Throwing Dirt Balls.
A game that I played in my childhood was called throwing dirt balls.
The materials for playing the game were very easy to find in the countryside. When it rained, the dirt was wet. I grabbed a handful of dirt from the ground and shaped the wet dirt into many small balls. Found a branch that was highly elastic and attached one dirt ball to the thin end of the branch. Hold the thick end of the branch with your right or left hand and throw the dirt ball forward very hard to try to throw it the most faraway.
The people who made the dirt ball farthest were the winners.

A Game
Another game that I played in my childhood was 打尜.
Dried tree branches were everywhere in the countryside. People usually used them as firewood.
To play the game, I first found a tree branch 4 centimeters in diameter and cut it at one end into a 10 centimeters long stuff. Afterwards, sharpen both ends of the stuff. Then a 尜 (gá)was done.
Then, I cut the left branch from one end into a about 35 centimeters long stick, thus all the stuff for the game was done.
When I played the game, I drew a square on the ground, and put the 尜 into the square. I used one end of the long stick to hit one end of the 尜, which jumped into the air and I used the long stick to hit the middle of 尜 to hit it far away.
Children who hit the 尜 farthest were the winners.

Thirty-six stratagems
There are numerous books appear throughout Chinese history, the book Thirty-six Stratagems has been popular and embraced by most people from the elite class over centuries. It has been regarded as one of the most profoundly impacted books In China. I strongly recommend all people who are interested in Chinese culture list it on their agenda.
This book involves 36 collections of strategies and tactics for military action, fulfilled with deception, manipulation and indirect ways to achieve victories. Any Chinese students who have a background of junior high school education would have learned one or two of examples from the book. People In Western countries, however, they have no sense of it, they do and think directly. This cultural difference makes some of them confused when negotiating with Chinese people.
I don't want to give more actual examples here, you can find many from the negotiating history, they often complain the opposite partner does not implement their promises in the agreement. Chinese negotiators would generally consider the agreement is to reach a goal at a certain period, the terms of the agreement is not as important as the result, they can be changeable and re-explained. Therefore, I suggest when negotiating with an unhonest government, place a specific note like this:"If do not implement this term on the deadtime, x x x x".
When dealing with the relationship among people and countries, I personally suggest do not learn from this book. We should consider honesty and mutual benefits. We are tired of deception and strategies, do things directly.

Elvis Presley
Qui ne connaît pas Elvis ? Il est surnommé le Roi du rock and roll. Il est né à Tupelo en Mississippi aux États-Unis. Ses parents étaient pauvre et son père a passé un certain temps en prison : la vie était difficile. Dès le plus jeune âge, Elvis adorait la musique. Il n’a pas reçu de formation formelle mais il a appris jouer de la guitare et il chantait très bien.
À l’âge de 19 ans, il a signé un contrat avec Sun Records, une compagnie bien connue et respectée. Très vite, il est devenu une superstar internationale. Pendant sa carrière, ses réalisations étaient nombreuses. Il a joué dans 33 films, a vendu plus d’un milliard de disques, a remporté 3 Grammy Awards et beaucoup plus encore.
Elvis était très généreux avec sa famille et ses proches. Ils leur offrait de l’argent et des cadeaux : des cadeaux comme des chevaux et des voitures. Sa maison Graceland accueillait toute sa famille et amis à n’importe quelle heure. Ses parents, sa grand-mère et sa tante vivaient avec lui. Il était philanthrope et soutenait de nombreuses organisations. Hélas, il est mort à l’âge de 42 ans, mais son héritage perdure. J’ai lu que même aujourd’hui, 46 ans après sa mort, 600 000 tourists visitent Graceland chaque année.

