Should junk food and processed food be banned?
As fast food consumption grows and becomes more integrated into our daily meals, the need of a strong healthy message from institutions has never been greater. There are currently over a billion obese people in the world according to the World Obesity Federation last report. In fact, the highest growth rates are among children and adolescents.
This alarming trend may be attributed in part to the widespread of cheap and high sugar, salt and fat options that lack nutritional values. The excessive consumption of these foods can cause health consequences that can increase your risk of developing heart disease, diabete and other chronic illnesses.
Given the impact of junk food on public health, i think it is key that institutions take some proactive actions to promote healthy habits. These can include initiatives such as nutritional education programs in school or public health campaigns that emphasises the benefits of a balanced diet and a non sedentary lifestyle.
Moreover, people also have an important role to play in reducing their consumption of fast food and choosing healthier choices. Therefore, both individuals and institutions must work together to promote a healthy food culture that priories long-term health than short-term pleasure.
Concerning if processed food should be banned, I don't think so. It is an excessive measure; I find it difficult to accomplish that without having negative consequences in the food industry and the countries' economy. However, I agree that junk food advertising to children should be restricted, as they are the most vulnerable collective.

Vida cotidiana 21
El lunes se me pasó muy rápido, especialmente porque ayer estaba por todos lados. Hasta tuve que pasar por mi apartamento tres veces durante el día por varias razones. Lo más importante era recoger un paquete que entregaron a mi apartamento, para que pudiéramos seguir construyendo el dron que debemos a un cliente. Aparte de eso, fui al gimnasio en la mañana, tuve una reunión de dos o tres horas con mi socio, hice unos experimentos para medir la temperatura máxima del cableado del dron, asistí una reunión virtual con los otros dueños de mi antigua empresa, y hice más trabajo con el diseño de una placa de circuito que estoy desarrollando. Desafortunadamente, después de todo eso, volví a mi apartamento justo antes de las 9 de la noche.

Une nouvelle découverte en Australie
On a découvert un statue de bouddha en bronze sur une plage australienne. Le petit statue est minuscule : seulement 15 cm de haut, pesant un peu plus d’un kilo. Selon l’expert Lee Young, spécialisé dans l’art asiatique, la figurine est authentique et a été fabriquée pendant la dynastie chinoise Ming, entre 1369 et 1644.
Alors, cette découverte a remis en question, si des marins chinois ont voyagé à l’Australie, et en effet, on peut également poser la question si les Chinois ont découvert le continent avant les Européens. Il me semble que la statuette est la preuve que les Chinois étaient ici avant les Européens. On sait déjà que les populations indigènes avait vécu ici pendant 65 000 ans. Est-t-il possible que les populations indigènes et les marins chinois aient fait du commerce ensemble ? C’est ahurissant !
Bien entendu, il existe d’autres explications. L’une de ces explications avancée par M. Macgregor, un historien et un conservateur, est que l’artefact a été amené par des pêcheurs ou des migrants chinois dans le XIXe siècle. On sait que beaucoup de Chinois sont venus en Australie pendant les années 1860 : c’était l’époque de la ruée vers l’or. Je ne suis pas un expert en ce sujet et à moi, il semble que toutes les deux théories sont crédibles.

Un altro giorno libero
Stamattina mi sono svegliata alle otto, anche se ho il giorno libero. Quando dormivo, sono caduta dal letto haha. Questo è qualcosa che non è successo da quando ero una bambina. Fortunatamente sto bene, ma mi sono spaventata.
Di solito mi sento stanchissima durante il fine settimana, ma adesso sono piena di energie. Io provo sempre a godermi i giorni liberi. Mi aspettano ancora qualche ora libere per fare tutto ciò che ho in mente. Domani ritorno a lavorare.
Fra poco studierò un po' di italiano e poi farò una breve passeggiata: c'è un evento di gioco Pokemon Go in cui voglio partecipare.
Preparerò il pranzo dopo che sarò ritornata dalla passeggiata.
Sono fiduciosa del fatto che oggi sarà una giornata tranquilla e meravigliosa. Non vorrò dimenticare di divertirmi. Studio e lavoro sempre, certamente merito giorni in cui posso concentrarmi su me stessa.
Farò un pisolino dopo aver pranzato, mi piace farlo ogni volta ho il tempo libero. Posso dire che è una delle mie attività preferite. Quando ero bambina non mi piaceva per nulla, ma ora sì. È comico come cambiano alcune cose nel tempo.
Forse ascolterò Pavarotti di nuovo, a volte sviluppo un'ossessione musicale per un artista. Non capisco molto per ora, ma mi piace comunque.

