La comida
¿Hay una comida que provenga de otra lugar, quizá donde se hable tu idioma objetivo, que comas en una forma modificada a cada?
En los Estados Unidos, un tipo de comida popular es algo que se llama "Tex-Mex". Creo que originalmente se come en los estados del sur, como Texas, Arizona y New Mexico, pero ahora se come en casi todo el país. No sé como se creó, pero me gusta comer. Tiene muchas especias diferentes y también cosas como tortillas, arroz y tal. Me interesa mucho porque los similars han sucedido a otras comidas extrañas que venían a los Estados Unidos, Alemania, Inglaterra y otros. Hace un montón de tiempo, escuché un podcast sobre la historia de las restaurantes chinas en los Estados Unidos. En los primeros restaurantes, modificaban la comida para los compradores estadounidenses y ahora hay algunas comidas distintas que no originalmente se come en China. Creo que es también el porqué que comida, como pizza pero también otras cosas como la comida india, se sabe distinta en diferentes países. ¡Ojalá que algún día encuentre un libro sobre este tema porque creo que es más fascinante que luzca a primero!

最近、旅に行かなかったですから、行きたい場所について考えています。僕はヨーロッパに住んでいるから、たくさんの国に行ったことがありますが、オーストラリアがあるとがあるヨーロッパの外で国に行ったことがあるだけです。
まずは、日本に行きたいです。僕は話すことを通して日本語が上手ようになりつもりで、日本ではきれいな神社や忙しい都市をしています。
それに、僕はポーランドに旅に行きたいです。僕は歴史が好きで、ポーランドは大きくて古いお城がいっぱいあるんです。
僕には旅するが大事なことです。いつもロンドンに生きたくないんですけど、今には旅をできるだけです。実は、どこでもに行きが欲しいです、この国は寒すぎます。

Around 2 years ago got interest about Estonia.
Last year even planning to visit there.
As result I didn’t go there because many reasons.
At such time I was thinking maybe I can go there next year.
Because no one believe the virus problem will last for so long.

Hallo Welt!
Ich bin neu auf dieser Website, und ich hoffe, mein Deutsch (und wahrscheinlich Japanisch auch) durch diese Website zu verbessern, da ich immer noch Google Übersetzen manchmal benutzen, die natürlich nicht wirklich gut auf die Dauer ist.
Heute habe ich mein mit Spannung erwartetes Buch in der Post erhalten! Es heißt "Sapiens" und es geht um die "kurze Geschichte der Menschheit" (Hat jemand dieses Buch gelesen?) Ich habe gemeint, wieder mehr zu lesen, weil, wegen meinem Englischunterricht, habe ich kein Interesse mehr in meiner Freizeit zu Lesen, aber ich will das ändern.
(ah- eigentlich könnte ich hier später schreiben über meine Meinungs zum Buch!)
Früher heute auch sprach ich mit meinem Deutschsprachiger Assistent über deutsche Lieder und Muisik in deutschesprachiger Ländern. Wenn jemand irgendwelche Empfehlungen hat, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen!
Naja jetzt sollte ich gehen- nicht in der besten Stimmung im Moment aber hoffentlich morgen wird besser sein :)

Eine Reise nach Amerika!
Eines Tages möchte ich gern in die USA reisen. Ich habe wenige Informationen über die amerikanischen Städte. Jedoch habe ich einige Städte wie New York in Filmen gesehen. New York ist eine Stadt, die zahlreiche Hochhäuser hat. Ich mag solche Städte mit Hochhäusern. Ich habe gehört, dass New York besonders Abends sehr schön aussieht. Einige Freunde haben mir gesagt, dass die meisten New Yorker nicht freundlich sind. Wenn man mit Fußgängern einen Augenkontakt herstellt, kann das ein Grund für Argumente sein.

