The Premodern Age
In the premodern age, the western world view came mostly from two sources: first, Christian religion which was mostly based on the teachings of the Bible and the Church’s interpretation of it, and the other, the philosophy of ancient Greek especially Aristotle’s views. Thomas Aquinas was the main intellectual figure in the middle ages who incorporated these two currents and shaped the world view of his era. This world view was predicated on the assumption of the existence of a good and wise God who had an on-going presence in all the components of the world. His wisdom gives a reasonable and understandable order to the framework of the world, and his goodness made the fear of living in a wild and unkind world tolerable. In other words, the presence and the authority of this well-intentioned and wise being made the world united and familiar with the scared and shied existence of humans, and therefore, the world became transformed from a threatening and frightening place to a safe and relaxing shelter or home. Thus, the grand religious narrative made humans assimilated into the world, that is to say, made a sort of life flow into the veins of the world, and made its structure look as if it was sensitive to the actions of humans and showed proportional and, often, predictable reactions to them. Therefore, in the framework of this grand narrative, humans could, at least somewhat, tame the world’s destructive and rebellious forces such as death, natural disasters, injustice, and social violence through the propitiation of wise and kind God.

Los restaurantes
No sé cuando los primeros restaurantes aparecí. Debió de haber sido antes de los romanos. En los tiempos antiguos, había hostels que también se servía la comida. Durante el imperio romano, era común salir a un restaurante para cenar, especialmente en las ciudades como Pompeii. Pues, no estoy seguro sobre las personas súper ricas, pero la gente común lo hacía. Mientras aldeas y pueblos falten la elección de variedad, las ciudades suelen tener muchas diferentes comidas étnicas, mostrado la diversidad del lugar. Es interesante mirar todos los restaurantes rodeados en GoogleMaps y tal. Creo que te permite ver la diversidad del área. Aunque la comida es modificada para la gente del área, cada restaurante debe ser cómodo y amable para todos.

Happy Pain
Few days ago, I am reading my friend’s post.
She said she can do 50 pushups in one round.
30 years ago, I can do 90 plus pushup in one round.
Anyway, motivate by her good behave.
Yesterday, I try to do 50 pushups too.
In my current condition one time 50 pushups is impossible.
My first attempt was 15 only.
So, I waited another hour to do the next set.
And the end of the day, totally did 48 pushups.
Close enough.
But today my while body is in pain.
I did try to pushups again, but only able to make 5 pushups!
Even I am in a lot of muscle pain but I will call that as happy pain.

Fuera de mi propio corazón
(Disculpa el tono sombrío de mi texto, y gracias por leerlo)
Hace algunos meses, aprendí lo que significaba querer a alguien. Siempre había parecido como un sentimiento demasiado fuerte para que yo aún pueda conocerlo, así que mi vida estaba demasiado rara, y no muy abierta sobre el mundo. Y cuando occurró, yo necesité demasiado tiempo para entender que estaba enamorada. Después de seis meses juntas, yo estaba empezando a entender algunas de esas cosas, pero ella empezó a no poder estar más presente para mi. Entonces me explicó que no podía soportar el peso y que tuvimos que interrumpir nuestra relación algun tiempo. Hoy estamos apartes desde hace siete días y recuerdo como yo amaba saber todo de ella. Me siento débil y lucho con el miedo que no vuelva más. Me parece como si yo estuviera fuera de mi propio corazón, suficientemente fuerta para continuar a vivir, pero no para sentirme llena.

Quando foi a última vez que você foi num restaurante?
Eu fui para a última vez num restaurante em setembro. Infelizemente, os restaurantes são fechados desde outubro e nós não sabemos quando eles vão abrir de novo. Eles são fechados por causa de Covid19.
Então eu peço comida para entregar. Eu acho que nós devemos ajudar os restaurantes para sobreviver, é porque eu peço comida e quando eles vão abrir eu iria comer no restaurante.

Mein Streak!
Seit zwei Tagen, habe ich auf Reddit keine Texte geschrieben. Ich denke daran, dass ich Deutsch vergessen habe. Zurzeit bin ich nicht in Deutschland, sondern bei meiner Mutter. Das liegt daran, dass die Vorlesungen online angeboten werden. Deswegen sagte mir meine Mutter, dass ich neues Jahr bei ihr feiern soll.
Mit meinem Deutchlernen gibt es eine Pause, weil ich mit Uni-Fächern beschäftigt bin. Für sechs Uni-Fächer habe ich mich angemeldet. Das ist zu viel, jedoch muss ich auch Zeit für das Deutschlernen finden muss.

