Question

"It's got to be together".
How do you analyze the components of this sentence?
To be honest, this sentence makes me really confused because I don't know exactly about its sentence components.
If it's just "it's together", that's very easy for me to understand: it, subject; is, linking verbs; together, Adv as a predicative.
But, how about the "got to be"? What is its nature in this sentence?
I hope someone can give me the correct answers. Thank you guys very much.

To be honest, this sentence makes me really confused because I don't know exactly abouwhat its sentence components are.

Hard to explain why, but I didn't like this.
