¿Qué sabes sobre los perros rosados?
La verdad es que me gustan todos los animales pero uno de mis favoritos debe ser el cerdo. Los cerdos son animales muy tiernos, sensibles e inteligentes. ¿Sabías que son más inteligentes que los perros? También son muy limpios. Por ejemplo eligen un rincón como inodoro y duermen en otro rincón, normalmente el qué está más lejos. Es decir, si pueden. Normalmente su establo ni es suficiente para volverse.
Otra cosa que mucha gente no sabe acerca de los cerdos es que solo pueden sudar en su nariz (¡no son suderosos en absoluto!) y por eso se revolcan en el barro para protegarse del color y de los mosquitos.
Los cerdos también son juguetones y muy sociales, forman lazos fuertes con otros. Además hace falta admitir que verdaderamente son unas monadas. ¡Al final solamente son perros rosados!

Mes vacances
Salut Marie-Josie,
J’ai une autre question à vous poser. Quand j’ai travaillé à Bromont cet hiver ils m’ont payé 4 pour-cent de mon pay à la fin de la saison pour les vacances. Je vais prends mes vacances cet été de le 2 août à le 9 août. Je sais que je n’ai pas des journées de vacances mais est-ce qu’il existe quelque chose similaire de ce que bromont a faite. Si non ce n’est pas grave. Mais il n’y a pas de mal de demander.
En plus, merci pour votre patience avec ces courriels. J’ai n’ai jamais autant écrit en français.

Honorifics of Korean
These days, my kids are trying to learn honorifics.
Using honorifics in Korea is natural for me, so I can advise them which are right sentences.
While watching my kids learning honorifics, I find out that foreigners how learn Korean should struggle with it.
Using honorifics is important in Korea because it is a part of the culture.
But it is hard to adjust new faced peoples, whether I can speak informally.
To be clearly and easily, I speak honorifics to everyone until someone gives me a permission to speak information.
This way makes less mistakes.

Less but happy
Many years ago I told myself to improve my Japanese.
I must write a diary every single day and post on this website.
If I didn’t post because the laziness I will feel guilty.
So, I told myself just writing something, all I need is quantity not quality.
At the end, I did keep this promise at least until now.
But recently I did write less than before.
That is not because the laziness.
That is because I am able to find a new way to improve my Japanese.
So, now I did write less but at the same I did “talk more”, “interactive more”.
Now even I am writing less but I feel a lot more happier.

Active learning 1
First and foremost is to distinguish between active and passive learning techniques. Passive learning is every form of studying which is only accepted (input) but doesn't have to be an active part of the process. For Example, if you listen to something and there is no interaction or even an attached task afterward. Such is when you only read something but don’t activate the process: you don’t ask questions in the meantime, you don’t reflect on what you read, you don’t summarize, and so on and so forth.

Ook al hebben we niet gewonnen, waren wij niet de slechtste.
Elize heeft haar been gebroken. Daardoor kan ze dit jaar aan de wedstrijd niet deelnemen.
Naarmate ik ouder word, krijg ik steeds meer rimpels in mijn gezicht.
Niet alleen in de zomer maar ook in de herfst heb ik echt veel last van mijn allergie.
Ik vond het boek niet zo goed. De film daarentegen vond ik fantastisch.
Hoe beter je slaapt, hoe gelukkiger je bent.
Ik heb weliswaar geen geld, maar ik heb een vrij oor voor jou.
Paul was de deur nog niet uit, of haar minnaar is aangekomen.
Toen jij me daarover vertelde, voelde ik pijn in mijn geheel lichaam.
Hij begrijpt gewoon niet waneer zulke dingen ongepast klinken.

A Bathroom Door
When I lived with my family in my hometown, I closed a bathroom door when going to the bathroom. It's natural. However, I haven't closed the door since I came where I live now and started to live alone. One of the reasons is it's bothering to close every time me because there's no one in my room, and it's too hot in the narrow bathroom without cooling. Additionally, a long time ago, I saw the news that a man was killed in an accident that he was locked up in a bathroom. Maybe the door's key was broken or something fitted in the front of the opening-out door, and he didn't have a phone so couldn't call for help. Also, doors sometimes don't open when they are distorted after a big earthquake. I'm scared of an accident like this, I don't close the bathroom door.

