how to study think in English
I watched some video about the method to study English from bilibili. An excellent way,is to think in English logically. How can we start think in English? Firstly,you can say to yourself in your heart when you get up, "what is the first thing i should do?" As for me,i will take the toothbrush, go to the bathroom to brush teeth at first, and then i look at myself in the mirror. In other words, the way to think in English, is try to describe the things you to do in English, but sometimes when i can't make the sentence, i will use the dictionary to find out the word,which i don't know. Secondly, look at the the things around you, try to think these things relate to English. For example,when you are walking on the way to shop, you can associate the words about the "car", such as wheel,steer,windowscreen and so on.
And you can search pictures online, try to describe the scene in English.

An Earthquake
This afternoon when I was taking a nap, there was an earthquake. As you know, earthquakes are not rare in Japan. The epicenter was far from where I live, so the shaking wasn't big. However, I live on the ninth floor of an apartment. The shaking was amplified compared to the ground. I'm sure this building is safe but I felt a little scared.

I want to share with you guys the house I lived in during my childhood. The countryside living conditions were very bad then, and people living in rural areas lived in poverty. Every family generally had three main rooms and two wing rooms. The three main rooms faced south and the two wing rooms faced east or west. At the beginning of building a house, people dug the foundation first, and the foundation was about thirty centimeters deep. Then built the foundation with bricks until it was thirty centimeters above the ground. Then continue to build up with adobe. The beams and tans were all made of thick or thin trees in the countryside. The rafters were made of bamboo. Then spread the foil (which was made of sorghum stalk) on the rafters. The last step was spreading the wheat straw on the foil. Now the house is done. Before the early eighties, people in the countryside in the northern part of Anhui Provence all lived in this kind of house. The only modern construction material was the bricks.

I ate mutton soup at noon. I like eating mutton. As far as I can remember, when I was a child, during winter, our parents sometimes bought a piece of mutton and made mutton soup. The mutton soup was cooked together with some sweet potato vermicelli, Chinese cabbage and radish. We usually cook the mutton first, then put it somewhere waiting for later use. When we wanted to eat mutton soup, we sliced the mutton meat and put it with some sweet potato vermicelli, radish and Chinese cabbage in a pot, then poured a certain water into the pot and boiled them. The cooked mutton meat could be used several times this way. Of course, at that time, life in the countryside was very hard. It was a luxury enjoyment to eat mutton soup, although every time we could only eat a few pieces of mutton meat and just eat those vegetables, and we rarely eat it, but the soup still tasted delicious in our opinion. Many years have passed, although the living conditions have improved unbelievably, mutton soup is still my favorite meal.

Learning by oneself or guided by teachers
People have different views about weather it is necessary for students to have tutors. In this essay, I am going to consider the views of both those who think that teachers are indispensible for pupils, and those who believe studying by themselves is better for students, and explain why I firmly believe that students should follow the guidance of teachers.
One of the main arguments of people who believe in self-study is that individuals can learn more effectively and more personalized. For the reason that those who study by themselves can learn at their own pace and make a leaning plan according to their own situation, they tend to be more productive in the same period compared with those who are guided by teachers. For instance, a student majors in translation and is weak in pronunciation; when it comes to interpreting courses, it is hard for him to keep pace with teachers. In this case, it is better for him to make a schedule to align with his own pace.
In my opinion, however, this is not a convincing argument. I think it is obvious that guided study plays a pivotal role for students with the professional advice provided by teachers and scientific syllabus they have. It is well known that well-qualified teachers have gone through strict training in relevant fields, therefore they have more experience in their professional domain and know how to learn in the right way. For example, students can consult their tutors whenever they have difficulties in study or they can not make progress no matter how hard they are.
In conclusion, although self-guided has promising effects like effectiveness and individualization; however, I still assert that following teacher is the best way to study for the professional advice and scientific syllabus they can provide.

Eye Mask Magic
I am working at night shift at the moment.
From 11:00pm to next day 07:00am.
As a new starter the problem is “sleep quality” after return home.
In my case after return home.
I will try to sleep immediately.
But I usually can only sleep 1 to 2 hours.
While other colleagues can sleep up 4 to 5 hours.
So, I ask them for an advice.
One suggest me using an eye mask.
Because apart from sounds, light also is a main source for waking up.
Ok, listen and follow.
Result: what a magic tool!
Over last few days at least 2 days I can sleep more than 3 hours.

