I started to work out about two mouths ago and I think I've progressed as expected some of my muscles grew a little, I feel stronger and I can lift heaviers weights than I used to. I still can't run in the treadmill because I'm afraind of tripping and falling in the front of everyone else. But that doesn't matter much since I'm not huge fan of cardio exercises.
Unfortunately, today's workout is for lower body and I prefer upper body exercises But I'm upbeat because my friend will be with me and I'm hoping to see a girl that I have a crush on, so there is still a chance I have some fun today.
Thank you for reading and I hope you have a great day!

If you use "but" here, you'd want to join it to the end of the last sentence. Like:
"I still can't run on the treadmill because I'm afraid of tripping and falling in front of everyone else, but that doesn't matter much since I'm not huge fan of cardio exercises anyway."
If you separate them into sentences like you did, it's more natural to use 'though' at the end of the second sentence.
Unfortunately, tToday's workout is unfortunately focused on the lower body andeven though I prefer upper body exercises B, but I'm feel upbeat because my friend will be with me and. I'm hoping I get to see a girl that I have a crush on, too, so there is still a chance I have some fun'll enjoy my time today.
