Estoy cansada y tengo sueño
Ahora es la una y tres de la madrugada. Estoy cansada y tengo sueño. Quiero dormir pero normalmente no puedo dormirme de la manera fácil y temprano. Ahora ya me he acostado y me estoy tumbado en mi cama mientras estoy teclado este diario. Ya he dormido casi doce horas y todavía me siento cansada y somnoliento.
“Somnoliento” es una nueva palabra para mi. ¿Hay otra palabra que tiene el mismo significado como esta? ¿Hay algún otro expresión para decir alguien es somnoliento?
Este no es un buen trabajo para aprender español. Solo estoy teclado lo que ya he entendido.
No he estudio esta mañana y tarde. No he conseguido nada hoy. Quiero leer algo y veo el vídeo en YouTube pero hay algunas palabras que no sé y para cuando finalmente voy a empezar a estudiar, ya se hace tarde.
Cuando estoy escribiendo este, ya no me apetece estudiar porque tengo mucho sueño y quiero dormir.

People have differing views on children’s educational growth is most influenced by their parents or teachers. In my opinion, both exert equal
impact.
Parents have a significant influence on their children's scholastic development. In the formative years, they act as the child's initial educators, teaching basic language and numerical skills, while providing educational toys and games. This prepares the child’s entry into formal education. They also strive to enroll their child in high-quality schools and provide opportunities for tutoring and learning-oriented activities like museum and zoo visits. This is to ensure the quality and richness of the educational experience. Furthermore, they can foster their children’s dedication to academics by emphasizing its importance. This can include asking about their child's school day at dinner, assisting with homework, celebrating achievements, and addressing any neglect or setbacks.
However, teachers are equally influential. Students’ comprehension and mastery of the subject matter are directly affected by their teachers’ teaching abilities. Teachers need to present lessons in a clear and understandable manner, provide explanations and examples, and answer questions from their students effectively. They also have to provide constructive feedback and guidance, enabling students to identify areas for improvement and adapt their learning strategy accordingly. Furthermore, they often set classroom rules, address disruptive behavior, acknowledge exemplary answers and achievements, and incorporate interactive activities and open discussions, creating a structured, orderly, and engaging learning environment. This allows students to stay focused and motivate them to actively participate in the lessons.
In conclusion, parents lay the foundation for formal schooling and provide financial and emotional support, while teachers’ expertise contributes to the understanding and proficiency of the material. Hence, both equally shape a child’s academic journey.

How He was Disabled (4) - end
There are many words in life I can't forget, no matter how much time passes. One of which is my older sister's warning to me when I was in middle school - "Stay away from soldiers and do not antagonize them"
My elementary and middle school are situated in an area adjacent to a military university, an army detachment, a big fire station (belonging to the army), and even a naval office. I studied with many classmates from the military units, and many teachers were military officials' wives, the local schools have no right s to reject them. Most of such students and ladies were well educated, and some of such teachers were enthusiastic about their job. However, that's not the case for common soldiers.
I knew some of the local illegal crime groups liked to buy help from the soldiers, though they were only a small portion of them, local residents and policemen had no way to deal with it.
My classmate was beaten to be disabled was beyond the soldiers' expectations, but I believe it was not their first time. As I wrote in the last entry, I thought their final punishment was strict. In fact, when I see my classmate walk like a hunchback and not capable to work normally, I feel the pain in him. The punishment was not enough, some of them should be jailed and the army should pay money monthly to guarantee a normal life for my classmate.
Moreover, the media in my country generally won't report negative news about the army. They only show their positive aspects. As nationalism increased in recent 10 years, this biased report is stretched to policemen and state-owned corporations. To be more clear; all news for the above field is positive, bad news only for private companies.