Friendship vs. acquaintance
Today I was thinking about friendship. What it is and what it isn't. I recently cut off my two friends cause I feel about then more as frenemies. There were actually 0 loyalty in this relationships. A lot of manipulations, gaslighting and silent treatment. One of this friends actually stole my friends group from studies cause she stayed in the same city. I feel really lonely and betrayed. They actually left me alone, people I called friends have made arrangements behind my back. Now I'm alone in Warsaw and I'm really afraid that in adulthood it's almost impossible to make new friends. And life without close relationships has no sense.

Explaining my book's section on multiplication.
The section begins by defining multiplication as an abbreviation of addition. Then the book introduces the commutative law, that states that in a multiplication, the order of the factors doesn't matter: a x b is equal to b x a. And this is eventually extended to three or more numbers. Also, take into account that these numbers must be integers. They could be negative numbers, positive numbers or zero, but they have to be integers, because only then we are able to define multiplication in the way we are doing it, which is the previously mentioned abbreviation of addition. After we are introduced to the commutative law and after it is extended to three or more terms or numbers, then we are introduced to the associative law, which states that the multiplication of, say, three quantities, is equal to the multiplication of the product of the first two quantites and the third one. Or, alternatively, the multiplication of the first quantity and the product of the two following quantities. This allows us to write a given multiplication of three or more terms in various ways and combined with the commutative law, describes multiplication almost completely. To completely describe multiplication we need to define the distributive property of multiplication, which links multiplication to addition.

天才とスーパーヒーロー
天才というのは、よく考えてみると、スーパーヒーローとあんまり変わりません。後者はいろんな危険な場面を乗り越えられるような力を持っていて、場面の具体的なところが非日常でも、根本的な目的は視聴者と共通されています。天才は同じです。現在社会では知能力から出る結果はとても評価されています。そして特定の人を評価する時、場合によって見た目と社交力と同じぐらい大事です。物理的の強さは今はあんまり評価されていません。過去と違って世界のあらゆるところに暴力を振る必要性が減りつつであるためじゃないかと思います。現実を好きなままに操作できる人の欲望はもう物理的な強さではなく、圧倒的の知能力によって満たせれるようななっています。現代のスーパーヒーローは天才と言ってもいいかもしれません。