Cooking Creamy Pasta
Today, I cooked for my family to eat something that everyone ate. This meal was a pasta! Few weeks ago, we made a dinner competetion at home because of my mother was bored to cook. In that competetion, I cooked creamy pasta that I made up at my student's home. They like it bu I lost it. To be honest, everyone shocked that I could nice and edible meal for them.
Today, my mother didn't want to cook and asked me to cook the pasta that I made that day. I made it but this time, that wasn't good.

Bör USA ha allmän sjukvårdsförsäkring?
Hej allihopa, idag tänkte jag prata om ett ämne som står mig nära - tillgång till sjukvård i USA. Varför står ämnet nära mig? Under hela 2018 hade jag inte råd att köpa sjukvårdsförsäkring som student, och jag känner till många andra studenter som hamnade i samma läget som jag. Det här menar att om jag eller någon av de skulle ha en olycka skulle vi bli tvungen att betala alla kostnader "out of pocket", alltså utan stöd från en försäkringsbolag. Och eftersom sjukvårdstjänster är så dyra i USA skulle det lätt leda till att vi går i konkurs (sjukvårds betalning är den primära anledningen för att gå i konkurs i USA). Så frågan blir då - hur löser vi det här problemet?
Sedan 2010-talet har efterfrågan för någon allmän sjukvårdsförsäkring blivit större och större, särskilt i de 2016 och 2020 valen. Några politiker har sagt att de vill förbjuda privata försäkringsbolag som får vinster från kundernas betalningar medan andra vill hitta ett sätt att få alla skyddas (jag vet inte om det här ordet funkar här) med de privata bolagen som redan finns. Jag har inte lösningen till problemet, men jag vet att någonting måste göras om vi vill att alla amerikaner ska känna sig trygga i sitt eget land.

Arbeit in Deutschland
-Das Schwierigste ist, sich selbst ganz ehrlich zu beschreiben. Deshalb habe ich eine meiner lieben deutschen Freundinnen, Elena Steel, gebeten, ein paar Worte über mich zu schreiben. Sie stammt aus Deutsch-Köln und arbeitet als klinische Psychologie
-- meine freundin elena ist eigentlich diejenige, die dies vorschlägt, damit ich in die deutsche kultur eingeführt werden kann, die wirklich so ist und es liebt, mehr deutsche menschen zu kennen und mein schwaches deutsch zu verbessern. Ich plane danach, mich entweder für einen psychologiestudiengang einzuschreiben oder zu finden Eine Berufsausbildung vielleicht im Hopital oder eine Arbeit mit meinem Abschluss in Soziologie, die weniger wahrscheinlich ist. Ich liebe es, dass deutsche Menschen einen hohen Stellenwert für Lernen und Bildung haben, und ich möchte das von ihnen aufgreifen und mich selbst verbessern

Eine Bewertung über Dark Souls 1
Dark Souls wird oft als ein Klassiker geschätzt und ich stimme damit zu. Was macht das Spiel besonders ist das Kampfsystem und die Weltstruktur. Am Anfang fühlt sich das Kampfsystem schwer und ungeschickt, aber als man lernt wie es funktioniert, erkennt man, dass es eigentlich wirklich genau ist. Die Entscheidungen in Kämpfen, die man macht, wirklich eine Wirkung auf Erfolg haben. Es ist nicht so einfach als sogenannten "hack-and-slash" Spiele, die nichts mit der Fähigkeit des Spielers zu tun haben.
Die Weltstruktur ist so besonders, weil es nicht die typische, direkte lineare Form ist. Obwohl es ist linear, insofern dass man einige Aufgaben machen muss, um Erfolgreich zu sein, machen die Regionen der Welt einen wirklich interessanten Kreis und der Spieler hat viele "unsichtbare" Entscheidungen zu treffen. Der Kreis kommt aus den klugen, unerwarteten Verbindungen zwischen Orte, die es möglich machen, überall zu gehen. Die Entscheidungen sind manchmal eigentlich unsichtbar, wie geheimnisse Orte zu finden, aber andere sind unsichtbar im Prinzip, da die Welt und die Geschicht so mysteriös sind. Man weißt nie genau wie offenbar kleine Aktionen die ganze Welt ändern können.
Dark Souls hat natürlich viele Fehler. Es ist manchmal undeutlich und verwirrend, und manche Eigenschaften des Spieles fühlen als ob die Designer noch nicht fertig waren. Trotzdem ist es ein fantastisches Spiel, das hat erfolgreich innoviert.

