I am now working in the clinical pharmacoloypharmacology department of a Chinese privateprivately listed Chinese company.

My working contents are aboutwork involves phase I clinical trials.

I write protocalsprotocols to guide physicians who have joined our project to recruiterecruit healthy participants or patients to take part in phase I clinical trials.

After the drug administration and consequentsubsequent biological sampling (blood,， urine or fecese）feces) and saftysafety testing, participants will {get out of | exit} the trial.

And then I will write a final report which predictpredicts the endoutcome of the whole trial.

"predict" is probably the wrong word here, since it's about expecting something in the future, but you're talking about the final step in the process.
