What do you mean by charge? Because below you mention the hospitality system, which would mean probably a hotel or hostel. Do you mean a place to stay like a hotel? Or somewhere to charge an electric vehicle? Or somewhere to charge your phone? Maybe some more context would make your sentence easier to understand.

you are just missing the subject (which I said was "one). Otherwise without it, the sentence reads, "I thought there is around here" ( the "what" is missing)
