Good luck Ali!! I think being consistent on this site is a good place to start. I would just re-fresh with a textbook on the site and make sure to practice talking everyday, whether that is speaking to yourself or finding another English speaker. Consistency is the key! Don't burn out.

Hey I'm Ali and I'm 26 years old. This is my third time on this website, and I didn't expect it to be so awesome and helpful.
The introduction of your name and age is kind of a separate idea than the part after, so it would be normal to have that as a separate sentence. "This is my third time on this website" is a complete idea, and so is "I didn't expect it to be so awesome and helpful," so they can be combined with a comma and conjunction.
We usually say "on" a website, but you could say "in this forum" also.

getting punctuation and conjunctions right with longer sentences is trickier, so another idea is to group sentences together more. For example, it might sound better and be easier to write like: I have known English since I was a kid, but I never tried to get better at it. I now have a problem because I decided to learn it seriously and try to reach a high level.

Past simple would be like a "dot" in the past. I learned to paint.
Present continuous would be like a "line" in the present. I am learning to paint.
could also say "Especially with grammar, I have a big problem knowing when to choose between past simple and present continuous."

I think the reliable method is to practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening regularly.

1) Excellent use of ‘I’m’- very natural, well done 👍
2) If it uses a screen, sign, speaker or a signal to send or show information we use on…
-On television
-On the radio
-On the website
3) To show that something is different to how you expected it to be, we use the structure…
- As [adjective] as it is.
- I did not expect my day to be as [tiring] as it was.
I have known English since I was kid but never give himhad time to upgrade my level on it, so now i have a little problem when i, so I have decided to learn English seriously andto try to reach a high level like a C1, I am facing a problem.
I have known English since I was kid but never had time to upgrade my level, so I have decided to learn English seriously to try to reach a high level like a C1, I am facing a problem.
1) To show that you have known something for a long time we use this structure…
- “I have + [known] + [name (of person/language)] + since….
2) In English time is something that we have, so we can say- “I have time to… or I don’t have time to…”.
- For time in the past, we use the word ‘had’.
3) Remember- we only use ‘him’ or ‘her’ to describe people or animals. For everything else we use ‘it’.
4) “Now that I have decided” works well here because the decision has already been made. You have decided to learn English.
5) ‘To face a problem’ is a very natural phrase, it means to have a problem that you have to solve.
The problem is I have a lot of words in my head but when iI try to speak or write iI can't put or choose the optimal words and specially grammar ,I have a big problem in when should I choos. The present continuous is for something my that is happening right now, immagine you are watching ‘live TV’.
- [subject (I am, you are, he/she is)] + verb (-ing ending) + [noun / other information].
- I am writing a story
- You are drinking water
- He is reading a book
———————————————————
The past simple is for something that you have finished doing. It could be used for something you did yesterday, a year ago, an hour ago.
- [Time frame (Yesterday / last week / two years ago) + subject + past tense verb (-ed / irregular like went or ate) + [other information].
- Last night I went to the supermarket.
- Two weeks ago I visited Algeria.
- When he was a baby he hated pizza.
This is why sometimes iI want to start a long plan but when I pend one or two weeks I get lost, s-term study plan. Without a study plan I get lost after a week or two. So iI willould be so happy if anyone could give me a plan or andsome advice for makeimproving my level higher in English.
This is why I want to start a long-term study plan. Without a study plan I get lost after a week or two. So I would be so happy if anyone could give me a plan or some advice for improving my level in English.
1) We use long-term to talk about a plan we are going to make/do.
2) A ‘study plan’ is a plan for any type of study.
3) With or without.
4) “Without a study plan, I get lost after a week or two”
- This shows cause (being without a plan) and effect (I get lost after a week or two).
- For example: cause (without grammar book) effect (it is difficult to study English).
- ‘a week or two’ is a natural phrase we can use.
5) ‘would’ and ‘could’ - In English to sound more polite we use the conditional tense. It is not important for now, but if we are asking for something or want something from someone we use this tense to be more polite.
- ‘I want’ = “I would like…”
- ‘Can you’ = “could you…”
6) ‘To improve’ = To make something better.
- I want to improve my house.
- I want to improve my level of English.

Great work 👍 You are talking about a complex topic here and it was understandable.
To improve your English I would suggest…
- Maybe you could try to watch / listen to 15 minutes of English every day. Start with simple videos aimed at level A1-A2. Maybe pick out three or four words / sentences and practice writing with them (write five sentences for each word).
- One thing that helped me was trying to write in another language. I would keep a diary and write in it every night (about my day / about my life / about a movie that I liked). I would then use an AI to correct it.
- This website is good, also Busuu and Duolingo are great for quick 10 minutes study sessions.
- Flashcards are great for getting used to words, sentences and common structures. I have made my own flashcards and use them to study every night.
- If you have a budget for it- buy an A1-A2 level English graded reader. And record yourself talking about it for ten minutes. You can then either find someone to check it or use AI.
- To practice speaking you could try ‘shadowing’ this is where you find a short A1 level video (5-10 minutes long), and speak every sentence and word out loud. You can slow the video down if you need to. This will help you to see how English people sound- and also it is good listening practice.
- You could also practice your verb tenses by picking an easy sentence “I go to the supermarket” and try to write it in the present tense, the past tense and the future tense.
- You could try to find an easy podcast in English to listen to on your way to work, while your walking or on a lunch break. You do not have to make extra time if you are busy- but instead make this a part of your daily routine.
- You may even be able to find a language exchange partner who wants to learn your language. I know there are people on Reddit (a website) who do this a lot.
Learning a language is all about consistency (routine). 10 mins of study every day is better than doing only three hour on a Sunday. And honestly, I know English people who make many mistakes and sound worse that any learners- your English is good, you just need to practice with the areas you find difficult.
Ideas…
10-15 mins of listening - then choose a few common words.
10-15 mins writing- write about your day or make sentences out of those words.
10-15 mins of speaking- either with shadowing or recording yourself talking.
10-15 mins reading - then choose a few common words to make sentences with.
