Position
Today I am going to talk about a sensitive topic and I believe everyone are interested in it.
No matter what kind of work unit do you work in, it is definitely a good thing to get a higher work position, but the attitude toward this thing is very different from each person.
First I will give them who have made a great progress in their position promotion a big congratulation.
this is the result of their hard working and a recognition from their leaders.
But If you didn't get a ideal work position yet, please take it easy, don't be upset about it.
No matter what kind of work do you do, what position are you in, that doesn't matter, just do it well, so we can feel peaceful and solid.
If you are kind of interested in position, just struggle for it, and If you weren't, just be yourself, that is such simple thing.
I am very satisfied with my position, though it is not promoted for over twenty years.
Many of my fomer colleagues work hard, and also have comprehensive ability as well as a high level, but they haven't got a position as high as mine, however, they still work hard, never complain.
As to me, I think my ability just suit for a small team leader, even not suit enough for a class monitor.
Of course, there are also many colleagues they have got a high position than me, that is just because their hard working and their strong ability.
This is my opinion about the topic, and I don't know If I make it clear.

Hier, j'ai un rêve étrange. Dans le rêve, je suis alée à la maison de ma grand-mére. Toute ma famille était là. Donc, je suis alée à la cave. En quelque sorte, je me suis trouvée au bord de la rivière. Je voulais nager, parce que il faisait très chaud. J'ai plongé dans l'eau et j'ai recontré une sirène. Elle était belle. Elle m'a montré une photo, mais je ne pouvais pas le voir. J'avais de l'eau dans les yeux. Alors, elle m'a conduit à la fée qui m'a tranformé en sirène aussi. Malheuresement, quand je me suis reveillée, j'étais toujours un humain.

Fransız hizmetçi olan dünyanın en güzel kadın sarayda çalışmış. Hizmetçinin kralın dikkatini çektiği için kraliçe çok kıskanç olmuş. İntikam almak için kraliçe onun zayıflığı bulmuş: ÇİKOLATA. Sarayın her yerinde çikolata koymaya başlamış ve çok geçmeden hizmetçi duba gibi olmuş.

Les cébettes, les ciboules et les ciboulettes
J’ai récemment commencé à m’abonner à quelques chaînes YouTube francophones qui explorent la cuisine de l'Asie de l'Est. Ils utilisent souvent une légume qu'on appelle diversement la cébette, la ciboule ou la ciboulette. Il va sans dire que cette multiplicité de noms me confondait. Je me demandais si tous ces noms se référaient en vérité à la même espèce de légume. Je croyais que la ciboulette était un légume européen, étant donné que j'avais rencontré des recettes françaises qui l'utilisaient. Pourtant, c'était évident que cette ciboulette-ci n'était pas la ciboulette de « Cooking with Morgane » ou du « Riz Jaune ». Certains sites web ont indiqué qu'il existait une autre ciboulette, la ciboulette chinoise, mais la légume qu'ils décrivaient n'était pas ce que ces chaînes YouTube utilisent aussi.
Après avoir lu leurs pages respectives sur Wikipédia, je suis arrivée à comprendre la différence entre la ciboulette et la ciboule. La ciboulette se traduit en anglais par « chive » et la ciboulette chinoise, parfois appelée la ciboule chinoise, est son équivalent asiatique. Les cébettes et les ciboules sont quelque chose de différent, mais la ressemblance des noms confond beaucoup de gens. Quant à la différence entre la ciboule et la cébette, je ne la saisis pas encore. Bien qu’elles ne soient pas la même plante, il semble que leurs noms se traduisent tous les deux par « green onion » ou « spring onion » en anglais. De plus, il semble que la langue chinoise ne les distingue pas.

With every positive, there are negative, a saying from my mother comes to mind:" A warm bed only feeds indolence." For an example of my mother's words, look no further than the Democrat-led state of California. Democrats are metaphorically making up this bed for lazy Californians to lie in. They are doing this by pouring funding to build apartments for only charge peppercorn rents as a mite of return, and providing free food, and subsides pile money to per homeless. A report shows that during the pandemic, the state government has been paying for homeless people to live in four-star hotels. These measures are like a slap in the face to hard-working people and taxpayers. For the Democrats, this is a smart way of currying favor with poor people and winning votes. But the cost will be high in the future. Young people will be negatively motivated by the idea that they can reap without sowing, so to speak. For now, the majority of homeless people don't need to worry about their lives. If they urinate in public, they will get what they want. Like my mother said, " The squeaky wheel gets the grease ". Some people have joked that that is how social progress is made, and I agree. But in all seriousness, in the long term, this situation will become a serious social concern.

The reaction of my school in the last election (2016)
2016, the last year of Obama's term, was a bleak year for some. And a new president, Donald Trump will strut on the world stage. I still remember that the second day when Trump won in the election, people fell into a bleak mood in my high school. From my teachers' eyes, I knew they had cried and didn't accept the reality that Trump became their new president. In their views, the American nightmare was looming. Most teachers looked blue and eyes without gloss. It seems like they had contemplated to immigrate to other countries and booked the ticket already. The reality, that Trump will lead the next term, is unacceptable for my teachers. In their blur eyes, I could seem the border walls are soaring. And then in my English class, the teacher choked up and looked upset. She required us to write a short essay expressing our personal views of Trump. But as an only international student in the class, it was hard for me to understand why they had an extreme reaction to Trump. For this reason, I couldn't write down anything. In my opinion, as a Chinese person who grew up in the dictatorial system, I believe that President Trump enables citizens to make America great again. During that time, I had to admit that it is a little embarrassing for me if I don't write down anything, and I didn't want to fidget that I am the only one who out of the depressed mood. Honestly, Trump won't my president, and I blocked the feeling with this whole situation. On my side, I was starting to worry about my fatherland face a resurging America. Thus I also unhappy that Trump won.

