"Speaking" doesn't sound natural here.

I have just completed to read books which arfinished reading the books in the Mr. Men and Little Miss series. I have just finished reading the books in the Mr. Men and Little Miss series.

Every morning, I have spokenread books aloud forin order to improvinge my speaking skills. Every morning, I have read books aloud in order to improve my speaking skills.

Just "... aloud to improve my speaking skills" is also fine.

And I didmanaged about a book a week. And I managed about a book a week.

For 89 weeks, I have spokenread books aloud, and they makeis lets me speak more fluently than the first timbefore. For 89 weeks, I have read books aloud, and this lets me speak more fluently than before.

The books were very interesting for me to read and rememberlearn vocabulariesy. The books were very interesting for me to read and learn vocabulary.

1. using "learn" would fit better here, is you're seeing many words for the first time. If it's words you already know, then "remember" is fine. 2. "vocabulary" is usually used in the singular.

I will keep going to speak the'm going to keep reading books aloud. I'm going to keep reading books aloud.

Note: "out loud" is an alternative to "aloud". For some variety, you could also use that.