Ο τρόπος ο οποίος η ελληνική γλώσσα φτιάχνει τη λέξη 'προσωπικότητα' είναι ενδιαφέρον διότι προφανώς η λέξη προέρχεται από τη λέξη 'πρόσωπο' και αυτή η ιδέα υπονοεί ότι οι προσωπικότητές μας χαρακτηρίζονται από τα πρόσωπά μας. Απ' ότι φαίνεται, η γλώσσα μας λέει σιωπηλά ότι κρινόμαστε από πως φαινόμαστε στον κόσμο γύρω μας. Όταν κοιτάμε στον καθρέφτη, βλέπουμε όχι μόνο τους εαυτούς μας αλλά επίσης το πρόσωπο μέσα στο οποίο όλοι μας κρίνουν και το οποίο μας χαρακτηρίζει. Τα ελληνικά δεν είναι η μόνη γλώσσα που εκφράζει αυτή την ιδέα έτσι. Και τα γερμανικά έχουν τη λέξη 'Gesicht' που περιέχει την ίδια ιδέα σχετικά με το πρόσωπο. Τα δύο μέρη 'προς' και η αρχαία λέξη 'ώψ' (μάτι) που είναι σχετική με 'Sicht' (όραση) δείχνουν ξεκάθαρα ότι αυτή η λέξη εκφράζει το πως βλεπόμαστε στα μάτια άλλων ανθρώπων. Όντως απλά το να κοιτάξει κανείς στον καθρέφτη στείλει ένα δυνατό σήμα στο μυαλό που φέρει την ολοκληρωμένη ταυτότητα του ατόμου και το πως αντιλαμβάνεται τον εαυτό του. Επιπλέον αυτό ενισχύει την αυτοαντίληψη κάποιου και καθορίζει τη κοσμοθεωρία κάποιου και στη τελική επηρεάζει τη προσωπικότητα.

Plauenben lakom.
Plauen egy gyönyörű kisváros Kelet-Németországban. Plauen egy közepes város és a Vogtland járás székhelye.
A Szász Szabad Állam ötödik legnagyobb városa.
Körülbelül 65000 ember él itt.
Tulajdonképpen a város a csipkéről híres.
A központban vannak érdekes múzeumok, például a Vogtland-múzeum és a Csipkemúzeum.
Itt is kis szép régi házak vannak, a Weberhäuser és egy régi templom, a Johanneskirche.
Van itt színház, mozi, könyvtár és uszoda is. Plauenben van sok iskola és egy fōiskola is.
És ha pihenni akar, vannak szép szállodák, mint például a Parkhotel, hangulatos éttermek, mint például az Altes Handelshaus és kávézók, mint például a Theatercafé.
Vannak kellemes cukrászdák is, mint például Jannys Eissalon. Itt nagyon finom a fagylalt.
Plauenben vannak érdekes hidak, mint például az Elstertalbrücke, a Friedensbrücke és a Syratalbrücke.
Plauen környéke nagyon szép, ahol biciklivel is lehet közlekedni.

Les tamales
L’autre jour, j’ai appris l’origine et l’histoire des tamales. Quand j’ai visité le Mexique, j’en ai beaucoup mangé. Il me semble d’être son plat national. À chaque coin d’une rue, il y avait des stands de tamales. Les femmes les préparaient sur place et les Mexicaines en mangeaient au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner, au dîner ou même comme une collation.
Alors, qu’est-ce que c’est un tamale. Je le décrirais comme une crêpe faite de farine de maïs, de l’eau et un peu de sel. Les tamales sont remplis d’une farce : la farce normalement assez épicée, à la base peut être du poulet, du bœuf, du porc ou même végétarienne. On peut être vraiment créatif. Puis le tamale est enveloppé dans une feuille de maïs et cuit sur le feu. En pensant, cela me met l’eau à la bouche !
Quant à l’origine des tamales, j’étais stupéfaite d’apprendre que ce plat remonte au 8000 av J.-C. : à la civilisation des Aztèque. À l’époque, les femmes les avaient préparés chez eux et les hommes guerriers et agriculteurs les avaient apportés au travail, comme nous apportons les sandwichs maintenant. C’est très drôle d’imaginer un guerrier portant un sac en papier brun contenant son sandwich : un tamale.

El Cairo es la capital de Egipto y, con una población de más de 22 millones de habitantes, es una de las ciudades más grandes de África y el Medio Oriente. También, es la decimonónica más grande ciudad del mundo, y una de las ciudades más densamente pobladas del mundo. El Cairo es la sede principal de la Liga Árabe, la organización regional de más de 22 estados miembros.
Ubicado en las orillas del río Nilo, El Cairo es famoso por su propia historia, preservada en la fabulosa ciudad medieval islámica y los sitios cópticos de El Cairo Antiguo. El Cairo histórico es un sitio de la lista del Patrimonio Mundial de UNESCO. Si pasa por El Cairo, tenga que entrar en el museo Egipto con sus innumerables artefactos del Antiguo Egipto. No pueda ir a El Cairo sin visitar las Pirámides de Guiza, y la cercana necrópolis de Saqqara, donde se puede ver la primera pirámide construida por el arquitecto Imhotep para el faraón Djoser.
Aunque aún está muy conectado con su pasado, El Cairo también es una vibrante ciudad moderna. El barrio Midan Tahrir en el centro de la ciudad, construido en el siglo XIX, tiene el apodo "París en el Nilo". Otros encantadores suburbios modernos son Ma'adi, Heliopolis y Zamalek, el último de que es un área de la Isla de Gezira, al centro del Nilo. Es mejor visitar El Cairo en otoño o primavera, cuando no hace tanto calor. Si quiere escapar de las manadas de la ciudad, puede navegar en felucca o pasear por el Parque Al-Azhar.
Desde la revolución en 2011, las tasas de turistas en El Cairo han bajado. Aunque sigue recuperando, aún tiene la oportunidad para ver sitios como las pirámides sin multitudes enormes.