Geburtstag Feiern
Feierst du gerne deinen Geburtstag?
Ich habe nicht gerne eine Party zum Geburtstag feiern.
Ich hasse allgemein Partys. Ich hasse immer Partys auf meinem Geburtstag.
Geburtstagsfeier erinnern mich an Leben und Mortalität. Das Leben ist zu kurz. Es ist weg vor wir es bemerken. Auf meinem Geburtstag ich denke an meinem Geburt und auch an meinem Tot.
Ich denke lieber nicht daran. Was mir fehlt, ist Zeit.
Deshalb ist meine ideale Geburtstagsfeier ein gutes Gericht mit meiner Familie, Zeit zum Radfahren, Zeit zum spazieren gehen mit meiner Töchter, Zeit zum Deutsch lernen und vielleicht ein gutes Glas Bier.
Ich schreibe über Geburtstage weil meinen Geburtstag spät kommt. Hoffentlich wird er ein guter Tag, um diese Dinge zu machen.

Pourquoi l’anglais est difficile?
Fréquemment, je pense aux autres langues. Par exemple, quand je suis assis dans un chambre, je regarde des objets autour de moi et je réfléchis « Comment on dit ce mot de cet objet en français o espangol? » Cependent, de temps en temps, je pense au anglais, en particuler, quand je corrige l’écriture de quelqu’un d’autre. Parfois, je me demande « Qu’est-ce que c’est les défis d’apprentissage d’anglais? » Il me semble que la prononciation anglaise est difficile. Même si l’anglais est ma langue maternelle, je prononce mal certains mots. Par exemple, le mot anglais « subtle ». Pendant beaucoup d’années, je le prononcais incorrectement. La deuxième chose est l’orthographie. Je pense que c’est difficile et, souvent, je dois rechercher dans le dictionnaire pour l'orthographe correct d’un mot. De plus, l’orthographie n’est pas phonétique. Quoi d’autre? Peut-être la grammaire? Quand je corrige l’écriture des personnes qui langue maternelle est le russe, je me rends compte de qu’ils ont des problèmes avec l’article definitive. Quand je parle avec les japonais, il me semble qu’ils ont des problèmes avec la prononciation de lettre « r ». Mais, en général, je me demande, « Pourquoi l’anglais est difficile? »

Les aventures de Roi Henry le VIII
Henry le VIII, était le roi d'angleterre au seizieme siécle. Il est important pour plusieurs raisons, par exemple le développement de la marine royaux. Pourtant, la chose la plus mémorable à propos de Henry, sont ses mariages.
Henry voyait ses épouse comme vous ou moi verraient une chemise. C'est parfaitement normal à en jeter un quand elle devenir vielle. Aussi, ce n'est pas de probleme à en essayer un nouveau quand on désire.
Cependant, Henry avait beacoup de troubles avec les jetées. D'abord, pour quelque raison, des femmes n'aimeaient pas être jetées. Heureusement, Henry avait un homme avec un grand hache. À cause de ceci, il etait un probleme qui se resoudre.
Le deuxieme difficulté etait que l'église n'aimeait bien pas les tentes d'Henry à divorcer. Pourtant, pour ceci aussi, Henry avait une solution. Il simplement créé une église soi-même. Sa église puis permis des divorces, et donc, Henry pouvait divorcer ses épouses.
Finalement, aprés il avait créé sa église, il a revendiqué tous les propriété de l'eglise catholique. À cause de ceci, il est devenu très riche. Avec tous ces argents, Henry a fait quoi il faire mieux, et il faisait des fêtes. Pourquoi pas celébrer un nouveau mariage ou six?

Make-up
Ich schminke mich oft, weil es hilft mir, zuversichtlicher mich zu fühlen. Normalerweise trage ich nur getönte Feuchtigkeitscreme, Verdecker, und Mascara, aber für besondere Veranstaltungen trage ich mehr. Viele Leute denken, dass Make-Up schädlich oder nutzlos ist. Jedoch wenn etwas macht man glücklich, nach meiner Meinung ist es OK. Leider ist Make-up oft teuer. Ich kaufe meine Make-up aus Apotheken, und ich kaufe nur, was ich werde benutzen und was wird für eine lange Zeit reichen. Was denken Sie über Make-up?

From 2015 to 2017, I was addicted to Facebook. I would post a photo of me every day. I used to wait for my friends to like my photos and comment. Later, I understood that I was using too much Facebook because I was feeling alone. Back then, I was in Japan and I was new there. I had no friends that resulted in using Facebook excessively. When I made new friends, I was no longer addicted to Facebook.

Von 2015 bis 2017 verwendete ich zu viel Facebook . Ich postete jeden Tag ein Foto und wartete auf "likes" und Kommentare von meinen Freunden. Später habe ich verstanden, dass ich verwendete zu viel Facebook, wenn ich mich allein fühlte. Deshalb verbrachte ich viel Zeit auf Facebook. Damals war ich in Japan und hatte keine Freunde, deswegen war ich einsam. Später lernte ich viele Leute kennen. Dadurch wurde die Nutzung von Facebook automatisch reduziert.
