La motivation de faire de l’exercice me manque
C’est la fin de l’année et je suis épuisée : ça a été une longue année dure : beaucoup de pressions. Pour rester sain d’esprit, au cours des derniers 6 mois, je suis allée régulièrement à la salle de sport. En plus, chaque week-end, je me suis promenée autour le lac et une ou deux fois toutes les semaines j’ai pratiqué le yoga. Mais c’est la fin de décembre et je n’ai aucune motivation de faire du sport.
Alors, j’ai décidé d’écouter un podcast de motivation qui m’a donné quelques astuces. Le premier conseil était d’adopter une pratique plus simple qui convient à mon style de vie. Par exemple n’essayer pas de me lever à 6 heures du matin parce que je suis un couche tard. Le deuxième, c’est important d’avoir des objectifs réalistes. Que ce soit retrouver un ventre plat, perdre les poids ou simplement essayer quelque chose de nouvelle. L’orateur a dit que la clé est d’avoir une bonne organisation puisque ça permettrait de rester concentré sur l’objectif.
Il a également donné des exemples tels que aller avec un ami ou un collègue parce que c’est plus probable qu’on l’on y aille car on ne veut pas le décevoir. Un autre élément important est le fait d’aimer ce qu’on fait. Il faut que l’activité soit intéressante et amusante. J’imagine ce qu’on fait avec un ami est toujours plus amusant que de le faire seul. Peut-être je dois essayer cette astuce.
Je pense que tout le monde est d’accord que l’activité physique régulière est indispensable pour rester en bonne santé. Bien que, je tiens à cette conviction, en ce moment, je manque de la motivation.

我們以為這個男生會幫我辦下去，但他拒絕搬走
我室友沒付出搬走費
你會如何處理這個問題？
我就過去問那個員工，他可不可以幫我搬走
他跟我室友確認後他說可以
然後我們一起上來很小心搬走出來
說到底，這個搬走服務超貴
因為我在這個某人的家浪費半個小時
而且這個桌子很不好搬 （這是員工的話）

Youth's regrets
When I was a boy I grew up in a religious and overprotective family. That means I had a lot of rules and restrictions, and as a result I spend my whole adolescence talking with a reduced amount of people and mainly playing videogames in my bedroom.
But the first part of this year changed everything. I had a scholarship to study abroad. There I met a lot of peple, went to parties, travelled alone, ate with strange people, flirted with some girls, In short I lived.
The problem with that is I'm in my latest 20's, and I think I don't have too much time to recover those loss time.
That's why I'm planning to go abroad again in a Working Holiday and live my last years of youth without religius "restraints" or judgement from my family.

My first journal.
Hello there! As the title says, this is my first journal in this page and I must cofess, this is also the first time I write willingly an english text. I hope getting familiar with the interface of this page to start to put some possibly corrections in other's text too! Something I would like to add is that thorugh my childhood I received pasively my curricular lections of English in school, but as a grew I would see the adventages in undertanding the language. I started to translate some Light Novels from English to Spanish (for myself), getting help from a bilingual dictionary and Google. I acquired a lot of vocabulary and then I began to train my ear, but I didn't practice an active skill as writing until now. An apology for all the grammar and ortographical mistakes I surely made. Thank you!

Après prendre une heure et demi de train, on avait traversé le centre du Tokyo et on est en fin arrivées à l’île Katase-Enoshima 江之島. Le vent est fort aujourd’hui et surtout quand on est au bord de la mer. Mais comme ça fait beau aujourd’hui et on peut voir le Montagne Fuji !
Maintenant je suis dans un restaurant traditionnel et je m’assois dans un tatami. Ce restaurant me plait parce que le soleil tombe partout ici et l’ambiance est très tranquille. C’est comme dans la maison de grand-mère de l’aimantation de Doramon.
J’ai commandé de poisson grillé avec le sel et c’est accompagné par de riz, de soupe miso et de legumes âgés. J’aime beaucoup ce type de repas parce qu’il y a moins de grasse et d’additives et donc ça me donne l’air de bonne santé.