Em 2009, a minha mãe disse que ela quis viajar para Coreia do Sul.
Ele estava gostar de dramas coreanas muito desde isso tempo.
Foi o primeiro vez o que a minha familia fomos para Coreia.
Além disso, nós viajamos em grupo. Fomos ao Seul.
É bom viajar em grupo porque alguém diz o tradição, a cultura e a língua.
Mas eu não gosto de grupo, e o meu tempo estarei limitado.
Eu prefiro viajar da excursionista.
Nós fomos bastantes lugares famoso do Seul, fomos produzimos kimchi nós mesmos e vestimos roupa tradicional.
O foto o que com roupa tradicional põe da sala da casa dos meus pais.
Achei que o viagem foi um pouco de chato porque eu não estou interessado em culturais coreanas.
No entanto, eu gosto de comidas coreanas muito.

Dia dezanove de julho
Em 2015, nós viajamos para países da Ásia do sudeste.
O primeiro nós viajmos para Malaysia, mas a viagem fui atrasada outra vez devido ao tufão.
Quando nós chegadava a Malyasia, já era meia-noite.
A primeira cidade nós deslocamos fui o Kuala Lumpur.
Eu nunca fui um país islamismo, e fui bastante interessante!
O Kuala Lumpur tem todas coisas.
Por exemplo, tem shopping mall, parque grande, mesquita bonita, arranha-céu, comidas saborosas e povos simpáticos.
É importante ter autocarros na cidade por não preço!
O preço na Malaysia fui mais barato do que Taiwan.

The ancient mind
In the ancient times, the mind was theorized as a thing in movement, which is intrinsically joined to the body. Probably the most influential text, not only for the transmission of this theory, but, in general, for the development of the psychology, was Aristotle's De Anima. There, Aristotle gives the foundation for what he calls "the science of the soul" at the same time as he offers a model for thinking about the mind. This model considers the mind as a compounded something. Its parts are powers, faculties that instead of being separated one from another, are joined as long as one is the possibility of the another. For example, the dot is the possibility for the line, a figure compounded of dots; in the same way, the line is the possibility for the square, a closed figure compounded by lines (and dots). Similarly, Aristotle says, the mind has the sensation, the imagination and the intellect, all powers that interact to each other as the point, the line and the square do.

I am very worried about the situation around where you live and I hope everything will be good for you.
With the development of scientific and advanced equipment, I think people living in your areas will be all safe.
The farmland is very far away from my hometown. It is in another city called Weifang, in Shandong Province, and the whole journey is more than 700 kilometers.
A couple of days ago, I went to Zhejiang University (in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province) for a training meeting for a week. I listened to some professors' speeches and visited some places and I recorded them. I will send them to you and give each episode a brief introduction. I hope you enjoy them.
This is Hangzhou West Lake. It is a famous spot in China, and I guess many foreigners might know it. Because I have lessons in the day, I can only go there at night. The big regret is that I am not able to send its daytime views to you.
This is the night view from the shore of Qiantang River. You may not know this river, but you probably know the Qiantang Tide because it is also famous as a landscape in China. There are many citizens there for sightseeing, but the weather in Hangzhou is really hot and humid. It made me very uncomfortable.
This is the night view from the shore of Jinghang Grand Canal. This river is one of the famous historic sites in China. And it's already more than 2500 years since its creation.
This is the view inside Zhejiang University. This university is rated in third place in China, and is closely after Tsinghua and Peking universities.
This village is called Xiao Gucheng village. President Xi Jinping once visited there, and now it's a model of new countryside construction. As you can see, it's really clean and tidy with a beautiful appearance.
This is Yu village in Anji county, Zhejiang Province. When Xi Jinping was appointed secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, he visited this village on March 30th, 2020. It was when he put forward the famous "Two Mountain" theory. This village is also very beautiful now.

Diary
I was angry earlier because my phone system removed the GMS (Google Mobile Service). Then I claimed in a previous diary that I wasn't going to buy any more Chinese brand phones. But that's going to hit me in the face. I did start paying attention to phone brands recently. China seems to sell very few foreign branded phones, except for the most well known Samsung and Apple. I'm not considering Apple for now because of Apple's closed source system and the huge difference between Chinese and international apps in the store. Yesterday I saw the ranking of worldwide smartphone shipments in the second quarter of this year: Samsung, Xiaomi, Apple, Oppo and Vivo. This ranking verifies my judgment: three of the five are Chinese brands. Because of the Sino-US dispute, Huawei's international shipments are not many. But in China, Huawei is still a giant. It seems my next phone may still be a Chinese brand, but I will change the OS to an international version just like the one I am using now, in order to use GMS.

