很多人不喜歡在飛機上吃飯，因為他們覺得這些預先準備的食物太難吃了。其實我覺得在飛機上只是吃一兩餐而已，純粹是為了墊胃，不用那麼挑剔。自己有機會去旅行已經很幸福了。而且，以前我在飛機上吃的食物並沒有那麼差。那當然不是甚麼超級好吃的美食，不過我還是覺得不錯。

在飛機上吃飯 = simply eating on the plane, we can buy takeaway and eat on the plane, it stresses more on the environment, but not the meal itself.
其實我覺得在飛機上只是吃一兩餐而已，純粹是為了墊胃飽肚／填滿肚子，不用那麼挑剔。
墊胃 has a meaning that the food portion is quite small and not enough to fill u up
飽肚 - 比較口語化
自己有機會去旅行已經很幸福了。