First, no gifts today. Hahaha...
Today is Friday. People like Friday. They always say :" Thank god, it's Friday!" So it's apparently a good day today.
I learned how to make a Crunchy Rise Cake from a friend today. I hope it's the right name. It's super easy to make. 1. Put one cup of syrup + one cup of brown sugar and one cup of peanut butter to a pot. 2. Heat and stir them to melt. 3. Put the crunchy rise in the pot, then stir it to mix them. 4. Put the mix thing to a ware or mould, flat it. 5. Put it into the fridge for 1 hour to let it cool down. Then you can cut it and eat it. It was very delicious.

Ramen
No me han gustado los fideos ramen hasta esta noche. Había comido ramen unas veces pero el sabor me recordaba al jarabe de arce y no quería pedirlo más, pero hace unas semanas mi amigo y yo estábamos hablando sobre comida japonés y me preguntó por qué no me gustaba comer ramen.
Me di cuenta que los fideos ramen eran uno de muy pocos tipos de comida que no me gustaba aunque para mi es muy importante probar todo tipo de comida y apreciar los sabores y las texturas. Decidí comer ramen la próxima vez que tuviera la oportunidad para hacerlo.
Esta noche probé ramen de nuevo y me encantó. El caldo era muy rico, los fideos eran chiclosos* y el tofu tenía una exterior crujiente. Me hace ilusión que por fin puedo disfrutar este plato.

Back in 1998, I bought my first apartment. It is located in the southern part of Fuyang and it is very close to the south bus station of the city. At that time, the apartment price was about 500 CN yuan per square meters and it was covered with 92 square meters, so it cost more than 40 thousand CN yuan. I didn’t have that much money then, so I borrowed about half of the total costs of the apartment. Ten years later, it was about 2011 or 2012. That was the second time I bought apartments. This time I bought two. Because it was a certain unit that raised funds to build apartments, the price was only around three thousand yuan per square meters. (The market apartment price then was about six thousand yuan per square meters). The big one covers 140 square meters and the small one covers 120 square meters. In 2018, it was the third time I bought an apartment and this is the time I bought an apartment at the peak price because it was the time that the highest house price in China. Including the parking space, the price was as high as 12 thousand yuan per square meters. This apartment cost me more than 1.4 million yuan. If there are no special circumstances, I wouldn’t buy apartments in my life again because it is enough for me to live and I don’t have much money either.

The days after
The days after the pandemic will be uncertain. I have been unemployed for more than a year and I really hope get a job as soon as possible. Meanwhile I try to be optimistic, take advantage of the time and keep busy studying and learning, but some days is really hard. I focus in the future: I would like to travel, live for a time in other countries, meet people and visit places. I've been wanting to do it for many years, and for one reason or another, I was putting it off, so in a year or two I hope to be on a plane or boat.

我学中文的安排
病毒检疫开始的时候，我决定要提高我的中文能力。这是应为我对中国的文化和历史很感兴趣。中国的历史悠久，文化也很丰富。而且中国是一个超级强国；将来工作的时候会遇到需要使用中文的情况。
这就是我想学中文的原因。每天，我用各种各样的网站和软件学新的词汇。接着我在课本复习一些语法和做一些题。每天我试着写至少一份日记帐分录。我不在专门学习的时候也会找机会提高我的中文能力。如果我有空，我喜欢看一些中文电视剧，和如果我遇到生词，我写在本子里。我遛狗，吃饭，和锻炼身体的是以后会听一些中文播客。
在我住的地方，有很多中国人。即使我不住在中国，很多国家还是有很多中国人。我去中国超市买菜的时候会读才牌子。不过，我有一点害羞，不喜欢跟别人交流。我有一些讲中文的朋友，所以我可以跟他们一起聊天。在网上也可以找到很多专门教中文的老师。
我希望有一天我可以去中国。如果我努力学习和坚持下来，我相信我能达到这个目标！

La rénovation de ma maison continue
Les maçons qui travaillent en rénovant ma maison ont avancé beaucoup aujourd'hui. Ils ont abattu les murs qui séparaient la vielle cuisine de la chambre de mon frère, donc maintenant mon frère va avoir une chambre assez plus grande. Ma propre chambre va être bien grande aussi, et nous aurons des nouvelles salle de bain et cuisine. Mais mon père craigne que les maçon n'avancent pas aussi vite qu'il faudrait, et il pense qu'on ne devons pas leur donner plus d'argent jusqu'à qu'ils finissent la première étage. Je suis d'accord avec lui, même si ma mère ne l'est pas. Enfin, je crois qu'on finira avec une belle maison.