自分を知ることが難しいです
これは最近気づいたことですが、私は大学で文学の勉強を始めたことは、多分言語が好きだったからです。文学の勉強をすることが決めた時は、日本語を学び始めてから一年半がたっていて、パンデミック最中でした。暇な時間が多くて、日本語の勉強も結構楽しんでいたせいか、まだ理解力が低かったながらも、たくさんの本を読んでいました。それを見て、自分にもっと向いている仕事はこのことに関係している仕事ではないかと思って、その本の類は文学の本のことを加えて、大学でそれの勉強をすることにしました。でも、今はそれが間違いだったのではと思ってしまいます。中学生の時に初めて読書に興味を抱いて、いろんな本を読み始めました。そのころはまだ話の面白さにしか興味がなっかたので、まだいいですが、その後、もっと複雑、文学的な本を読み始めた時、話以外言葉にも面白さを感じました。そして、その変化によって、大人からもっと頻繁に誉め言葉をもらえるようになってしまいました。話が面白そうや個人的に興味がある本ではなく、読んだら褒められそうな本を選び始めました。もちろん、その結果本を読めることはつらかった時は珍しくなかったです。その年や知識で分かるはずもなかった哲学的の本とかをなんとなく読めたのは、ある程度新しい言葉や文調を読むのは楽したかったおかげだと思います。その数年間の間の読書は浅いものになりがちだったことには変わりがないにもかかわらず。しかし、その言葉や言語からくる面白さを文学性からくるのだと勘違いしてしまいました。そのため、日本語を学ぶのはを楽しいと気づいた時、それは実際以上に文学性の起因として、文学の専攻を選んで、文学作品をちゃんと理解する難しさに対面して、本当のことに気づきました。私は前からもっと好きだったのは文学じゃなくて言語でした、と。後悔していると言えば、そうでもないですが。文学がそう言っても好きですし、この二年間学んできたことのおかげで、文学とはどういうことなのかと前より理解できて、より適切な評価ができました。ただ、自分のことがこんなに理解できていなかったことに驚きました。今でも勘違いしていることはたくさんいるでしょう。ある意味こんなことに気づけたことで、将来的にもっと正確な判断ができるようになったのは喜ぶべきことかもしれませんが、その反面、いつでも勘違いして、間違った選択をし続けてしまう可能性があるという不安が湧いてしまいます。実際はどうなのか、時間をかけて確かめるしかなさそうですけれど。

The Record of Getting Covid.
In the afternoon on the eighteenth of this month, my colleagues and I took a bus back to my city from a county. When I got off the bus and entered my car, I felt very uncomfortable.
My throat itched, my body felt cold strengthless. I felt like I was going to get a cold.
I went to five pharmacies to buy a thermometer and cold medicine, but all of them told me that the things that I wanted were all sold out.
I went home and had a simple dinner, and slept early because I felt uncomfortable and strengthless.
The next morning, I obviously felt something wrong with my body. It was like a cold but not exactly the same.
I asked for a leave to my office and lay down on my bed to have a good rest. I felt very cold that I turned on my air conditioner to heat the room and I covered myself in a very thick quilt.
I had a fever of 38.5, and my wife asked me to take a pill of acetaminophen. Two hours later, my body temperature declined to 37.7.
At about 2 o'clock that afternoon, the fever went to 39. I had to take another pill again. I think I slept okay that night. All the symptoms were having a fever and feeling cold.
In the morning of the third day, I think the fever stopped because I suddenly felt relaxed and my body temperature was only 37.3.
Yesterday morning, I felt much better than before. My body temperature was 35.5, which meant I didn't have a fever anymore. But I still felt I was sort of having a cold: sometimes a little cough, a little runny nose and a little headache.
I thought it was the right time to take a Covid test even though I think the illness that I am having actually is. I drove to a testing point and did the test with my wife who was also having a fever.
Last night, we got our test results: both of us are Covid positive. It turns out my guess is completely correct.
Right now in China, the Covid is spreading rapidly. Take my city as an example: almost 100 percent of people have been infected with it in one to two weeks since the zero Covid policy was lifted on the seventh of this month. It seems like no one can escape from it.
Today is the fifth day since I got Covid. I will continue to rest to wait for the Covid to turn negative.

I expect that nobody visit my blog but just I want try running it for myself. I think that I will write here maybe a few sentences about situation in my life maybe that help me improve my tenses and generally English in my life. I have decided learn English because my dream is watch TV series and movies in English even with subtitles and of course play computer games in English because I really like games. I learn English maybe 3-4 months so I think that it's a very long way a front of me.

In Allgemeinen sind alle negative Nachlass, Ungewissheit, Inflation, Kriege, sehr schlechte Nachrichten, Mangel an Glaube, Mangel an Motivation,
Filme, ein Bunker voll mit Grundnährungsmitteln, usw.
Am Ende des Werbespots spricht ein Mädchen, und sie bittet um Mut.
Es ist einen ergreifenden und zum Nachdenken anregenden Werbespot.

