A1. Some thoughts aloud
Today, I want to write something down by way of introduction.
By now, I pronounce myself fit to learn any foreign language.
But, what sort of English exercises would make me better in English?
I was completely ignorant of it until recently.
My point of view was at odds with the common recommendations for learners.
I realized that it was still difficult for me to formulate my thoughts in English, even in writing.
I miss some important exercises.
That will not do.
In the end, I see that my daughter is right.
I want to find out what to do next. I can't say for sure yet.
Today, I’m considering one fact that is as easy as ABC.
I have a new topic for the discussion: Write down a few sentences with new words to put in your memory with new ways of using them.
So I'll try to refine my old way of learning method with this small change.
Let's see what comes out of this.

Controllavo i miei voti dell'università e ho avuto una sorpresa... =)
Sono rimasta molto felice con me stessa dato che non mi sono impegnata abbastanza dall'inizio dei miei studi.
I miei vuoti sono questi:

Test di vocabolario di spagnolo 8,00
Valutazione dissertativa di spagnolo 10,00
Valutazione dissertativa di grammatica contrastiva di spagnolo 9,00
Allora il mio voto generale è 9,00 (fino a questo momento) perché oggi devo consegnare la terza valutazione, che consiste in una traduzione di una ricetta di cucina e un test con 10 domande.

Dato che sono fuori dell'università 13 anni fa, è un segno che ancora mi ricordo di molte cose. Non sono così stupida come pensavo... Quello che mi manca è avere tempo libero per studiare di più.
Adesso guarderò il webinar dalla casa editrice Edilingua... infatti mentre sto aspettando per il suo inizio hanno messo una canzone in italiano per passare il tempo ... È quella di Gaio "Cuore amaro" !!! Non la conoscevo!

Stop writing 8 days!
In last 5 years I continuously write daily each day.
Sometime I got nothing to talk about.
I still write some rubbish content.
This week! This whole week I stop write anything!
Because this week was a “heaven and hell” style.
My expensive bicycle was stolen.
Both daily and part time job, I make many huge mistakes!
Even I can cover all the mistakes, I still feel so frustrated.
In my own time I am able to make few internet friends trust me.
We are not closed than before.
My “make friends’ skill got improve that is unbelievable.
Really looking forward to meet them in the actual world.

I don't think they are called mopeds or motorized, actually they are electrical bicycles. They are powered by batteries. Yes, nowadays, electrical bicycles are mainly our transportation and every family has two or three of them. Electrical bicycles are very convenient when you go somewhere in the city, because they don't need a parking space and you don't have to worry about whether you violate the traffic rules. Additionally, this is my city and it's a medium-sized city in China. Shanghai is six hundred kilometers away from here and it is in our southeast direction.
To be honest, these past days, I almost didn't see a single day with blue skies. Here in autumn, we can see the beautiful weather with blue skies and white clouds. According to my experience, it does have nice weather during this period, but I don't know why they disappeared.
Living in the suburbs of a big city is the best choice in my opinion, because you can enjoy both the prosperity of the city and the peace of the suburbs. Living in the suburbs can make people feel comfortable because there are no high rise buildings around. You won't feel depressed. Besides, the air quality in the suburbs is much better than in cities because there are fewer cars to pollute the air.
Yes, we also use a star system to rate hotels and the highest star rating is five-stars. The hotel we stayed at is just an ordinary hotel in our city. The standard room costs about 120 RMB per night. In our city, Fuyang, there are about three or four five-star hotels. One of them is Howard Johnson Tianzhu Hotel and its room price range is from 470 to 670 RMB per night.
This picture was taken while we held the theory lessons. Yes, there are fewer women in the class, but it doesn't mean that this field is not popular with women. The students are all farmers, so even if they are all men, each man definitely has a wife, so the fact that fewer women attend this class doesn't mean that women are not involved in this field. I don't need to pay for my own accommodation because we stand for our government to conduct people's living activities and all the expenses of the training are paid by our government.
That is really my bad. At first I did think about whether it was appropriate to send the room picture including my colleagues to you. I once thought of mosaicing their faces, but finally I didn't do that because I want you to see the original version and I think it won't be a big deal, but I do should get my colleagues' permission first, so I think I shouldn't do that again.