lch möchte heute in unserem Blog einen Beitrag zum Thema Handy als Kommunikationsmittel schreiben, denn Handy befindet sich überall und ein kontroverses Thema, das seit Jahren im Trend liegt.
o lch bin derAuffassung, dass es kein problem gibt ,wenn mann einem handy dafür braucht,um miteinander zu kommunizieren .aber solchrt Entscheidung, ein Handy Zu erhalten ,sollten gut überlegt sein,weil hand ist zweischneidiges Schwert als Gerät.
Es ist öffentlich, dass Handy als Kommunikationsmittel immer beliebter und wünschenswert werden,und dafür gibt es verschiedene Gründe. In erster Linie ist es sher billig, um Handy sowohl Familie als auch Freunde zu erreichen.
Ein weiterer Grund, der in Betracht gezogen werden sollte,ist,dass Handy nicht nur für Kommunikation ausbeuten sondern auch für lesen und im Internet surfen ist.
Allerdings hat die Handy als Kommunikationsmittel.auch ihre Schattenseiten, wie ist sehr traurig, wenn man viele Zeit verbringen.
Darüber hinaus wird man abhängig das Handy sein.
Trotzdem steht viele vernünftige Alternativen zur denn Handy befindet sich überall zur Verfügung. Erstens : Freund treffen und das am wichtigsten, weil mann viel Erfahrung und Freude hat und lernt , der richtiger weg zu kommunizieren.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt, der eine entscheidende Rolle für das kommunkation spielt , ist E-mail .
Es stimmt, dass E-Mail eine alte Kommunikationsmethode ist, aber sie ist bis heute die billigste und sicherste Methode.
Zusammenfassen möchte ich betonen, dass jeder Mensch die Freiheit hat mit seine Kommunikationsmittel auszusuchen.aber die persönliche Freiheit sollte ganzen haben.

The Portrait of the Little Cat
I once had the chance to see some photos of her parents and her uncles, and I was a little shocked: they didn't look like they were Chinese, instead they looked like they were foreigners, so did the little cat. They all had foreign facial features, and that's really strange. Maybe their ancestors came from overseas.
It seems like she is very into sports. I saw a few pictures of her riding a motorcycle. Of course, the motorcycle was really expensive and cool, but the little cat was even cooler than the motorcycle.
She was in very beautiful professional riding clothes and wore a big solid helmet. Unfortunately, people were not able to see her beautiful face.
Some people used to ask her for her real selfie. She agreed. While people kept their breath and waited for her, she sent them an upper body naked selfie and it turned out that it was a boy. People can even count how many ribs the boy had.
She cheated people because she didn't want to share her photos with strangers, and she was afraid that someone bad guy would use her pictures for bad things.
She is so energetic that she can stay up too late chatting with people in the group, which I don't think is a good habit, so I strongly recommend her to pay attention to her health although she is a young girl.
Writing some things about the little cat hasn't gotten a permit from her yet. I don't know how she would react when she saw these articles.
Hopefully she will be happy about this article, but if she won't, I will be in trouble because she has an explosive temper and the temper can even kill people.

Mon expérience de travail durant les vacances
Chers amis,
L’année dernière, sans aller en vacances, j’ai postulé pour un emploi à temps partiel dans un restaurant près de chez moi car j’avais envie de subvenir aux besoins financiers de ma famille. Au début, je trouvais cet emploi extrêmement stressant et épuisant puisque j’enviais mes amis, qui sont déjà partis dans de différentes régions pour profiter du soleil d’été. Cependant, le travail m’a offert plus de bénéfices que je pensais. En clair, cet emploi m’a obligé à devenir plus patient afin de bien répondre à plusieurs exigences des clients. De plus, j’ai également appris à dépasser des contraintes mentales, surtout ma timidité lors que je suis entré en contact avec des clients. En général, bien que travailler pendant les vacances nous empêche de plusieurs possibilité d’explorer de nouveaux endroits, je vous incite à l’experimenter une fois dans votre vie parce que cela vous permet de devenir des meilleures versions de vous-mêmes.

A Short Piece in English
As far as I know, the little cat's hometown is in Gushi County, Xinyang city, Henan Province. But she was born and raised in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
She also finished her schooling years in Wuxi. She is living in Wuxi now and sometimes she will go back to her hometown to visit her relatives.
She has many relatives, and most of them live in her hometown while some of them live around China.
She is now a boss running a chain of milk tea. She has two elderly brothers and they love her so much.
She likes chatting, traveling and she used to be a manager of a WeChat group of 500 members.
She is an outgoing girl with bravery and blunder characters. She is also a funny girl and she likes to make jokes.
The deep impression she left on me was that she posted many beautiful pictures of her home village, which was in a mountainous area, so I had a chance to see those wild animals and birds.
Some guys may ask me, "How do you know a lot of things about her?" Because she is half my fellow-villager,
There is only a Huai River between our hometown and we have almost the same dialect.

Voyage
La première fois que Max étiez en dehors des États-Unis, il a voyagé au Cancún, une ville au Mexico. Il a visité Mexico avec sa famille. Il avait 16 ans. C’était un voyage amusant et intéressante. Ils sont allés au restaurant et ils ont joui de la cuisine. Je pense que Alex aimait la cuisine mexicaine. En plus de manger et visiter les restaurants, ils ont regardé les temples mexicains. Le temp au Mexico était diffèrent de les États-Unis ; il fait chaud.

