If you actually revised a lesson(edited a lesson) then you would say something like "I revised a lesson"

I just want to add to what others have said here: Use of the word "revise" to describe the act of reviewing something is correct British English. In American English though, we only use "revise" to mean "make changes" or "edit."

You *can* say "I revised some English lessons" as well, but it's not necessarily how a native speaker would put it

If there's a noun following "some," it's always plural. We always capitalize the names of languages.
