Tea
I prefer black tea without sugar. I used to drink sweet tea when I was a child, but one day I found it too sweet. However, I still add a spoonful of sugar to my coffee, otherwise it tastes bitter for me.
Since I have trouble falling asleep, I try to drink less coffee. It's easy for me because I'm not really a fan . On the other hand, lack of sleep makes me reach for coffee to stay awake - it's like a vicious circle😆
