Are there more natural ways to say the lines below?
I'd like to speak English more naturally and not the way you would find in a textbook. ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ
It's alright if you even change an entire sentence!!

a: Do you buy lottery tickets?
b: I don't. Do you?
a: I sometimes buy scratch tickets! The prize money is very expensive in the U.S, right?
b: How much is it in Japan?
a: It's not scratch, but in Japan, the highest prize ever is about 50 million dollars, I guess. But I heard before that the prize money in the US is 3 billion dollars. It's a dreamy story. It is the best proof that luck exists.

It's difficult. I don't understand it at all. Is this really a question for elementary school students?