Los italianos y los tipos de pasta
Hoy, mientras fregaba los platos, he escuchado un video sobre la producción de pasta en Italia.
El video empezaba por una pregunta muy común entre los italianos. ¿Prefiere las “penne lisce” (lisas) o “rigate” (con bordes arrugados)?
Siempre he sabido que las "pennas" con bordes arrugados son las más amadas para los italianos, ya veces he hablado con mis amigos de esta cuestión “fundamental”.
Pero nunca había pensado que, cuando el gobierno decidió de poner el lockdown para blocar la pandemia en marzo, los italianos harían seguido sin comprar las pennas lisas. Es decir, cuando la gente tenía miedo de no poder salir de casa, compró muchísima comida, incluso pasta.
Pero sobre los estantes casi vacíos de los supermercados todavía estaban muchos paquetes de “penne lisce”.
Yo también he visto los memes y los artículos sobre internet donde se decía que, no obstante la situación muy complicada, los italianos seguían sin comprar este tipo de pasta.
La gente que prefiere las pennas con bordes arrugados dice que la salsa se atrapa a este tipo de pasta muy bien y que se desliza con el otro tipo. El video explicaba que hoy la pasta se produce con utensilios de plástica, que tienen una superficie lisa. Estos utensilios son más económicos que los utensilios tradicionales de bronce, que tienen una superficie irregular y producen pasta rugosa. Entonces, he descubierto que no hay nada malo con las pennas lisas, el problema está en la producción.
Cuando la gente que no vive en Italia dice que los italianos están obsesionados con la pasta y la pizza, siempre pienso que es una exageración, pero ahora tengo que admitirlo: probablemente ¡tiene razón!

Hur jag lär mig svenska

Hej alla! Idag kommer jag att prata om mina tre favoritverktyg att jag använde för att lära mig svenska. Det finns mängder resurser för att lära sig svenska, men det är ibland svårt att hitta dem man gillar bäst bland alla som finns. Jag hoppas att den här listan kommer att hjälpa dig lite.
1. Duolingo. Alla känner Duolingo, gratisappen som undervisar massor språk, 38 språk att vara exakt. Det är möjligt att lära sig svenska från två andra språk: spanska och engelska. Om du kan första dessa två språk då rekommenderar jag till dig att använda de två kurserna. Det finns svenska ord på den engelska kursen som inte inne på den spanska kursen och vice-versa. Det ger dig lite mer ny vokabulär.
2. LangCorrect. Det är en gratis webbsida där människor skriver texter på språket de lär sig och andra människor korrigerar texterna. Korrektorerna kan ge dig några tips om grammatik eller hjälpa dig att utveckla din vokabulär. Till exempel brukar jag ofta använda orden ”mycket” och ”många”. En person som korrigerade en av mina texter skrev att det var bättre att inte använda för mycket dessa ord. Hon rådde mig att förändra dem för ”massa” eller ”mängder”, som är ord att jag redan kände från Duolingo men jag hade aldrig använt dem utanför Duolingo.
3. Hey! Lingo. Det är ett flashcard-baserad verktyg som undervisar man tusentals ord och meningar i 26 olika språk genom interaktiva kort. Man kan bestämma sig att lära nya ord genom olika typer av kort: Translate, listen, build, switch eller blank. Jag gillar mest ”translate” från svenska. Om du tycker om konkurrenssystemet på Duolingo finns det också på HeyLingo men att vara ärlig det är ganska lätt för nu för vi är inte så mycket svenska elever (kom snälla!).
HeyLingo är gratis men det är bättre att få ett premiumkonto för att kunna använda hela sidan. Du kan få ett premiumkonto gratis genom Reddit, från x-här-x. Du måsta skapa ett konto på Reddit (gratis), då skapa ett konto på HeyLingo och kommentera på inlägget med ditt HeyLingo användarnamn. Jag försöker använda dessa tre verktyg varje dag och jag älskar dem, särskilt den sista.

Tutto pronto!
Dopo molta preparazione e organizzazione, sono riuscito a trovare un giorno in cui saremmo tutti liberi per cenare insieme. Il cuoco sembrava eccitato e mi ha detto che ordinerebbe il manzo wagyu e cucineremmo la pasta al ragù insieme. Quindi, oggi ho provato a cucinarlo per esercitarmi un po! Mi piace il ragù perché è così semplice di conservalo nel frigo.
Comunque, non vedo l'ora di andare per la cena. Non solo posso cucinare con un vero cuoco italiano ma posso esercitarmi il mio italiano con la sua famiglia. Stranamente, i suoi figli non parlano italiano ma invece inglese e cinese. Spero che tutto vada bene!

