Почему я начала изучать русский язык
Я начала изучать этот язык, потому что я хотела учиться в русском университете. Чтобы сделать это, мне надо было достичь уровень Б1. Мне приходится сдать экзамен университета, в котором я была принята, для этого уровня через 2 недели. Кроме этого, у меня были другие причины. Я любила русскую культуру и очень сильно хотела посетить эту страну. Также мне нравилась идея гулять по улицам Москвы или Петербурга. Надеюсь, что это скоро станет реальность.

My Current Daily Routine and Philosophy
My day starts exactly at 05:45, which is the time I have programmed into my morning ritual.
After getting up, I follow a fixed sequence: washing my face, weighing myself to track my body fat percentage, and tidying my desk to clear my mind.
For breakfast, I focus on my PFC balance to avoid metabolic syndrome.
I typically eat a simple, high-protein meal of a boiled egg, two bananas, and some tofu.
Since my commute takes me to the Tokyo area, I bring two rice balls from home, which my wife prepares the night before.
Then, I buy some vegetable sticks and slow-cooked chicken at a store.
In my household, we split our responsibilities.
It works for both of us — at least from my perspective.
I focus on my job, and my wife usually takes care of the housework.
However, every rule has an exception.
When she’s tired, I step in and handle the cooking to support her.
I know gender roles can be a sensitive issue, but this is something we talked about and agreed on together.

Unexpected meeting!
Today, a very surprised incident happened! When I went to shopping, I met a member of my dormitory unexpectedly! Just in case, although most of the members had come back their home, one of the members didn't. The person I met was her. She seemed to go shopping after she had finished her parttime job. While we went back the dormitory, I think she felt tired, she was slept. I think I'll work until exhausted like her if I stared parttime job.

To Pay it Forward
I gave blood recently. The facility offers complimentary, unlimited drinks. Up until around 2018, they used to have an all-you-can-eat snack section as well, but I heard it was discontinued for sanitary reasons. I always like to get the corn soup and Calpis Soda.
For the roughly two hours it took to donate plasma, I experienced a dull, painful ache around the injection site. I'm not exactly sure what caused it, but it might have been because the tourniquet was too tight. The ache faded away in a few days, though.

Crecí con las redes sociales. Cuando tenía quince años, ya tenía una perfil de Facebook. Algunos años después, usaba también Instagram y Snapchat. Ahora, me parece fatal que perdamos tanto tiempo en Internet. En mi opinión, las redes sociales no son buenas para nuestra sociedad. Es demasiado fácil pasar muchas horas interactuando con las redes sociales, porque están diseñadas para captar su atención. Me preocupa que tantos jóvenes sean adictos a las redes sociales. Creo que llevará a una crisis de salud mental.
En mi caso, he decidido que debo romper mi adicción a las redes sociales. Estoy intentando pasar menos de 30 minutos al día en línea. Lo importante es buscar otras actividades para ocuparse. Por ejemplo, practicar deportes, o pasar tiempo con amigos. Así que poco a poco voy a desarrollar nuevos hábitos.

