答问：为什么都在说美国衰落？能说出美国哪里衰落了吗？
说美国衰落，不如说其他国家的权利增加。特别要强调的是，二十世纪美国处于的优势情况真的很理想，没有类似史例罕见。相比之下，二十世纪初欧洲列强经过两次世界大战，内政大乱，国际影响减弱，无法应付美国崛起的事变。那么不能整顿局面，最好顺风转舵，等待时机。同盟国战败并占领的日本同样，冷静得权衡当下的局势，承认国情处于低潮，为了避免使局势恶化，一边与刚刚撕破脸的美国搞好关系，一边全面，一刹那大量削减军事开支。一国之下，万国之上，是不是？
在二战后美国处于领先地位的世界秩序中，有两个特殊国家，即苏俄与中国。在肆无忌惮的二战侵略行为中，各自显示坚定不移的决心，战后两国都毫不羞愧拒绝与美国联手，在联合国总部多次公开阻挠美方所提的计划，碍手碍脚。苏俄与中国的大量武装力量与核武器储备无疑使美国打消透过战争而的念头。不过与美方相比，中苏因资金不够充裕，内政不够稳定，故无法施展掀起世界革命的宏大抱负，竟在短短半个世纪内，连所谓『共产主义国家』的人民觉得发动一场全世界无产阶级革命是滑稽可笑的空谈套话，痴心妄想。但是，毋庸置疑，无论在50年代或者00后，中俄从未当作美国的走狗。对此，即使中美俄三国之间矛盾重重，民间的有深度的人士暗自叫好。
富国强兵，称霸世界，人心所向。美国人民习惯于本国在国际竞争中站绝对优势，尤其在经济领域。说实在的，全世界各国人民亦然。连日本或亚洲四小龙在20世纪后半夜令人惊讶地经济爆发也从来威胁美国商务大王的高处地位。近几十年，中国经济一年比一年出息多了，即便中国人均国内生产总值仍然远远落后于其他发达经济国家，其总体实力还雄厚，使得美国人陷入忧虑，日益加剧中美两国的矛盾。
另外，美国对国际政治的认识与中国相差甚远，大相径庭。两国人民都有愚公移山的精神，不过决心的方向恰恰相反。中国领导以及中国人民的政治纯粹以现实主义为主。美国人时不时表现现实的考虑，民众仍倾向又高又大的美好设想，总在试图实现今天的理想，树立明天的乌托邦。中国其实是商务高手的真正培养地，大家基本上希望发财并过日子就算了，而美国人恰恰渴望拯救世界、传播民主，中国的崛起恰恰进一步激发美国人心里的此种潜在决心。
除此之外，中国将国家主权作为国际关系的最高原则，不许别国插手内政，无法与美欧对国际人权的注重配合。

A Discussion Message
I don’t agree with the master. A young lady wearing low-cut clothing just wants to show her beauty because she loves beauty. But she is not brave enough to show her beauty.
She is afraid that others will say bad words to her, so sometimes she covers her breast with her hands.
However, if some women wearing low-cut clothing really have the idea the master said, it will be terrible. I guess only a few percent of the women might have that kind of thought.

Por Favor no remove contenido en los libros antiguos
Creo que no es un bien idea a cambiar los libros antiguos de James Bond. Una cosa importante de historia y cultura es la pensamientos de la gente en un rato de tiempo. Por supuesto, las cosas racista y machista no son buenas. Pero, es importante que personas en el futuro pueden leer y aprender las pensamientos en el pasado. Incluso los pensamientos machista y racista. Un mejor idea es un mensaje en el libro que dice "hay ideas sexista y racista en esta libro, disafortunadamente las ideas fueron comunes en el pasado. You don't need a preposition with 'home' I am home = I am at my house. I am going home = I am going to my house etc.
You can use 'at home' for saying where a person is. 'he is at home.' 'I am at home' but also okay to use 'he is home' 'I am home' for this.

