A couple of days ago I went to a blind massage shop to do massage because there was something wrong with my left shoulder. My left shoulder has been pained and restricted in movement for several months. I initially thought it would be cured by itself, but things didn't go that way. After doing three massages at that blind massage shop, I thought that I should go to a hospital to see a doctor for systemic check and treatment. After seeing the nuclear magnetic resonance film I took in that hospital, the doctor told me that my left shoulder had a rotator cuff injury. The treatment plan he gave was medium frequency physiotherapy and Chinese medicine fumigation. I have been treated according to this plan five times up to today and symptoms have been alleviated a little. The doctor said that there is no good method to cure this illness yet, and it can only be alleviated.

Merv foi uma cidade antiga. Cresceu na época da Rota da Seda. A cidade floresceu sob ocupações gregas, árabes, e turcas. Foi um centro de estudo e comércio. Contudo, no século treze, a cidade foi site de um grande massacre do império mongol. Merv foi reconstruido, mas o comércio não realmente voltou na cidade. No século dezenove, a cidade foi abandonada.

El Monstruo
Había un dragón, tan grande y feo. Todo el pueblo lo odia al dragón, por cada día, el dragón venía de las montañas y destruía una casa. Los cuidadnos habían perdido todos sus esperos. El mundo se transformó en una historia desolada. Muchas personas murieron en los incendios: la mayoría, hijos y hijas, demasiado lentos para escapar. Así que, algún día, se quedaron un grupo de los adultos enojados y harta de la destrucción del dragón.
<<¡Necesitamos luchar! Para nuestros futuros, para los de nuestros hijos, para la venganza, para cada persona que hemos perdido.>> dijo un hombre viejo. Él perdió ambos hijos y su mujer embarazada en el incendio que tomó su casa.
<< Pero, ¿como? Él es tan fuerte, grande, malvado. No podríamos ganar en una lucha. Somos tan debiles como resultado de los años de la tortura. En ese día, todos los hombres y mujeres fuertes prepararon para confrontar al monstrúo. Se quedaban en líneas estirando hasta el borde del mar. Mientras el sol subía en el cielo, ellos miraban a los montañas, esperando. Habían esperado por medio día, cuando de repento, el dragón emergió del horizón. Volaba tan rapido como podía, con todo su esfuerzo. Intentaron correr, pero fue demasiado tarde. Él monstruo les quemó al primero línea. El próximo conocía a sus garras, y lo después de eso, sus colmillos. En solo dos horas, se inundaba la tierra con el sangre y se cubría con los cuerpos.
A nivel de Carlos, él se sentaba en su casa, escuchando a los gritos y sonriendo al cielo.

Ma voiture était coincé
Aujourd’hui, ma voiture était coincé à cause de la niege. Hier après-midi, il a neigé. Quand je suis sorti ce matin pour emmener ma fille à la gardienne, je m’ai dit que j’aurais pousser la niege plus tard aujourd’hui. Quand je suis rentré, ma voiture était coincé parce qu’il y avait une pile de niege. J’ai essayé de pelleter la niege and j’ai utilisé des seaux avec l’eau chaud pour décongeler la niege sous la voiture mais ça ne marchait pas. Heureusement, un voison a vu que j’avais besoin d’aide. Il a téléphoné une autre voisone qui a remorquée ma voiture du tas de la niege. Après ça, elle avait une chasse-neige et elle a enlevée la niege de l’allée. Puis, j’ai remercié mon voison et je suis payé ma voisone avec la chasse-neige pour avant m’a aidée. Enfin, j’ai pris une douche chaud parce que mes pied et mains étaient très froid.

Enclosed workstations or more open design
"In some offices, employees work in enclosed workstations or cubicles. Other offices have a more open design, in which there are no walls separating employees from their coworkers. Which type of arrangement do you think is most effective? Explain, giving reasons to support your answer"
Talking about working, I strongly prefer to work in a place that have a more open design than an enclosed space. I will explain my reasons in the following.
First of all, I support the idea that working in an open design is more comfortable and relaxing for all employees. This is because the open design can possitively impact in their performance during the time-work. I say this reason in my work experience. I remember while I was working, I felt excellent and had much energy in order to work appropiartely. Furthermore, this design gave me a feeling of freedom in my workplace.
My second reason is that having a more open design, the employee have got the opportunity to talk with other co-workers. It means that the human contact is extremely important to maintain a good performance during the work-time, compared to work in an enclosed workstations separated of other co-workers. In my experience, I could keep up with my good performance because of talking over with my co-workers helped me to my mental health and avoid stress from the job.
To sum up, I support the idea that working in an open space is better than working in a cubicles or enclosed spaces, thus this condition gives employees many advantages during their work-time.

