L’ingéniosité de la cuisine végétalienne
Je ne suis pas végétalien, mais je suis fan de leurs techniques culinaires. Je trouve que les restrictions les plus strictes peuvent souvent donner naissance aux idées les plus novatrices. Alors, je pensais qu’aujourd’hui je pouvais donner un aperçu des meilleures idées (et pratiquer mon vocabulaire culinaire en même temps). D’abord, la première astuce que j’ai entendue était l’utilisation de l’eau de légumineuse. En lieu des blancs d'œufs, les végétaliens peuvent utiliser l’eau de légumineuse pour faire une meringue. Les deux sont riches en protéines, qui créent les pics fermes de meringue. Je voudrais savoir qui a eu cette idée étrange en premier. Il préparait une salade, et il a regardé sa boîte de pois chiches et se dit : « j’ai une idée » ? Mais ça fonctionne ! La prochaine astuce est aussi un substitut d'œufs. Les graines de lin peuvent être utilisées comme substitut dans les produits de boulangerie. Apparement, une cuillère à soupe de farine de graines de lin égale un œuf. Ensuite, les produits laitiers. Les substituts de lait sont vraiment connus et un peu tristement célèbres. Il y a beaucoup d’options : le lait de soja, le lait d’avoine, le lait d’amande, le lait de coco et beaucoup d’autres. Mais il existe également d’autres options pour le fromage. J’aime beaucoup le fromage, mais évidemment les végétaliens ne l'aiment pas. En lieu, ils utilisent les noix, en particulier les noix de cajou. Ils mixent les noix et les transforment en substitut de fromage. Il y a aussi des fromages qui sont faits d’huile (comme l’huile de coco) ou de soja. Pour la saveur du fromage (plutôt que la texture), ils utilisent la levure. De plus, la saveur umami peut être difficile à trouver dans les légumes, alors les végétaliens peuvent utiliser la sauce soja, les champignons ou la pâte miso. En Australie, la Vegemite est aussi un choix populaire. Enfin, il y a bien sûr les substituts de viande. Le tofu est un classique, mais le jacquier semble devenir plus courant. C'est tout ce que je sais, mais je suis sûr qu’il y en a d'autres, et qu’il y aura plus d’innovations dans le monde de la cuisine. J’en hâte !

Кому ещё не нравятся программы, которые запускаются автоматически при загрузке компьютера? Наверно какой-то программист из Микрософта или другой компании думал, что это было бы гениальной идеей, но это не помогает. Такие программы очень часто они не полезны и значительно замедляют загрузку. Я взрослый слон, я могу нажимать на программу, если она мне нужна.
Это как программы, которые не закрываются, когда мы нажимаем "х" в верхнем правом углу окна: они продолжают работать в заднем плане а иногда потребляет столько же памяти, как если бы я не нажал "х"! Иногда когда у меня проблем, мне надо закрыть и перезагрузить программу используя диспечер задач! У кого была эта идея? Без сомнению этот человек заслуживает (по крайней мере) наказание 50 лет на сибирской каторге с голодными медведями.

About Writing
It's no doubt that we, the users of LangCorrect, are ardent lovers of writing.
More specifically, writing in foreign languages.
But we are niche. Even before the days of social media, which is the biggest drain on individuals' attention, few people loved reading books, much less writing.
To most people, it's much more fun to watch shows and movies on screen.
I assume that this website is going to attract quite a few new users, most of whom will come here with their own agendas, for example, having their homework revised, cramming for writing tests, and such. But once they get what they come here for, they will leave, never to return.
Also, language learning is a long-term process.
As long as you keep writing, you will be acing at writing.
Religious stories, weather, mood, etc. anything that happens every day can be written.

Technical Secondary School Entrance Exam
The year I took the technical secondary school entrance exam, a preselection system was in place.
Fortunately, I passed the preselection exam, and about 23 students from my middle school did too.
The formal technical secondary school entrance exam was held in the county town, more than 30 kilometers from my hometown, so we had to take a bus to get there.
The school where we took the exam had classrooms similar to those in our middle school: one‑story brick buildings with tiled roofs, with three rooms opening into one another.
The examinees were from different middle schools in the county, so we didn’t know each other.
During the exam, we sat with an empty seat between us, in a staggered arrangement. There were three invigilators in the room: one at the front, one at the back, and one in the middle.
We couldn’t cheat. Even if we could have, we wouldn’t have dared, because our scores would have been cancelled.
I was lucky. In late August, the results were released, and I got in with the highest score in my school.

