier. L’élection d’être gardian ou prisonnier a été fait de manière aléatoire.
Le premier jour rien a passé, Mais lors la deuxième journée les prisonniers se sont rebellés.Devant cette situation les gardians ont réagi avec violence. L’ambiance dans la prison s’est deterioré et lors des journées suivantes le niveau de violence a suivi l’escalade jusqu’au point de que un prisonner a dû abanndoner l’expérience, victime de attaques de panique.
L’expérience s’est terminée quelques jours plus tôt que prevú à cause du autoritarisme des gardians. Leur attitude autoritaire est devenu pire après la rébellion et a atteint un degré de violence pas prevú par Zimbardo.

Today is day 138 of my daily English challenge. Today I had been a busy day. My mom and I went out to buy vegetables, milk, sugar...etc. After came back at home, I cooked and cleaned the kitchen.
In the afternoon, I went to the dentiste. I was very affraid but she was very kind to me. Everything was fine. The dentiste gave me another appointment.😊😊
Right now, I am feeling very tired. I want to sleep.

Warum lerne ich Deutsch?
In der Grundschule war es nicht möglich, eine Fremdsprache zu wählen. Es gab eine Regel: Wer einen Schuldurchschnitt unter 4,5 hatte, durfte nur Deutsch lernen. (Die beste Note in der Grundschule war 5, die schlechteste das 1) Mein Schuldurchschnitt war 4,3.
Ich wollte Englisch lernen, deswegen ich hasste die deutsche Sprache. Dann konnte ich ins Gymnasium auch kein Englisch lernen. Als zweite Fremdsprache kann Französisch oder Italienisch gewählt werden.
Ich studiere seit zwei Jahren in einem Master Studium. Die Sprachprüfung ist Voraussetzung für den Erhalt des Diploms. Ich habe zur Sprachprüfung ist wenig Zeit. Ich musste entscheiden: Ich lerne einer neuen Fremdsprache, oder ich lerne wider Deutsch. Die deutsche Sprache war die einfachere Wahl. Aber jetzt, wann die Wahl war meines, diese Sprache schon ich kann nicht hasse.
Jetzt kann ich selbst entscheiden, wann, was und aus welchem Buch ich lerne. Das motiviere mich in Lernen.
Ich habe schon ein paar erfolgreich: Ich ließ ein Roman auf Deutsch und schaue an Netflix Filme mit deutscher Sprache an. Ich habe eine Privatlehrerin, die mir bei der Vorbereitung auf die Sprachprüfung hilft.

Why Art loses its Value
Art has been considered an essential part of the world for many centuries. However, in modern culture, there are more and more people who turn their focus to technology and business, while the popularity of art is gradually decreasing. From my perspective, there are some reasons for that, among which are changes in job motivation, and the deterioration of the concept of art by itself.
The development of technology has provided us with rich opportunities. Online booking of flights, ordering a takeaway, and working from home are just vivid examples of such conveniences among many others. Indeed, past generations couldn’t even think of such benefits, and now that we have them, we often take them for granted. At the same time, technology on part has changed our values, transforming them in a way that seems irreversible. Not thinking about their personal preferences anymore, many people choose IT professions simply because they could guarantee them a good job position today. Now that people has the luxury to make life choices, they more often choose something because it’s advantageous for their future in financial way. People have forgotten how to choose because they just like something.
Instead, today the process of choosing is becoming similar to a business project. That's true that entrepreneurs always have been thinking in terms of profit and common sense rather than a vocation. They’re certainly not people guided by romantic ideas about life calling or personal interests. Though in the past, the business sector made up only a part of society, today any person is forced to be an entrepreneur in any way. People slowly but surely have been getting used to the idea that money is equal to success, which, in turn, equals happiness. In fact, the belief that money equals happiness is no more than a generalization, though people acquire this concept without doubts and hesitations.
The business and technology sectors give people some guarantees—to find a well-paid job, have a carefree old age, the list goes on. Indeed, guarantees are a rare thing in the modern messy world, and that alone might be a sensible reason why people focus their efforts on business or IT. At the same time, it’s difficult today to achieve success in the art world. Consider this example: one modern artist who, at first glance, didn’t create anything specific or outstanding, still earns small fortunes year by year. Another modern artist, finishing the art university and devoting all his life to art, still couldn’t make ends meets.
What I mean by that is that today there’s no strict border between the concepts of real and fake art anymore. Curators couldn't tell with certainty whether one artist will be successful while another won’t. With a lack of objective parameters, creating art is becoming a lottery, where some players win and some won’t. If you ask a random person on the street what is a real art, you’ll probably hear “Mona Lisa”, or, if a person is familiar with modern art, “Banksy”. People don’t know what they should call “art” anymore.
It’s also not a coincidence that there’s no board between real and commercial art anymore; in essense, this board have been destroyed by commercialization of art. Sure enough, there’ve always been people interested in getting profit from art, but today the profitability of any art project has become a necessity, not a choice. Art curators don’t want anymore to contribute to experimental artists or unusual concepts that won’t bring them financial results. That's why it’s difficult to become a well-known artist today. Since the concepts of art and money have been mixed and meshed, neither ordinary people nor artists themselves know what is should be considered art today.
What can we do to encourage more people to take interest in the art? The truth is, we have to admit that the popularity of art has been destroyed by the overfocused attention to the concepts of financial profit and practical choices. People know why they should value money and career, but they've forgotten why they should value freedom and art. By acknowledging the power of art, we’ll learn to appreciate its influence on society and comprehend the full potential of artists’ professions and crafts. For this to happen, we have to learn to give art as much attention as we’ve been giving to business and technology for the last decades. The only way to preserve art and make it an essential part of the world is to see it as an astonishing tool for expanding and refining our minds, not just as a hobby for weekends. We have to make art our priority, not a by-product of life.

Egy filozófiai és nyelvi kérdés
Nemrégiben, helyesbítettem egy valaki szöveget, aki tanulom nyelvemet. Írte (franciaul): “tanítani értékeket egy gyermeknek”. Helyesbítettem, mert szerintem, egy ember taníthatok csak tudást, de értékek nézőpontosok. Szubjektívek, azért, nem lehet valóban megtanítani ezeket.
Magyarul, lehet mondani/írni “tanítani értékeket”?

Recently, I corrected a text from someone learning my language. They wrote (in French): "teach values to a child". I corrected because I reckon one can only teach knowledge, but values are points of vie. They're subjective, so they can't really be taught.
Can you say/write "teach values" in Hungarian?

La Saint Valentin
La St. Valentin me rappelle quand j'étais enfant aux États-Unis. À l'école, les élèves s'envoyaient des lettres faites à la main. J'aimais aussi offrir des petites boites de bonbons, ceux qui sont en forme de cœur, de coleur pastel, avec des petits messages d'amour écrits dessus. Ce ne sont pas de bons bonbons, mais ils sont très mignons.
Plus âgé, c'est normal d'offrir du chocolat et des fleurs à son amour, avec une carte. Souvent, les couples vont au restaurant ou font un dîner romantique chez eux. C'est vrai aussi que les femmes en générale récoivent des cadeaux comme de la lingerie, des bijoux, et du parfum.
