Confettura di pomodori verdi
Recentemente, una donna a chi compriamo spesso verdura voleva sbarazzarsi di una grande quantità di pomodori verdi. Ne abbiamo datto la magior parte alla cugina di mia mamma, che ne fa marmelatta. Perciò, anch'io ha ricercato una recetta di confettura di pomodori verdi sul web, perché ero curioso del sapore che poteva avere.
Mia mamma mi lo ha sconsigliato: sua nonna faceva confettura di pomodori, e si ricordava che non era buona. Secondo lei, era troppo acida. È strano, perché sua nonna (cioè, mia bisnonna) era una bravissima cuoca, perciò se non aveva un buon sapore, significava che la preparazione non valeva la pena di essere assaggiata. Inoltre, sono sempre prudente con le ricette del web. Mi è successo alcune volte di ritrovarmi con dosaggi di ingredienti totalmente sbagliati!
Nonostante tutto, abbiamo trovato (e fatto!) una ricetta, con zucchero non raffinato e lemone. Abbiamo troppo cotto la primera serie di confetture, quindi è caramellata! Il risultato è stato delicioso ma un po' duro... Abbiamo ben cotto la seconde serie, ed è risultato in una vera confettura, un po' liquida, ma con un sapore unico, sottile (soprattutto grazie al lemone), naturalmente dolce ma non troppo, con il sapore particolare dei pomodori verdi. Non era troppo acido. Di fatto, sono molto soddisfatto del risultato. Accompagnerà a pennelle le miei colazioni!
Ed ora, penso sapere perché a mia mamma non piacevano la confettura di pomodori verdi che faceva la propria nonna: metteva mela dentro. Aggiungere mela in una confettura è un vecchio "trucco" per renderla più spessa. Tuttavia, ritengo che gustativamente, la miscela mele-pomodori non fosse eccellente!

Buscando el significado de la perseverancia
Cuando era alumno en la escuela secundaria me gustaba jugar al baloncesto y durante esos cuatro años formé parte del equipo escolar. No lo practicaba con tanto empeño que pudiera haberle dedicado al deporte porque mis intereses estaban divididos entre él y al jugar a los videojuegos. Así que en mi tiempo libre cuando debía de haberlo practicado para desarrollar mis habilidades, en vez de eso me encontraba en frente de la computadora tratando de completar los juegos de rol. Es decir, había actividades físicas que se me daban bien y que me gustaba participar en ellas, sin embargo me faltaba la ambición suficiente como para convertirme en un referente en un equipo, por ejemplo en uno de baloncesto en este caso. Así que en un momento durante el último año de los estudios quise renunciar al equipo porque mi tiempo en la cancha durante los partidos era muy escaso. Habíamos terminado la temporada de preparación y la liga estaba por comenzar cuando enfrenté una disyuntiva de permanecer en el equipo o abandonarlo. La decepción de que mis esfuerzos en el equipo no valían nada para el técnico era enorme y parecía solo avivar mis deseos de abandonar el equipo. La disyuntiva me producía tanta angustia hasta ponerme a llorar. Al final decidí capear el resto de la estación con el equipo. Algunos familiares me elogiaron después por haber perseverado. Ahora no sé, en retrospectiva tal vez fuera mejor haber permanecido en el equipo, sin embargo me hubiera gustado explorar otros intereses a los que no podía dedicar tiempo ya que estaba comprometido al equipo.

L'environment
Pour moi l'environment est quelque chose très important. Avec une bonne environment on se sent mieux et c'est plus facile à se lancer sur travail ou apprendre des nouvelles imformations. Par exemple dans un école, je suis d'avis qu'une école doit faire son mieux pour creer une environment idéale pour ses élèves. Cela concrne les profs, les pieces de classes, la noutuirres disponible tout ça est part de l'énvironment. Un endroit où on se sent pas en sécurite et prêt de faire notre mieux c'est ce qu'est important. Bien sûr en fin de compte tous dependant de la personne mais l'environment peut améliorer notres motivations.

Il faut rappeler que les new-yorkaises étaient autorisés jusqu'à present à jeter leurs déchets à 4h du tard depuis autour de 1971, quand la ville avait fait non-obligatoire l'utilisation des poubelles métalliques.