奢りの文化
昨日は同僚の誕生日なので、ご馳走として彼が会社にいっぱいの中華料理の出前を注文しました。みんなとその出前をランチにしました。これはフィリピンの「Libre」（奢り）の文化です。祝う人、つまり誕生日のある人が周りの人をご馳走するということです。不思議ですね？でもこの奢りの文化に従わない人もよくいます。だって、誕生日のある人の方が奢られた方が合理的ではないでしょうか。個人的に、私の誕生日の時に家族と親友だけをご馳走しますが、社長とか金持ちの人とかは部下や他の知り合いもご馳走するのはよくあります。とにかく、昨日の出前のチャーハンとシュウマイがめっちゃおいしくて、もっと食べたかったけどさすがにオフィスパーティーみたいな場面で食べ過ぎるのは失礼ですね（笑）。

Je déteste Quizlet parfois
J’utilise le sit web « Quizlet » tous les jours, mais je le déteste parfois. C’est souvent très lent et la page est actualisé au hasard. Je veux utiliser un autre sit web, mais j’ai fait tellement nombreux cartes mémoires, alors je ne peux pas tout recommencer dans un nouveau site.

Mon enseignante d’histoire est dans un concours d'art
Mon enseignante d’histoire vas prendre sa retraite à la fin de la semaine, alors j’ai fait des boucles d'oreilles pour elle. Elle est maintenant dans un gros concours d'art. Elle est un artiste merveilleuse, et bien que je ne comprends pas toujours son art, je sais qu’elle fais nombreuses peintures magnifiques. Elle a étudié l’histoire d’art et est très passionnée, alors je pense qu’elle mériterait(?) de gagner si elle le fait. Si quelqu’un serait intéressé par voir quelques-uns de ses tableaux ou voter pour elle, j’ai envoyé le lien au-dessous.

My Middle School
My middle school was in the western part of the town, surrounded by a small moat. My dormitory was in the northeast part of the campus.
There were no beds in the dormitory, only makeshift beds made of bricks and cement, 30 centimeters high. I can’t remember if I actually had a pillow, but I do remember using two bricks as a pillow. On the north wall of the dormitory, there were two holes — pleasant in summer but terrible in the cold winter.
The school provided no hot water. We had to go down to the moat to wash our faces. In winter, the moat froze over, so we had to use a brick to break the ice to get water. When we went to the classroom for early morning study, our hair was covered in ice.
The school cafeteria was in the northern corner and served only simple food: steamed sweet potato flour buns and vegetable soup.
Our classrooms were one-story brick houses with tiled roofs. They consisted of three rooms, which were open to each other.
I haven’t gone back to my middle school since I graduated. All these things must have changed a lot by now.

Meine Geschichtslehrerin wird bald in den Ruhestand gehen
Meine Geschichtslehrerin wird nach diese Woche in den Ruhestand gehen, also ich habe für sie Ohrringe gemacht. Sie ist auch eine Künstlerin und hat Kunstgeschichte studiert, also ich habe kleine Kopien der Gemälden „Blick auf Toledo“ und „Begräbnis des Grafen von Orgaz“ gezeichnet und Rahmen gestaltet für die Ohrringe. Ich denke, es ziemlich gut aussehen.
Sie war vor kurzem akzeptiert im Kunstwettbewerb(?) und ist jetzt im oberen 20 Wettbewerbern in ihre Gruppe. Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Gruppe es gibt, aber ich weiß, dass jede Gruppe ursprünglich ungefähr 80 Wettbewerbern hat. Ein Gewinner/Gewinnerin wird nicht bis August entscheiden werden, aber die Abstimmung wird den ganzen Sommer dauern, also falls jemand will für sie stimmen, habe ich die Link zur Website geschickt.
Ich verstehe nicht alle ihre Gemälde, aber ich weiß, dass sie sehr leidenschaftlich und talentiert ist und schön Kunst macht, also ich würde sehr aufgeregt, wenn sie gewinnen.

Sweet Mornings in Italy
During my stay in Europe, I experienced many different food cultures.
One thing that surprised me was the hotel breakfast in Italy. In Japan, breakfast usually has salty dishes, but in Italy there were many sweets. I saw tiramisu, fruit tarts, doughnuts, chocolates and amaretti on the morning buffet.
I remembered an interview with the Japanese soccer legend Shunsuke Nakamura. When he first played for Reggina, he said he couldn’t understand how people could eat so many sweet things in the morning.
When I first travelled in Italy, I also felt it was impossible to eat sweets early in the day. But after a few years, I got used to it. Even after coming back home many years ago, I can enjoy desserts first thing in the morning by following the traditional Italian style of having a sweet breakfast, and I even think a little sugar helps my brain wake up and start working quickly.