Today is Saturday and I didn’t get t up until 9am. My mom will be discharged this morning. I don’t need to go to the hospital to deal with the discharge formalities because my sister will do that. During the weeks that my mom was at the hospital, I needed to go to the hospital every day to take care of her, and I felt very nervous. When weekends arrive, I usually don’t know what to do and feel very bored. Overall, I prefer to stay home to learn some English. Or I will go out to take a walk or ride my bike to get around. A couple of years ago, when I had time, I preferred to drive for a trip. But now I think I have visited mountains, plains, hills, grassland, seas, big rivers except deserts, so I don’t want to go on a trip in a short time. If I could have a long vacation, I’d like to go to a desert or even abroad. But in present circumstances I am not allowed to go abroad for sightseeing because I am a staff funded by the government. Civil servants can retire as long as they have worked for thirty years, but people working in public institutions can not execute the retirement rules as civil servants. If I can reference execute the retirement rules of civil servants, I am very willing to retire and go abroad to see the world or just do something I like.

Amazon
¿Ustedes realizan a menudo compras con Amazon? Compro en Amazon cuando no puedo hallar lo que busco en otra parte. Por ejemplo, cuando deseo adquirir libros sobre el aprentisaje de la lengua persana o la historía de cualquier corriente filosófico, claro que no puedo dirigirme a la biblioteca de mi pequeñita ciudad. Tanto como posible (cuando mi tiempo y mi dinero le permiten), me esfuerzo de comprar en tiendas pequeñas. Por ejemplo, las piezas del ordenador con lo cual estoy escribiendo estas lineas las compré mediante Amazon, pero para la instalación, le pedí al propietario de una empresita local.
Nos acercamos de Navidad y Amazon es el objeto de muchas críticas, al menos aquí en Francia; una petición llamada "Navidad sin Amazon" aún ha recibido cerca de 27 000 firmas. La gente acusa la empresa americana por la muerte de los negocios pequeños. Sin embargo, hace falta decir que ahora, los competidores mayores de Amazon son, por ejemplo, la FNAC en el sector cultural, o Micromania, que es una gran empresa de proveedores de videojuegos (como GAME en España)...¡ Toda esta linda gente no es "pequeña" en absoluto, pero tiene la costumbre odiosa de desangrar a sus clientes! ¡Y ni siquiera hablo de la gran distribución de supermercados gigantes, que también ya matan los negocios pequeños desde cuarenta años!
Es innegable que la manera en que Amazon trata a sus empleados representa un problema mayor para la salud de los trabajadores la ética del trabajo, pero este odio repentino para Amazon me hace curioso. ¿Porqué Amazon, y no una otra de aquellas corporaciones multinacionales que también tienen efectos negativos sobre la economía local y no tratan a sus empleados particularmente mejor? ¿Porqué la gente no está protestando contre el gobierno que no impide a Amazon continuar sus actividades, al contrario de las pequeñas tiendas? Seguro que nunca no tendré ningunas respuestas absolutas a esta pregunta, pero siempre me gusta ver cambios sociales en la opinión publica, como la que podría afectar Amazon hoy.

Los pesares irracionales
Cada uno de nosotros está culpable de este. Nos culpamos todo el tiempo: si algo no pasa bien, o equivocarte te equivocas o incluso si quería que algo pasara, pero no sucedió. No estoy diciendo que no estamos culpable de algo, sé que yo he hecho los cuestionables antes, pero hay muchas cosas que no importan. Siempre puedes culparte para cada la mala que sucede, pero en realidad la vida es complicada. A menudo no hay sola una causa de un incidente. Si pusieras una mochila en el medio de un pasillo, y alguien se lo tropezaría, entonces sí, estás culpable. Sin embargo, si la colgaras o pusieras en un rincón, y lo mismo ocurre, no has hecho un error. Sé que hay personas en el mundo las que siempre insisten en pedir perdón cuando algo pasa mal. Lo sé, porque he sido ese tipo de persona por mucho tiempo. Sé que aún lucho con lo que he hablado de aquí. Sin embargo, es súper importante, para que podamos alegarnos de la culpa, y hacía el perdón.
Dos oraciones con ir + gerundio para enfatizar la progresión de una acción.
1. Vamos mejorando, pero aún tenemos una vía larga al fin.
2. Iré a saludar a los huéspedes cuando la fiesta empiece.

