The purpose of writing this letter is to request you about the facilities offer for a business conference. The information I would like to obtain should include the following. Firstly, I would like to know about information facilities. I often go to the hotel for conference Next week, the next conference will be held in the area where your hotel is located. I am going to stay your hotel this day. I need to quiet room for conference because this is essential for me. in addition, the hotel should have all the services. For example audio and video equipment, a projector and most importantly wifi.
Regarding meals I am vegetarian. I would like special meals for vegetarians if possible. Again I would like to know about overall cost of your hotel.
I would be grateful if you could take this into consideration. I look forward to receiving your response at your earliest convenience.
Your faithfully,
Marjona