El niño y la vaca (parte 7)
-¿Necesitáis ayuda?
Un chico no más de ocho años miró a Juan, esperando una respuesta. Era pequeño, delgado pero atlético, y llevaba ropa tradicional de la región, aunque muy manchada y cubierta de lodo.
-La vaca no tiene muy buena pinta ¿eh? Me llamo Hadua. Mis padres me dicen que me introduzca antes de nada, pero siempre se me olvida hacerlo.
-¿Conoces a la doctora Tobb? Alguien me ha dicho que sea capaz de curar a Nieve.
-¿La bruja?
Hadua se rió.
-¿Qué? ¿Crees que te va a ayudar? Me cuesta muchísimo creerlo. Especialmente ahora, con todo lo que está pasando en el pueblo. Mejor buscarte a otro.
Pero Juan era firme.
-¿Sabes dónde puedo encontrarle? Es urgente y, además, sé que nos va a ayudar.
Hadua le miró incrédulo.
-Eres más obstinado que nuestro burro familiar, te doy eso. Venga, si queréis llegar antes del puesto del sol.

Mother Tree and Baby Tree
I once read one article saying that plants have intelligence. They used humans to feed them. For example, wheat, one of the most ambitious and smart plants on our planet, successfully utilizes human beings help them spread their babies living in every corner of the world in 3,000 years. They give some of their seeds to eat and let people do some hard-working labor jobs to fertilize for them.
There has been a loquat tree near my garden for a few years, I call it a mother tree here. Three years ago, I selected a seed from the mother tree and planted it three meters away in my garden, it has grown to be one meter high, I call it a baby tree.
If trees really have emotion or intelligence, I guess the mother tree is happy to see her baby stay close to her. Maybe the mother is trying to absorb more nutritional materials than she needed with her big and deep roots, in order to send it to her baby through a special method underground. Maybe the mother will gradually move some of its branches to let more sunshine into her baby to absorb more energy.
I'll not move the baby tree and plan to watch them grow together. I believe that this family will give me more sweet fruit to eat to favor me to fertilize them.
I would like to do the job, I will live in harmony with them, and grow together.

Mi ejercicio
Hoy en mi entrenamiento, hice peso muerto y salté sobre una caja. La caja había .6 metros de altura. Mis piernas están muy doloridas ahora, pero me siento muy bien porque me gusta sentirme así.
Me di cuenta de que escribo mucho sobre mis entrenamientos, sin embargo, fuera de mi trabajo, es la mejor parte de mi día. Tal vez sea extraño.
Durante el día, pienso en ello y me siento feliz cuando dejo de trabajar.

"الكتاب"
(يرجى ملاحظة: أنا مبكتبش بالفصحى علشان أنا عايز أزاول الكتابة بالعامية، بالتحديد بالمصري.)
هناك كتاب اسمه "الكتاب في تعلّم العربية" تسمى ببساطة "الكتاب" بتستخدمه جامعات الناطقة الإنجليزية كتيرة لتدريس العربية. أنا بحب الكتاب ده، ولكن المفردات غريبة قوي. مثلا بيدرّس كلمات زي "إدارة الأعمال" و"الأمم المتحدة" قبل كلمات زي "العيلة" أو "الشغل". معرفش ليه. ولكني بحب الكتاب عشان بيتضمن النسخ المصرية والشامية من الكلمات فضلا عن الفصحى وده مفي لي.

Vegetarischen Essen
Dieses Thema erfreut sich bei mir großen Interesse, denn jeder von uns hat schon darüber nachgedacht, warum man nur vegetarisch Essen verzehren sollte ? Deshalb möchte einen Kommentar davon schreiben und meine Meinung dazu äußern.
Vor allem bin ich der Meinung, dass man sich von allen Verpflegung in Maßen ernähren sollte , um bessere Gesundheit zu bleiben.
Deshalb ich bin natürlich dagegen, dass man sich nur auf vegetarische essen verlassen , weil Obst und Gemüse nicht alle wesentlich Nährstoff enthalten.die man im Alltag benötigt , um lernen und arbeiten zu können.was ich schlimm finde.
anderseits hat diese Ernährungsweise positive Einfluss auf die Tiere ,weil wir auf diese Weise die Tiere vor töten und schlachten schützen können.
Abschließend sollte man meiner Meinung nach Fleisch und vegetarische Essen gleichzeitig konsumieren. Allein vegetarische , bin ich davon überzeugt nicht.

Día 7 - Desafío personal de escritura
Hoy decidí probar el curso de Language Transfer. Es un curso de audio donde escuchamos a un profesor enseñando un idioma a una estudiante. Al principio de mi viaje de aprendizaje de español probé utilizarlo. Sin embargo, no me gustó porque pensé que utilizó inglés demasiado para enseñar aspectos de español. Por ejemplo, decir que se puede cambiar unas palabras de inglés con ciertas terminaciones en español. Para muchos estudiantes, consejos como este son muy útiles pero para mí, cuando empiezo a aprender un idioma, prefiero separar de inglés que es mi lengua nativo. Creo que es muy interesante considerar como importante es el momento justo. Puedes tener un buen recurso pero si no es el buen momento, puede parecer como el mal recurso.
