Mezclar lenguas
Tengo un problemita. Soy sueco y entonces, hablo sueco y inglés fluido. Aquí, inglés es casi una lengua oficial ya que no hay nadie que no lo habla. Ni siquiera podría contar cuantas veces que digo algo en inglés sin que me lo dé cuenta. Cuando no podemos encontrar una palabra específica en nuestra lengua maternal suficientemente rápido, lo decimos en inglés porque estamos seguros que todo el mundo todavía puede entendernos. Una cosa que está llamada “swenglish” por nosotros. Y entonces, tengo un habito de mezclar lenguas. Eso no fue un problema cuando estaba estudiando mi primera lengua extranjera, francés, porque era tan diferente en pronunciación de sueco u inglés para molestarme. Pero un día me dijo que “¿no sería cool, estar capaz de mirar televisión en español?” Y este día fue lo primero de muchísimos donde me encontré empezando una frase en una lengua romántica y acabándolo en una otro. Y tengo miedo de lo que pueda pasarse ahora cuando he tenido la idea brillantísima de probar a aprender italiano. Os puedo decir que ya me ha llegado esta cosa y es peor que jamás….

Strawberries can get moldy easily, but they will keep for a week or so if you gently and thoroughly wipe them with a tissue so as not to damage them, and wrap them in aluminum foil with the calyx down, not doing touch each other, and put them in the refrigerator. Remove the ones that are already damaged.
Why do you put the calyx down?
I don't know. Because that's what they said. Maybe to prevent it from being damaged.
What about freezing them?
You can, but they lose their flavor. It's good for jam or something, but it's best to eat them right away.

I heard that rhinos are being killed by poachers at the rate of one a day now. I don't understand why rhino and elephant horns are traded at such high prices. They are of no use to me even if I had them. It just makes you look like a egotistical self-absorbed narcissist. At least use expensive watches and luxury cars to ego trip. Don't ego trip by killing living creatures. It is the same as killing a person, buying his bones at a high price, and displaying them in your room to show off. Also, people who use it like traditional medicine are crazy. Use ordinary medicine. Believe in current science. If you die from it, it is your fate. It has no power to cure you. Don't kill living things in vain.

Essay: Methods of minimising the use of fossil fuels
Enviromental problems, specially the use of fossil fuels, has become one of the most urgent and challenging issues that human being will have to deal with in this century. In order to solve them, there are two major topics related with the use of materials and energy, these are accordingly: recycling and nuclear energy.
Nuclear fusion is a controversial kind of energy due to the facts that is a non-renewable one and, currently, it is impossible to revert the radiactive pollution generated by their residue. Moreover, in its short history, it has provoked enormous accidents, making some areas inhabitable. Therefore, other alternatives, as renewable energies, had better to be taken into consideration. Regarding the production of energy, it makes no sense keeping the old standards, even more when it already exists several clean alternatives to turn back all the contamination produced by fossil fuels.
Recycling, on the contrary, has demonstrated to have more advantages than drawbacks. It allowed us to reuse common use materials, as paper, glass and plastics. However we lack of a more advanced technology that imitate the natural cycles, which would lead us to an endless reusing of materials. Therefore, more funding is needed on the part of the governments in order to develop such kind of technology and make up the damage it has been doing to the Earth, even though there will no outputs in short term.
All in all, there is no point on continuing to use non-renewable sources of energy as the nuclear, since it is too dangerous in terms of life and enviroment protection. Recycling and research are by far the best solutions governments all around the world should implement.