溝をどうすべきか
こういう経験があった。
日本人の友達と電話で話していたとき、途中で会話の流れが突然止まってしまった。おそらく僕が何か気に障ることを言ってしまったのだと思い、大丈夫かと尋ねると、彼女は話題を変えて別の話をし出した。そのまま電話は終わったのだが、謝罪のメッセージを送る間もないうちに一方的に彼女にブロックされた。
僕が大丈夫かと尋ねた時に、僕の落ち度をはっきりと言ってくれたら謝ることも話し合うこともできたのではないかと思うのだが、彼女はそれをせず、関係を断つことを選んだようだ。
多くの日本人は恋人であろうが、友達であろうが、極度に争いを避ける傾向にあるように思う。一度できてしまった溝が埋められず、結局関係が破綻してしまうことがよくあるそうだ。しかし、お互いの意見や不満を相手に伝えることにより、その場で解決することができるのではないかと僕は思う。
コミュニケーションをとる上で、相手の価値観を理解しようとする姿勢が一番大切だと思う。分かり合うのをあきらめるようなことは僕はしたくない。

Slight enjoyment for the weekend

Besides, two pilots is said to embark. So I hope this mission will finish successfully with slight enjoyment because I am not a man of enthusiasm about something like this sort of futuristic missions, but rather I am an investing nerd eyeing reality and our healthy lives and society.

さよなら
普通に言葉は英語から日本語に移るけど、「さよなら」の場合は例外だ。英語の辞書や話すとき、「さよなら」がたまに見つける。さよならは「Goodbye」に翻訳されるけど、これは少しイマイチだと思う。さよならはもっと決定的だと思う。「もう一度会えない」とか「もう会いたくない」の意味もあると思う。だから日本語では、普通に丁寧な時は「お疲れ様です」や「お先に失礼します」と言って、ほかの時は「じゃね」や「またね」と言う。英語の言葉は日本語に変えて意味をなくすことは多いから、逆の移動で同じことが起こると驚かない。日本語を勉強旅に、言葉の移動はもっと興味深くなる。でも日本語から英語に、具体的な食べ物と名詞以外この現象は珍しい。

Wesentliche Kompetenzen
Was ist in deiner Meinung die wesentlichen Kompetenzen, die jeder haben sollte? Ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen diese Frage gestellt. Wir alle haben verschiedene Fähigkeiten, aber es gibt ein paar Dingen, die mehr verbreitet werden sollten.
Zum Beispiel nähen. Diese Tätigkeit ist sehr nutzbar, aber ich selber kann nichts nähen: Ich wurde nur einmal unterrichtet, aber ich habe es nicht wirklich gut gelernt. Das finde ich sehr traurig, weil vielleicht könnte ich meine eigenen Klamotten erstellen und meinen eigenen Stil haben.
Außerdem finde ich kochen komplett wesentlich. Oft höre ich viele Männer, die sagen, dass sie es zu wissen nicht brauchen. Ich finde jedoch das komplett irrsinnig. Viele dieser Männer erwarten auch, dass ihre Partner es tun. Ich verstehe, dass Kochen nicht für jeder ist, aber essen ist die wesentlichste Tätigkeit, die wir wie Tiere machen.
Was glaubt ihr, dass jeder auch wissen muss?

O vencedor mais recente, os Países Baixos, é o anfitrião atual. Muitos concorrentes no concurso não-realizado de 2020 voltaram em 2021. Você tem uma música favorita na Eurovision de 2021?

La casa de mi amiga
Una de mis mejores amigas de la secundaria y yo vivimos en la misma ciudad y hoy después del trabajo fui a visitarle. Comparte un dúplex con su novio y su abuela y es muy agradable. Hay dos puertas antes de entrar en el patio pequeño, que tiene muchas plantas y una mesa. Adentro, hay una sala, una cocina, un cuarto de baño y una habitación. En la sala tienen un sofá muy cómodo y una pantalla con un proyector para ver películas. A su gata le gusta sentarse enfrente de la puerta para mirar a través de las ventanas. Luego, en el comedor hay cuadros colgados en la pared y unas luces bonitos. No he pasado mucho tiempo en su habitación, pero sé que tiene aún más plantas.

A: Wenn du deinen Führerschein in Portugal machst, musst du eventuell noch mal einen Test zur Anerkennung des Führerscheins in Deutschland machen. Das ist einer Kollegin von mir passiert. Ich glaube, sie hatte ihren Führerschein in Bosnien gemacht.
B: Echt? Nun ja, ich habe noch nichts darüber recherchiert. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es nicht notwendig wäre, weil beide Portugal und Deutschland zu der EU gehören. Bosnien ist kein Mitglied. Vielleicht war es der Grund, warum deine Kollegin es machen sollte? Ich muss mir Informationen darüber suchen, aber da es noch weit in der Zukunft ist, muss ich mich nicht beeilen, haha.

Vielen Dank für deine Wörter. Das ist sehr nett von dir. Ich weiß aber nicht, ob es den richtigen Mann gibt. Um ehrlich zu sein, denke ich, dass es keinen richtigen gibt. Nun ja, vielleicht war das nur eine Redensart und du glaubst auch nicht, dass es einen richtigen Mann gibt. Ich bin kein negativer Mensch, aber ich habe schon einiges erleben und ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, dass Beziehungen viel komplizierter sind als sie aussehen. Deshalb werde ich mich damit zufriedengeben, wenn ich gute Freunde finde, mit denen ich ins Kino, an den Strand, in den Park, auswärts essen gehen und über gute und schlimme Dinge reden kann. Natürlich wäre es toll, jemanden zu finden, mit dem ich etwas Weiteres erfahren könnte, aber ich will es nicht erwarten, damit ich nicht enttäuscht werde.