Voyage en famille
Je ne voyage pas souvent, presque jamais, mais je garde dans mon esprit un voyage que j'ai fait avec ma famille. Nous sommes allées à San Gil une petite ville pas loin de la mienne. Mon père n'a pas pu aller, son travail ne le permettait pas. Donc, ma mère, mes deux sœurs et moi avons voyagé. Ce voyage, on l'a fait parce que ma mère avait gagné la loterie, le prix était le voyage et séjour dans San Gil. La ville était belle, avec beaucoup d'anciens bâtiments et un grand parc entouré d'arbres.

What types of clothes do you like best?
I don't really prefer a specific piece of clothing, but if I had to choose one, I would say comfortable and light clothes. I also like to wear clothes related to things I like, such as series or films. However, it isn't something that I get excited about; when I have to put on one, then I do. I am not that kind of person who thinks that the clothes we wear reflect our personality or something like that. I don't judge people by the clothes they are wearing. In addition, I like warm seasons, because they permit me to wear the most comfortable clothes in my opinion: T-shirts, shorts and sandals.
When it comes to buying, I am not keen on it. I try not to wear down my clothes too much. The ones I actually have lasted me 4 years, so that's why I don't buy clothes often. About this, I think children and adolescents are quite more likely to buy clothes regularly, as they are influenced by their friends' clothes. In addition, with the spreading of social media and the rise of influencers, young people are trying to copy what influencers are wearing.

ich schreibe Ihnen diese E-Mail weil ich an einem Weiterbildungsseminar teilnehmen möchte. Wie Sie es wissen, war ich wegen eine Krankheit für zwei Monate abwesend. Ich möchte gern mein vorhandenes Wissen auffrischen, deswegen bin ich an diesem Seminar sehr interessiert. Ich bitte Sie um eine Sonderurlaub von drei Tage, da die Seminar drei Tage dauert. Ich verstehe, dass die Situation der Firma meine Abwesenheit nicht leisten kann, da wir zu wenig Mitarbeitern haben, aber das ist sehr wichtig. Wärend meine Abwesenheit werde ich es versuchen, die Arbeit mit meinem Abend Laptop von Hotel aus zu erledigen, also machen Sie daruber keine Sorge.

¿Qué es lo último que haces antes de dormir? Soy una gran fan de las rutinas y tengo una que hago antes de dormir cada noche. Tengo un cuaderno personalizado en el que hago ejercicios para reflexionar sobre cómo ha ido el día. Los ejercicios son esencialmente una lista de preguntas que me planteo para sacar lecciones interesantes del día. Las preguntas son muy sencillas pero muy poderosas, sobre todo cuando haces el ejercicio sobre una base consistente. Por ejemplo, me planteo, ¿Qué no funcionó bien hoy? y después, ¿Qué puedes hacer para evitar que suceda otra vez? Cuando tengo una respuesta, me planteo la siguiente pregunta, ¿Qué harás mañana para que el día sea mejor? Todos mis respuestas están escritas por dos razones. La primera es que escribir me ayuda a pensar más profundamente. La segunda es que me da un registro de todos mis pensamientos. Con el uso de esta técnica, he visto muchos cambios en mi vida. He podido eliminar áreas de débiles, crecer mis fuerzas y entender que hay algunos aspectos de mi personalidad que son casi imposible cambiar. Después de hacer el ejercicio, me lavo los dientes y la cara mientras leyendo la Biblia en mi teléfono. Por fin, me acuesto.