今天早上9點左右我是在姐姐的家裡叫醒的。我不住那邊，我還住跟父母一起。我在她家睡覺的原因是因為昨天我跟姐姐和兩個朋友見面了。我們一起一遍吃飯一遍聊天，時間過得很開心。不知不覺已經半夜了。 那天姐姐早上7點上班。她是一個藥師，她在醫院工作。我下午3點才上班，所以可以比較久睡覺。
吃早餐以後我發現聖誕節快到了。我的家人的傳統是我每年都做一個薑餅蛋糕。本來是我奶奶做的不過她過世以後我按照她的家傳祕方做這個蛋糕。這不算是奇怪的，一般來說波蘭人很愛吃薑餅，特別是聖誕節的時候 。它真的太好吃了!我蠻喜歡這個味道。
我平常從姐姐家走路回家。走路需要40分鐘才到了。 如果沒有很着急也可以坐公車去。聽說在外面散步對身體很好，所以反正不近，温度也不高，大概零下1度而已，我決定要趁着散步的機會，運動一下。回家之前還去過超級市場買做蛋糕的成份。大部分的東西都買得到，只一個很重要的調料沒有。我打算改天在其他商店找一找。
我一回家就喝了一點白茶，準備了工作的 資料。 我當英文老師和家教，週一到週五都要準備課， 有時候要花很多時間為了準備課。我不是在公立學校工作的老師，我在補習班工作。今天都很順利，這次我準備資料準備得比平常快多了。有些學生的網路不太穩定，不過我覺得今天的課蠻不錯的。 時間過得很快，還有最後門課被取消的，這樣我早1個鐘頭下班了。 週末開始了~♡
喝着湯我突然想到我男朋友。 這是因為週末已經到了可是這次我不要見男朋友。 我常常有空的時候去男朋友家，拜訪他，我們一起休息，平平安安的在一起。我們除了週末以外其他時間沒辦法約會因為他不住在我的城市，要坐火車去，大概需要50分鐘。 再加上我們兩個都工作，週一到週五沒有時間見面 。
這週末我要留在家，跟我父母和姐姐一起吃午餐，打桌遊。因為武漢病毒我們不怎麼常見面，大家都很小心，全家人見面很難得。這就是為什麼這週末不會跟男朋友見面。真可惜啊!我舍不得他，等不及我們有一天一起住。這是我的夢想。我們交往的時間不長，只有7個月，但是我對他有好感。不過現在不要太難過了，他12月底會來我家跟我家人一起慶祝聖誕節。我好好興奮喔!

Ein Tag
Ich stehe sieben Uhr auf nach ich frühstücke um 8 Uhr , beim Frühstück sehe ich Dokumentarfilm in Youtube. Nach dem Frühstück gehe ich zur arbeiten , ich arbeite als Arzt beim Krakenhause. Ich arbeite von 10:00 bis 17:00 Uhr nach der arbeit Fahre ich Supermarkt einkaufen und dann gehe ich nach Hause. In mein Hause koche das Abendessen .Beim Abendessen spreche ich mit meine Freundin über unsere Tag.

這個星期我看完了海綿寶寶的第一季第一集的中文版 。我小時候常常看這個影集，長大了它因爲有很多對大人合適的笑話還是很有意思的。所以，如果沒有看過，我一定建議你們看一下。在中文版只有一件事我不喜歡。所有角色聲音都不是像原始版本一樣。我覺得角色的聲音給這個影集加强它的其獨特性。

在這一集，影集第一次對我們介紹海綿寶寶跟他的朋友。海綿寶寶跟他的朋友派大星住在離【蟹堡王】不遠的地方。海綿寶寶總是做夢在蟹堡王工作。有一天，蟹堡王挂了一個紧急招募的廣告。海綿寶寶終於有機會展示他的本領。他進去蟹堡王跟蟹老闆説話，但是他的鄰居章魚哥也在這家餐廳工作。他不願意對蟹老闆推薦雇傭海綿寶寶。所以蟹老闆想讓海綿寶寶證明他會工作。他測驗海綿寶寶， 如果他過關了，就會當餐廳員工。