Les tâches ménagère sans fin
Benjamin Franklin a dit : « les seules choses qui sont certaines, ce sont la mort et les impôts ». Je voudrais ajouter les tâches ménagères à cette liste. Je pense qu’ils sont vraiment sisyphéen. Il semble que dès qu’on fini une tâche, on doit recommencer. Tout ce que je nettoie juste redevient sale. L’entropie ne peut pas être refusée. Bref, j’aimerais apprendre le vocabulaire domestique, alors je pensais qu'aujourd'hui je peux parler un peu de ça. D’abord, malgré tout l’automatisation dont on profite de nos jours, les tâches ménagères existent encore. Cependant, c’est vrai que ces tâches n'apparaissent plus être les mêmes d’avant. On peut utiliser des lave-vaisselles, des machines à laver, des sèche-linge et même des aspirateurs robots et des robots laveurs. Si on a un chat, il y a des bacs à litière robotiques et des distributeurs automatiques. Qu'est-ce qu'ils vont encore inventer ? Ensuite, tandis qu’il y a tellement de tâches ménagères, ils ne sont pas tous égaux. C’est-à-dire, il faut faire certaines tâches plus fréquemment que d’autres. Je sais que la fréquence varie d'une personne à l'autre, alors je vais parler de manière générale. On doit faire la vaisselle, essuyer les comptoirs et ranger la maison quotidiennement. On doit faire la lessive et le repassage, faire les poussières, passer l’aspirateur, passer la serpillière et faire les courses hebdomadaires. Il y a aussi le grand nettoyage de printemps, quand on nettoie en profondeur toute la maison. Enfin, chaque pièce a ses propres corvées. Pour la cuisine, on doit faire la vaisselle comme j’ai dit, oui, mais aussi nettoyer tous les appareils de cuisine : le frigo, le micro-onde, le four, etc. Pour la salle de bain, on doit frotter la douche et nettoyer les toilettes. Pour le jardin, on doit tondre la pelouse, arroser les plantes et désherber. Ben, c’est tout mon vocabulaire. Je suis sûr que ce texte était captivant à lire. Merci de m’avoir écouté divaguer un peu.

В древнем Китае существовало понятие «девяти волшебных трав», куда входили: дендробиум железистый, снежный цветок Тяньшаня, женьшень весом в три ляна (около 110 г), столетний горец многоцветковый, пория кокосовидная возрастом в 60 лет, горные грибы линчжи, морской жемчуг, кордицепс китайский и цистанха пустынная. Все эти девять видов лекарственного сырья являются очень редкими и ценными. Белая Леди добыла именно гриб линчжи из горных дебрей.
Линчжи в основном собирали в горных лесах, и из-за его редкости он высоко ценился. Гриб обладает красивым видом и определенной лекарственной ценностью, поэтому в старину его считали символом благого предзнаменования и благополучия. А в «Легенде о Белой Змее» его и вовсе описывают как волшебный гриб, способный спасать жизни, что сделало линчжи еще более любимым среди народа. Так что же такое линчжи на самом деле?
Эти грибы были впервые описаны в «Трактате Шэнь-нуна о корнях и травах» («Шэньнун бэньцао цзин»), где упоминались красный и фиолетовый линчжи. Современные исследования доказали, что линчжи – это гриб, схожий с шампиньоном по строению. Его шляпка имеет почковидную форму, цвет обычно красно-коричневый, поверхность блестит, и он обычно растет во влажных лесах с тусклым светом. В древности находка таких грибов часто была случайной. Сегодня же высококачественный линчжи успешно культивируется искусственно, поэтому он постепенно стал доступным для тысяч семей.
Но действительно ли линчжи может возвращать к жизни? На самом деле, линчжи не обладает таким волшебным эффектом, и это всего лишь легенда. Традиционная китайская медицина считает, что основная роль линчжи заключается в восполнении Ци и успокаивании духов, противокашлевом действии и нормализации дыхания. Современные люди часто принимают порошок из спор линчжи – эти споры являются «семенами» линчжи и повышают иммунитет организма.

Fremdsprachen
Ich denke, dass ich habe nicht eine Feszination mit Fremdsprachen.
Ich mag die lernen, aber dass ist nicht den Grund. Ich will viele Leutesorten sprechen, und das Nett ist größtenteils englisisch, so wenn ich will neues Denken finden, ich muss neue Sprachen lernen.
Fremdsprachen sind auch interessant weil sie mans Geistigs gestalten.

¿Música New-Age?
La expresión “música New-Age” fue inventada en los años 70. Fue después popularizado por la industria y los mass-media para describir la música de Enya cuando esa artista volvió popular en el mundo entero con la canción “Orinoco Flow”.
Sin embargo non corresponde a ninguna realidad musical. De hecho es una categoría muy general en que se ponen todas las músicas ambientales un poco lentas que destacan la melodía más que el ritmo, con una atmósfera propicia para la meditación. Gente y grupos como Era, Kintarô, Vangelis, Philip Glas y Jean-Michel Jarre (que tienen estilos radicalmente diferentes) terminaron en aquel comodín.
El término en sí mismo implica una proximidad ideológica entre los artistas y el movimiento espiritual New-Age, lo que es a menudo falso. Por eso Enya y otros siempre han rechazado el calificativo de “New-Age”. ¡Irónicamente, toda la música religiosa tradicional podría estar considerada como “New-Age”! Una paradoja que muestre la absurdidad del término “New-Age” en ese contexto.

