I want to share with you my story about fight with running. All my life I did sport. Mostly it was martial arts(aikido, real aikido, mma, boxes, grepling), teams sport(basketball) and a little swimming. But i always struggle with running. I can run, but not far. My hurt started to beat faster and I can’t run with easy. It was always fight with myself. And of course i didn’t like running. But when i was a child, i don’t have these problems. I could run long time. I even ran a 5 kilometre’s marathon two times.
And I always want to overcome my fear of running. This June after some serius situation in my life, i decide that i don’t want to ruin my life after this, I start to running. I wear a smartwatch and it’s help me a lot with running. It has many sports mode, that include running. There are many running programmes. I started with begining one. It is include jogging few minutes and fast walk a few minutes. It has rotation. Summery time was about 22 minutes. The most important things was a measurement of pulse. When my pulse was highly 155 bpm, the watch start to vibrate, and i ran slowly. My progress slowly started to increase. And now i running with more difficult mode. It is include three minutes of fast walking in start and finish and thirty minutes of unstopped jogging. I running 3 time a week right now in the morning. Sometimes it is hard, sometimes it is easy. Nevertheless i’m glad that i could get so further. When i am thinking of that, it is motivate me to continue my running.