Ce long weekend, ma famille et moi avons pris le train à grande vitesse pour voir mes grands parents en chine. C’était un trajet de quatre heures et demi, et selon la dernière expérience, le wagon était plein de gens, plein de cris d’enfants, plein de et en tout cas, ce n’était pas agréable pour se concentrer au travail et je dormais pour la plupart du trajet. Mais pour cette fois, j’ai profité de ce temps pour lire parce que j’ai eu tellement envie de terminer le deuxième tome de “La Passe Miroir”. L'histoire était incroyable !
Un café au lait à la main, deux écouteurs à l'oreille, le livre posé sur mes jambes, j’ai commencé à lire. L'effet n’était pas immédiat mais peu à peu, je me suis absorbée par l’histoire et j’ai ignoré tout ce qu’il est passé autour de moi. J’étais dans mon propre univers et j'ai voyagé avec Ophélie (la protagoniste du livre). Quel bien !
Pour le retour, c’était encore mieux parce que j’ai eu la chance d’avoir une chaise près de la fenêtre. La vue était très agréable : le ciel bleu avec des nuages blancs, les fermes et ponds vertes-jeunes au-delà, des petites maisons avec un toit rouge et les montagnes vertes au fond. Cette fois-ci, j’ai commencé le troisième tome et Ophélie elle aussi a visité un endroit inconnu. C’était vraiment une bonne ambiance pour lire de saga.
C’est bien de lire sur avion avec les nuages entourés, mais la vue du train est plus variée.
Pour le trajet plus court, je préfère prendre le train parce que c’est moins cher et moins stressant. Comme je suis toujours en retard, il y avait plusieurs fois que j’ai failli raté l’avion et ça me coûterait très cher. Mais pour le train, c’est plutôt flexible, il faut simplement aller au comptoir pour changer le billet avec un très petit frais. Je ne sais pas si c’est le même cas dans d'autres pays mais au moins, en Chine, c’est comme ça. En plus, il ne faut pas arriver à la gare deux heures plus tôt pour attendre et ça fait donc économiser beaucoup de temps.
À partir de cela, prendre le train est mieux pour l'environnement parce qu’il émet moins de CO2 par passager, par rapport à ceux de l’avion et l’autobus. Si vous voulez en savoir plus sur ce sujet, consultez le lien la-bas : https://youtu.be/nAm3ud-6JdU

My Opinion on Telecom Fraud (4)- Cambodia and Northern Myanm
Telecom fraudsters hide all over the world. In 2016, Spain police caught hundred of scammers from Taiwan but sent them to China. This led the authority of Taiwan to show unhappiness with the government of Spain, however, most people in Taiwan believed only the brutal labor camp can really teach the scammers an unforgettable lesson. According to some sources, after this repatriation, there have no large-scale telecom scam cases reported in Europe.
The crime syndicate gradually found two perfect places for them: Cambodia and Northern Myanmar.
Cambodia is known to be one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Many YouTubers have claimed they were forced to pay bribes named tips to policemen when they reporting a case at the police station.
Northern Myanmar is on the border with China. The central government of Myanmar is actually unable to manage this region and has been ruled by different local warlords. The notorious Golden Triangle is situated in these areas, and the local warlords soon discovered that telecom scams can be much more profitable than drug deals.
Before the coronavirus pandemic, that is before 2020. Scammers flocked to the above areas, mainly from China and Taiwan (Though we claim Taiwan as a province of China). All the scammers were volunteers; no one force them to commit this kind of crime. They scammed a large amount of money with the help of some policemen and even politicians in Cambodia. The northern Myanmar warlords used the blood money to strengthen their military.
How much money have the scammers earned, in contrast to how many tears and broken families are behind it?
I don't want to list any cases here, but I want to write out that every corner of China has warning slogans in public reminding everyone to be aware of any possible telecom scams.

But not now, furthermore I have practice jogging more than 2 months.

Hence, jogging 2 hours straight is almost impossible in my current condition.

So, I start jogging after first 30 minutes, my leg start feel pain.

I keep jogging for one minute but after that I will switch to other type of exercise.
例えば、押し上げる、起き上がる・・・後ですく走って続ける。
Such as push up, sit up…then I will start jogging again.
２時間の中に４段になった。
In 2 hours I break it down to 4 intervals.

Wenn ich ins Ausland ginge und Abschied feiern würde, zwei Leute, die ich einladen würde, wären meine Mutter und meine vorige Chefin X.
Meine Mutter war immer da für mich. Sie ist großzügig und hat viel Humor. Sie würde mich vermissen, also wollte ich ihr etwas Nettes tun.

My View on Beauty
People should respect nature. Our bodies were from our parents. No matter what the parts of our bodies look like, as long as they are healthy, they will be a good one.
Doing plastic surgery can't really make women beautiful, rather, it is so harmful to women's bodies.
Many women have their eyelids doubled, parts of the artificial double eyelids are just okay, parts of the artificial double eyelids are not even as beautiful as they were before the surgery. Some of the surgeries even failed, and women became ugly.
For a time, it was very popular for women to tattoo their eyebrows, but many of them didn't look pretty, rather, they looked like two insects were above the women's eyes.
I also heard some news that women died or were disabled from doing beauty surgery. That was really sad.
Not to mention plumping breasts, it would be more harmful. The stuff that is implanted in breasts is awful.
I don't reject makeup. Instead, I admit that most times women look beautiful after they wear makeup, but women shouldn't excessively wear makeup. Proper makeup is beautiful and healthy.
To all women, please don't have beauty surgery, unless it's necessary. Please love your body, stay safe and healthy.