This topic makes me have to recall those tough days during the pandemic in 2020. Suddenly, with the pandemic breaking, everything becomes difficult. Shops closed, transportation stopped, people couldn't go out at their will. Even if you go shopping for some essential household items, you still have restrictions. If there was an advantage, and if it could be counted as an advantage, that is that you didn't need to go to the office anymore. We always want to escape from daily work and always want every day to be a holiday, but once all that comes true, like pandemic days, do you feel happy? Although you don't need to go to work and you are allowed to watch TV all day long at home, you definitely don't feel happy at all. So everything should be to a certain extent, too much or too little is all wrong. Fortunately, those tough days have passed, and I never ever hope it comes back again.

Un amigo del trabajo
¡Uno de mis mejores amigos del trabajo ha vuelto de Taiwán! Se fue al país desde hace un mes para ver su familia y le he echado de menos porque es una persona muy positiva que siempre hace feliz a los demás.
Él ha trabajado en la empresa durante casi seis años y tiene un puesto mucho más alto que lo que tengo, así que me ha invitado a unirme a algunos de sus reuniones para aprender sobre su trabajo y prepararme para avanzar mi carrera. Tengo muchas ganas de participar en los reuniones porque tiene un trabajo muy interesante y importante.

"Dulce et Decorum Est"
"Dulce et Decorum Est" es poema famoso que fue escrito por Wilfred Owen. Owen era soldado durante la primera guerra mundial, y este poema habla de lo que experimentó. Aunque Owen no sobrevivió la guerra, se mató en el último año, aún tenemos sus obras. La mayoría del poema trata de los horrores de guerra, pero la última oración tiene un significativo especial. Muestra el descontento la población la sentía a la guerra. Antes de y durante la guerra, los gobiernos los han alentado al patriotismo y al nacionalismo. Sin embargo, cuatro años de guerra y los horrores de la guerra moderna la bastaron. Se muestra en las últimas oraciones del poema "The old Lie: Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori" (La antigua mentira: Es dulce y apropiado morir para su patria).
Es triste y interesante a la vez cómo el nacionalismo causó la primera guerra mundial. Desde luego, no solo la causó, pero era un factor grande. De una manera, es una advertencia al futuro. Deberías tener orgullo de tu país o si no trabajar para mejorarlo. Pese a esto, hay una diferencia grande entre el patriotismo y nacionalismo. Ningún país es lo mejor. Todos tienen potencial de ser asombrosos. Hay países más avanzados, pero los demás los pueden alcanzar.

Hokkaido
Il y a presque 5 ans, je suis allé à Hokkaido avec ma famille. Hokkaido est l'isle plus nord de Japon et j'avais toujours un rêve d'aller là depuis j'habitais au Japon en tant qu'un étudiant pendant un ans. C'est parce que Hokkaido était toujours montré au television comme un endroit très beau et naturel. J'ai trouvé que tous les japonais pensent que Hokkaido est beau. Après quelques années, je travaillais au Japon et habitais là avec ma famille. Nous avons decidé d'aller à Hokkaido avec des autres amis pendant plus qu'une semaine. Il a depassé mes rêves ! Toutes les nourritures étaient fraises. L'air était propre. Il y a des montagnes et des forêts. Nous avons vu des sakuras floraisons. Je suis très content d'avoir eu l'opportunité d'aller à Hokkaido.