Deindustrialisierung
Die Grundidee hinter Deindustrialisierung ist theoretisch ausgezeichnet: Die Herstellungsaktivitäten der Unternehmen in Entwicklungsländer (wo die Arbeitskraft billiger ist) auszulagern und die Aktivitäten des Herstellungsmanagements in reichen Ländern zu konservieren. Den Entwicklungsländer haben durch die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen eine Gelegenheit, sich wirtschaftlich zu entwickeln. Da die Arbeitskraft billiger ist, werden die Firmen konkurenzfähiger. Schließlich sollte dieses System auch den reichen Ländern zugutekommen, denn die der Herstellungsmanagement gewidmeten Aktivitäten finden meistens in Firmensitzen und Büros statt: Sie gehören zum Dienstleistungssektor und werden besser bezahlt. Höhere Lohne bedeuten mehr Konsum und deshalb höhere BIP. Eine richtige „Win-Win-Situation“ (Entschuldigung für den Anglizismus, aber er passt dem Kontext perfekt).
So wurde Deindustrialisierung in den 90er und 2000er Jahre vorgestellt. Sie wurde von manchen anderen Ideologien begleitet, wie die „Fabless“ (Fabricationless)-Ideologie: Die Firmen sollten die Herstellung der Produkte an Subunternehmer vergeben, um sich auf ihre Konzipierung und Verkauf zu konzentrieren und dadurch Geld zu sparen. Vielleicht haben sie erraten, dass die Ergebnisse dieser Ideologien in der Realität sich von der Theorie ein wenig unterscheiden, wie es oft vorkommt...
Deindustralisierung verursachte eine riesige Arbeitslosigkeit in den Ländern, wo Fabriken schlossen, und bei Arbeitern, die sich schon in den prekärsten sozialen Lagen befinden. Die sozialen und ökologischen Kosten der Entwicklung der ärmeren Länder, wo die Fabriken sich niederlassen haben, waren schrecklich. Ich habe immer noch diese Bilder chinesischer Kinder, die sich zehn Stunden pro Tag in unsicheren Fabriken abquälten, ohne Pausen, ohne Sozialversicherungen. Und für einen Hungerlohn, natürlich. In Indien seien 2019 1.67 Millionen Todesfälle auf Luftverschmutzung zurückzuführen gewesen, und die Zahl steigt jedes Jahr.
Außerdem hatten Länder wie China es nicht vor, die Fabrik der Welt für immer zu bleiben. China hat seinen inneren Markt entwickelt, seine Energieversorgung sichergestellt. Sie beschäftigt sich jetzt mit neuen Technologien und einer zunehmenden Militarisierung. Es ist nun die zweite Macht — manche sagen die erste — unserer Welt. Westeuropa und die Vereinigten Staaten mögen wiederholen, sie fühlen sich von China bedroht, aber vergessen ja schnell, dass der Geiz ein paar westlichen Firmen dazu sehr beitrugen...
Schließlich soll man nicht vergessen, dass Deindustrialisierung definitionsgemäß längere Versorgungsketten bedeutet. Was macht man dann, wenn solche Ketten gebrochen werden? Die COVID-Krise hat eine schmerzhafte Antwort auf diese Frage gebracht, wenn es uns Medikamente und Masken fehlte. Deindustrialisierung bedeutet fragilere, abhängigere Wirtschaften.
Ich könnte mehr perverse Folgen der Deindustrialisierung erwähnen. Wenn ganze wirtschaftliche Sektoren eines gegebenen Lands ausgelagert werden, dann bedeutet es, dass niemand mehr in diesem Land dafür gebildet wird. Bei uns hat Deindustrialisierung durch einen Wissenverlust zu einem Mangel an qualifizierter Arbeitskraft in manchen technischen und industriellen Bereichen geführt, geschweige dass Handwerk und berufsbildende Schulen/Studiengänge kulturell gar nicht hoch geschätzt sind...
Natürlich hatte Deindustrialisierung einige positive Seiten: Weniger Weltschmutz in den deindustrialisierten Ländern (da die Fabriken nicht mehr da sind), billigere Produkte für die westlichen Verbraucher (die aber insgesamt ärmer geworden sind), aber die Nachteile überwiegen die Vorteile, meiner Meinung nach.
Tatsächlich habe ich vor kurzem gelesen, eine Art Deindustrialisierung wegen eines Rückgangs der Investitionen habe in Deutschland begonnen. Als Bürger des deindustrialisiertesten Lands Europas finde ich es traurig. Ich habe keinen Einfluss in dieser Welt und jedenfalls ist es nicht meine Rolle, Rate zu geben, aber wäre ich mächtig, würde ich den Deutschen sagen: „Bitte begehen Sie nicht denselben Irrtum, wie wir. Schießen Sie sich nicht ins eigene Knie!“

Umweltschutz
Das Thema finde ich sehr interessant. Jede Person hat eine Ansicht. Ich bin überzeugt, dass Umweltschutz eine Aufgabe für alle ist. Menschen brauchen Klima, Wasser, Lebensmittel zum Leben. Wenn wir die Natur schützen, damit beschützen wir damit auch unser eigenes Überleben. Seit ich denken kann, liegt mir die Umwelt am Herzen. Anstatt Plastiktüten im Supermarkt zu kaufen, verwende ich Stofftüten. Außerdem benutze ich immer öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, um Abgase zu reduzieren. Das Wichtigste ist, dass kleine Veränderungen in unserem täglichen Leben zum Schutz der Natur beitragen können. Zusammenfassend möchte ich behaupten, dass jeder die Verantwortung hat, die Umwelt zu schützen.

