My friends always say that I am an outgoing person who is always improving, just like my friends always say.

„Just like“ isn’t necessary here. You could just say „I am an outgoing person who is always improving, my friends say“, but that‘s less common than putting „my friends say that…“ first

Well,I mind it.I’m not okay with this,

„I mind it“ actually isn’t as common of a phrase as „I don’t mind it“, so it might be better to use something like „I’m not okay with this“ or „this is not okay with me“

„Well“ also isn’t necessary here. I wish I had a good explanation for this, but I‘m actually not sure why this is. Sorry!

Wishing all true friendships a long lifetime!:)

“I wish all true friendships…” would be more correct, but “wishing all true friendships…” is fine as a sort of “sign off”, like how you seem to be using it here