Homo neanderthalensis
On est habitué, à l’école primaire, à étudier l’évolution humaine comme une succession d’espèces. D’abord, l’australopithèque, puis l’Homo habilis, l’Homo erectus et enfin l’Homo sapiens ; un processus où les espèces se sont remplacées, mais la réalité était plus complexe et intéressante de cela écris sur les livres d’histoire.
En premier lieu, il y a beaucoup de typologies d’être humain comparées à quelles que nous étudions, beaucoup d’entre eux ont vécu dans la même période : par exemple l’homme de Néandertal a vécu ensemble l’Homo rhodesiensis, l’Homo erectus et l’Homo sapiens !
J’ai les vertiges à imaginer d’habiter sur la Terre avec des êtres humaines que ne sont pas comme nous, mais tristement je peux imaginer que le racisme serait terrible.
J’ai dédié le titre à l’Homo neanderthalensis parce qu’il est une des espèces humaines moins comprises par nous. Il a eu l’honneur de vivre avec nous et l’argument les plus utilisé pour donner une explication de sa disparition est : « il n’était pas intelligent comme nous. » C’est une bêtise !
Comme nous, ils vivaient comme nous en groupes sociaux (mais ils étaient plus petits que les nôtres), ils avaient une technologie avancée pour chasser, ils soignaient les malades, ils se maquillaient et probablement ils savaient parler !
Dans notre ADN, on a un peu de leur génome, je pense qu’il est un très beau cadeau de nos anciens cousins.

My Opinion on Telecom Fraud (3) - Why Started from Taiwan
Archaeologists have found intelligent humans were originated from a place in Ethiopia millions of years ago. However, according to an evolution theory for humans, only the most strong, clever people can be with capabilities to cross straits and continents. That is, the people who live further from Ethiopia would be more clever, in contrast, those who live closer to the birthplace of mankind would be compared with lower IQ. Thereafter, some people drew a map indicating the places in which people with higher IQs. These places are Northern Europe, some of the white people in North America, Eastern Asia but only limited in Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, coastal areas in Southeast of China and other places I forget.
(I am personally against any racism, it's only a composition, so don't overthink it.)
The IT and telecom industries are developed in Taiwan. It's easier to find IT specialists to help them set up scam networks. Some criminals there devised this quite intelligent and complex fraud, which could never be invented in Africa I believe.
Taiwan is now proclaimed a part of China by the government of China. In fact, the passport of Taiwan is visa-free to much more countries than that from China, which makes Taiwan scammers convenient to accessible to some European countries.
Taiwan telecom fraudsters were stationed in Kenya and Spain before 2015. They hired some criminals to work for them from China, and some of them will operate their own network soon when they back home.

Last weekend, I binge-watched the series ‘How to make people angry’.
This is a Japanese comedy series from the 2000s.
It’s hilarious.
I think this is good learning material for Japanese learners, so I hope this will help.
Fortunately, you can watch many videos from the series on the original creator’s YouTube channels.

There are two types of content in this series.
Lectures by a professor who researches how to make people angry
Skits demonstrating techniques to make people angry
Let me tell you the reasons why this series is awesome.
■Simplicity
Each skits is simple and short, so it’s easy to understand even for Japanese learners.
You don’t have to pick up complicated contexts at all.
■Names of techniques
Each technique has its own name and it is often shown in the beginning of a skit.
This makes us guess what happens in a skit.
Sometimes the name itself is funny already.
And you can learn Japanese words!
■Realistic situation atmosphere
The situations and atmosphere in this series are so realistic.
The actors are not overly dramatic at all compared to other comedic or non-comedic series.
Actually, it's opposite.
Even making us feel that people in real life would react more.
■Actors and characters
The actors in this series have done an amazing job to create an awkward yet realistic atmosphere in Japanese daily life and an office.
Their acting looks so real.
In the lecture segments, the professor tells us about the techniques with convincing speech in a logical and academic manner.
His speech is solely written for this series, but at the same time, makes enough sense to make us believe it's real research.

