When I talked with Maggie one day, I asked her, "I wonder If my speaking skills could match with one year old native child?", she said no. Is my speaking skill lower than a one years old native child ? She said that one year old children can just say "papa" or "mom". So I can match with a kid at age two or three? She still say no. May be my speaking skill is at a level of a four or five years old child? She said it was impossible to compare because native children could speak English fluently and quickly…

Pretty good. When we are using age as a noun we use "year" in the singular: "I am a 40 year old." We do use the plural though when it's used like an adjective: "I am 40 years old".
Also, I would usually only greet someone with "How was your day?" if it was someone I knew well and I specifically wanted to know how their day was, like when my wife gets home from work. Just greeting strangers politely I think it is more common (at least, where I am in the US) to just say "Hi, how are you?" or "Hi, how's it going?", or, very informally, "Hi, how you doing?". That one's not grammatically correct but is fine in casual conversation.

Thank you for your corrections. Please tell me why you change 'asked' to 'told' and why you delete 'with'. I don't know the reason.
I changed "asked" to "told" because your "I wonder" sentence is a statement, not a question. If you were to say, "Could my speaking skills match those of a one year old native child?" that would be a question and you'd use "asked". In the first you are simply saying that you are doing the wondering. In the second, you are actually asking a question of someone else. Does that help?

I don't think there's a specific rule for why I deleted the "with". It's just that in English we generally immediately follow "match" with the object you're comparing. On the other hand, if the object *doesn't* immediately follow, you can use "with". You could have said "match up with those" and it would seem right.
Like I said, there's not a hard rule here, and I suspect it still might not make a lot of sense to you. It's probably one of those "native intuition" things that can be the hardest part of learning a second language: things that are arbitrary and don't have a particular reason, but just "feel right" to a native speaker. You sort of just have to learn those when you find them.
What you said was perfectly understandable, though, it just didn't feel quite right.

Why it is not said ?
When you talk about something that you do in general, not at any particular time, it's normal to use the present tense. "What do you do on Saturdays?" "I play football with my friends." You would use the past tense only if you were talking about something that already happened. "What did you do on Saturday?" "I played football with my friends".
Here, Maggie isn't asking you about something you have already done, she is asking what you do in general, so you would use the present "say", not the past "said".