Einweihungsparty
Liebe Julia,
geht es dir besser? Leider konntest du wegen des gesundheitlichen Grunds an meiner Party nicht teilnehmen. Du kannst dir nicht vorstellen, wie wundervoll sie war. Deswegen möchte ich dir etwas gleich davon erzählen.
Die Einweihungsparty fand in einer rundum fröhlichen Atmosphäre statt. Ich habe meine Eltern, einige enge Freunde eingeladen. Wir haben nicht nur zahlreiche köstliche gekochte Speisen meiner Mutter genossen, sondern auch interessante Unterhaltungsspiele organisiert, um uns näherzubringen. Dabei hatten wir wirklich viel Spaß!
Nach der Party habe ich gefallen, dass Lisa mich eine CD von ´´ADH Band´´ geschickt hat, die sie kaum gekauft hat. Diese CD würde wenige Anzahlen produziert. Es gibt nur 50 CDs um der Welt. Es hat mir eine schöne Erinnerung und unvergessliche Momente hinterlassen.
Nächste Woche möchte ich dich zu Besuch in meiner Wohnung einladen. Hast du Lust und Zeit?

Wildpark Dünnwald
Wir besuchen den Wildpark Dünnwald oft. Uns gefällt dort alles - der Wald, Wildschweine, Hirsche, Ziegen, Wisente, aus Holz geschnitzte Tierfiguren, ein kleiner Bach, ein Sandkasten. Zuerst gehen wir nur spazieren und füttern die Rehe mit Maiskörnern, Alexandra klettert auf die Holzfiguren der Tiere und fragt, wie sie heißen, dann spielt Alexandra mit Sand und läuft mit anderen Kindern den Bach entlang. Es sind immer viele kleine Kinder im Park. Es macht sehr viel Spaß und ist lehrreich, mit Wasser und Sand zu spielen. Ich mag es, im Schatten der großen Bäume zu trainieren und den Kindern beim Spielen zuzusehen. Wir können fast den ganzen Tag im Park verbringen.

La dernière fois
Je me suiviens parfaitement de la dernière fois que je l’ai vu. C’était dans une journée d’hiver très froide et venteuse, il y aura trois ou quatre années. La pluie et le vent battaient les volets des fenêtres. À l’interieur de la maison de campagne l’entourage restait doux et accueillant. On se sentait heureux d’avoir un endroit comme celui pour se protéger du mauvais temps.
Nous étions trois, trois vieux amis, qui avaient la tradition de se retrouver une fois par an dans un endroit élu au moyen d’une méthode très compliquée. Ça suffit comme explication de dire que cette méthode essaie d’imiter le fonctionnement du hasard. Le but était l’élection hasardeuse d’un lieu dans le territoire européen.
La dernière fois a été une grande demeure dans un village perdu au Pays Basque, du côte de l’Espagne, mais pas loin de la frontière française. Comme d’habitude Marc et moi nous sommes habillés en vêtements très sportives, parce que nous portions costumes tout le temps dans le travaille. Toi, tu avait fait exactement le contraire pour la même raison. Costume bleu en coordonnant avec tes jeux. Devant toi sur la table tes casques blanches énormes ne pouvaient pas manquer.
Aujourd’hui le destin nous a envoyé au Portugal, a la ville de Porto. Le temps est sec et on voit un ardent soleil à travers la fenêtre.
Il n’y a pas des casques blanches sur la table. Marc et moi, nous regardons ta chaise vide.

La rencontre
Hier, j'ai croisé au supermarché une personne âgée que j'avais vue auparavant cinq ou six fois dans la cuisine de sa fille. C'est étrange quand on rencontre des gens pour la première fois dans un autre contexte que d'habituel. Parfois ça peut être tellement gênant et intime qu'on essaie de détourner son regard. Mais hier, ce n'était pas possible. Je pouvais même voir ce que cette femme avait mis sur le/la .... (cette bande qui roule et sur laquelle on met ses marchandises pour les payer). Elle aussi regardait ce que j'avais acheté. Pour détendre la situation, j'ai essayé de faire une blague. Mais ça a raté. Une fois, j'ai reconnu de loin une personne après des années d'absence. Je n'ai pas osé m'approcher. Cette personne appartenait à une période de ma vie très lointaine. Une autre fois, je croisais une personne pendant des semaines presque chaque jour dans des lieux différents. Mais c'est une autre histoire.

