Immortality
Q. Would you like to be immortal, and why? If not, why not?
A. I don't want to be immortal because I believe I live my life with my full effort thanks to my limited time. If you don't have any deadline for your homework, you won't do it forever. People do something because they know life is limited time. Additionally, it will be painful to be immortal for ages. People live and die in about the same period, so people who live in the same ages share commonsense. However, if you live over 100years your value will be different from others in the era, and you will be mentally lonely. Ultimately, the earth is going to be swallowed by the sun in five billion years, so you should find a habitable zone in the universe until the limit. Otherwise, you drift into outer space without being able to die. It's more horrible rather than going to die.

Interesting text. I disagree that people only do things because they have a limited time though. If anything, having more time would mean more possibilities and we'd see people engaging in all sorts of creative projects since the fear of death would be absent. I know I would, at least.