反省してます
日本で本気で就職したいと思ってる中、ストレスが結構溜まってきました。
日本語力がそんなに高くないのに、本当に日本人と一緒に働けるのか
アルバイトでもコミュニケーションのミスがまだ多いので正直、ある会社の正社員になるのを考えたら、怖いんです。今でも、アルバイトでは簡単な作業以外、なかなか任せられません。アルバイトの仲間に言えないけどちょっと辛いです。
会社や同僚に迷惑をかけたくない。時間が本当にあっという間にくるので、今のうちに出来るだけ多くの会社に申し込む事にしています。
日本に来て５年目なんですけど、それを考えたら自信がなくなります。もちろん、多くの米国の人のように、英語の先生として来日しました。どうしても別の仕事をしたかったが、二の足を踏んだように先生の仕事を去年までしてしまいました。だって、周りの人が優しく接してくれて、給料もよかったし、安全な生活でした。
でも、日本語能力が今より乏しくて本当はガッカリしました。他の外国人友達やアメリカで留学した日本人と比べたら、私が全然できていないと実感しました。
日本語学校を通う事になって、前より成長しました。
成長しましたがまだ勉強不足ところがたくさんあるので、怖いんです。
履歴書に「行動力に自信があります」と書いてありましたが、そこが大嘘です。
私がもやもや、くよくよしながら生きてきました。
クラスメートが２週間前に会社に雇われて、とても詳しいです。本当は、言ってはいけないと思いますが詳しい。彼女と比べて私が内向的で前向きに見えるけど本当はいつも不安を抱えてます。彼女の方がコミュニケーション高くて人と接する時に柔らかな笑顔で話してくるからとてもいい人ですが。。羨ましいです。彼女と比べて、私の存在感が薄くてたくさんの人の前だったり、よく知らない人の前だったり、自由に人と話す自信を持てません。子供の時から母国でも、自分の事をずっとそう思ってました。
今日、授業中で彼女が陽気に多くの時間を取って先生とおしゃべりして、最近のストレス、劣等感、寝不足などで休憩中に彼女が私に話しかけようとしたら（いきなり、英語で）頭に来ました。反射的にちょっと失礼な事を言ってしまってしまいました。
あの週間、子供のように、感情に操作されたみたいな感じでした。思い出すと半分恥ずかしく思う、半分まだイライラしてます。
惨めな話はあまりしたくないけど、最近のストレスで感情的に爆発しそうので、すっきりしようと思ってここに書かせていただきました。

One year later
Today marks a special occasion. Exactly 365 days ago I started a language learning journey, without exactly knowing where I was heading. I decided to really get serious about learning German, so for me this meant writing as much as possible in order to reinforce things I knew and to get better at topics I had yet to learn.
A couple of years ago I had the idea to do PhD exchange program in Germany, so I naturally wanted to learn the language. The problem here was, that I had little time to attend a proper intensive course, so I took a semi-regular German course for about a year. The course was not very effective and by the end of it I estimate that I was around A1 or A2 (based on the CEFR). Some time after that I was able to come to Germany for six months to finish my PhD studies. During this time, I was very much unable to properly communicate with natives but was able to manage with my A2 level German on a day to day basis. Since German was not necessary for my PhD studies, I also lacked the motivation to continue to learn it.
Fast-forward to today. I currently work at a German company where English is widely spoken and used. Fortunately, the company offers German courses free of charge, the pressure there is however non-existent, there are no tests and doing homework is not something you are expected to regularly do. So, this means again, that some amount of self-study is necessary.
So, what did I learnt after writing every day? Sometimes you don’t feel like it, sometimes you are tired and sometimes you just want to quit altogether. What stopped me from quitting then? The progress I was seeing, not wanting to give up on my streak and mainly all the positive feedback I was getting from all the wonderful people here in LangCorrect.
My English probably got a lot worse, since I write considerably less. On the bright side, I am sure I will get lots of helpful corrections on this entry 😊.

Journal 11/5/20
Since I started learning English last September, I think I have made some progress in reading and writing, but it is far away from what I had expected. The main goal of my learning is to communicate with native English speakers, but until now I haven't reached this goal at all. During the learning period l have tried many methods to improve my speaking skills, but it seems like it is useless. I once tried talking to native speakers, but I could not even say a word. After many times of trying, I had to give up. I also try to learn how to speak in kids' way by repeated listening, but it is a lot of work and you can easily become bored. If you take "one to one" of the native speakers' lessons, it will take a lot of money that you can't imagine, so in the end, I decided to learn how to speak by writing. I believe that if you can write easily and fluently, then you can probably speak well too. Maybe in the beginning you cannot speak quickly and fluently, but by practicing again and again, I am sure that your speaking will get better and better.

