I don't know what "Moment thinking" means Perhaps "A momentary thought" ?

Time for everyone is limited, so take your every limited minutminute you have to improve yourself instead of doing bad things to others. Time for everyone is limited, so take every minute you have to improve yourself instead of doing bad things to others.

I realize that I lost the sense of "limited", but I can't think how to fit it in without sounding unusual. Perhaps Time for everyone is limited, so take everyone of the few minutes that you do have to ....

That is extremely stupid behavior for, damaging to others, and delayhurting yourself. That is extremely stupid behavior, damaging to others, and hurting yourself.

I am unsure what "delaying yourself" means Perhaps "hurting yourself" ? Or perhaps "wasting your own time" ?
