I ate mutton soup at noon. I like eating mutton. As far as I can remember, when I was a child, during winter, our parents sometimes bought a piece of mutton and made mutton soup. The mutton soup was cooked together with some sweet potato vermicelli, Chinese cabbage and radish. We usually cook the mutton first, then put it somewhere waiting for later use. When we wanted to eat mutton soup, we sliced the mutton meat and put it with some sweet potato vermicelli, radish and Chinese cabbage in a pot, then poured a certain water into the pot and boiled them. The cooked mutton meat could be used several times this way. Of course, at that time, life in the countryside was very hard. It was a luxury enjoyment to eat mutton soup, although every time we could only eat a few pieces of mutton meat and just eat those vegetables, and we rarely eat it, but the soup still tasted delicious in our opinion. Many years have passed, although the living conditions have improved unbelievably, mutton soup is still my favorite meal.
