About lunch

I usually eat meat, rice and vegetables for lunch. I think we should consume these foods to maintain our energy. If I just want to eat casually, I will use the leftover ingredients in the refrigerator to cook. When I have a strong craving for something specific, I will go to the supermarket to buy it and cook seriously according to the recipe. Sometimes to satisfy my curiosity, I will buy some relatively unusual ingredients. They may not taste good, but at least I've tried them.

I think we should consume these foods to maintain our energy. I think we should consume these foods to maintain our energy.

This works, though it feels slightly odd to me. I'd probably say something like: "I think we should eat these foods more often so we can maintain our energy."

If I just want to eat casually, I will use the leftover ingredients in the refrigerator to cook.

I might also say "from the refrigerator" instead of "in the refrigerator", but either works fine.

When I have a strong craving for something specific, I will go to the supermarket to buy it and cook seriously according to the recipe.

They may not taste good, but at least I've tried them. They may not taste good, but at least I've tried them.

Alternatively: "They might not taste good, but at least I'll get to try them." Original sentence is good, grammatically, but I think this would make it more clear what I think you mean here.