The advantages and disadvantages of buying brand names
Many people of all ages are interested in buying brand name products currently, specifically clothing. Despite their gigantic price difference with others, not everyone view this as an issue.
On the one hand, there are customers who cannot afford them. They don't have enough money and also think that there is no need to spend so much money on a single product, just because it is a branded clothing. This type of customers don't see clothing as a sign identity, but they buy clothes whenever they need them. For this reason, they rarely follow any fashion. They are more interested in the price, the quality and the utility of them. For example, when winter is coming, the first thing that these families think isn't what is the fashion of the moment, but what material the clothes are made of and whether they are suitable for the cold.
On the other hand, following a trend or fashion can be fun. Those in favour of buying brand name products, view this as a hobby. It is true that they are more expensive; however, they are normally made of with better quality materials. For this reason they are going to have a longer lifetime.
In conclusion, it's a fact that people are buying branded products more than ever and that it can make life more fun for some people, but i am not in favour of this. I strongly believe that people don't buy brand name products for their quality, but they view them as a kind of sign of status.

Un film français : Le Grand Bleu
À ce moment, il y a un festival de films français organisé par l’Alliance Française. Selon le programme, plus de trente films sont à l’affiche. On a un embarras du choix : les films policiers, les comédies, les documentaires et plus encore. Je suis allée regarder le film français : le Grand Bleu. Peut-être vous le connaissez ? Sortie en 1988, à l’époque, c’était un succès au box-office.
Le film se déroule dans les années 80 et la cinématographie est merveilleuse. Il est situé dans nombreux lieux magnifiques : aux îles grecques, à la Côte d’Azur, en Italie et même au Pérou. Je vous raconte l’intrigue qui est assez simple. Commençant aux îles grecques, il y a deux jeunes amis, Enzo et Jacques qui sont passionnés de plongée. Au fils des années, ils s’éloignent l’un de l’autre. Enzo devient le champion du monde de plongée en apnée. Jacque est plongeur au Pérou. Chaque année, ils participent au même championnat du monde : une année Enzo emporte le championnat et l’année suivante Jacques est le vainqueur.
L’intérêt amoureux est fourni par Johanna qui tombe amoureuse de Jacques dès qu’elle le rencontre. Le film n’a pas une fin heureuse. Enzo meurt en essayant une plongée dangereux. Johanna est ravie parce qu’elle tombe enceinte mais Jacque ne partage pas les mêmes rêves de se marier, d’acheter une maison avec un jardin et d’élever leur enfant. Sa famille sont les dauphins et il veut explorer les profondeurs de l’océan avec eux.

Fuyang
The Huai River originates from the Tongbo mountain where three provinces (Henan, Anhui and Hubei) joint together.
It flows from west to east and enters into the east sea to the east of Jiangsu province.
It has three main tributaries and one of them is called the Ying River, which originates from the east part of Henan Province and flows to southeast, crossing Anhui Province into the Huai River.
The Ying river has a main tributary called the Quan River, which originates from the eastern part of Henan Province and flows east into the Ying River.
At the place where the Ying River and the Quan river joint, is the city I live in called Fuyang.
Because of these two rivers, Fuyang consists of three parts. The part on the northeast of the Ying River is called Yingdong District, the part on the north of the Quan River is called Yingquan District and the part on the south of the Quan River is called Yingzhou District.
The urban area of Fuyang covers about 200 square kilometers and has a population of about 2 million people.
Fuyang is in the mid-eastern part of China in Anhui province. The area that Fuyang is in is a vast plain without mountains and seas. It is a landlocked city.
It's an agricultural city. People there in rural areas are mainly farmers. They mainly grow wheat, corn, soybeans, sweet potatoes and so on.
There are four seasons here: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Now it's the middle of spring.
Fuyang is just a three-tier level city in China, and is rated about seventy fifth nationally. It is in third or fourth place among cities in Anhui Province.