Een dagboekbericht
15 november
Dit zijn rare tijden. Ik zat er bijna de hele nacht over na te denken, en ik ben tot de conclusie gekomen dat ik eerlijk gezegd denk dat een van de grootste fouten van mijn leven was dat ik niet genoeg tijd voor jou had. Ik ben nog jong, dus natuurlijk ga ik soms fouten maken. Maar bij sommige fouten dringt het niet volledig tot je door wat je precies gedaan hebt totdat een beetje tijd voorbij is gegaan, en dat is volgens mij niet alleen bij jonge mensen het geval. Als ik op precies dit moment in de tijd terug zou kunnen gaan, zou ik mijn hele zomer met jou doorbrengen want jij bent het belangrijkste in mijn leven - en zeker niet mijn werk.
Jij bent écht een van de beste mensen die ik ooit ontmoet heb, ik wil dat niet verliezen, en ik wil met niemand anders dan jou samen zijn (dit meen ik echt). Ik ben bereid om mijn uiterste best te doen want ik ben ervan overtuigd dat we een goede relatie kunnen hebben. Nu moeten we natuurlijk onze relatie langzaamaan herbouwen maar ik wil er heel graag aan werken en ik hoop dat jij hier ook nog potentieel in ziet. Ik vraag me af wat er in de toekomst gaat gebeuren, maar het enige wat ik nu kan doen is afwachten.

Das Experiment
Ich habe den Film "Das Experiment" für erste Mal gesehen, und ich finde es sehr spannend! Keine Sorge, ich wurde keine Spoiler hier schreiben :)
Das Thema ist eine Gruppe, in der die Leute alle Fremde sind. Deshalb gibt es keine Beziehung zwischen sie.
Sie sind in einem Experiment, das zwei Wochen bleibt. Das Experiment simuliert wie ein Gefängnis, also gibt es Gefangenen und Polizeien.
Die Teilnehmer wurden in diesem zwei Rollen geteilt, und besonders Regeln folgen. Die Idee unter den Film ist: überwachen, wie wir uns mit Autorität und Extremsituationen verhalten.
Ich werde nicht mehr sagen. Du musst es selbst anschauen!

Because of the time difference, I have dropped out of the highest streak list several times. At first I was very confused because I write a journal everyday. Why is this the case? Finally, I find that if I write in the morning, I should always write in the morning. If I write in the morning today and I write in the afternoon tomorrow, then the site system will think I haven’t written for a day. That is just because of the time difference. Because of this, I have suffered a lot of losses. I should be more careful about this later.

Comparing two countries

Percentage of people who are satisfied with themselves is 46% in Japan, and 86% in the United States. It shows that many people it in the U.S. are satisfied with themselves but much fewer people in Japan are satisfied with themselves that in the U.S. I think Japanese people are so modest and want to improve themselves, so the percentage is low compared with American people. In the contrary, I think American people are so confident of themselves and positive so the percentage is high compared with Japanese people.

According to the survey, the number of people who want to be useful for my country is larger in Japan than in the U.S. I think this show the difference of characteristics between the two. Japanese are said to put the emphasis on groups. They are not willing to make arguments because it disturb the atmosphere. Comparatively, Americans are said to put the emphasis on individuals. They will not hesitate to go against the others, because they have a right to do so, and want to do so. I think this difference made the different scores on the survey.

Du bist wie du läufst
Ich habe über ein neue Chinesische Uberwachungsmethode dass Gangerkennung benutzt gelesen. Die Chinesen leben schon mit viele Kameras die überall verteilt sind, beangstigend ähnlich wie der große Bruder auf George Orwells Buch. Manche Kameras haben auch eine Gesichtserkennung System und damit konnen Leute auf die Straße identifizieren und so weiter. Aber was mit stark bewegte Bereiche? Oder Leute die haben ihre Gesicht nicht registieren? Für diese Situationen, entwickelt die Chinesen dass Gangerkennung system, die Art jemand lauft ist irgendwas eizingartig und kann sie identifizieren. Dieses System ist teil eines großeres A.I System namens, und ich mache keine Witze, Skynet, das sammelt und analyziert alle Daten. Die Chinesen haben einen seltsamen Sinn für Humor.