una película reciente
Yo ví una película recientamente. Había una escena en lo que una madre mató sus hijos. Los hijos se convirtieron a demonios (deadites). Después, los niños y la mama fusieron los cuerpos y todos convirtieron a un monstruo demonico. La hermana de la madre usó una motosíerra a matar los demonios. Fue muy, muy divertido.

Lunedì
Che bella serata! Piove e sto guardando la pioggia dalla finestra. Mi è sempre piaciuta la pioggia, addirittura quando ero bambina - tutti i miei compagni di scuola erano tristi perché pioveva quando volevano stare fuori, ma io ho sempre preferito stare a casa il più possibile. Ovviamente andavo ai bar o al cinema con gli amici, ma la mia casa era il mio tempio.
Ieri siamo andati da KFC perché avevamo voglia di hamburger, ma oggi abbiamo mangiato la verdura per un pranzo sano. Anche quando facciamo le patatine fritte nell'Airfryer sono più sane e saporite rispetto a quelle fatte con molto olio nella padella.
La prossima settimana guarderò un altro episodio della serie TV italiana di cui dicevo ieri. Non riesco a concentrarmi quando lavoro, quindi devo trovare una giornata in cui lavoro poco o sono libera.
Oggi abbiamo fatto una passeggiata mentre giocavamo a Pokemon Go. C'era un evento durante la mattina, posso dire che sono contenta di com'è andato.
La giornata è passata velocemente. Dopo aver finito il lavoro, vado a dormire. Da oggi farò la mia passeggiata quotidiana di mattina ( almeno quando lavoro di sera ) e poi potrò studiare. È meglio studiare dopo averla fatta, in questa maniera non sarò di fretta.

Alergias
Tengo una alergia al metal. Esta alergia no ha cambiado mi vida mucho porque solo evito llevar joyas hecho de metal por mucho tiempo. La alergia que ha cambiado mi vida no es mía sino de mi hermana mayor y ella ahora no la tiene. Sin embargo, su alergia intensa a la leche en su niñez ha cambiado mi vida en tan muchas maneras. Cuando ella comía un poco de cualquier alimento hecho con leche en cualquiera forma, tendría anafilaxia, a causa de muerte sin atención médica inmediato. Mientras ella perdió esta alergia a aproximadamente trece años, los efectos ha cambiado mi vida para siempre y pienso que mi vida sea mejor con esta experiencia. Mi empatía a los con alergias, mi entendido de alergias alimentarias, y mi habilidad a leer ingredientes en la comida y entenderlos son debido a la alergia de mi hermana.

Discipline is an ever-increasing problem in modern schools. Some people think that discipline should be the responsibility of teachers, while others think that this is the role of parents.
Discuss both views and give your opinion.
My answer:
Maintaining proper behavior and order in educational settings has become increasingly challenging. There are differing views on whether the duty of ensuring children’s adherence to behavioral expectations and rules lies with parents or teachers. From my perspective, it should be a joint effort.
Parents are accountable for fostering good manners and obedience. Babies are not inherently aware of right and wrong. They act solely based on immediate desires and needs and their understanding of the world is shaped primarily by parents. Therefore, parents are expected to raise them to become well-mannered and law-abiding individuals, enabling their integration into society and ensuring the well-being of others. They lay the foundation for those traits from their children’s formative years. This includes teaching basic table etiquette, polite language, and respectful greetings, and addressing misbehavior by removing toys or snacks. They continue to reinforce and nurture such traits as the children enter school by establishing learning times and reprimanding them for incomplete homework or improper behavior at school.
However, teachers also have a role to play. Their main duty is to impart knowledge, so they have to create a structured and orderly classroom conducive to learning. To achieve that, they need to establish classroom rules, such as maintaining silence during lectures and raising hands to speak. They also use rewards and recognition like verbal praises and certificates to reinforce positive behavior while imposing repercussions, including time-outs and reflective writing assignments, to address wrongdoings. Those approaches enable students to understand what is considered acceptable behavior and the consequences of their actions, fostering self-discipline.
In conclusion, parents must nurture their children into civilized citizens to facilitate their integration into society, contributing to a harmonious community, and so have teachers to create a conducive learning environment.
