I'd like to learn the words "interfere" and "disrupt" and made example sentences.
My cat always interferes with my Video call.
Whenever I start to talk to someone on a video call, she always jumps up onto my desk and sits in front of my PC.
The other day, during my video call my two cats started to get in a fight, so I had to stop talking to stop their fight.
In this situation, can I say "They interrupted my video call." or "They disrupted my video call."?

The words "disrupt" and "interrupt" are very similar and are largely interchangeable. However, they do carry some slightly different connotations. I would say, on a simple level:
• "Disruptions" – implications of causing a problem
• "Interruptions" – implications of the original action having to come to a stop or being interfered with
So with your first example – "They interrupted my video call." – I would say they are almost entirely interchangeable.
With your second example, "They disrupted the meeting, and one of them was kicked out of the room", I would they are still largely interchangeable, but there is more of a nuance on what you wish to emphasize. "They disrupted the meeting" stresses the problem caused. That is, 'in what would otherwise have been a congenial meeting, this problem occurred'. On the other hand, "They interrupted the meeting" stresses more the halt in the meeting. That is, 'the entire flow of the meeting had to be halted because of this argument'. This is a rather subtle nuance. I would not say they are 100% interchangeable here, and I'm not sure why. I think it is because the sentence has a second idea attached to the first, and what happens in the first has implications for the second. If you use "disrupted", I am left thinking about the mess everyone had to deal with when one of them had to be kicked out. If you use disrupted, I am left thinking about what a waste of time it was to stop the meeting and kick them out. Again, this is getting into very subtle nuances. I would be left with the same overall idea if either word was used.

Maybe you were too busy with the cats so you forgot what you were supposed to say. "Disrupted" implies that because of the cats, the call changed in a negative way.