Una giornata piena di possibilità
Sto lavorando e sto pensando di nuovo alle cose che devo fare oggi. Sono rimaste abbastanza ore fino alla fine del turno. Dopo che avrò finito di lavorare, incontreremo un'amica dagli Stati Uniti. È venuta in Romania per visitare diversi posti famosi e per incontrarci. Non vedo l'ora di vederla! Faremo una passeggiata per la città e poi vedremo che succederà. Il suo volo per gli Stati Uniti è domani.
Purtroppo oggi è l'unica volta in cui ci possiamo incontrare, ho visto alcune foto su Facebook in cui si diventava. Il mio Paese ha molti posti da vedere, da bere e da mangiare. Qui c'è un gran problema con la corruzione, abbiamo un'espressione che si tratta di questo:"Abbiamo un Paese meraviglioso, purtroppo è abitato." Però ne sono fiera, non direi che sono nazionalista, anzi patriota.
Sono riuscita a dormire di nuovo la scorsa notte, anche se il mio cervello era pieno di preoccupazioni. Quando viene la notte e ci si andare a dormire i pensieri riempiono la mente. Sono fortunata ad avere una buona vita e un lavoro, ma la società e le spese della vita mi spaventano. Credo che molte persone abbiano queste paure. Fortunatamente siamo i tipi de persone che risparmiamo i soldi. Non importa cosa succederà, io e la mia famiglia ci vogliamo bene. Non ho molti amici, ma so che posso contare su della mia famiglia ( i miei genitori, ammetto che non sono interessata così tanto dei relativi ).
Sto ritornando a lavoro e sto ascoltando la musica dagli anni ottanta, come piace a me!

Maîtriser
Chacun entre nous peut maîtrise quelque chose. C'est vrai que quelques gens arrivent plus facile à le faire en certaines domaines mais ceci n'est pas important si on a une veritable passione pour ce qu'on veut maîtriser. Peu importe à quel point quelqu'un et plus ou moins talentieuse que nous à fin tous dependant de nous. Personne ne peut nous prendre les efforts qu'on faissait pour arriver jusqu'où nous sommes maintenant. Le moyen de maîtriser quelque chose c'est plus simple qu'on croit. Il nous faut justement de la passione, du preservance et de la confiance à soi même. Quand on a ces trois qualités c'est très probabple d'avancer loin dans la vie. Cependant il ne faut pas oublier d'être honnête avec soi même parfois on ferait mieux de choisir une nouvel moyen.

Les caméras de surveillance à l'école
De nos jours, le débat sur l’installation des caméras de surveillance à l'école divise l’opinion publique. Selon certaines personnes, cela peut être considérée comme un moyen efficace d’atténuer les comportements agressifs des enfants. Cependant, d’autres personnes trouvent que la présence des caméras est inutile car les problèmes de discipline dépendent véritablement sur la communication et le reglèment.
À ce sujet, il est indéniable que l’émergence de ces caméras à l’ecole nous offre plus d’inconvénients.
Premièrement, la vie privée des élèves sera en danger à cause de la présence des caméras. En effet, sous la surveillance constante des caméras, tous leurs moments à l’école, même leur entrée aux toilettes sont contrôlés, ce qui pourrait les rendre mal à l’aise et donc entraîner des mauvais impacts sur leur santé mentale.
Par ailleurs, les changements de comportement des élèves doivent être associés à leur propre conscience, pas à la pression qui vient des caméras de surveillance. En realité, plusieurs élèves se comportent de facon discipliné à l’école. Toutefois, ils sont désobéissant dans la vie quotidienne. Par conséquent, le placement des caméras est un gaspillage d’argent.
Pour conclure, je suis convaincu que les caméras de surveillance n’est pas une solution optimale pour la lutte contre les actes de violence à l’école.

Fêter mon anniversaire dans un restaurant
Coucou mes amis,
J’espère que vous allez bien. Je vous écris afin de vous inviter à mon anniversaire qui se déroulera à 18 heures, Samedi prochain. La soirée aura lieu à « Lua », un restaurant vietnamien avec une vue splendide sur Paris. Le repas commencera avec des rouleaux de printemps qui sont évidemment une combinaison parfaite entre les légumes et la protéine. Ensuite, en termes du plat principal, vous dégusterez le poulet en curry. Enfin, la soupe sucrée aux haricots noir sera servie comme dessert. Ne vous inquietez pas pour le prix ! Je m’en occupe.