Aujourd'hui, je voudrais poser une petite question : quelle est la différence entre "ça a été facile" et "c'était facile" ? J'imagine un genre de situation dans laquelle un étudiant demande à un autre étudiant comment s'est passé l'examen d'aujourd'hui. Je ne comprends pas vraiment la différence de nuance et c'est pour ça que je poste cette question ici.

Hier ist eine E-Mail, die ich heute zur Hausverwaltung geschickt habe:

mein Name ist eeprom und ich wohne in einer Ihrer Wohnungen auf der Musterstraße 2 (im EG).
Kürzlich habe ich erfahren und Frau Müller zu verdanken, dass eine der Wohnungen (im 1. Stock mit Herrn Fuchs als Vermieter) hier in meinem Haus in naher Zukunft zu vermieten sein wird. Meine Frau und ich sind sehr daran interessiert, dorthin zu ziehen, da wir eine größere Wohnung suchen (und auch ruhiger, da der jetzige Nachbar leider ziemlich laut ist). Der Umzug wäre kein Problem, da wir bereits hier wohnen.

Une lettre à un ami
Allo, Fred !
Il y a longtemps que nous ne nous parlons pas. Est-ce que ton semestre va bien ? J’ai voulu t’envoyer un courrier pour t’informer des façons des choses va pendant mon semestre a l’étranger ici, à Malaga, Espagne. Je reste ici depuis six semaines, et je me sentis comme j’adapte finalement à la culture. Je parle la langue plus couramment aussi.
Je suis arrivé pendant la première semaine de Septembre. Il a fait beau. Malgré c’est Octobre, il y a du soleil et il fait chaud. En fait, je suis allé à la plage et ai nagé dans la mer méditerranée plus tôt aujourd’hui.
J’habite avec une famille très accueillante. J’ai ma propre chambre, mais nous mangeons le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner, et le diner ensemble. Le dimanche, nous mangeons une grande paella pour le déjeuner.

Le changement climatique
Les conséquences du changement climatique sont devenus plus en plus claire. Personne ne peut plus nier ce fait. C’est vraiment inquiétant ce qui vient de se passer. On se rend compte que des catastrophes naturelles font actuellement partie de la vie quotidienne quand on regarde les nouvelles ou lit les magazines. Selon les météorologues la météo extrême va devenir plus fréquente dans le monde entier.
Les rapports sur les inondations en Europe sont inimaginables (comme toutes les inondations n’importe où), je n’arrive pas à y croire. Quel destin de ne pas avoir assez de temps d’échapper aux masses d’eau ! Des gens ont été décédés, même quelques pompiers ! Les vues sont incroyables. Des rues sont devenues les rivières d’eau boueuse. Les maisons qui ont été complètement détruites et des voitures qui sont emportées par les eaux. Tout est en désordre comme dans une zone de guerre. Le travail de nettoyer et reconstruire des communautés est immense.
Je ne peux pas imaginer de perdre mon appartement et toutes mes affaires, de n’avoir plus rien. J’ai entendu une interview d’une femme qui s’est mise à pleurer en racontant qu’elle avait perdu des souvenirs précieux de sa grand-mère. Cela m’a beaucoup touché. Il y a des choses qui ne peuvent jamais être remplacées. Un homme a dit qu’il a perdu tout ce qu’il a
accompli au cours de sa vie, son magasin, une vraie catastrophe personnelle.
Je suis d’accord avec Greta Thunberg, la fille suédoise qui a fait la grève le vendredi pendant une année. Elle s’est assise devant le bâtiment du parlement suédois toutes semaines. Depuis qu’elle a quitté l’école, elle a parcouru le monde pour parler aux politiciens et les convaincre de l’importance d’agir pour inverser la tendance réchauffement climatique. Des mesures préventives sont urgentes ! Si on ne les réalise pas bientôt, l’avenir sera très sombre.

Á l'ecole
Lucas va à l’école tous les jours de la semaine. Il a beaucoup de matières de lire chaque jour de classe : L’anglais, la science, le math, et l’histoire. Sa mère prépare un grand sac plein de livres and du repas pour Lucas.
Sa première classe est l’anglais, et il aime beaucoup le professeur de l’anglais. Son professeur de l’anglais dit qu’il est un bon étudiant, de lequel Lucas connait cette information.
La prochaine classe est l’art. Il dessine sur du papier avec les crayons et parfois, il utilise une règle. Lucas aime l’art. C’est sa classe favorite.
Sa troisième classe et la science. Cette classe est très difficile à comprendre pour Lucas, mais il est permis à travailler avec ses amis, lequel il aime faire.
