Yesterday, I wrote my first post on this site and I didn't expect anything.

It's so cool that unknown people helped me.

But when I clicked to the "Write" button, I realised that now it was my turn to correct.

No correction, but something to note. British spelling is "realized", but you will see Americans write it as "realized".

Two independent clauses should be separated by comma as well as a conjunction like "and."

It's so cool that unknown people help me.

This sentence is correct, but it doesn't sound like something a native speaker would say.
"It's so cool that people I don't even know would help me," is what I would say.

But when I clicked ton the "Write" button, I realiszed that now it was my turn to correct now.

I had to read your sentence several times to understand what you were saying. If you move "now" to the end of the sentence, I think it makes your realization and your intention to correct clearer.

And it's fair.

Again, this is correct, but I think a native speaker would be more likely to say, "And that's fair."