Modismo en Mandar
Recientemente, yo aprendi un "cheng yu" o un modismo, en mandarín. 龍游淺水遭蝦戲, 虎落平陽被犬欺 en la versión tradiciónal de mandarín y 龙游浅水被虾戏，虎落平阳被太欺 en la versión simplificada de mandarín
Su significado literal es cuando un dragon nadó al agua, el camarón se intimida el dragon. Cuando el tigre salió desde la montaña, los perros lo intimidaron.
Es un aviso por personas usualmente en posiciónes poderosas: si personas poderosas pierden su posición, ellos se recibirán que los merecen.
Por ejemplo, en dramas históricas de China, de vez en cuando como carácteres poderosos perdían sus posiciónes (usualmente con gente que ellos acaba intimidaba), ellos decían "我這是虎落平陽被犬欺": Yo soy como un tigre que salí desde la montaña y soy intimidado por los perros.

En Suède on parle souvent de l’été suédois, ça veut dire un été pluvieux et frais. À mon avis c’est un dicton injuste. Bien sûr on a des étés pluvieux mais on a aussi les vagues de chaleur, comme partout, ça alterne d’année en année. Mais quand même de nombreux Suédois choisissent aller en vacances à l’étranger (en tout cas avant le pandémie). Les avantages de rester en Suède, selon moi, sont qu’on a beaucoup plus d’énergie quand il ne fait pas trop chaud. La verdure reste tout l’été. En auôt les soirs deviennent plus sombres, on allume des lanternes et on fait une fête pour manger des écrevisses.
En automne l’air est frais et la nature explose avec les couleurs ardents. La nature se prépare à se reposer. Les feuilles deviennent rouge, jaune et orange. Ce sont vraiment les couleurs magnifiques. L’odeur quand les feuilles et les plantes commencent à se décomposer dans le bois est très agréable. On peut s’y promener pour chercher des champignons et des baies. J'adore ça et puis rentrer à la maison avec un panier d’en rempli.
Chaque saison en Suède a beaucoup d’offrir.

El manchú
Creo que es un poco irónico lo que pasó al machú. Pues... tal vez primero debería dar un poco conocimiento previo. El manchú es un idioma de la familia tungús, la cual es nativa al norte de China, y también de los países de Mongolia y Rusia. Es un idioma mucho más complejo que el inglés o español, ya que no solo es aglutinante, sino también tiene el ármonia vocal. Durante mucho tiempo, la mayoría de los manchúes vivían de moda nómada, como sus vecinos los mongoles. Sin embargo, también había algunos que establecieron granjas y aldeas permanentes. Eventualmente, durante el imperio de los Ming, se formó el primer reino de los machúes. La formación de este estado nuevo tomó lugar al mismo tiempo en que se declinó el imperio Ming. A pesar de su riqueza, los Ming se había debilitado y prontísimo se invadieron por los manchúes, los cuales tomaron las ciudades de los Ming y establecieron una dinastía nueva: los Qing.
Sin embargo, aunque se mantuviera el idioma manchú durante esta época, con la caída de los Qing, las cosas lo empezaron a salir mal. Tristemente ahora, el idioma que una vez fue uno de los más importantes de un imperio que dominaba un terreno extenso se ha extinguido prácticamente. Si hay un idioma que se habla en una región distinta de China y que es casi lo mismo del manchú clásico pero... ¿sea lo mismo de verdad? Hemos visto que los idiomas se pueden declinar de repente y sin advertencia lo que plantea la pregunta: ¿podrá suceder lo mismo con inglés en el futuro?

Woken up by a mosquito
I was woken up by the sound of a flying mosquito at 4 A.M. and I cannot sleep again anytime soon. I saw it yesterday flying around in my room and I now regret that I did nothing. I have a bad sleeping habit, but luckily, I could sleep early yesterday. However, I woke up today because of the constant hum of a single mosquito flying around. My hate towards it grew bigger and bigger. It didn’t even bite me. It was just making noises near my ear to disturb me. I couldn’t do anything but to wake myself up and start to search for the mosquito. I know that using my phone’s flashlight in a dark room is effective for finding a mosquito, since it will cast a big shadow on the walls, so I used it. Eventually I found it and killed it, but now I cannot go back to sleep again. I hate mosquitoes. I once wished them to be eradicated completely, but I heard that they have an important role in the ecosystem so I guess I should abandon this hope. The ecosystem is important after all, more important than my death wish towards mosquitoes. I also heard there is a laser machine that kills mosquitoes in the air. I really need one if they are on sale.