Tägliche Gewohnheiten
Jeden Tag versuche ich um 8.30 aufzustehen.
Dann mache ich Yoga mit Yoga with Adriene. Obwohl ich mache seit 5 Jahren Yoga, kann ich keinen Spagat mache.
Nachdem Yoga dusche ich mich und koche ich Kaffee auf dem Herd.
Ich gucke ,,Tageschau in 100 Sekunden" und lese ein Paar Artikel von ,,Chairman Bao" vor. Seit ich in Berlin bin, habe ich wenig Möglichten auf Mandarin zu sprechen. Jedoch habe ich diese Gewohnheiten in der lezte Woche gemacht und ich hoffe ich halte ein. Um mein Deutsch zu verbessern tippe ich gern ein Tagesbuch auf LangCorrect. Natürlich revanchiere ich mich und korrigiere Tagesbücher auf Englisch.
Ich raume mein Zimmer fast jeden Tag auf. Ich glaube alles hat seinen Platz und sollte an seinem Platz sein. Ich versuche auch jeden Tag etwas um Programmierung zu lerne. Was für Gewohnheiten möchtest du jeden Tag haben?

Today, a stink bug came into a room when I was taking a class. I don't like insects and stink bugs occasionally emit smelly liquid, so I evacuated to another table. However, the stink bug flew around the room, and its buzz was horrible. I couldn't concentrate on the class until the bug disappeared.

Chirurgie esthétique: Devient-t-elle un recours nécessaire pour tout le monde?
Bonjour,
Après avoir lu un article qui mentionnait le recours à la chirurgie esthétique de plusieurs personnes, notamment les filles et les femmes de 18 à 35 ans. Je me permet de vous écrire afin de vous faire connaitre ma opinion à propos de ce problème. De nos jours, la chirurgie esthétique devient à la mode populaire non seulement en France mais aussi dans le monde. De nombreux personnes ont recours à cette facon de beauté pour devenir plus belle. À mon avis, il faut d’abord penser aux impacts de ce recours avant de prendre des décisions.
Certes, la chirgurgie esthétique puisse donner aux femmes la possibilité d’être plus belle et plus jeune que leur âge. Grâce à l’évolution de l’industrie et de technologie, surtout dans le secteur esthétique, les femmes ont de plus en plus de chances pour changer leur apparences et la chirurgie esthétique les aide à avoir confiance en eux. Ce qui améliorait les relations socials et favoriserait à la fois leur santé physique et morale.
Mais il faut également considérer attentivement les inconvénients de cette facon de beauté.
En premier lieu, il faut avoir besoin de beacoup d’argent pour procéder une chirurgie esthétique. De plus, il est nécessaire de dépenser d’argent en vue de maitien régulier l’apparence. C’est pourquoi, cette méthode est appropriée pour les personnes qui disposent d’un haut revenu. D’une part, nous n’ignorons pas que les syntômes éventuelles résultant de la chirgurie esthétique. Des ecchymoses apparaissent à la suite de l'opération, sans compter le temps de récupération qui peut durer plusieurs mois,... etc. Certaines personnes ont subis le douleur de la chirurgie esthétique et ont du perdre de plus en plus d’argents pour le diminuer. D’autre part, ces personnes pourraient être confrontés aux préjudices sociaux. On peut noter que les parents ne veulent pas que leurs enfants subissent la chirurgie esthétique parce qu’ils sont des gens à l’ancienne et ils aiment la beauté naturelle de leurs enfants. D’ailleurs, on peut voir qu’il existe plusieurs cas de personnes sont des victimes à la fois de l’échec de la chirurgie esthétique et les critiques sur les réseaux sociaux.
En conclusion, la beauté est toujours une chose à laquelle tout le monde rêve. Pourtant, il existe plusieurs facons pour être belle sans nuire à l’apparence et la santé telles que faire du sport, utiliser de la bonne nourriture, être positif,...

Although electric commerce is very developed nowadays, some stuff is still not suitable to buy online. What impressed me the most was buying clothes. I have tried to buy them online, but every time I am almost unsatisfied and I have to return them. Sometimes it is because of the cloth materials, sometimes it is because of their size. For example, I bought a leather coat a couple of days ago. When I received it, I found that the sleeve length and shoulder width are very suitable enough, but the clothes length is short and I feel very tight when you wear it. After several times trying, I almost gave up buying clothes online. Do you have the experience of buying clothes online and what do you think about that?