Après avoir lu cet article je me demandais si on pouvait vraiment juger les personnes pour faire du sport et manger sainement, même si c’est un peu trop d'exercice. D’abord, ce sont leurs genoux qui vont s'écraser dans le marathon de 50 km, pas les miens. C’est leur estomac qui va souffrir avec le régime à lettuce. Évidemment c’est un problème d'avoir une obsession mais je crois que c’est mieux que les gens soient exigeants avec leur santé que négligents. ¿Alors pourquoi se plaindre?
Néanmoins, l’obsession de quelques-uns peut devenir l’obsession de tous. Et dès le moment qu’on voit cette obsession reflétée dans la taille de vêtements, sur la couverture des magazines et sur les réseaux sociaux, on peut commencer à s'inquiéter. Pour moi, ça, ce n’est pas spécialement dangereux parce que, à mon âge, j’estime que je ne manque de jugement pour différencier les contenus nocifs, mais il est possible que pour les jeunes la seule image d’une couverture puisse devenir la raison d'être de sa vie et l’objectif à suivre.
À ce sujet, je ne crois pas que la solution soit simple parce que on peut pas seulement démoniser les obsessionnels du corps et les magazines et les réseaux sociaux, on doit aussi promouvoir le sport et l'exercice.
Enfin, la solution passe un peu pour «guérir» les obsédés, mais surtout pour éduquer le reste du monde afin de qu’on soit capable de comprendre les limites entre une obsession et une habitude saine et la différence entre les réseaux sociaux et la réalité.

Darf ich mich für mein Heimatland schämen?
Heute beim Deutschkurs haben wir über die Umwelt, Umweltschutz, Luft- und Wasserverschmutzung usw. geredet.
Als ich daran war, darüber zu erzählen, wie diese Probleme in meinem Heimatland aussehen, habe ich mich unwohl gefühlt. Ich habe so gefühlt, weil ich nur furchtbare Sachen erzählen konnte oder nur solche Dinge waren mir dort angefallen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass meine Regierung kaum was Gutes bezüglich Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit getan hat und dass die Zukunft des Landes nur schlimmer wird.
Viele Leute werden wegen der blöden Entscheidungen der Reinigung leiden und ich fühle mich deshalb machtlos.

25. Februar - Wofuer bist du dankbar?
Ich bin dankbar für mein Freundeskreis gerade jetzt in der Zeit. Wenn man traurig bin dann kann man Freunden treffen.
Ich bin dankbar fuer meinen Lehre, Philip. Er ist sehr lustig und kann Deutsch sehr gut unterrichten. Ich habe 3 Lehrerin und ich bin dankbar fuer alles von ihren.
Zuletzt ich bin dankbar fuer diese Langcorrect Gemeinschaft. Wegen diese Gemeinschaft habe ich angefangen jeden Tag schreiben.

Do you normally use a paper dictionary or an online one?
What do you think are its main advantages?
In the past I always used a paper dictionary but nowadays I usually use online dictionaries like Wordreferece, Cambridge, Collins or Rememberry. I think one advantage is that online dictionaries are faster that the paper ones. Another important advantage of online dictionaries is that you can hear the pronunciation of the words while in a paper dictionary you can only see the phonetics. The last advantage of online dictionaries is that you can use them in your mobile phone, and normally you take the mobile phone with you everywhere, so you can look up words anytime and everywhere without taking a book sometimes very heavy.
Particularly, I love to use a dictionary extension called Rememberry. It is really useful for me because when I’m reading an article in English and I don’t understand a word, I select it and this extension translates the word into Spanish. This extension also let me save the English words and its translations in a list. Then, I can import that list to Anki, an application that helps to memorize vocabulary.
Therefore, I think that online dictionaries not only help to look up words more easily, but also to learn that words more easily too.