Mon jardin
En Australie, c’est printemps et tous mes voisins et mes amis passent beaucoup de temps dans leurs jardins. Heureusement, depuis quelques années, j’ai transformé mon jardin en un jardin australien. Je n’ai pas planté que des plantes indigènes telles que «Bottle Brush», «Wattle» et «Kangaroo Paw». J’adore mon jardin puisque c’est facile à entretenir. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’arroser les plantes non plus. Ce que j’adore, c’est désormais j’y vois nombreuses sortes d’oiseaux tels que des « Galahs », des perruches et des cacatoès.
Cependant, j’ai un potager que j’ai fait, il y a trois ans. J’aime beaucoup utiliser les herbes, l’épinard et les tomates de mon potager pour cuisiner. Les saisons précédentes, j’ai essayé de cultiver des aubergines, des courgettes, des poireaux et des piments. C’était un désastre ! Rien n’a grandi, je n’avais aucun fruit, pas de récolte. J’étais vraiment déçue
Néanmoins, j’admets que ma récolte de tomates était pas mal : pas très large, mais j’ai reçu un certain nombre de fruits. Cette fois-ci, je vais les sélectionner avec plus d’attention. À ma pensée, la saison dernière mes plantes de tomates auraient pu mieux pousser et me donner plus de fruits. Je vais sûrement consulter avec l’assistant dans ma pépinière locale pour déterminer quelles plantes vont donner une bonne récolte. J’admets que je suis une jardinier novice et il faut que je consulte avec eux et j’obtiens des recommendations sur le choix des plantes.
Doigts croisés que je aurais une meilleure récolte cette saison.

Ein später Eintrag
Ich liege hier gerade wach, weil ich nicht schlafen kann. Ich habe gerade versucht zu schlafen, aber es hat mir schwer gefallen. Ich habe die Augen zugemacht, und ich bin auch in einem dunklen Raum, aber ich musste aufgeben.
Während ich diesen Eintrag verfasse, bin ich bei der Arbeit. Also habe ich aktuell Nachtschicht. Die Nacht vergeht zwar langsam, aber es gibt mir auch die Gelegenheit, mein Deutsch zu üben.
Manchmal zwingen meine Gedanken mir aufzubleiben. Wie gesagt, obwohl man die Augen zumachen kann, kann man seine Gedanken nicht immer ausschalten. Es soll eine ruhige Zeit sein. Also, man liegt in einem gemutlichen Bett, und soll kurz danach schlafen.
Aber sein Tag geht durch den Kopf, und die Ereignisse darin. Manchmal erinnert man sich an seinen Tag, und was man gemacht hat. Normalerweise ist es etwas Peinliches, was einem einfällt. Und man muss es weider erleben, ob man es will oder nicht.

このポッドキャストのエピソードの話題は荷造りでした。まりさんは九州の旅行の準備をしていたから、荷造りの習慣について話しました。
大抵、前日と当日に荷造りをし始めても、まりさんのお母さんは２週間前によくし始めます。まりさんはその習慣がとても変だと思います。なぜなら、早めに荷造りをしたら、よく使うものを使うことができないんです。旅行で使うものはたぶん、毎日のように使ったものだから、そのものを荷造りをしたら、旅行へ行く前に日常の利用ができないわけです。
過去の留学のときはまりさんは一泊だけの旅行で、荷造りをし過ぎました。あのとき、ギクシャクした状況だったから、あれから軽く荷造りをすることにしました。旅行で使うものはよく少ないんだから、リュックサックだけで満足できます。たくさんのものを荷造りをしても、ほとんど使わずにうまくいくときは多いです。そういう理由でまりさんは最低限だけの荷造りをするようになりました。
私は今、日本に引っ越す準備をしているから、そのエピソードの話題はかなり役に立ちました。たくさんの関係な言葉があるし、私の荷造りについて考えさせられました。実は私の荷造りの習慣はまりさんとほとんど同じです。一概に最低限の荷造りをしてみて、気軽に旅行することが好きです。

A) ¿Which way is the best to go from the bus station to your house?
Walk to the north, following the Queen's avenue for two apples, then turn to the right and walk one apple.
B) Your friend wants to go to the bank because he need some money. Explain him how he can go from your house to the bank.
Go down, walking in the High street for one apple and then turn to the left and walk 2 apples. The bank is in the opposite side of the pub.
C) After he get the money, wants to visit the museum. Explain him wich is the easy from the bank to the museum.
The easiest way is to go to the right taking the Oxford street and after you pass the cinema go down for one apple, following Queen's avenue after that turn to the left and finally, walk one apple.
D) In the afternoon you and he are going out to eat at a restaurant. Explain him how he can go from the restaurant to the pub.
Pass the car park, when you are in football pitch go down walking one apple in the Queen's avenue, you will see a bookstore at your right, then turn to the left and walk until reaching to the pub.