Deseo un plato de calamares
Cuando era pequeña, en mi ciudad natal, tuvimos una gran industria de pesca. Por eso pudimos comer mucho mariscos de alta calidad sin gastar mucho. Mi marisco favorito es los calamares. Hacía algunos años se empeoró la industria de pesca y a causa de otras razónes me trasladé a un país diferente. En mi nuevo país lucho con encontrar los platos de calamares. Por supuesto, hay muchos platos de calamares fritos, pues sólo hay platos de calamares fritos. Es impossible hallar un restaurante en que se sirven calamares sofritos o a la plancha - los platos más sabrosos! Algún día saboreo calamares sofritos o a la plancha una vez más, pero no sé dónde y no sé cuando :'(

Russian Foods
Today, I ate Russian foods for the first time. I found a Russian restaurant near my house, so I went there with my friend. I enjoyed Borscht, mashed potato, salad, and chicken with bean source. They were so delicious! It was fresh that the staple was potato because I usually eat rice as my staple. I want to eat another foreign country's dish. Do you have any recommendations?

ファイアーエムブレム
私の一番好きなゲームシリーズはファイアーエムブレムです。戦略的RPG（SRPG）です。公式に16ゲームがあります。この中で、私は9ゲームをした。ファンの作った非公式なゲームもあります。中学生の一年生の頃、初めて「ファイアーエムブレム 新・暗黒竜と光の剣」をしました。11番ゲームとゲーム機はニンテンドーDSです。あの年から高校生の四年生の時、毎年期末テストの頃でこのゲームをしました。期末のとき、学校で自習勉強の時間は多くてですが、私は勉強の必要はなかったです。だから学校でよくファイアーエムブレムを遊んでいました。
高校を卒業した後、16番ゲームの「ファイアーエムブレム 風花雪月」が売れました。大学の前に落ち込んでいたので、たくさんこのゲームをしました。このゲームで4の進路があります。人によって違いますが、最初の進路は40時間から50時間をかかると、後の進路は20時間から30時間をかかると思います。私は発売の後2週間で3の進路を仕上げました。毎日多分10時間以上しました。今は勿体無かったと思いますが、あのとき落ち込んだので他のやりたいことがなかったです。
ファイアーエムブレムの戦略と音楽は楽しいです。ファイアーエムブレムの独自な特徴はキャラクターは亡くなります。普通に死ぬキャラクターは次のレベルで返ります。ファイアーエムブレムで死ぬキャラクターはゲームの最後まで死にます。危険は高いので、戦略を考えるのはもっと楽しいと思います。さらに、最強のキャラクターはたまに不運や怠慢のせいで死ぬので、同じゲームを複数するのは違います。

Un café virtual
Hoy fui a un "café virtual." Suscribo al boletín semanal de Radio Ambulante y en el último había un anuncio para la Podcastinación 2020, un festival de podcasteros hispanohablantes.
Envíe la invitación a mi amigo (que también está aprendiendo español) y me sugerió que asistimos al "Café Podcastero." Creo que este evento le interesaba porque a mi amigo le encanta beber y preparar café. No obstante, este evento no tenía nada que ver con café. El propósito fue establecer contactos y aumentar la audiencia de tu podcast. ¡O sea, todos los participantes tenían su propio podcast!
El evento fue una videollamada de Zoom y la anfitriona dividió los participantes entre grupos de 4-6 personas y nos puso en salas privadas. Allí tomamos turnos explicando nuestros podcasts y proyectos (dando un "pitch"). Mi amigo y yo casi morimos de miedo. ¡No hacemos podcasts ni hablamos español con fluidez! Mi amigo dijo que no tuvo micrófono cuando fue su turno para hablar (lo cual es gracioso porque supuestamente éramos podcasteros y tener un podcast requiere tener un micrófono). Intenté encontrar la confianza para hablar pero al final estaba demasiado nerviosa y solo pude escribir mensajes por chat.
Había estado buscando una oportunidad para hablar con nativos y me siento decepcionada con mi misma por no haberlo aprovechado.