Termina mi podcast favorito
La semana que viene acabará un podcast que he escuchado por años, «el wapo». Cuando oí la noticia fijé Twitter, donde uno de los anfitriones lo confirmó. Existen otros podcasts, claro, pero este es de duración correcto y se trata de temas interesantes.
Nos dijeron que van a crear algo nuevo en sus mensajes en Twitter. No puedo imaginar que va a ser. ¿Solo un cambio de título del proyecto, o quizás se mudan a otro periódico? En unos días averiguaremos.

Meine Neujahrsvorsätze-Teil 1: Körperliche Gesundheit
Ich hab sehr viele Neujahrsvorsätze, deswegen dachte ich, dass ich die als mehrere Teile schreiben könnte. Erste Teil ist über meine körperliche Gesundheit. Gesundheit ist eines der wichtigsten Dinge im Leben, aber man merkt das nicht bis er oder sie oder jemand, der dir nahe steht, krank wird.
♥ Ich treffe immer irgendwelche Entscheidungen, um meine Gesundheit zu verbessern, aber manchmal halte ich diese Entscheidungen nicht lange. Wenn ich gestresst oder müde bin, oder auch wenn ich mit Freunden ausgehe, esse ich meistens nicht sehr gesund und ich esse auch mengenmäßig viel.
♥ Ich will auch weniger oder sogar kein Fleisch essen. Das ist nicht wegen meiner Gesundheit, sondern aus ethischen Gründen. Ich habe mich früher 6 Monaten vegetarisch ernährt und war gar nicht schwer. Ich erinnere mich gar nicht, weil ich damit aufhört habe.
♥ Ich bewege mich schon viel und gehe ins Fitnessstudio, aber ich will auch das regelmäßiger machen.
♥ Schwerste Entscheidung wollte sich als Letztes schreiben! Ich will kein Alkohol, keine Drogen und keine Tabakerzeugnisse konsumieren. Ehrlich gesagt, rauche ich sowieso nicht, aber manchmal rauche ich eine, wenn ich auf Partys bin. Aber kein Alkohol konsumieren wird schwer sein, weil fast alle soziale Kontakte mit Freunden sich auf Alkoholkonsum beziehen! Ich habe letztes Wohnende gemerkt, dass ich mich danach gar nicht gut fühle; körperlich und auch geistig. Ich will nicht, dass es immer so weitergeht. Alkoholkonsum ist in unserer Gesellschaft so normalisiert, dass niemand darüber viel nachdenkt. Ich denke, dass ich und auch viele von meinen Freunden eine Alkoholsucht hat. Wir benutzen es als ein Instrument um uns weniger traurig, schüchtern oder unangenehm zu fühlen, aber er funktioniert kurzfristig und alles wird noch schlimmer nach dem Konsum.
Also hier sind meine Neujahrsvorsätze:
1-Mich gesunder ernähren
2-Auf Fleisch verzichten
3-Fitnessstudio regelmäßig besuchen
4-Mehr Bewegung
5-Kein Alkohol, keine Drogen und Tabakerzeugnisse konsumieren

Fossils in Minecraft
Each seed of Minecraft contains a variety of structures such as dungeons, caves, temples, and more. But did you know that in each world there are plenty of fossils of extinct animals?
There are multiple fossils in the game, both in the normal world and in the Nether-world, as well as many differences between each one. There are numerous types of fossils, and all of them have their own file with a unique name on them.
Maybe you are wondering what animal were these fossils. As I said, each of those types of fossils has its own file, but these files and their names, don't say anything worth it, the name of each file is just a generic name such as "Skull_1", and what they contain are just lines of code.
So the last thing that we can do is compare these skulls and spines with real animals in Minecraft, it's not something very feasible, but is still better than nothing.
The results are pretty interesting, we found some similitudes in animals like sheeps, pigs, spiders, ocelots, even endermites, and much more. We can also find some similitudes with real-life animals like Mammoth, but the very concerning question is, what the hell happen with the fossils in the Nether-world?!
This question is way more complicated to answer, yet we have an answer. All of the spines that can be found in the Nether are part of the complete fossil of an ancient Wither, one of the most powerful enemies in the game.

Uma Manhã Perfeita
Eu gosto de acordar cedo, porque gosto de ver o nascer do sol e ouvir os pássaros cantar nos árvores. Mas como ultimamente faz frio aqui, eu acordo mais tarde. Detesto estar com frio na manhã, então logo de acordar ponho immediatamente um roupão e preparo uma caneca de chá muito quente. Quando a primaveira chegar, acordarei mais cedo, com certeza. Depois de acordar, normalmente eu tomo uma caneca de chá e como uma maçã e um pedaço de pão com manteiga. Eu gosto de comer o café da manhã muito devagar e ler o jornal ao mesmo tempo. Depois eu escovo os dentes, tomo banho e pois vesto-me antes de ir às minhas aulas na universidade.
