Diary — July 30 — Day eleven.
These days I've been so busy, I can't wrote something here because I got no time, my job lets me so tired.
As usually, I've been going to the gym to do my daily routine, sometimes it is about train my chest, or bicep, or tricep, etc... but today it was (I already went) about cardio, I did almost 1 hour and burned 320 k/cal.
I also can't study English, but slowly I'll return to my routine as normal and practice more.