Practice
As far as I can remember, my family didn't have our own farmland. The people in my village own the farmland of my village together. My village was a production team.
The villagers planted wheat, sweet potatoes, cotton, corn, soybean, sesame, mung bean, sorghum, pea and so on.
You know, because all the villagers owned the farmland together and worked together, no one really worked hard, so the farmland didn't produce too much. That was why we often felt starving.
Back then, there was no insecticide. People caught pests manually. I remember sometimes I went to the cotton field with my mom to catch the pests. When we caught the pests, we put them in a small glass bottle and reported to the leaders of the village how many pests we had caught.
It was in the early eighties that the farmland in my village was assigned to every family. Since then, the living conditions for the villagers have started to get better. The villagers could at least eat steamed buns made of wheat flour. They no longer faced hunger anymore.

Practice
Cicadas are not pests, they are just insects. I think they are beneficial insects because they are a kind of Chinese traditional medicine and also a delicious food in China.
A new cicada was born like this: At night, it climbs out of the ground in the woods and climbs up the trunks of the trees. It sheds its shell there and becomes a new baby cicada. The shell is a kind of Chinese traditional medicine, which is said to cure dizziness. The new baby cicada is a type of Chinese food which is considered to be nutritious and full of intense protein.
There are many cicadas in the countryside, so people don't treat them as pets. After children catch cicadas, they typically feed their ducks with the cicadas.
We wouldn't normally compete with other children in catching cicadas, but we did sometimes say something like "how many cicadas do you catch today?" Or "xx caught the most cicadas today."

Sabato
C'è il vento oggi, forse pioverà più tardi. Stamattina facevo una breve passeggiata mentre parlavo al telefono con mia mamma. È in ferie, sono felice per lei.
Ho saputo il mio orario di agosto, lavorerò da mezzogiorno fino alle otto e mezzo di sera. Preferisco quello al programma di questo mese.
È già passata metà giornata e ho ancora tante cose da fare. Fortunatamente farò le pulizie domani, prima di lavorare.
È stata una settimana faticosa, ma c'è ancora speranza che la finirò in modo piacevole e tranquillo.
Sto per andare a fare la spesa - mi metto i vestiti e mi pettino i capelli.
Domani dovrò svegliarmi un po' più presto come del solito per avere del tempo per fare tutto ciò che ne ho bisogno.

Le grossissement des villes, est-il un problème ?
Aujourd'hui, l'urbanisation est un phénomène mondial. Pour certains, ce phénomène pose de véritables défis environnementaux, notamment à cause de la déforestation afin de développer les infrastructures. Mais pour d'autres, les villes ne sont pas si anti-écologiques et que la vie à la campagne peut en fait poser de plus grands problèmes en ce qui concerne la consommation d'énergie.
À mon avis, l'urbanisation est incontournable de nos jours. On a besoin de villes pour concentrer et pour développer des commerces. Par exemple, si vous avez trois entreprises importantes dans trois villes différentes, vous aurez évidemment des problèmes de livraison et consommerez davantage plus d'énergie que si ces trois entreprises se trouvent dans une même ville.
Cependant, il faut absolument équilibrer des espaces verts et des bâtiments dans une ville. Dans un cadre plus large, il faut également protéger des forêts essentielles et des parcs nationaux pour ne pas bouleverser l'équilibre écologique.
En fin de compte, je dirais que notre société actuelle a besoin d'expansion urbaine. Par contre, les villes doivent être développées d'une façon responsable et autant respectueuse de l'environnement que possible.