Quelle saison de l'année est-ce que j'aime ?
La saison que j'aime beaucoup est l'été. La raison que j'aime cette saison est parce que elle est chaude, il n'y a pas de neige, et il y a aussi beaucoup de chose à faire dehors.
Cette année, j'ai fait beaucoup de choses cette été avec mon frère. On a voyagé à beaucoup de destinations intéressantes. Pendant fin juin, on est allé à Royaume-Uni et on a vu beaucoup d'attractions comme le château de Windsor, le palais de Buckingham, et le Shard au centre de Londres. Et pendant fin juillet, on est allé à la ville de Los Angeles et on a vu l'Observatoire Griffith et la plage Venice. On a eu un grand temps !
Alors que j'écris ce journal, le temps fait de plus en plus froid au Canada et je voudrais bien rester à la maison. Bonne chose que j'ai le choix de travailler à la maison ou au bureau car je voudrais pas travailler au bureau chaque jour de la semaine. Mais ce n'est pas tout noir que le temps se refroidit. Par exemple, on peut aller à la gym pour faire de l'exercise. De plus, le mois de décembre est toujours un mois qu'on attend avec impatience; les cadeaux, la famille et les congés sont certaine des choses que le mois offre.

The towels are in front of the washstand, at the right of the toilet, up to the floor and under the paint of a flower.
The toothbrushes are in the front of the mirror, they are placed up to the washstand and inside a cup.

おばあさんの誕生日
今日はおばあさんの誕生日でした。85歳になりました！今オーストラリアにいるお姉さんと一緒におばあさんの好みのスイーツが入っているギフトバスケットを上げました。
おばあさんは誕生日を毎年家族と一緒に過ごします。今年はインディア料理のレストランで昼ご飯を食べました。午後でおばあさんの家で手作りのケーキを食べて、コーヒーとお茶を飲みました。
夜は、おばあさんとおばさんと一緒にドイツ語で「Rummikub」というゲームをしました。日本語のネームは「ルミ―キューブ」だそうです。以下にウィキペディアで書いてある説明を張っております。2つのゲームをして、私は2回勝ちました！普段は運が悪いですから、勝ちませんけど、今日は何とか運がいい日でしたね。

Neun Personen sind auf der Zeichnung. Alle sitzen auf einer Treppe. Sie sehen aus eine Familie aus. Oben sitzt ein älder Mann, die einen Stock hält. Er ist wahrscheinlich der Opa, weil er am ältest von den Personnen ist. Unter ihm sitzt seine Frau mit ihren Kindern, die Erwachsene schon sind. Ihre Hände liegen auf ihnen Schultern. Im unteren Teil des Bildes sind fünf kleinen Kindern. Sie sind die Enkelkindern der Großeltern.
Die Meschen machen nicht viele Aktivität, aber die Kindern lacheln und einer von ihnen spielt mit einem Flugzeug. Ein anderes Kind hat einem Ballon neben ihm. Die Mutter wiegt einem Kind in den Armen. Auf jeder Stufe auf jeder Seite liegt ein Blumentopf.

My plans for the weekend
First I need to study for my highschool and I also will studiy physics for my own. That's my number one priority.
I will take photos for my photografy course following my studies. I'm so excited!!
I want to prioritize myself because "we are not human doing, we are human being".
After that I will knitt some amigurumis for my sister, she wants bears from the program we bare bears, she said she'll pay me but I love her so I'll do it for free.

Books Against Ebooks
I think that the two formats are interesting. For instance, I like paper books because I can to write notes in the edge of the pages. In the design and painting books, watch the pictures are more easy because the books are more big than ebooks. When I go to a bookshop, I like to do a glance to the shelves, look throurgh the leafs and, if I like some book, then I buy it. The only problem is they take space in the shelves. On the other hand, an e-reader can keep back a lot of ebooks, so they haven't any problem of weight or space. In an ebook, you can search easily words in dictionaries or change the size of text, against, but it size is small, the screen in black and white and you need to charge the bateries every now and then.