The bad night ritual
ten o'clock, the candle lits up, looks like a summoning circle.
Me with my friends surround it. Suddenly this horrible, terrifying view comes up.
He doesn't know that, he gets up quickly, trying to escape from this betrayal.
We all prepared, he gets pushed down, he knows... he fucked up.

Thoughts About My Name
I have learned English for a long time since primary school, but I have never had a proper and common English name. When I was a child, I called myself "Lihao", because it is my given name, even though it is quite different from those English names on textbooks, such as Mike and Lisa. After entering the university, I chose Vietnamese as my major. In Vietnamese culture, people often call others the last Vietname character when they greet someone. For an example, a guy's Vietnamese name is Đỗ Xuân Quang, so his friends and families call him Quang. Therefore I was called Hao by my Chinese classmates and Vietnamese friends during my study in the university. I got used to it as the time went by, because Hao is short, easy to pronounce and remember. And recently, I had some new thoughts about my unique English name. I realised Hao, which is 浩 in Chinese character, carries a beautiful meaning and represent my cultural identity. 浩 means vast, grand or torrential in Chinese. It is commonly used to describe vast spaces, turbulant waves or grand events. I feel a natural intimacy and unique bond with this name. Previously I felt a bit awkward if I introduce myself as Hao to other foreigners, since it is not a common English name. Now, I often tell others proundly and confidently that my name is Hao. :-)

Je ne rêve pas de travail
C'est une blague sur l'internet, mais c'est vrai. Je rêve de mon vie dehors de travail. Pour répondre à la question, j'aime un métier dynamique, parce que j'ai un esprit occupé. C'est difficile pour moi de concentrer donc je ne peux pas avoir un métier ennuyeuse où je dois assoir dans un siège toute la journée.

Aujourd'hui
Aujourd'hui je me suis réveillée à 8h et demi et j'ai fait un parfait yaourt avec des fraises, des graines de chia et des céréales à farines. J'ai fait un café et je l'ai pris dans un tasse thermos afin que je mangerais mon petit déjeuner d'abord. Quand je bois le café sur un estomac vide, je me sens mal. Cependant, c'est le plus difficile chose de mon vie. Après je travaillais de quelques heures avant je suis allée au bureau. Il faisait un peu froid donc je me suis habillée et j'ai porté un pull vert, une jupe noire, et des bottes en cuire noire. Pour le déjeuner, j'ai mangé une salade avec du poulet et j'ai bu une matcha. La fin :)

Our Family Travel Blog : Lunch in Prague #29
At last, it was time for the main dishes. My daughters chose a traditional Czech meal—beef stew served with knedlíky, the steamed bread dumplings we had seen in guidebooks.
I had actually wanted to try the duck, but Mr. L told me, “Since your kidneys aren’t in good shape, this would be better for you,” and recommended the pork instead. He also has kidney problems, so I found myself impressed by how knowledgeable he was about food.
Still, as I looked over the menu, I couldn’t help thinking that Czech cuisine seemed to be centered on rich, meat-heavy dishes, which didn’t exactly excite me. At the same time, I told myself, “Well, since I’m in the Czech Republic, I might as well try the local food.”
However, when the dish arrived, I couldn’t help staring. Three thick slices of pork were laid out across the entire plate. To be honest, it didn’t really make me think, “That looks delicious.”
“I’ll help you,” L said, taking one piece, but even then, finishing a single slice was a struggle.
I forced myself through another piece out of a sense of obligation not to waste food, but in the end, I still couldn’t finish it. My eldest daughter seemed interested in trying some, but she was already full.