Von der Kernenergie
Ja, ich weiß. Nicht das originellste Thema, aber jener Vorwurf könnte man auf mich sowohl als auch die verschiedene Deutschprüfer richten. Ich beginne heute mich auf eine solche Prüfung vorzubereiten, und ich muss den Tanz tanzen.
Wenn man an die Kernenergie denkt, ist das Bild wahrscheinlich nicht positiv. Dieses Wort verweist eher auf die verschiedene Karikaturen in die Simpson vorhanden (dreiäugige Fische und in Bäume schlechtverborgenen Abfallfässer) oder komische Sci-fi Konspirationen in Fernsendungen a la Dark als auf andere, günstigere Wörter wie Umweltschutz, Fortschritt, Reinigung, usf.
Viele sich um die Welt gekümmert, Umweltschützend sogenannte Grüne Parteien rund um die Welt beharren in der Meinung, Kernenergie gehöre dem Problem, nicht der Lösung. Das ist ehrlich verständlich. Die Erfahrung des zwanzigsten Jahrhunderts könnte als missgelungen bezeichnet werden, indem Kernversprechungen der Kernbewegung sich als falsch herausgestellt haben. Viele Leute bezichtigen Kernkraftwerke seiner Verunreinigung, mit Albträume des Fluten von Atommüll.
Ist das heutzutage wahr, oder sind diese nur Erinnerungen einer abgeschlossenen Vergangenheit? Modernere Modelle passen auf diese Problematik auf, aber diese sind meistens nur schöne Gedanken, schon existierende Kernkraftwerke sind alt und nahe ihrem entworfenen Ablaufdatum. Sie währen noch, doch haben ihrer Sicherheit nicht bewährt, und deshalb muss man ihnen nicht gewähren lassen.
Dennoch dieser ausgegebener Gegner sind sie nicht. Die Welt muss sich beschließen, ihre Einrichtungen zu renovieren, somit die immer billiger erneubare Energie Verbündete hat gegen den wahren Feind: fossile Brennstoffe. Und ich schreibe nicht fort, dass ich nicht Leute vertreibe, mich zu korrigieren.

Tre appassionati di cultura partono per un viaggio - 2
È strano che cose ti ricordi, mio papà disse, descrivendo vividamente come hanno passato una notte sul pavimento di una stazione a Nizza. Apparentemente l’ostello per giovani fosse pieno e non c’era nessun posto dove mio padre e i suoi amici avrebbero potuto andare. Devi tener conto che tutto questo è successo tanto tempo fa, prima che tutti abbiamo cominciato a usare il telefono ogni momento, invece tutte le informazioni che le avevano erano da una guida turistica, e questa dice già abbastanza. Deve essere stato piuttosto pazzo, non pensi?
Poi, un’altra volta, mio padre e i suoi amici erano a Budapest, e hanno deciso di fare un grande pranzo con gulash, pancakes al cioccolato – tutto che ci avevano (probabilmente anche uno o tre bicchieri di vino, sapendo mio papà). Hanno provato di dare una mancia lasciando dei soldi sulla tavola quando partivano, ma il cameriere gli hanno inseguito per restituire la mancia. Adesso non riesco a immaginare succedendo questa da nessuna parte.

Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr
Darüber hinaus muss man sich an andere Möglichkeiten erinnern, die Unglücksfälle senken können. Sie sind ein Fahrrad statt Kraftfahrzeug fahren und sich im Auto anschnallen, sonst ist es sehr gefährlich.
Ich muss die Vortele dieser Dinge betonen. Es ist sehr ökologisch, auf Autos verzichten. Was einen Sicherheitsgurt angeht, so kann man das Leben in der gefährlichen Situation retten. Ich benutze diese Regel immer so, wenn mich in einem Auto setze. Ich habe momentan kein Auto, deswegen benutze ich ein Rad.
Zum Schluss, möchte ich erwähnen, dass jeder im Fahrzeuge vorsichtig sein muss und auf die Autos, Kindern, Erwachsenen und Alten achten. Wir haben ein Verantwort sowohl unser Leben, als auch das Leben und Gesundheit von andere Leute.

Strand
Ich vermisse es, an die Strand zu fahren. Ich wollte mit meiner Mutter dorthin fahren , aber wegen der Pandemie have ich Angst, mit dem U-Bahn oder mit dem Bus zu fahren. Es klingt wie keine gute Idee, jetzt mit vielen Menschen in einem Ort ohne Fenster zu sein. Auch wenn es Fenster gibt, ist es meiner Meinung nach gefährlich. Ich könnte mit dem Uber (wie ein Taxi) dorthin fahren, aber der Preis ist ziemlich hoch. Natürlich kann man keinen Preis an eine gute Erfahrung stellen. Der Strand bereitet mir und meiner Mutter Vergnügen, Freude und Frieden. Vielleicht werde ich den Preis zahlen, um es zu unternehmen. Aber auch wenn ich es machen werde, werde ich das Wochenende vermeiden. Ich würde sehr früh an einem Wochentag fahren, weil es sicherlich wenige Menschen dort gäbe.
