Pour améliorer ma pronouncation. J'ai commencé à lire des histoires d'enfants à haute voix. Ma première histoire était «Cinderella». Et pourtant, en français elle s'appelle Cendrillon. C'est très intéressant. Mais j'aime mieux Cenderalla.

Pour améliorer ma pronounciation, j'ai commencé à lire des histoires pour enfants à haute voix.
I guess the dot was a mistake
"histoires d'enfants" would mean stories created by children or about them ; "pour enfants" means they're intended for children

"et pourtant" is used when there is an unexpected contradiction arising from a formerly quoted argument
ex "je l'ai aidé, ET POURTANT, il est méchant avec moi" = I helped him but still, he's mean to me
C'est très intéressant.
Mais j'aime mieux Ceinderaella.
